중학교 해외 체험 사례 조사 연구 (A Comparative Study on Overseas Experience Case Studies in Middle School)

  • 본 연구는 국내 중학교 학생을 중심으로 진행한 해외 체험 프로그램 사례를 조사하여 향후 해외 체험 프로그램 운영에 대한 시사점을 도출하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 검색 엔진을 통하여 키워드 중심으로 자료를 체계적으로 수집 및 비교·분석한 후 SPSS 23을 활용하여 빈도 분석, 독립표본 t 검정과 교차 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 지역의 작은 학교 중심으로 해외 체험 프로그램을 운영하고 있었으며, 특히 전라남북도에서 활발하게 운영하고 있었다. 또한 교육청, 지자체 등 다양한 공적 자금이 투입되어 전액 부담 등 다양한 방법으로 우리나라와 가까운 동남아시아 국가 중심으로 실시되고 있었다. 둘째, 중학교 해외 체험 프로그램의 목적은 크게 진로 체험, 문화 체험, 관광, 자매 학교 방문으로 나타났다. 해외 체험 프로그램은 학생들에게 글로벌 역량과 세계 시민성을 함양하고, 진로 탐색의 기회를 제공하는 중요한 활동이다. 본 연구는 이러한 해외 체험 프로그램 운영을 위한 기초 연구로서 역할을 하며, 향후 공교육에서의 해외 체험 활동이 적극적으로 추진되기를 기대한다.

Graphing Calculator's Impact on Students' Exploration in Senior High School

  • In this paper we investigated the influence on school students when they use graphing calculator for exploration, including their experience of exploration, their ability and attitudes. After using graphing calculator based mathematics exploration course, two students were interviewed and 162 students who finished the course in these years were investigated. The results show that graphing calculator is a useful tool to develop students' explorative ability. Most of students had positive attitudes to and were interested in making use of graphing calculator.

한국 IT 벤처기업의 국제화 학습: 유니데이타커뮤니케이션(주) 사례 (The International Learning of a Korean IT Venture Firm : A Case Study of UniData Communication Systems)

  • 본 사례에서는 국내 IT 벤처기업인 유니데이타커뮤니케이션(주)의 단계적인 국제화 경험이 학습역량 강화를 통해 경영성과에 기여하는 일련의 국제화 과정을 조직학습이론으로 설명하였다. 이는 조직의 국제화 경험이 국제화 성과의 중요한 결정요인이며 조직학습을 통해 배양된 학습역량은 경영성과에 기여한다는 기존 연구결과를 기반으로 하고 있다. 더불어, 창업기부터 꾸준히 국제화를 추진한 IT 벤처기업의 국제화학습 특성을 기존지식 활용(Exploitation)과 새로운 지식 탐색(Exploration)으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 대기업에 비해 내부자원이 취약한 벤처기업은 파트너 네트워크를 활용한 탐색과 활용을 통해 새로운 국제화 경험을 축적하였다. 축적된 국제화 경험은 학습 역량 강화를 통해 기업의 내부역량으로 배태(embedded)되어 궁극적으로 경영성과에 유의미하게 작용함을 사례를 통해 확인 할 수 있었다.

내러티브가 교육과정 재구성에 주는 의미에 대한 소고 (Exploration of Meaning of Curriculum Reconstruction of Narrative)

  • The paper is the principle of a curriculum, a recent method of teaching-learning in pedagogy, and intended for the exploration of the meaning of which reconstructs curriculum by narrative through practical exploration and narrative being discussed as the form of exploration. To date, Korean education showed an inclination of the traditional paradigm centered thinking and has emphasized the results by the method of scientific investigation. Even a curriculum reconstruction demonstrates documents that produce results without actually demonstrating the actual school setting. With communication one another is becoming increasingly important, we need the conversion of cognitive thinking that can express dilemma, contradictions, and complexities of the human world of which unexplainable by traditional paradigm mindset. Ultimately, the exploration of the direction that reflects a series of verbal, symbolic, and spiritual activities, which analyze lives of students, understanding and composing the meaning by using narrative, which talks about the experience of the human world in curriculums, is an important task for us.

자연탐사활동이 과학고 학생들의 환경인식에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Natural Exploration Activity on Environmental Perception of the Science High School Students)

  • Since the effect of environmental education at class using textbooks or materials related to environment is limited, the importance of activities for field experience is getting increased day by day. Thereby, the education tends to change into the type of education providing students with direct environmental experience. Students attending the science high school have excellent aptitude and ability for science and will lead the development of science in the future. Now it is urgent to develop various experiential programs which are helpful for them to establish desirable values on environment. However, the field of environmental education that allows science high school students equipped with ample environmental knowledge to improve environment sensitivity and have proper environment awareness is quite restricted as of now. Natural exploration activities are the programs which provide science high school students having lack of chance for environmental education with good opportunities to contact nature and also play significant roles in arousing their interest in issues related with environment. Therefore, it is thought that they will let science high school students explore the natural features of Korea, understand the importance of preserving environment and ecosystem profoundly, and encourage environmental awareness and will of environmental practice. Thereupon, with the study subjects of 121 first and second graders at U Science High School, this article analyzed their recognition of the necessity for environmental education and environmental pollution problems before and after the natural exploration activities, and conducted a survey on their satisfaction after the natural exploration activities and analyzed it. The result of this research is as follows. First, it was shown that the natural exploration activities were effective to raise the science high school students' awareness of issues related with environmental pollution. Second, the natural exploration activities had effect upon enhancing the students' willingness of environmental practice. Third, there was statistically significant correlation between the science high school students' satisfaction with the natural exploration activities and their achievement in the science subject. Fourth, there also was a statistically non or weakness significant correlation between their satisfaction with the natural exploration activities and preference for the science subject. In particular, it was found that students preferring biology indicated higher satisfaction.

