치과 병·의원의 의료서비스 품질이 환자만족도와 재이용 의도에 미치는 영향 (The influence that the medical service quality of the dental clinic affects to the patient satisfaction and use intention)

  • Purpose: This aim of this paper is to research the influence of customer satisfaction and reutilization on Dental hospitals and clinics of medical service quality. Methods: The study examines 140 Patients who received treatment in Daegu from 1 July 2012 to 30 July 2012. The methods of research were used to factor analysis, reliability test using Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ factor, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and spss/win18.0. Results: The factor of quality of care has the highest impact on customer satisfaction. the influence of reutilization depends on the highest reliability and the physical environment was significant. Conclusion: To improve customer satisfaction and reutilization is required to maintenance of hospital facilities, medical services mind and quality of care. The medical service providers are important to develop patient education programs, self-development and customer satisfaction training techniques.

서비스 분야에서 인간공학과 인적오류 연구 (Human Errors and Human Factors in Service Delivery Processes: A Literature Review and Future Works)

  • The aim of this study is to review previous studies on human errors in the service delivery processes. Service industry is sharply growing in the advanced countries. Many people are looking for something to contribute to the service industry. Although there are many research topics related to service domain that human factors and ergonomics specialists can do contribute, a few researchers are studying such topics. This paper indicated how previous researches on human factors and human errors have addressed the service domain, in order to prompt human factor study on the service domain. A variety of sources were inspected for literature reviews, including books and journals of managements, medicine, psychology, consumer behavior as well as human factor and ergonomics. The characteristics of human errors in the service domain were investigated. Human error studies in several service sectors were summarized such as medical service, automotive service operation, travel agent service and call center service. Until now, human factors community was not much interested in human errors in service domain. However, there is much space to contribute to service domain; human error identification, human error analysis and control of human error. The research of human error in service domain can provide clues to improve service quality. This paper helps to guide to identify human error of service domain and to design service systems.

  • In this paper, for analysing the major factors giving the effect to the quality of HD level video on the multicasting service, we tried this test experiment on the College school network similar to the real service network environment. We measure the video quality distortion on the multicasting HD level video according to generating and increasing the broadcasting traffic on the situation that apply the QoS technique to the test network and not apply the QoS technique and then find out the threshold value of network factors giving the effect to the video quality distortion on the multicasting HD level video service. This paper can be used for guaranteeing the constant video quality and reducing the video quality distortion on the multicasting HD level video service.

부산지역 외국인 유학생의 대학급식 이용실태 및 급식 품질 속성에 대한 중요도-만족도 조사 (An Evaluation on the Attitudes and Importance-Satisfaction on Service Quality of University Foodservice among International Students in Busan)

  • Objectives: This study examined the usage status and the degree of satisfaction of university foodservice (UF) perceived by international students in Busan. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted on the utilization of UF, improvement requirements, preference type and recipe, as well as the importance and satisfaction of UF quality attributes as perceived by international students (n=604) at universities in the Busan area between April and June 2017. Results: UF was 'generally satisfied' or 'very satisfied' in about 35.4% of the study population, and 'not very satisfied' or 'not satisfied at all' in approximately 11.5%. Approximately 21.7% said that UF contributed to dietary life 'very much' or 'quite significantly' and 36.4% said 'not very much' or 'not at all'. The largest demand for improvement of UF was 'variety of menu' (52.0%). The most leftover food in UF was kimchi (30.3%) and broth/stew (19.2%), and the major reason for having leftover was 'not to one's taste' (27.8%). After dividing the foodservice quality attributes into 5 factors - food quality and price, sanitation, convenience, physical environment, and service environment - and analyzing the importance and satisfaction of each factor, it was shown that satisfaction was generally lower than the degree of importance. Sanitation factor was high for both importance and satisfaction of UF, while convenience factor was high for the importance but low for satisfaction of UF. Four variables in the food quality and price factor ('food taste', 'freshness of food', 'nutritive value of food', and 'reasonable price') and 3 variables in the convenience factor ('variety of menu', 'prompt food service', and 'display of the meals for the day') had high importance but low satisfaction, showing the need for an improvement on these areas. Conclusions: Based on the study results, it is necessary to improve the food quality, as well as the price and convenience factors, and to provide various menus to increase the satisfaction of UF in international students.

