Automatic grease lubricator is an equipment that provides adequate amount of fresh grease constantly to the shaft and bearings of machines. It minimizes the friction heat and reduces the friction loss of machines to the least. This paper is developing an automatic grease lubricator using a mode of the gas generation type from galvanic electricity. The ultimate goal of this equipment is to lubricate an adequate amount of grease with galvanic corrosion. In an electrolyte, combining anode(Mo) with cathode(Zn) is pressing out hydrogen gas of an galvanic element with galvanic reaction. The characteristics of this method is continuous flowing small hydrogen gas and controling the usage of the amount of the generation of hydrogen gas. The exterior body of grease lubricator was analyzed by Digital Mock-up of CATIA V5 and finite element analysis. The maximum stress is distributed over the outlet part where the grease lubricator suddenly narrowly contracts. The outlet part is analyzed with different constructed angle due to the different loading and setting angles. Using the analyzed design, RP trial products were producted and tested.

In this study, we conducted a shake table test to verify the seismic performance of the paneling system with steel truss composed of bolt connections. The control group was set to the traditional paneling system with steel truss connected by spot welding method. Test results showed that the bolted connection type paneling system has excellent deformation capacity without cracking or brittle fracture of the steel truss connection parts compared to the welding type paneling system. Furthermore, in the bolted connection type, slight damage occurred at the time of occurrence of the same story drift angle as compared with the existing method, it is considered that it has excellent seismic performance. In compliance with the performance-based design recommended for the current code (ASCE 41-13) on non-structural components, it is judged that in the case of the bolted connection type paneling system, it can be applied to all risk category structures without restriction. However, in the case of traditional paneling system with spot welding method, it is considered that it can be applied limitedly.

Most of explorer robot in past has the fixed magnitude and communicate with wire communication method. In case of various range of pipe's width and various angle in pipe inter structure, the exploring work is very difficult. Thus, in this paper, we design as dealing with spring tension with pushing out pipe exterior, and applied RF communication. We can accept good performance both structure change and improvement of ability, monitor and collect the defaults data in pipe inter structure. Newly designed and developed pipe explorer robot is very advantageous to carrying and driving as being small and law weight.

Background : As each human has a look in the face of oneself, he or she has a look of him or herself in the shape of the body also. And for the shape of the body which gives a big clue in diagnosis in musculoskeletal disorders. Therefor many means are used and developed for diagnosis through body shape or posture analysis for musculoskeletal disorders. X-ray, CT, MRI has been used for diagnosis through image in this way to tell about the inside of the human body. On the other side, moire topography was used for information about the exterior of the human body, but yet only minimal information such as the number of contour lines in each side was available. Therefor there were a few studies to use moire topography or other methods to get information about the surface of the human body in numeric values. The instrument used in this study which is a laser projection moire, is another trial to get numeric data about the surface of the human body. The instrument is composed of laser projector and a computer software to recompose and analyse the image data into depth, height, angle and length. Objectives : The study was focused on whether the instrument is reliable for clinic use, and to seek the proper environment and posture for the examination, and among the data the software provides, which items are more reliable and useful. Methods : For reproductivity and repeatability, 4 testers tested 2 persons. And to how if the body shape changes according to the posture and which posture gives the most reliable data, the test was performed in 6 different positions. Results : Result, the instrument showed sufficient repeatability and reproductivity for clinical use. And among the items the software provides, the length of the back, the angle of the back in the sagittal and coronal plane showed reliable results. And there was difference in the results according to the posture, and Therefor, in following studies using this instrument or similar type of posture analysing instruments, the length of the back, the angle of the back in the sagittal and coronal plane could be reliable item to use.

In this study, we evaluated the seismic performance of a masonry building that was not designed to be earthquake-resistant and attempted to improve the seismic performance by adopting a seismic reinforcement method on the exterior of the building. In addition, the building seismic design standards and commentary(KDS 41 17 00:2019) and existing facility(building) seismic performance evaluation methods were applied to evaluate seismic performance, and a pushover analysis was performed using non-linear static analysis. As the result of this study, it was determined that seismic reinforcement was urgent because the distribution rate of earthquake-resistant design of houses in Korea was low and masonry structures accounted for a large proportion of houses. When reinforcing the steel beam-column+brace frame in a masonry building, the story drift angle was 0.043% in the X direction and 0.047% in the Y direction, indicating that it satisfied the regulations. The gravity load resistance capacity by performance level was judged to be a safe building because it was habitable in both X and Y directions. In conclusion, it is believed that the livability and convenience of the house can be secured by reinforcing the exterior of the building and the seismic performance and behavior of the structure can be clearly predicted.

