응급구조학과 비대면 실습 강의에서 360° 가상현실 영상과 1인칭 시점 영상의 만족도, 흥미도, 경험인식 비교 (Comparison of satisfaction, interest, and experience awareness of 360° virtual reality video and first-person video in non-face-to-face practical lectures in medical emergency departments)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to establish effective training strategies and methods by comparing the effects of 360° virtual reality video and first-person video in non-face-to-face practical lectures. Methods: This crossover study, implemented May 18-31, 2020, included 27 participants. We compared 360° virtual reality video and first-person video. SPSS version 25.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results: The 360° virtual reality video had a higher score of experience recognition (p=.039), vividness (p=.045), presence (p=.000), fantasy factor (p=.000) than the first-person video, but no significant difference was indicated for satisfaction (p=.348) or interest (p=.441). Conclusion: 360° virtual reality video and first-person video can be used as training alternatives to achieve the standard educational objectives in non-face-to-face practical lectures.

여성소비자의 외모만족도: 외모유형과 외모의식과의 관계 (Appearance Satisfaction of Female Consumers: Toward the Relationships with Appearance Types and Perceptions)

  • The purposes of this study were to categorize female consumers based on appearance satisfaction and to examine the differences among the categorized groups on appearance types and appearance perceptions (appearance interest, stress related to appearance, and the extent of cosmetics use). A total of 518 responses collected from a questionnaire survey to female consumers was analyzed. Cluster analysis on appearance satisfaction identified four groups including the types of: Feature satisfaction(32%); Skin satisfaction(31%); Dissatisfaction(19%); and Overall satisfaction(16%). Chi-square and ANOVA analyses revealed significant differences among the four groups on the 6 appearance types (face line, face size, skin tone, skin blemish, skin elasticity, and wrinkles) and the stress related to appearance.

미디어선택이 최종사용자의 만족도에 미치는 영향: SERVQUAL 연구 틀을 이용한 실증적 연구 (The Impact of Media Selection on End - user Satisfaction : An Empirical Study Based on SERVQUAL Framework)

  • In this paper, we investigate the relationship between the use of different media and customer satisfaction in help desk service. Different dimensions of customer satisfaction were derived based on SERVQUAL : reliability, empathy, assurance, tangibles, and responsiveness. The results support our hypotheses that use of conventional media (face-to-face and telephone) is related to help desk satisfaction through reliability and empathy and electronic media (e-mali and internet) users show higher satisfaction in tangibles and assurance. Also, hybrid media users (multi-media users by task) show a higher level of satisfaction in reliability and responsibility. The results suggest that automating help desks should be considered as a way to provide more options to end-users.

온라인 학습상황과 학습자의 학습스타일이 블랜디드 러닝 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The effects of online learning situation and learners' learning style on satisfaction in Blended Learning)

  • 본 연구는 블랜디드 러닝 상황과 학습자의 특성에 따른 학습자의 만족도 차이를 살펴보아 블랜디드 러닝 실제에 도움을 주고자 실시되었다. 이를 위해 블랜디드 러닝의 온라인 학습상황을 세 가지 유형으로 분류하여 블랜디드 러닝 만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 또한 블랜디드 러닝 참여자들의 학습스타일을 유형별로 분류하여 그 특성이 참여자의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 또한 블랜디드 러닝 만족도는 크게 웹환경 만족도, 콘텐츠 만족도, 면대면수업 만족도, 일반적 만족도의 네 가지로 나누어 살펴보았다.

  • The purpose of this paper is propose an analytical method for evaluating user satisfaction of Internet website and identifying casual relationships between user satisfaction of Internet website and performance measures as like revisit intention and complaints using the structural equation model (SEM). This paper is intended to identify critical evaluation factors of user satisfaction for Internet website to determine criteria for evaluating the website. and use the criteria to develop a SEM model for quantitatively evaluation of each factors effects of user preference. The SEM model used 5 latent variables for the evaluation factors of website user satisfaction and 2 latent variables for performance evaluation. 2 portal sites were evaluated to construct the SEM model. and 74 subjects participated the website evaluation using the walk-through and face-to face survey method. Analysis results showed that the SEM model was statistically significant for all the 2 websites evaluated.

  • Internet community's popularity Is growing at an impressive rate. Sooner or later, most people come face to face with the decision of using the mobile internet or mobile community. This study developed and empirically tested a research model, QSL(Quality-Satisfaction-Loyalty) model. The reliability and validity of the measurement test were peformed. Based on a survey at university, this study showed that consultation system is significant on overall customer satisfaction. The possibility of human network is very important in generating overall customer satisfaction. We empirically found that the important role of customer satisfaction as partial moderating factor between service qualities and customer loyalty.

The Effect of Experience Economy of VR Contents on Satisfaction

  • The COVID-19 pandemic has ushered in a new era of untact and we are quickly adapting to this untact era. In the current situation where it is difficult to contact each other face-to-face, Virtual Reality (VR) is an opportunity factor for indirect tourism and a good alternative to viewing cultural heritage. This study showed that the effects of experience economies such as entertainment experience, aesthetic experience, escapist experience, and spiritual experience on VR content satisfaction. Furthermore, we examined whether consumers' perceived risks to COVID-19 moderate the relationship between experience economy and satisfaction. This study investigated 149 people who experienced VR content about Jerusalem. The results have shown that entertainment experience and aesthetic experience have a positive effect on the satisfaction with the VR content. Furthermore, perceived risks about COVID-19 have been shown to moderate the effects of aesthetic experience and spiritual experience on satisfaction. Finally, we provided implications based on our findings.

