가족복지실천을 위한 종합사회복지관과 건강가정지원센터의 기능 및 관계에 대한 질적연구 (A Qualitative Study about the Function and Relationships of Social Community Welfare Centers and Health Family Support Centers for Family Welfare Practice)

  • 본 연구는 지역사회의 가족복지실천의 중점 기관인 종합사회복지관과 건강가정지원센터의 공통점과 차이점을 살펴봄으로써 각 기관이 수행하는 기능과 더불어 양 기관의 관계에 대한 종사자들의 인식을 탐색하였다. 문헌연구와 양 기관의 기관장과 중간관리자에 대한 인터뷰를 통해 운영현황에 대한 비교 분석을 통하여 공통점과 차이점을 찾아보고 양 기관의 기능과 관계성을 통해 가족복지를 지역사회에 전개해 나가는 데 있어 발전방향을 모색하였다. 그 결과, 연구참가자들은 공통의 목표를 추구하지만 각 기관만의 기능과 사회적 가치에 대한 차별성을 제기하였고, 이를 통해 종합사회복지관은 지역사회안의 개인과 가족에 초점을 둔 지역사회통합을 위한 사례관리가 중점적 기능으로 앞으로의 발전방향임을 확인하였다. 건강가정지원센터는 일반가정의 가족생활주기에 맞춘 보편적 가족복지욕구를 충족시키기 위한 예방활동과 지역주민의 심리적 접근성을 최대한 가깝게 유지하면서 건강가정을 구축해나가는 데 있어서의 토대역할이 기대가 되었다.

어린이집 만 4세 유아의 순수 놀이공간 및 놀이성과 놀이행동 간의 관계 (The Relationships among Play Space, Play Behaviors and Playfulness of 4-Year Old Children in Childcare Centers)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between play behaviors and young children's playfulness in a variety of play space environments. The subjects were 150 4-year old children of 29 mixed-age classes in childcare centers of Seoul and Gyeonggi area. The results were as follows; (1) Their play behaviors differed according to their play environment in terms of classroom spaces. Solitary-active play behaviors were more frequently observed in large play spaces than small. (2) Leading participation, cognitive flexibility, voluntary full immersion, and total playfulness scores correlated negatively with reticent behavior. Leading participation, voluntary full immersion, and total playfulness scores, on the other hand, correlated positively with group play behavior. (3) In small play spaces, leading participation, voluntary full immersion correlated negatively with reticent behavior, but leading participation correlated positively with group play. In middle play spaces, cognitive flexibility correlated negatively with reticent behavior. In large play spaces, voluntary full immersion correlated negatively with parallel play, but leading participation, cognitive flexibility, expressions of joy, voluntary full immersion, and total playfulness score correlated positively with group play.

보육교사의 내현적 자기애적 성향과 원장의 서번트 리더십이 조직냉소주의에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Covert Narcissism and Supervisors' Servant Leadership on Childcare Center Teachers' Organizational Cynicism)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of teachers' covert narcissism and supervisors' servant leadership on teachers' organizational cynicism. The subjects were 279 teachers employed in childcare centers in K Province. Data was collected by questionnaires, which required self-report by teachers. The collected data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation, hierarchial regression, by using SPSS Win 19.0. The results of our study was as follows. First, main effects of teachers' covert narcissism and supervisors' servant leadership on teachers' organizational cynicism was observed. teachers' covert narcissism was positively associated with teachers' organizational cynicism. and supervisors' servant leadership was negatively associated with teachers' organizational cynicism. Second, supervisors' servant leadership was a better predictor of teachers' organizational cynicism than teachers' covert narcissism. Finally, interaction effects of teachers' covert narcissism and supervisors' servant leadership on teachers' organizational cynicism was not observed.

조부모를 위한 황혼육아 프로그램 효과 (Effects of a Twilight Childcare Programs for Grandparents)

  • This study aimed to investigate the effects of a twilight childcare programs for grandparents. The study used a non-equivalent control group and pretest-posttest design. It was conducted from September 1 to November 30, 2023 at senior centers in apartment complex in K city. It analyzed 45 (22 in the experimental group and 23 in the control group.) For data analysis, descriptive statistics, test of homogeneity in pretest, independent t-tests, and repeated measures ANOVA were used. In parenting confidence, the interaction between group and time showed a significant difference (F=30.54, p<.001). In Parenting Stress, the interaction between group and time showed a significant difference(F=10.68, p<.001), For Family Relationships, there was no significant difference in the interaction between group and time. A significant difference was found for life satisfaction(F=3.37, p=.047). This program is effective in increasing parenting confidence and life satisfaction, and reducing parenting stress.

