  • This study examined the factors that affect the relationship between dessert cafe customer attribute election, relationship quality and behavioral intention. A total of 260 questionnaires were distributed to consumers, of which 250 were deemed suitable for analysis after the removal of 10 unusable responses. In order to perform statistical analyses required by the study, the SPSS 18.0 Statistical Program was employed for frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation, and regression analysis. The results of the exploratory factor analysis showed that three factors regarding attributes selection were extracted from all measurements with a KMO of 0.757 and a total cumulative variance of 67.885%, With regard to relationship quality, three factors were extracted with a total cumulative variance of 76.070% and a KMO score of 0.715. One factor for behavioral intention was extracted that accounted for a total cumulative variance of 66.254% and a KMO score of 0.771. All factors were significant to 0.000 and the correlation between variables was significant. Thus, based on the results, the main research hypothesis that identifies the relationships attributes selection between relationship quality and behavioral intention was partially adopted.

  • Purposes: Based on samples of government officials who are working at public health centers, following research examines the Effect of Organizational Justice on the relationships between Followership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior and analyzes the moderating effect of Leader-Member Exchange. Methodology: For the methods, Sphericity verification, Exploratory factor analysis, Correlation analysis, Causal relation, Mediating effect of followership and Moderating Effect of The Leader-Member Exchange have been analyzed with SPSS 22.0 & AMOS 22.0 Ver. Findings: As a result of Correlation analysis, Predictive validity and Construct validity have meaningful effect. Also, In case of Path analysis, distributive justice and interactional justice have meaningful effect but procedural justice has no such effect on Followership. As a result of Mediated effect of followership analysis, distributive and interactional justice have positive impact on (Organizational and Interpersonal). As to the mediation effect of followership analysis, It is shown that distributive and Followership have meaningful effect on In-group, not Out-group. Lastly, It is shown that procedural justice and Followership have no meaningful effect on both In-group and Out-group. Practical Implications: For the implications, distributive justice and interactional justice have positive impact on Followership, while procedural justice has no such impact on Followership. • Objectives: To simplify the mindfulness scale and to ensure reliability and validity of the scale. Methods: To develop scale items using the original scale and to identify factor structure of the scale, exploratory factor analysis was conducted based on results of factor analysis, the short-form 5-factor mindfulness scale item was selected. Internal consistency coefficient was calculated and confirmatory factor analysis was conducted to verify reliability of the short-form scale. Finally, to verify validity of the abbreviated scale, we conducted correlation analysis with the abbreviated scale and the mindfulness scale (FFMQ). Results: As with the original scales, scaled scales were composed of 5 factors and consisted of 15 items in total. Factor analysis revealed factor loadings were adequate and reliability and validity were secured. Conclusions: It provided that mindfulness shortening scale validation can be used more simply to measure mindfulness in the clinical scene.

The data of this study was collected by questionnaire and based on airline ground crews and Gimpo international airport users. A total of 190 of airline ground crew and 273 of passengers validity sample was analyzed a frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis and correlation coefficient analysis from SPSS 21, a hypothesis through out confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling from AMOS 7.0. As a result of the analyses, it was found that the models was appropriate in proving the hypotheses on interrelationships among internal service quality, job satisfaction and customer satisfaction. Overall, finding of this study enhance the theoretical progress on the experiential concept in walking tour and offer important implication for airline industry marketers.

  • Purpose: As the importance of software has been emphasized recently, the size of the software market is continuously expanding. The development of the software market is being adversely affected by software piracy. In this study, we try to classify countries around the world based on the macro environmental factors, which influence software piracy. We also try to identify the differences in software piracy for each classified type. Design/methodology/approach: The data-driven approach is used in this study. From the BSA, the World Bank, and the OECD, we collect data from 1990 to 2015 for 127 environmental variables of 225 countries. Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ analysis, item-to-total correlation analysis, and exploratory factor analysis derive 15 constructs from the data. We apply two-step approach to cluster analysis. The number of clusters is determined to be 5 by hierarchical cluster analysis at the first step, and the countries are classified by the K-means clustering at the second step. We conduct ANOVA and MANOVA in order to verify the differences of the environmental factors and software piracy among derived clusters. Findings: The five clusters are identified as underdeveloped countries, developing countries, developed countries, world powers, and developing country with large market. There are statistically significant differences in the environmental factors among the clusters. In addition, there are statistically significant differences in software piracy rate, pirated value, and legal software sales among the clusters.

  • Purpose: This study aims to find out the relationship between the impact of Korean crew on airline service quality in the global aviation market, which is the representative of the face-to-face sales and can help in the face-to-face market of aviation services. Research design, data: The survey was conducted for about a month from March 1 to April 6, 2020, and a total of 300 copies were used in the analysis of the results. To verify the hypothesis, data was analyzed using the statistical package program SPSS 18.0, and frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed. Results: It is a study on the sales of face-to-face service of crews of global airlines. Non-verbal elements in airline service face-to-face sales have been shown to have a significant impact on service quality. Conclusions: In the face-to-face service sales of global airlines, communication has been shown to affect service quality. A face-to-face sale using mother tongue means important. The better the flight attendant's linguistic face-to-face selling ability, the more positive on the airline's quality of service. It suggests that the communication skills of managers in the aviation service market are important for repurchase.

From the collected data, reliability analysis, validity analysis (exploratory factor analysis) and multiple regression analysis were used. Cronbach's alpha was used to measure the reliability of the measurement variables and validity analysis was conducted to see if the questionnaires had the same concept as well as SPSS 19.0. Results - The results showed that group culture, hierarchical culture, and rational culture had significant positive effects on job satisfaction. Developmental culture had no effect on the job satisfaction levels. Conclusions - It is important to maintain the hierarchy in order to improve the efficiency of social welfare organizations, but social welfare organizations must accept external opinions and actively listen to the opinions of the employees in the organization.

  • The purpose of this study is to seek for a plan of marketing strategy in the businesses of Korean clothes, by examining the causality among marketing factors, which have influenced CRM(Customer Relationship Management) performance in Korean clothes. As for the research method, a research model was designed to include routes form 4P's(products, price, promotion, place) through endogenous variables to performance variables, and a questionnaire was developed on the basis of theoretical background. The research participants were male and female adults at their age from 20 to 60. The survey was conducted in March of 2003, and 672 questionnaires were used for the final analysis. In terms of data analysis, we carried out reliability analysis, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and Structural Equation Modeling by using SPSSWIN 10.0 and AMOS 4.0. As a result 4P's were indicated to have influence upon confidence, satisfaction and commitment of customers. Especially, sales promotion factor was found to have the biggest impact on them. also, the quality of relationship affected CRM performance. as sales promotion factor was identified as one of the integral elements of marketing strategies, a strategy that utilizes a role of salespeople and enhances the quality of service is needed.