For this research, the trajectory of a projectile was simulated via the multibody dynamics analysis of a self-propelled mortar. The dynamic model was composed of a mortar model and a vehicle model, and was simulated using the RecurDyn program. Interior ballistic was applied to the mortar model, and exterior ballistic was conducted by Matlab using the simulation results of the interior trajectory. Through repetitive Monte-Carlo simulations, the accuracy of the mortar was analyzed by considering variations in the aiming angle and vehicle dynamic response.

Direct Georeferencing (DG) is based on the direct measurement of the projection centers and rotation angle of sensor through loading the GPS and INS in aircraft. The methods can offer us to acquire the exterior orientation parameters with only minimum GCPs, even the ground control process could be completely skipped. In this study, a CCD camera is simultaneously used in GPS/INS, and acquired CCD image through Direct Georeferencing produce digital orthoimage. In this process, methods of combining sensor and digital orthoimage are examined and estimated. For the comparison of the positioning accuracy digital orthoimage through Direct Georeferencing, GCPs determined by GPS surveying are used. Two digital orthoimage are produced; one with a few GCP and the other without them. The produced maps can be used to correct or revised 1:1,000 or 1:5,000 scale maps accordingly.
Nondestructive methods such as ultrasonic and magnetic resonance imaging systems have many advantages but still much expensive. And they do not give exact color information and may miss some details. If it is allowed to destruct a biological object to obtain interior and exterior informations, 3D image visualization model from a series of sliced sectional images gives more useful information with relatively low cost. In this paper, a PC based automatic 3D visualization system is presented. The system is composed of three modules. The first module is the handling and image acquisition module. The handling module feeds and slices a cylindrical shape paraffin, which holds a biological object inside the paraffin. And the paraffin is kept being solid by cooling while being handled. The image acquisition modulo captures the sectional image of the object merged into the paraffin consecutively. The second one is the system control and interface module, which controls actuators for feeding, slicing, and image capturing. And the last one is the image processing and visualization module, which processes a series of acquired sectional images and generates a 3D volumetric model. To verify the condition for the uniform slicing, normal directional forces of the cutting edge according to the various cutting angles were measured using a strain gauge and the amount of the sliced chips were weighed and analyzed. Once the 3D model was constructed on the computer, user could manipulate it with various transformation methods such as translation, rotation, and scaling including arbitrary sectional view.

Theoretical analysis and performance test of Jet vane type Thrust Vector Control(TVC) were conducted using supersonic cold-flow system. The use of TVC Systems an in particular jet vanes, are currently being researched for use in air launch, ship launch, underwater launch and high altitude maneuvering of tactical missiles and rockets. The necessity to generate control forces to rapidly change the course of the missile is frequently required when traditional, exterior aerodynamic surfaces are unable to produce these forces, when the flow over the control surface is insufficient. This situation can occur at launch, or high angles of attack of the control surfaces. Jet vanes peformed well at all altitudes and environmental conditions, and jet vanes are extremely effective at deflection angles up to as high as $30^{\circ}$, make them ideal for the launch and maneuver applications. In this study, performance test of supersonic cold-flow system and visualization of supersonic jet was conducted, and shape and deflection angle effect of two types of jet vanes are investigated.

Direct Georeferencing by combined multi-sensor based on the direct measurement of the projection centers and rotation angle of sensor through loading the GPS and INS in aircraft. The method of combined multi-sensor can offer us to acquire the exterior orientation parameters with only minimum GCPs, even the ground control process could be completely skipped. Consequently, It is possible extreme to reduce the time and expense for the mapping process. In this study, a CCD camera is simultaneously used in combined multi-sensor surveying, and acquired CCD image through Direct Georeferencing produce digital orthoimage. The accuracy of orthoimages produced through combined multi-sensor with GCPs meets that of 1:1,000 maps. Without GCPs, it meets that of 1:5,000 maps.
