Based on the fact that Qingdao port, Tianjin port and Dalian port of the economic circle around Bohai have been the three islands of stability through long-term competition, this paper conducts a system study on the competitive powers of the three ports through AHP model on the analysis of current status of the three ports, and probes deeply into the outer factors and the inner factors affecting on the competitive advantage, and points out the existing problems in competition. We think that the three ports must compete orderly and collaborate closely, and give the forms and approaches developing strategy collaboration in order to obtain an advantageous position in Northeast Asia and improve the international competitive power.

At the end of 2019, there was the major outbreak of "COVID-19" in China. In this outbreak prevention and control campaign, the property management enterprises(PME) performed actively, playing a vital role in China. This paper puts forward that the property management enterprises(PME) should be included as subjects of national urban and rural community governance from the perspective of the public product attribute of property management. Based on the properties of public goods in property management, this paper redefines the functions and positioning of PME with public affairs management, establishes the qualification of PME to participate in one of the main bodies of community public governance. And it forms a new model of community governance with community residents committees, owner' committee and PME as the main body. This research provides implications for national urban and rural community governance models by applying existing theories and practical examples.

The structural work is the main process of building construction which influence on the time, cost, safety and quality. The form work is one of the main process which has from 20 to 30 percentage of structural work. Especially the form work for beams is complex and need more manpower compared with form work for column or slab. When the existing forms such as plywood form, steel framed wooden form and aluminum form, is used for form work of beam, it would result in the cost overrun caused by needs of lots of manpower and resources. Therefore, the aim of this study is analysis of the requirement for development of SMART beam form. The result of this study shall be used for the development of SMART form work system.

Recently, there has been rapid and spectacular increase in world wide counterfeiting and other forms of piracy. According to the World Customs Organization(WCO), counterfeiting accounts for 5 to 7 percent of global merchandise trade, equivalent to lost sales of as much as US$512 billion last year. Also Korean firms' damages arising from the infringement of intellectual property rights in global markets, especially in China market, are increasing. However, the existing studies on the intellectual property rights(IRP) protection have mainly focused on legal protection. Because the law is often not the best defense against theft of intellectual property rights, we must develop more effective defensive weapons for protection of IRP. Given this troublesome trend, the intention of this paper is to discuss strategic and tactical efforts, including legal protection, that can serve as proactive measures to deter counterfeiting and thus to assure the protection of Korean firms' intellectual property rights.

To confirm the division of the scope of sports arbitration, the English sports arbitration system will be analyzed as well as the scope of the regulations of the international sports arbitration court. If these forms of sport arbitration are combined with the existing China legal system and sports systems, they will effectively deal with the procedures of sports arbitration and of their linked programs, and clarify the nature of sports arbitration. With regard to the judicial supervision mode, domestic scholars have two theoretical perspectives, "comprehensive supervision theory" and "program supervision theory". Based on analyzing the above theories, the author believes that the opposition between the two is not absolute, as both can reach agreement on the important issue of whether to conduct substantive court examination or not under the premise of party autonomy.

As confining materials for concrete, steel and fibre-reinforced polymer (FRP) composites have important applications in both the seismic retrofit of existing reinforced concrete columns and in the new construction of composite structures. We present a comprehensive review of the axial stress-strain behaviour of the FRP-confined concrete column. Next, the mechanical performance of the hybrid FRP-confined concrete-steel composite columns are comprehensively reviewed. Furthermore, the results of FRP-confined concrete column experiments and FRP-confined circular concrete-filled steel tube experiments are presented to study the interaction relationship between various material sections. Finally, the combinations of material sections are discussed. Based on these observations, recommendations regarding future research directions for composite columns are also outlined.

Railway signal facilities are very important because they are directly related to safe train operation. By the result of the unification of signal and station control, station control staffs have been having a hard time to grasp the knowledge about signal facilities and the fault restoration ability in a short term since the existing manuals were only made with text materials. To meet the growing demand to educate the maintenance work in actual and effective way, the maintenance manuals and periodic procedures was developed in the forms of video clips and animations with quality contents onto a DVD enabling not only to improve the maintenance works for signal facilities but to contribute budget saving and profit generating.

With large-volume surveys becoming the norm, it is increasingly important to accurately model the galaxy-halo connection and being able to create mock universes of galaxies - starting from dark matter halo catalogs - that reproduce with high-fidelity all the characteristics of a given experiment. This step is necessary, in order to safely interpret cosmological data and fully control systematic effects. We are developing a new Python-based tool which integrates several existing packages and allows one to reproduce many of the forms used to describe galaxy-halo models, ranging from halo occupation distribution (HOD) to abundance matching techniques, along with the characteristics of a given survey and the main testable observables. We are making the code parallel for high-performance parallel-architectures.

The truss analogy for the analysis of beam-columns subjected of shear and flexure is limited by the contribution of transverse and longitudinal steel and diagonal concrete compression struts. However, it should be noted that even though the behavior of reinforced concrete beam-columns after cracking can be modeled with the truss analogy, they are not perfect trusses but still structural elements with a measure of continuity provided by a diagonal tension field. The mere notion of compression field denotes that there should be some tension field coexisting perpendicularly to it. The compression field is assumed to form parallel to the crack plane that forms under combined flexure and shear. Therefore, the concrete tension field may be defined as a mechanism existing across the crack and resisting crack opening. In this paper, the effect of concrete tensile properties on the shear strength and stiffness of reinforced concrete beam-columns is discussed using the Gauss two-point truss model. The theoretical predictions are validated against the experimental observations. Although the agreement is not perfect, the comparison shows the correct trend in degradation as the inelasticity increases.

The quality of the environment, both natural and man-made, has unlimited influence on people's behavior and their physical and psychological well being. Interior designers shaped the indoor environment in which people live, work, perform day-to-day tasks and rest. Since designers affect a society's sensitivity and thinking, the aesthetics and ethics of the designs must respond to the most burning environmental issues of the contemporary world. This awareness is especially important now, at this critical time in the life of our planet, when humanity is facing twin catastrophes: natural resources depletion and environmental degradation. Under this concept, the purpose of this study is to configure what kind of design is ecologic and sustainable design and how we can develop ecological design as focusing on natural ventilation, natural lighting, uses of recycled materials, application of Indoor landscaping and architectural forms through several existing cases of the ecological office building.