20-40대 남성의 이.미용 서비스만족도와 재방문 의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Men's Satisfaction and Intention to Revisit Beauty Shop Service)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify factors evaluating beauty service and to find determinants of consumer satisfaction and intention to revisit a beauty shop for Korean men aged from 20's to 40's. The study was done by survey method. Data of three hundred were collected by on-line survey. Descriptive analyses, factor analyses, Duncan tests, multiple regressions, and path analyses were applied to analyze data. The results were as follows: First, factor analysis produced five factors on men's beauty service quality. They were store environments and convenience, employee's skill, service efficiency, store management methods, and service fee. Second, men's service satisfaction on beauty shop and on beauty shop employee were significantly affected by all the beauty service factors. Third, men's intention to revisit beauty shop and to revisit beauty shop employee were positively and significantly affected by all the beauty service factors and satisfaction on beauty shop employee. In conclusion, men's satisfaction and, in turn, intention to revisit beauty service were affected mainly by evaluation on beauty service. To increase customer satisfaction followed by store loyalty, comfortable shop atmosphere and outstanding styling quality service are likely to be most important. Beauty service quality could be perceived in comparing with service fee. Thus, diverse ways of price related promotion would be required to improve beauty service satisfaction.

도서관의 온라인 서비스 품질 평가: e-LibQual의 적용 (Measuring library online service quality: An application of e-LibnQual)

  • 본 연구는 기대와 성과간의 비교를 통하여 이용자 관점에서 도서관 온라인 서비스에 대한 품질을 평가하였다. 이를 위해 22개 SERVQUAL 문항에 정보품질에 관련된 7개 항목을 추가하여 총29개의 측정항목을 개발하였고, 대덕연구단지내의 한 연구 도서관을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 실시하여 데이터를 수집하였다. 요인분석 결과 온라인 서비스의 품질을 결정하는 요소인 서비스차원은 5개로 묶여졌고, 정보품질 차원은 별개로 분리되어 나타났다. IPA(Importance Performance Analysis) 분석결과 정보품질, 신뢰성, 그리고 보증성이 중요한 서비스 요소임이 밝혀졌고, 다중회귀분석 결과 이용자의 만족에 가장 커다란 영향을 미치는 서비스 요소로는 유형성과 정보품질인 것으로 규명되었다.

다차원 ASP 서비스 품질 평가와 고객만족, 인식된 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation of Multi-dimensional ASP Service Quality and Its Effects on User Satisfaction and Perceived Firm Performance)

  • Quality has long been considered as an important factor in creating competitive advantage, and researches on quality have not been limited to off-line products but actively extended to e-services and information goods. However, given the nature of multi-dimensional aspect of quality, the systematic study on the quality of online service is still in its early stage. Especially, studies on the quality of ASP services have been rare in academic and professional journals despite the growth of ASP industry in its size and the rapid expansion in the range of application. In this paper we clarified the multi-dimensional quality aspects of the ASP service using a Garvin's framework (1984) which encompasses the service aspects of Products, and developed a measurement model for ASP service qualify. Then we empirically tested the effects of ASP service quality on user satisfaction and perceived firm performance using the data from 240 Korean small firms with less than 50 employees that had experienced the ASP service. Our results show that there are positive relationships among ASP service quality and personal performance, user satisfaction and perceived firm performance, and that product and service-related aspects of ASP service exert differential effects on performance measures so that the product-related aspects of the ASP service such as performance, features, reliability and conformance are considered to be more important in evaluating benefits from ASP services. Contrary to the approaches In literature where only the quality of online services is evaluated, our results emphasize the importance of differentiating Product and service-related aspects of ASP service and provide a basis for more comprehensive evaluation of ASP service quality.

