복사 방법론과 입력 추가 구조를 이용한 End-to-End 한국어 문서요약 (End-to-end Korean Document Summarization using Copy Mechanism and Input-feeding)

  • 본 논문에서는 copy mechanism과 input feeding 추가한 RNN search 모델을 end-to-end 방식으로 한국어 문서요약에 적용하였다. 또한 시스템의 입출력으로 사용하는 데이터를 음절단위, 형태소단위, hybrid 단위의 토큰화 형식으로 처리하여 수행한 각각의 성능을 구하여, 모델과 토큰화 형식에 따른 문서요약 성능을 비교한다. 인터넷 신문기사를 수집하여 구축한 한국어 문서요약 데이터 셋(train set 30291 문서, development set 3786 문서, test set 3705문서)으로 실험한 결과, 형태소 단위로 토큰화 하였을 때 우수한 성능을 확인하였으며, GRU search에 input feeding과 copy mechanism을 추가한 모델이 ROUGE-1 35.92, ROUGE-2 15.37, ROUGE-L 29.45로 가장 높은 성능을 보였다.

  • A tape feeder is an important part to supply a micro chip such as 1005 and 0603 components in SMT process. Traditional sprocket wheel type feeder has several problems such as backlash and indexing errors, low compatibility and confidence. However, it is very difficult to solve such problems due to the inevitable fraction defectives of sprocket wheel. Thus, the object of this works is to develop a linear type high precision tape feeding system using cam-slider mechanism. The proposed cam-slider mechanism is composed of several links and a plate, pneumatic actuator is used to generate linear motion. The proposed mechanism has distinct advantages over the conventional mechanism. It has reduced feeding errors, long lift-cycle, and slim width. As a result, the developed tape feeder using cam-slider mechanism shows special characteristics far high precision feeding for chip-mounters.

  • 본 논문에서는 Sequence-to-sequence 모델을 생성요약의 방법으로 한국어 문서요약에 적용하였으며, copy mechanism과 input feeding을 적용한 RNN search 모델을 사용하여 시스템의 성능을 높였다. 인터넷 신문기사를 수집하여 구축한 한국어 문서요약 데이터 셋(train set 30291 문서, development set 3786 문서, test set 3705문서)으로 실험한 결과, input feeding과 copy mechanism을 포함한 모델이 형태소 기준으로 ROUGE-1 35.92, ROUGE-2 15.37, ROUGE-L 29.45로 가장 높은 성능을 보였다.

  • A new approach to the design of bank note counters is suggested. Modern bank note counters are equipped with several types of sensors for counting and detection of counterfeit bank notes. To achieve higher speed of counting while maintaining the sensing capability, longitudinal feeding scheme is proposed. Several merits of longitudinal feeding are discussed. Taguchi method is used for the optimization of the feeding mechanism.

캠-슬라이더 메커니즘 테이프 피더의 성능평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Performance Analysis for a Tape Feeder with Cam-slider Mechanism)

  • A tape feeder is an important feeding device to supply micro-chips such as 1005 and 0603 components to PCB in SMT process. Traditionally, tape feeding methods using sprocket wheel mechanism has been used for the pickup system of chip-mounters. However, there is growing needs for new feeding mechanism with high accuracy and confidence as electric components are getting much smaller. Thus, recently, a tape feeder using cam-slider mechanism is developed to meet such requirements. The major advantages of developed system are; significantly reduced indexing and backlash errors, slim and compact design, and improved repetitive capacity compared to existing system. In this paper, the performance evaluation criteria for the developed tape feeder are suggested. Stability against induced vibration, positioning accuracy, cycle time, durability and supply error rate are estimated using developed self testers. As a result, the excellence of developed tape feeding mechanism is validated using the effective rating methods.

  • This paper shows the design optimization of the paper feeding mechanism under dynamic behavior by using commercial codes of RecurDyn/MTT2D and RecurDyn/AutoDesign which are developed by functionBay, Inc. A virtual mockup for dynamics analysis of the paper feeding mechanism is build on RecurDyn/MTT2D and is simulated. Flexible paper is represented as a series of rigid bars connected by revolute joints and rotational spring dampers. Paper is fed by a contact and friction mechanism on rollers or guides. The slip of the paper and nip force of rollers are measured to estimate the system performance. After a simulation, these performances are automatically send to RecurDyn/AutoDesign which is a sequential approximate optimization tool based on the response surface modeling. RecurDyn/AutoDesign makes the approximate objective function and computes the optimized design points of the design variables and gives them to analysis tool. And then the simulation is repeated with the updated design variables. These processes are repeated until finding a tolerable design optimization. In this paper, a paper feeding mechanism is introduced and it is optimized with the proposed algorithms.

차량 소음기용 다공파이프 자동절단 메커니즘 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Design of the Automatic Cutting Mechanism of the Perforation Pipes in an Automobile Muffler)

  • In this paper, we proposed the automatic cutting mechanism of the perforation pipes in an automobile muffler. This cutting mechanism makes continuous work possible, because it performs the batch work via the sequential operation of loading, feeding, cutting, and discharging. The proposed cutting mechanism consists of the frame unit, escape unit, turning unit, feeding unit, vision system, clamping unit, spindle/cutting unit and cooling unit. And, these mechanisms have been modularized through mechanical, dynamical and structural optimized design using the SMO (SimDesigner Motion) analysis module. Also, the virtual prototype was carried out using the 3-D CAD program. The cutting process cycle is performed in the order of loading, vision processing, feeding, clamping, cutting and discharging. And the cycle time for cutting one piece was designed to be completed in four seconds.

  • In this study, a fmite element model was developed for analysis of feeding a structure in open loop control The finite element analysis (FEA) can simulate dynamic behavior of the structure of a machine tool rapidly traveling with a screw feeding driving system. The feeding mechanism was implemented with screw element of the FEA tool used in this study. The procedure was developed for the dynamic transient FEA. First, motion parameters such as jerk and velocity were introduced for the structure to be fed in open loop control When its traveling distance was determined, set-points for the distance were generated based on the motion parameters. The set-points were applied to the FE model constructed for the traveling structure. The FEA was executed and evaluated. In this study, the FEA procedure was applied to the column of a machine tool and the dynamic behavior of the column was evaluated. The FEA helps in evaluation of the motion characteristics of a structure. The convergence time of the structure vibration posterior to feeding termination can be estimated and the stiffness of the flexible structure is also evaluated against jerk, and acceleration. It provides the feeding force which is helpful in selection of the feeding motor.

Design of Small CRPA Arrays with Circular Microstrip Loops for Electromagnetically Coupled Feed

  • This paper proposes a design of small controlled reception pattern antenna (CRPA) arrays using circular microstrip loops with frequency-insensitive characteristics. The proposed array consists of seven identical upper and lower circular loops that are electromagnetically coupled, which results in a frequency-insensitive behavior. To demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed feeding mechanism, the proposed array is fabricated, and its antenna characteristics are measured in a full-anechoic chamber. The operating principle of the proposed feeding mechanism is then interpreted using an equivalent circuit model, and the effectiveness of the circular loop shape is demonstrated by calculating near electromagnetic fields in proximity to the radiator. The results confirm that the proposed feeding mechanism is suitable to have frequency-insensitive behavior and induces strong electric and magnetic field strengths for higher radiation gain in extremely small antenna arrays.