전남대학교 의과대학 졸업 후 진로지도 프로그램 설계와 운영 (Design and Implementation of a Career Planning Program at Chonnam National University Medical School)

  • Chonnam National University Medical School has designed and implemented two career planning programs: a three-phase curriculum-based program and a longitudinal non-curricular program over the course of 6 academic years. The three phases of the curriculum-based career planning program are self-assessment, career exploration, and field experience. The non-curricular career counseling program operates through a faculty advisor system, with each faculty member guiding a group of students from each academic year, and students in each year forming a mentor-mentee relationship. The non-curricular career exploration program consists of a student research support program, an international practice program in basic and clinical medicine, and a specialty exploration fair. A survey conducted among 38 graduates (54.3%) working as interns at Chonnam National University Hospital revealed that graduates preferred autonomous elective subjects within the curriculum-based program. They also responded positively to the faculty advisor system, through which they maintained close relationships. A focus group interview with three interns indicated that subjects providing direct experience in fields of interest and courses that students could choose freely were helpful in career decisions. Through follow-up research, it is necessary to design and operate a systematic career planning program based on an analysis of the needs of graduates taking part in a residency training program after selecting a medical specialty.

Dynamics of Extra-Vehicular Activities in Low-Gravity Surface Environments

  • Human spaceflight experience in extra-vehicular activity (EVA) is limited to two regimes: the micro-gravity environment of Earth orbit, and the lunar surface environment at one-sixth of Earth's gravity. Future human missions to low-gravity bodies, including asteroids, comets, and the moons of Mars, will require EVA techniques that are beyond the current experience base. In order to develop robust approaches for exploring these small bodies, the dynamics associated with human exploration on low-gravity surface must be characterized. This paper examines the translational and rotational motion of an astronaut on the surface of a small body, and it is shown that the low-gravity environment will pose challenges to the surface mobility of an astronaut, unless new tools and EVA techniques are developed. Possibilities for addressing these challenges are explored, and utilization of the International Space Station to test operational concepts and hardware in preparation for a low-gravity surface EVA is discussed.

경력단절 여성의 노동시장 재진입 욕구형태에 따른 진로행동 분석 (Analysis of Career Behaviors on the Women's Second Labor Market Transition)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze career behaviors(job exploration, job hunting) of the need mode in the women's second labor market transition. To obtain this objective 501 women, who quitted their job in 780 women randomly sampling completed questionnaire. To analyze data, $x^2$, ANOVA were executed. Research results were explained, there were no difference career behaviors, experience of career counseling, experience of career education, aspiration of career behaviors by the need mode in the women's second labor market transition. But, there were difference motivation of labor market entry, career barriers, preference of occupations, level of job competence of career behaviors by the need mode in the women's second labor market transition. The implications of the results on women's second labor market transition of developing career education and counseling programs were discussed and finally suggestions for further study were made.

프로젝트 경험이 프로젝트 성과에 미치는 영향 (Project Experience and its Impact on Project Performance)

  • 탐색은 도전적인 업무 환경을 제공하지만, 높은 수준의 복잡성과 모호성을 동시에 제공한다. 그에 반해, 활용은 덜 도전적인 업무 환경을 제공하며, 낮은 수준의 복잡성과 모호성을 제공한다. 이러한 두 활동의 특성을 고려해 보면, 두 가지 활동을 동시에 프로젝트 매니저들에게 할당하는 것은 가장 좋은 프로젝트 작업 환경을 제공한다고 볼 수 있다. 168명의 프로젝트 매니저들의 프로젝트 데이터를 바탕으로 로짓 회귀분석을 통해 가설을 검증한 결과 활용 프로젝트 경험이 있는 매니저들은 활용 프로젝트에서 높은 성과를 보였고, 활용과 탐색 프로젝트 경험이 있는 매니저들은 프로젝트의 종류에 관계없이 높은 프로젝트 성과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다.

도서관의 자유학기제 프로그램에 대한 학생수요조사 연구 (A Study on Students' Need for Free Learning Semester Programs of Libraries)

  • 본 연구는 도서관의 자유학기제 프로그램에 대한 학생의 수요조사를 알아보기 위하여 설문을 개발하여, 이를 기반으로 중학교 1, 2학년 학생들을 대상으로 인식을 조사하였다. 중학생들이 자유학기제를 통해서 향상시키고자 하는 능력요소는 진로탐색능력이며, 중점적으로 운영된 자유학기제 유형은 진로탐색활동이다. 수업방식은 주로 체험중심 수업으로 이루어졌으며, 자유학기제 동안 참여하고 싶은 활동으로는 진로탐색 영역에서는 현장 체험 활동을, 학생선택 프로그램에서는 요리실습을, 동아리활동에서는 스마트폰 앱 개발, 예술영역에서는 디자인 활동을, 체육영역에서는 배드민턴을, 정보활용능력에서는 아이패드 사용하기를 가장 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자유학기제와 연계한 도서관 프로그램 중 직업체험 프로그램을 가장 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 학생들의 의견을 참고하여 자유학기제 프로그램 개발과 실행을 해야 할 것이며, 도서관이 제공한 자유학기제 프로그램에 대한 만족도를 조사할 필요성이 나타났다.