병원입원환자가 인지하는 의료서비스 질, 만족도, 서비스가치, 병원 재이용 의사간의 인과관계분석 (The Causal Relationship of Hospital Inpatient's Perceived Quality, Satisfaction, Service Value, and Intention to Revisit)

  • The objective of this study is to analyze the causal relationship of hospital inpatient's perceived quality, overall satisfaction, service value, and future intention to revisit. To carry out this objective, first we analyzed the dimensions of inpatient care service quality using SERVQUAL scale. The SERVQUAL scale is based on the gap theory, that is, the difference of patients' expectations and the actually received medical care service in hospital. On the basis of this theory, we measured the inpatient's perceived service quality and overall patient satisfaction. Data was gathered from a self-administered questionnaire at a 980 bed university hospital in Inchon City. These questionnaire measuring the service quality were distributed to 250 inpatients. The response rate was 66.4%. A total of 166 questionnaires was finally analyzed. To categorize medical service quality, the factor analysis was performed on 42 items. The reliability and validity of these items was evaluated. Finally to test 6 hypotheses, we analyzed the causal relationship of service quality, overall satisfaction, service value, and intention to revisit through the structural equation modeling(SEM). The major results of this study are as follows. First, the dimension of inpatient service quality was categorized into 7 dimensions, that is, personal caring, communication, access, physical environment, facilities and equipment, cleanliness, appropriateness and health status. Second, the reliability and validity of inpatient service quality items was satisfied. Third, as a result of structural equation modeling, the effect of inpatient's perceived service quality on overall satisfaction, service value, and intention to revisit was statistically significant. And total effect on intention to revisit as the core endogenous variable was perceived service quality(1.100), patient satisfaction(0.006), and service value(0.605).

ERP 구축 전략과 IT컨설팅 서비스품질이 도입 성과에 미치는 영향 (A study on the effect of ERP Construction strategy and IT Consulting Service Quality on Performance)

  • 중소 제조 기업 중심으로 ERP를 도입함에 있어 경쟁회사와의 차별화, 비용 우위 전략이 필요하다고 보는 관점에서 효과적인 ERP 구축전략을 할 수 있는 길잡이 역할을 목표로 하고 있다. 구축 전략으로 차별화 및 비용우위와 서비스 품질이 도입성과에 종속관계, 매개효과를 살펴보았다. 첫째, 차별화 나 비용우위전략은 재무적 성과에는 선행연구 결과를 지지하고 있다. 하지만 차별화 전략에서는 비재무적 관점에서만 유의하였다. 둘째, 차별화와 비용우위 전략은 서비스 품질 요인 확신성만 재무적 성과가 있고 나머지 서비스 품질은 도입 성과에는 유의하지 않은 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 컨설팅 서비스 품질의 매개효과 분석은 차별화나 비용우위 전략 경로에서 모두 유의하지 않았다. 결론적으로 시스템 구축은 구축 전략으로는 재무적 관점에서 차이가 있으며, 서비스 품질 요인에서는 공급업체가 제공하는 확신성 즉 지식 및 확신과 믿음을 줄 수 있는 능력에 영향이 있다.

서비스품질에 대한 만족이 점포충성도에 미치는 영향: 국내외 패스트푸드 브랜드간 비교연구 (Impact of Satisfaction about Service Quality on Store Loyalty: A Comparative Study of the International Brand and the Domestic Brand of Fast Food Franchise in Korea)

  • This study was conducted to identify the differences In Customers' satisfaction about service quality between the largest Korean fast food franchise and the largest American Fast food franchise in Korea. And this study was performed to identify the critical service factors influencing the store loyalty of fast food franchise in Korea. The results of this study show that the American fast food franchise is doing better performances in service factors than the Korean fast food franchise. And the value of food and service is identified as the most critical factor for the store loyalty of the fast food franchise in Korea.
