Customers' evaluation of Website with satisfaction is critical in electroniccommerce. Previous research has studied in a distinct approach; especially IT oriented constructs-perceived usefulness, easy of use and marketing oriented constructs-product, shopping experience, service quality. Despite those important previous studies regarding the usage and the purchase of goods and services, how consumers are satisfied and why consumers leave Web sites without purchasing have not been extensively researched. This study explored those determinants of consumer satisfaction with Web site using expectation-disconfirmation theory (EDT). The present paper extends the range of EDT from antecedents of expectation to consequence of satisfaction. The result suggests that experience and familiarity has an impact on expectation as well as perceived performance and satisfaction. Second, higher expectation makes a negative impact on disconfirmation of expectation. Third, positive disconfirmation of expectation makes a positive impact on satisfaction. Forth. satisfaction produces loyalty and repurchasing intention. Finally, loyal customer has stronger intention to repurchase than satisfied customer.

The major purpose of this study was to explore mediating effects of narcissism on the relationship between paternal maternal psychological control, over-expectation, and adolescent aggression. This study's participants were 678 boys and girls selected from second and third graders at middle schools in Busan. The major findings were as follows. First, there were gender differences in paternal psychological control, fathers' over-expectation, mothers' over-expectation, and adolescents' overt aggression. Second, boys' overt aggression indirectly affected fathers' psychological control and mothers' over-expectation through boys' narcissism. Third, girls' relational aggression indirectly affected fathers' psychological control and mothers' over-expectation through girls' narcissism and directly affected fathers' psychological control. Finally, girls' overt relational aggression indirectly affected fathers' and mothers' over-expectation through girls' narcissism.

This study examined the effect of parental achievement-oriented expectation on high school students' depression and verified the mediating effect of peer relations on relations. Data were derived from the 7th wave (2016) of Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey (KCYPS), and 1,979 high school students were included. Descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and a Sobel test were conducted using STATA. The main results were as follows. First, male adolescents perceived higher parental achievement-oriented expectation, lower peer relations, but lower depression than female adolescents. Second, parental achievement-oriented expectation was negatively related to adolescent peer relations but positively related to adolescent depression. This implies that adolescents whose parents have a higher level of achievement-oriented expectation have lower level of peer relations and higher level of depression. Third, adolescents' peer relations significantly mediated the relation between parental achievement-oriented expectation and high school students' depression. The result of Sobel test supported the significance of the mediating effect. The results highlighted a negative impact of parental achievement-oriented expectation on adolescents' mental health, and addressed how parental achievement-oriented expectation affects adolescents' depression by showing an important mechanism of peer relations, which was missed in previous research.

Objectives : The study explored perceptional gap of dentists and their employees between expectation and satisfaction. Methods : For analysis, the study surveyed 407 employees and 91 dentists on their expectation and satisfaction depending on expectation. Results : When the satisfaction on a question was lower than expectation; the rate of sufficiency was below 100%, it is necessary to improve on the question. Contrarily when the satisfaction on a question was higher than expectation; the rate of sufficiency was upper 100%, it is necessary to continuously support the question. The most of satisfaction of employees on their dentists and their organization were lower than employees's expectation of those. The most of satisfaction of dentists on their own and employees were lower than dentists's expectation of those as similar as employees cases, It means that all of questions need to improve continuously. Conclusions : The issues for prior decision to change these phenomena are 1) improvement of communication each other, 2) recovery of credence each other, and 3) leadership style change from authoritarian to consideration.

This work studies the variability of flatfish sales revenue. The theoretical analysis draws functions for equilibrium price and quantity using expectation hypotheses. The functions include unpredictable phenomenon with dummy variable and GARCH. The equilibrium function, using adaptive expectation hypothesis, contains the independent variables of supply and demand, while the equilibrium function, embodying rational expectation hypothesis, includes only the independent variables of supply side, because the demand side disappears by the information extraction process theoretically, if economic subjects build the expectation rational. The empirical analysis shows: the variability of flatfish production has a spillover effect on the variability of revenue with the adaptive expectation hypothesis. In the case when the model has a rational expectation hypothesis, the variability of flatfish production has a spillover effect on the revenue (the mean equation of GARCH model). This study indicates that there is the variability in flatfish production and sales revenue, and the spillover effect between them. The result can help to build of the rational system for the fishery income stability.

The concept of expectation rights considers 'the expectation' that the patient should be given proper medical treatment as the benefit and protection of the law, so it would be the benefit and protection of the law due to personal rights different from 'the legal principle that has the possibility to a considerable extent' being in an extension of life and body. However, the problem how the patient's expectation of medical service sets up in order to make it the benefit and protection of the law would be still left in the vague concept of the patient's 'expectation', thus, in the first place, the medical practice following formed medical standard in every particular medical institutes should be the standard because these medical services are normally within a range of the patients' expectations. In addition, it should be naturally constituted as mental profit to get the subjective circumstances such as 'the patient's expectation' to be an object, and also, different from the profit and protection of the law such as life and body that should be absolutely protected, the origin of violation behavior should be regarded simultaneously to define the denotation of expectation rights. Therefore, the expectation rights violations would be problematic in case it fails to reach the medical standard that is expected for common doctors to practice properly. This is the concept of expectation rights that gets subjective matters such as the patient's expectation to be objectivity as medical practices that can be expected by generalized abstract doctors. This standard should be defined as the minimum standard that is naturally expected for doctors to practice, different from medical standard that decides the level of doctors.

This thesis will study the determinants of consumer satisfaction based on the disconfirmation theory. The proposed questions are first, to find out if desire and expectation are conceptually distinct. Second, to study the effects of desire, expectation, perceived performance, desire congruency, and expectation congruency on clothing satisfaction. The data used in this thesis were obtained from a two stage longitudinal survey. SPSS WIN 8.0 was used for the analysis and the following method such as mean, correlation, t-test, hierarchical regression were applied. The results indicate that first, according to the correlation analysis and crosstab analysis, satisfaction and desire were perceived as two different concepts. Second, using the hierarchical regression analysis to compare the effects of determinants of consumer satisfaction, the model of desire, expectation, performance, desires congruency, expectations congruency best explain the clothing satisfaction. Among them, effects of performance had the strongest impact. Expectation did not influence satisfaction but desire did.

Prior to the Independent Visual Background(IVB) luminance control experiment, we studied that IVB could reduce the simulator sickness depending on subject＇s knowledge about the IVB (expectation group) or non-IVB (no expectation group). As results of experiments from 12 subjects, expectation group＇s RSSQ scores were similar, no matter IVB was present or not. However, non-expectation group＇s RSSQ scores were lower when the IVB were present. The result from this experiment confirms the findings of Duh (2001), that an IVB may alleviate SS. However this effect was found only at the expectation group. Failure to replicate Duh＇s results could be due to several factors, such as individual differences in response to the IVB and the low number of subjects (n=6) in the no expectation group.

A standard deviation has been a starting point for a mathematical definition of risk. As a remedy for drawbacks such as subadditivity property discouraging the diversification, coherent and convex risk measures are introduced in an axiomatic approach. Choquet expectation and g-expectations, which generalize mathematical expectations, are widely used in hedging and pricing contingent claims in incomplete markets. The each risk measure or expectation give rise to its own pricing rules. In this paper we investigate relationships among dynamic risk measures, Choquet expectation and dynamic g-expectations in the framework of the continuous-time asset pricing.

In this note, we establish the uniqueness theorem of conditional expectation on analogue of Wiener measure space for given distributions and prove the simple formula of conditional expectation on analogue of Wiener measure which is essentially similar to Park and Skoug's formula on the concrete Wiener measure.
