Changes of the soft tissue in the maxillary orthognathic surgery are widening of alar base, elevated nasal tip and flattening of upper lip. In addition, soft tissue change is difficult to predict, it has considerable variability in the response of soft tissue. • Purpose - There are several problems that organizations face to make a better team-based system such as free-rider issue, assigned difficult jobs unfairly and bickering between high performers and average performers. The purpose of this study is to provide solutions for practitioners through past academic studies on how organizations can resolve several issues in team management. Ultimately, it would lead to employees as better performers for organization's profitability and customers' satisfaction. Research design, data, and methodology - Solution 1 - put employees who have a similar performance ability together into a same team and apply 'growth' approach for low performance team. Solution 2 - make a new evaluation system which is balanced between individual's performance and team's performance. Solution 3 - monitor thoroughly to diffuse difficult works equally among teams and develop management practice system that may prevent or resolve difficult work-loads for a team or an individual performer. Result - Investigation suggests that organizations may resolve three conflicts which come from team base system. Moreover, the implications of results show that the most important criteria in team management depend on whether performers have a similar ability in the same team and management handles issue of justice and the performance of each employee is evaluated by total team performance evaluation simultaneously. Conclusions - All in all, our recommendation concludes that if three issues are resolved, the lack of trust in team-based system among team members will be missed.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop an instrument that evaluated QUality Of care Through patients' Eyes for hospitalized child (QUOTE-Child), and examine the validity and reliability. Methods: Preliminary items were reviewed through expert content validity and face validity. To test the validity and reliability of the instrument, the data were collected from 221 care givers of hospitalized children. Data were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient, Cronbach's alpha and Spearman-Brown coefficient. Results: Factor analysis yielded 19 items in four factors including 1) respect, 2) explanation, 3) kindness, and 4) skillfulness, with a cumulative explanatory variance of 70.68%. For criterion-related validity, a significant positive relationship was found between quality of care and pediatric family satisfaction. For internal consistency reliability, the Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ was .93 (importance) and .95 (performance) for the overall instrument. The half split reliabilities were .86, .95 (importance) and .92, .97 (performance). The Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ of 110 data was .92 (importance) and .94 (performance). Conclusion: Researchers and practitioners can use this instrument to systematically assess quality of care for hospitalized children and identify areas of support for hospitalized children and their family.

This study aims to identify the current status and problems based on the environmental experiences of the actual residents, excluding the simple physical status, in relation with supplying public property of green open space, and the study put focus on the old downtown area of Jeonju-si which is a test-bed of urbane regeneration planned by the government. Residents in less privileged area evaluate the importance of green environment of park very highly as a factor to enhance their quality of life, but as they do not have well-established environmental infrastructure to back up their needs practically, they face difficulties to use such environment and show low level of satisfaction. In particular, as such characteristics appear remarkably among the least privileged urbane people in the less privileged urbane area, their dependence and expectation upon the environment of green open space is very apparent and, therefore, it is urgently needed to improve their environment for public green park area for the less privileged urbane people.

  • The purposes of the study, based on the social comparison theory, were 1) to examine the body image and the body distortion of the late adolescent through the attitudinal and perceptual measurement of the body image and to examine the self-esteem, 2) to examine the difference of the clothing behaviors depending on the level of the body image, the body distortion and the self-esteem, 3) to examine the difference in the clothing behavior, the body image and the self-esteem according to sex. The sampling method was a convenient sampling and the subjects were 137 undergraduate students in Chungnam national University. The results of this study were as follows : The results of analysing the factors to the response of attitudinal body image emerged three factors (appearance interest, weight concern, and body satisfaction). The results of analysing the response of the clothing behavior showed four factors (fashion interest, psychological dependence of clothing, conformity to clothing, and exhibitionism of clothing). The positive group to the body image showed more interest in the fashion and had the tendency of depending on the clothing psychologically, and also showed that the group revealed much exhibitive attitude by using the clothing. The group of perceiving the face rather correctly tends to do the conformity behaviors, but the group distorting the shoulder width wider than tends to reveal more conformity behaviors. The group with the higher self-esteem had little interested in the fashion and also did the conformity behaviors slightly.

  • Shipping industry continues to face dramatic changes in its environment ranging from development in containerization, computerization and telecommunications to the emergence of global marketplace. Perhaps the most significant trend - representing both a threat and opportunity - is the increasingly competitive nature of shipping service market. In order for the shipping companies to cope with those improvements and challenges, they should analyze and clarify customer's DM(decision making) process for the purchase of container shipping service. The major research findings from the study were found as follows; 1) The degree of shipper's involvement in purchasing shipping services was found to be a discriminating variable affecting the information sources consisting of personal and non-personal information sources. 2) The positive relationship was found between the experiences on shipping services and non-personal information sources. 3) It was observed that as people had more experience searching for information, the more in depth their searches became. 4) There existed a positive relationship between knowledges on shipping services and information search. 5) According to the SEM analysis, the shipper's information search on shipping services was also found to have a great influence on the shipper's purchasing behavior. The shipper's search was resulted in positive customer satisfaction.

  • Background: Mine workers in South Africa face challenges relating to poor health and safety, including fatigue risks, and poor socioeconomic and living conditions. Fatigue results in impaired mental and physical performance. The aim of this study was to assess contributors to fatigue of mine workers in South Africa. Methods: Data collection took place at four gold mines and one platinum mine in South Africa. A total of 21 focus groups were held with individuals in management, union representatives, and mine workers, and 564 questionnaires were completed by mine workers to gather information about fatigue and potential contributors to fatigue at these mines. Results: Qualitatively (through focus groups), fatigue was attributed to extended working hours, harsh working conditions, high workloads, production pressure, and resource constraints, along with aspects relating to demographic and socioeconomic factors, living conditions, lifestyle, health, and wellness. Greater fatigue was significantly associated with younger age, indebtedness, a lack of exercise, poor nutrition, less sleep, increased alcohol use, poor self-reported health, more sick leave, higher stress, and lower job satisfaction. Conclusion: The aim of the study was achieved; numerous work-, sociodemographic-, lifestyle-, and wellness-related factors were linked to fatigue in the participating mine workers. Contributors to fatigue should be addressed to improve health, safety, and sustainability in the industry.