  • 본 연구는 이론수업보다 실습수업의 비중이 상대적으로 높은 뷰티전공 학생들을 대상으로, 코로나19 전·후로 이론 및 실습교과목의 대면수업, 비대면수업, 블렌디드수업과 같은 교수방법에 따른 수업만족도 변화에 대해 실증적으로 분석하여, 수업만족도 제고 방안 및 대학 교육의 질 개선을 위한 효율적인 교수학습방법을 제시하고자 하였다. 자료 분석을 위해 SPSS 18.0 통계 패키지를 활용하였으며, 코로나19 전·후 이론교과목에 대한 교수방법 만족도 차이 분석결과에서는 전체 20개 항목 중 10개 항목이 그리고, 실습교과목에 대해서는 전체 20개 항목 중 8개 항목이 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 이론 및 실습교과의 교수방법에 따른 수업만족도에 영향을 미치는 항목을 고려하여 효율적이고 실질적인 교수방법을 적용해 나감으로써 대학 교육의 질 향상을 견인할 것으로 기대한다.

비대면 수업에서 온라인 블렌디드 러닝 적용이 작업치료과 대학생의 수업만족도와 학업성취도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Online Blended Learning Application on Occupational Therapy Students' Satisfaction and Academic Achievement in Non-Face-to-Face Classes)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study is to explore the effectiveness of online blended learning(asynchronous online learning class 1+synchronous online learning class 2) method and discuss the applicability of online blended learning. In this study, we will analyze the differences in class satisfaction and academic achievement between asynchronous online learning and online blended learning classes, and discuss the strengths, weaknesses, and satisfactions of online blended learning. Methods : The subjects of this study were 39 of the occupational therapy students who took the 'child development' course. Asynchronous online learning class was applied for 1-6 weeks and online blended learning was applied for 9~14 weeks. The online blended learning class consisted of 1 hours synchronous online learning and 2 hours asynchronous online learning. For the asynchronous online learning, the screen recording program of OBS Studio was used, and for the synchronous online learning, the Zoom program was used. The results of course evaluation and academic achievement of students according to the type of lecture were compared, and a survey was conducted on the satisfaction of online blended learning. Results : The results of this study are as follows. First, satisfaction(A class: t=-4.19, p=.001, B class: t=-7.94, p=.00) with online blended learning classes was significantly higher than asynchronous online learning. Second, when applying online blended learning class, academic achievement(t=-10.58, p=.00) was significantly higher. Third, the online blended learning class showed the highest satisfaction in improving the interest in the subject, and it was found to be helpful in online class management, professor-student interaction, and class content understanding. Conclusion : We have found that online blended learning can compensate for the shortcomings of online lectures and increase the quality of the lectures and the satisfaction of students. The application of online blended learning should be supplemented according to the characteristics of each class, and I hope that blended online teaching methods can be developed based on new ideas in the future.

수업 유형에 따른 학습자 만족도 비교 연구 -동일 교수자의 동일 강좌 강의평가 사례 분석 (A Comparative Study on Learner Satisfaction according to Instructional Mode -Case Analysis of Lecture Evaluation of the Same Course by the Same Instructor)

  • 본 연구에서는 수업 유형에 따른 수업설계 및 교수전략 수립을 위한 기반 자료를 얻기 위하여 동일 교수자의 동일 강좌에 대한 서로 다른 수업 유형의 강의 평가 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 콘텐츠 수업, 온라인 실시간 수업, 온라인과 대면 혼합 수업, 대면 수업 등 4가지 수업 유형으로 나누어, 이에 따른 학습자 만족도를 비교 분석하고 각 유형에 대한 학습자의 요구를 확인하였다. 연구 결과, 강의 진행 적절성에 대한 강의 평가 영역에서 수업 유형별 만족도 차이가 나타났다. 즉, 온라인 실시간 수업 유형에서의 강의 진행에 대한 만족도가 콘텐츠 수업, 혼합 수업, 대면 수업의 만족도에 비해 낮게 나타났다. 서술형 강의 평가 분석 결과, 학습자들은 콘텐츠 수업에서는 쉽게 이해 가능하고 재미있는 설명에 만족한다고 응답하였다. 온라인 실시간 수업의 경우, 학생들은 철저한 준비와 원활한 소통에 만족한다고 평가하였다. 혼합 수업에서는 체계적 수업과 열정적 강의에 만족한다고 하였으며, 대면수업에서는 상호작용의 즐거움과 교수자의 열정을 만족도의 주된 이유로 표현하였다. 네 가지 수업 형태에서 공통적으로 도출된 만족도 특성은 교수자의 열정이라고 분석되었다. 연구 결과는 각각의 수업 유형에 따른 수업 설계와 교수 전략 수립에 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.