다문화가족 자녀생활서비스 방문교육지도사의 직무만족도에 관한 연구: 개인 특성과 근무 특성 변인 중심으로 (Job Satisfaction of Visiting Supervisors for Multicultural Families in Charge of Childcare Services: Focusing on Personal and Job Characteristics)

  • This study was designed to investigate variables influencing the job satisfaction of visiting supervisors for multicultural families in charge of childcare services. It focused on personal characteristics including personal and job characteristics. The subjects in this study were 784 visiting supervisors for multicultural families in charge of childcare services in 140 multicultural family centers located across Korea. The job satisfaction of these visiting supervisors was measured using a self-administered questionnaire, and the collected data were analyzed using a frequency analysis, analysis of variance, and post hoc tests. The findings of this study were as follows: first, these visiting supervisors showed a relatively high level of job satisfaction. However, the job satisfaction subscales of treatment and salary were relatively low. Second, the results revealed significant differences in effects of the variables related to the personal characteristics of the visiting supervisors, such as their age, education level, and their major in college, on their total job satisfaction and subscales (job performance, treatment and salary, work ethic and aptitude). Finally, the results revealed significant differences in the effects of the variables related to the job characteristics of the visiting supervisors, such as their responsibilities, career, number of children to handle, and age of children to handle, on the total job satisfaction and subscales (treatment and salary, relationship with caregivers).

자녀출산 전후의 부모들을 위한 양육여건 및 부모교육 실태 조사 - 대전광역시를 중심으로- (A Survey on Child Rearing Conditions and Parent Education for Parents before and after Childbirth)

  • The purpose of this study was to obtain a fundamental data for developing a policy concerning women and child rearing and a parent education program for young parents who are around their childbirth, a period crucially important both for the parents in terms of the role adjustment, career management, and family finance, and for the infants in terms of its physical and psychological well-being. The subjects were 509 mothers before and after childbirth currently living in the Metropolitan City of Daejeon. Data were obtained through questionnaires and interviews in two major areas of pregnancy-delivery-childcare and parent education. Data were analyzed using SAS, mostly through frequency analysis, percentiles, t-tests, and F-tests. Results of descriptive analyses were organized along the following areas and issues: Pregnancy(family planning, regular check-ups, difficulties, prenatal education, costs, etc.); delivery(type of delivery, delivery related experience, costs, clinic/medical institute of choice, worries/problems, help/supports, etc.); postpartum care(place, kinds of help and helper, costs, postpartum care facilities, etc.); childcare circumstances(place, carer, time schedules, childcare centers or facilities feeding and weaning, etc.); husband's attitudes and involvement in the overall process; working mothers(maternity leave, temporary retirement for child rearing, etc.); and, parent education(family planning, pregnancy, delivery, postpartum care, child rearing, areas or issues needing parent education, facilitative and hindering factors to ideal parenting, etc.). Differences between groups of pregnant mothers and postpartum mothers, working- and non-working mothers, groups of different income levels, mothers and fathers of different educational levels, mothers of first pregnancy(or childbirth) and experienced mothers were also analyzed. Several conclusions with suggestions were drawn in relation to the need for strong implementation as well as developing of policies on women and childcare and for developing a new parent education program for parents before and after childbirth.

현장 사례로 본 공동육아나눔터의 주요 기능과 운영상 문제 및 활성화 조건 (Main Function, Management Difficulties and Activating Conditions of the Cooperative Child Care Sharing Center Based on Field Cases)

  • 이 연구는 질적 연구 방법론에 의한 현장사례연구로서, 공동육아나눔터의 주요 기능과 운영상의 문제 및 활성화 조건을 탐구한 것이다. 지역(대도시·중소도시·군단위), 개소 시기, 운영기관, 위치, 맞벌이자녀초등전담돌봄 여부, 2020년 돌봄공동체시범사업 참여 여부 등을 고려하여 전국 8지역을 사례로 선정하였다. 공동연구자가 각 센터 현장을 함께 방문하여 센터장 혹은 전담직원을 대상으로 반구조화된 질문지를 활용하여 심층면접을 진행하였다. 면접자료를 전사하여 34개의 하위범주와 12개의 범주를 구성하고, 공동육아나눔터의 주요기능과 운영상의 어려움 그리고 활성화 조건이라는 세 가지 주제를 도출하였다. 이러한 주제를 토대로 공동육아나눔터 활성화방안을 제안하였다.

