The two Korean words, Solon-Tang and Su-Ra-Sang, are generally assumed as the names of Mongolian foods which seem to have been used in Korea due to the influence from the enhanced close relationships between Mongolia and Koryo. This indicates that the two words have very important meaning in stdying the relationship between the food culture in the central asia in those days and the terminologies used in the palaces in the eras of Koryo and chosun and so have attracted continuously the related scholars‘ attention. 1. The theory of folk etymology; it is originated from its cooking that first they cut meat into small pieces and put them into a cauldron and boil sulrong sulrong (which means such boiling state in that its water bubbles up) for a along time. 2. Early of the chosun time, the king himself comes to 'Sun-Nong-Dan' where he teaches the people how to farm and hold a large festival and after that they boil the cow meat soup and feed the people around there. At that time, they name and call the kuk-bub (soup with rice) which they eat at the 'Sun-Nong-Dan' 'Sun-Nong-Tang'. 3. The India Sanskrit Sura, a kind of liquid (in which component that have someone who takes it drunken) which gods enjoy themselves over, comes into the palace on the latter half of Koryo time via Mongolia and affects and becomes the Korean words. 4. The Mongol Suru or Sulru which is a cooking in that they boil meat putted in plain water comes into Korea under the special historic relation between Mongolia and becomes Solon-Tang. For the details of the above mentioned theories, we will fully discuss the origin through studying concretely the related books and mutual comparing history, linguistic periods and phonetic changes accordingly and the changes in meaning and vocabulary forms here.

It has been since 15 century when Ainu realized themselves as a race. Their folk culture had been formed with the effect of East-northern Asia and cultural exchange with Japanese through the northern trade during 17 -18 centuries. It can be ascertained from the typical festival food and clothing. clothing style and the ornaments of Ainu people. The basics of Ainu people are composed of an unfolding clothes which men and women had wort in one-piece style even though they had lived in the northernmost cold climate. Atousi is their typical clothing which had been made of the grass fiber. Ainu people had imported the old cotton clothes from the trading with the mainland roughly in the late E-do (late 18 century). Ainu's clothing is divided broadly into Aiusi and Moreu pattern. Ainu people had decorated their back, shoulder, collar, burial clothes, waist and hem by changing and mixing them. These are the expression of their desire to prevent themselves from the wicked plot or the devil. There is no similar Ainu patterns or skill in Kimono, while it is known to be rather related to the area of Amur River, Sakhalin, and the distant Mongolia. Therefore, the traditional pattern of Ainu should be the continental conception which had been skilfully shaped through the trading with the north adding the series of Ainu People.

This study was performed to present new insights into the distinct aspects of Jehotang. Its history, significance, and effects were examined by evaluating the pertinent literature. In which the idea that Korean foods were original sources of medicine was well expressed. This study was also conducted with the anticipation that it may be useful in developing new foods and beverages based on modern science. References to the Jehotang were found in nine Korean medicine books, seven general books, and in dynastic records such as Bibyeonsa deungnok, Joseonwangjosilrok, Seungjeongwon Ilgi, etc; thus, it was likely a food since the early Korean age. Generally the dynamic characteristics of stone wall structures depend on several factors such as contact, the type of interlocking bonding stones, and the filling materials. This paper describes a non-destructive technique for diagnosis of historic masonry stone structures using the measurement of natural frequency technique. For this purpose, the castle wall of Nag-An Folk Town located in Sunchon, Korea was selected as a model. The Nag-An Town Castle is one of the well maintained historical remains constructed in the Chosun Kingdom of Korea. The construction started in 1397 A.D and was finished in 1626 A.D.
The non-mortar castle wall is 1470m long and the average height is 4m with a width of 3 4m. The exterior of the wall is bonded with 1 2 m rectangular rough-faced stone and the inside of the wall is filled with gravel. The traditional village still remains inside the Nag-An Town Castle, and they have a regional food festival every October. Transverse vibrations were measured at 8 points around the castle. The measured natural frequency of the first mode was 26Hz 41Hz, and the shear modulus of filling material was 2.142 x $10^3$ ~ 8.915 x $10^3$kgf/$cm^2$ . With these results, it may be assumed that the filling material is gravel or a sand-gravel mixture. It is expected that the information provided by this paper will be useful for addressing the maintenance problems of the old castle walls.

This study was carried out to investigate quality characteristics of Korean domestic commercial meoru wines, 8 kinds of wines were purchased from the Korea Wine Festival in 2016 and we compared the characteristics and physiological activity of 8 domestic wine. The results of this study have shown that the alcohol contents of wines ranged from 9.8 to 14.3%, pH of wines ranged from 3.86 to 4.22 and the total acidity of wines ranged from 0.56~0.75%. The hue value of meoru wines ranged from 0.81 to 1.02, The brightness of meoru wines ranged from 0.77 to 5.55, the redness from 3.97 to 31.16, and the yellowness from 0.99 to 5.63. The organic acid analysis of wine revealed lactic acid content at 4.281~9.606 mg/mL, followed by malic acid, tartaric acid, and acetic acid. The concentrations of total polyphenol and anthocyanin contents in the samples were investigated by spectrophotometric methods. Total polyphenol contents of the M8 (172.24 mg%) wine was higher than those of the other wines and total anthocyanin contents represented from 356.69 to 601.33 mg/mL. The DPPH radical scavenging activity of meoru wines was between 57.23 to 73.98%. Volatile flavor component analysis of meoru wines identified 7 alcohols, 16 esters, 5 acids, 3 terpenes and 4 other compounds.
The purpose of this study was to systematically organize the information for the regional resources from the agricultural management entities of convergence industry in Chungcheongnam-do.
