Hamangiopericytoma, first described by Stout & Murray in 1942, is a rare vascular tumor composed of spindle-shaped or rounded cells proliferating around endothelial lined capillaries. These proliferating cells were belived to arise from the pericytes of Zimmerman. Histologically, this tumor demonstrates great variability and clinical course cannot be predicted from the histological appearance. Head and Neck hemangiopericytoma appears to have a lower grade malignancy with frequent local recurrency and metastasis, therefore, aggressive surgical therapy should be the treatment of choice. We experienced a case of hemangiopericytoma occurred in the right skull base at submastoideal and suboccipital area presenting as neck mass in upper occipital triangle in a 42 years old female patient and we report it with a review of literatures.

Homograft has been the conduit of choice in various types of congenital malformations which require right ventricular outflow tract reconstruction. However it has been proven to be less than ideal in young age group because of early failure of the conduite due to valve dysfunction and calcification. Furthermore limitation of availability of homograft particularly small sized conduits for neonates and infants is the most serious problem. A 19 month old female patient with pulmonary atresia and ventricular septal defect was operated on with a bovine jugular venous valved conduit as an alternative to the homograft for her right ventricular outflow tract reconstruction. Postoperative hemodynamic performance of the conduit was excellent without pressure gradient or valve regurgitation. With this early result bovine jugular venous valved conduit seems to be another excellent conduit because of good hemodynamics and size availability but long term follow up is necessary.

This study is to examine the structural relationships among store choice attributes, consumption emotion, relationship quality, and loyalty of Outlet. The data were collected from customers who have purchased clothing at the fashion outlet stores, For data analysis and structural equation model were analyzed by using LISREL. The subjects were male/female consumer experienced in purchasing clothes at fashion outlet stores. The results of this study are as follows: First, product, advertising, and instore atmostphere had significantly positive effect on consumption emotion. Second, consumption emotion had significantly positive effect on relationship quality(consumer's satisfaction and trust) and loyalty. Third, relationship quality(consumer's satisfaction and trust) had significantly positive effect on loyalty.

The purpose of this study was to identify and profile store browsers in terms of their browsing motives, fashion behavioral characteristics, buying behavior and preferred store attributes. The data were collected through questionnaire from 302 female college students by convenient sampling method. Statistical analysis of factor analysis, x²-test, and t-test were performed in analyzing the data. The browsing motives of browsers were to obtains fashion information, sensory stimulation and diversion from routine life. They showed the high level of fashion involvement, shopping confidence, shopping innovativeness, shopping opinion leadership as well s fashion opinion leadership. Browsers tended to be impulse buyers and spent more money on clothing than non-browsers. The attributes that influence their store choice were the variety of products and brands, information availability ,and pleasant store atmosphere.

A four-year-old female Pekingese dog was presented with intermittent ambulatory hindlimb lameness and severe back pain. The course of the disease was acute and static and 5 days passed by until presentation. In neurological examination, severe back pain and slightly decreased proprioception in right hindlimb were shown. In radiographic examination, radiopacity was increased at T10-11 intervertebral disc space. According to the history taking, neurological examination and radiographic examination, it was tentatively diagnosed as intervertebral disc disease (IVDD). Conservative treatment was performed including cage rest, medication with prednisolone and traditional acupuncture. Acupoints were GV-6, GV-7, BL-18, BL-19. BL-40 and GB-34. Dry needlings rested for 20 minutes. Just after the first acupuncture treatment back pain was significantly decreased. With additional acupuncture treatment, all the clinical signs were not observed. It is considered that conservative therapy including traditional acupuncture, medication and cage rest might be the first choice of therapeutic method for Grade I or II IVDD in dogs.

A case of liposarcoma was reported in 52 year-old female. She had the operation history due to mediastinal lipoma at other Hospital before 26 months ago. Chest X-ray revealed a huge soft tissue mass- density at the entire right lung field, and left middle and lower lung field at admission. At the lateral film, the mass was located in the anterior and middle mediastinum. Transsternal bilateral thoracotomy was performed, followed by extirpation of liposarcoma, wedge resection of superior vena cava, angioplasty of superior vena cava, and then partial pericardiectomy. The post-operative treatment was 5500 rad irradiation. Post-operative course was uneventful, that was noticed by OPD follow-up for 10 months. Primary liposarcoma of the mediastinum is very rare tumor. This tumor grows to an enormous size, and symptoms are referable to compression of the contiguous intrathoracic structures. The treatment of choice is surgery in all cases. Such an approach serves to establish a tissue diagnosis, to relieve the patients* symptoms, and may results in a cure sometimes. Radiotherapy or/and chemotherapy seems to be ineffective, but should be further studied.

In the last few years there has been a resurgenceof interest in in-situ saphenous vein arterial bypass for lower extremity revascularization because of improved patency rates. we performed 1 in situ bypass oreration using the intraluminal valve-disruption tecnique. A 65-year-old female who had ztherosclerotic obstruction in the superficial and popliteal arteries underwent in situ saphenous vein arterial bypass. After harvesting of saphenous vein, we used LeMaitre retrograde valvulotome for valve-disruption technique. Completion of the arterrigraphy was performed to evaluate bothh the anastomoses. The two side brances were all ligated. In situ saphenous vein arterial bypass has become the procedure of choice for distal reconstruction in severely ischemic lower extremities because of improved long-term patency compared with reversed-saphenous vein bypass procedure.

Schwannoma of the larynx is uncommon neurogenic tumor that can cause the air way obstruction. For benign lesions, conservative surgical excision is the treatment of choice. Recently, we experienced a case of schwannoma originating from the subglottis in a 52 year old female patient. The tumor was removed successfully through endoscopic approach.

The visual discrimination ability of Vespertilio superans was investigated with a male and a female. In a controlled experimental situation (two-choice apparatus), using a vertical bar and a circle of the same area of the bar, it was established that discrimination between different shapes of the same size was impossible. However, with patterns in which the surface areas substantially differed, the bats were able to discriminate between them to a statistically significant degree. Continuing with experiments in which the lightness of the 2 paritems was varied, the disrimination was possible with all but the slightest differences in lightness (a difference of lightness value 2).

Idiopathic cricopharyngeal achalasia is a rare condition that produces oropharyngeal dysphagia. It is caused by spasm of the cricopharyngeus and inability to relax with swallowing. A prominent muscle bar at the upper esophageal sphincter is a typical finding of the esophagogram. Cricopharyngeal myotomy is the treatment of choice. We report a case of cricopharyngeal myotomy for 61-year-old female patient.