저소득가정 유아의 보육시설 적응에 어머니의 양육행동 및 교사-유아관계가 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Mothers' Parenting Behaviors and Teacher-Child Relationship on Young Children's Adjustment to Child-Care Centers: Focused on Low-Income Families)

  • Using data from an ongoing study of 170 children aged 4-6 years in low-income families, this study tests how mothers' parenting behaviors and teacher-child relationship influences the adjustment to child-care centers of young children. The mothers' parenting behaviors were measured by the mothers of surveyed children, while the teacher-child relationship and children's adjustment were rated by teachers. Measurements were recorded from using the Iowa Parent Behavior Inventory(Crase et al. 1987), Student-Teacher Relationship Scale(Pianta et al. 1995) and the Adjustment to Child-care Centers Scale(Lee 2004). The collected data was analyzed by hierarchical regression using the SPSS Program. Results indicate that mothers' parenting behaviors in the low-income families controlled characteristics of children and are positively associated with one area of early school adjustment, learning readiness. In other words, mothers who are more involved and demonstrate supportive parenting, have children with better learning readiness. The teacher-child relationship is strongly related to all areas of children's adjustment. The interaction effect of parenting behaviors and the teacher-child relationship on children's learning readiness is observed. These results highlight the importance of the teacher-child closeness as well as the quality of parenting behaviors during the preschool period for the low-income family in improving early school adjustment.

보육교사의 다문화 수용도와 다문화 교수효능감이 다문화가정 유아-교사 관계에 미치는 영향: 다문화 교육태도의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Multi-Culture Acceptability, Multi-Culture Teaching Efficacy on Young Child-Teacher Relationships in Childcare Centers: Mediation Effect of Attitude towards Multi-Culture Education)

  • This study investigated the effects of multi-culture acceptability and multi-culture teaching efficacy on young child-teacher relationships. The teachers' attitude towards multi-culture education was included in the analysis as a mediator between multi-culture acceptability and multi-culture teaching efficacy. Participants were 295 teachers and 295 young children between 3 and 5 years in childcare centers located in Seoul, Incheon, Ulsan, Gyeonggi, and North Gyeongsang Province. Teachers completed questionnaires regarding multi-culture acceptability, multi-culture teaching efficacy, and attitude towards multi-culture education. Collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation, Structural Equation Model, and Sobel test with SPSS ver. 18.0 and AMOS ver. 21.0. The results were as follows. First, the subscale of multi-culture acceptability and multi-culture teaching efficacy generally showed a positive correlation with closeness and conflict in the subscale of young child-teacher relationships. Second, teacher's multi-culture acceptability directly influenced the young child-teacher relationship. In addition, the impact of multi-culture teaching efficacy on young child-teacher relationship was mediated perfectly by the multi-culture education attitude. The results suggest that the multi-culture teaching efficacy promote early childhood multicultural education attitudes and that can be changed to positive teacher relationships.

우리나라의 보육정책 (Childcare Policies In Korea)

  • 우리나라는 1921년 태화기독교 여성관 탁아프로그램으로 보육이 시작된 이후 1991년 영유아보육법이 제정되는 등 질적인 보육을 제공할 수 있는 정책적 기반이 꾸준히 발전해왔다. 약 90년 정도 된 보육의 역사에서 보육정책을 담당하는 부처는 시대에 따라, 그리고 관련 법의 규정에 따라 보건사회부, 농업진흥청, 내무부, 문교부, 노동부 등 여러 부처로 분산되어 왔으나, 1991년 제정된 영유아보육법에 의해 보건복지부로 일원화되었고 2004년에는 여성가족부로, 2007년에는 다시 보건복지부로 이관되었다. 우리나라의 보육정책은 1991년 제정된 영유아보육법을 기점으로 교육부 관할의 유치원과 보건복지부 관할의 어린이집의 이원체제로 운영되어 왔다. 최근 출산율의 급속한 저하로 인해 출산율 회복을 위한 정책 개발과 보육의 질적 향상을 도모할 수 있는 방안에 대한 필요성에 의해 다양한 보육정책이 시행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라 현재 보육정책의 주요 특징과 앞으로 다가올 시대를 위해 보육정책이 나아가야 할 방향과 과제에 대해 논의하였다.
