Many educational facilities have been formed due to the nation's revival policy in the animation industry since about 1995. Owed to the active financial support of the nation, the production industry rapidly vitalized, production technology rapidly advanced, and a large workforce is being passed on into society through educational institutions. The reality of many developing countries appearing to be putting emphasis on the industrialization of animation, similar to our country, is becoming a great pressure on us industrially. It is never easy to develop a certain field into a globally competitive industry in a short period of time. Our countermeasure, pursuant to these international circumstances, lies in innovation and creativity that has broken away from the existing methods of production, and mass production of high quality animation specialists. This paper is a new educational proposition for the consolidation of national competitiveness. Animating, the core of producing an animation, completely depends on the animator's artistic and technical ability. In order to supplement the existing methods of studying by theory and make up for the biggest weak point, which is the lack of "on the scene" learning contents, I propose incorporating movements based on frequently appearing characters in popular animations and acting them out slowly and including the "Slow Motion" kinetic effect, a way of enabling someone to learn and sense astrodynamic fundamental principles by oneself. It is a new method of learning movement, a plan made to achieve sensual performance gestures, and an improvement in direction for students who wish to become animators in the future.

The aim of the present investigation was to investigate the relationship of repeated racehorse simulator exercise on plasma ghrelin and hormons in fasted jockeys. The fasted jockeys and apprentice jockeys performed $1^{st}$ short distance 1000m, $2^{nd}$ middle distance 1700m and $3^{rd}$ long distance 2300m racehorse simulator exercises, and venous blood samples were obtained before, immediately after. In addition to ghrelin concentration, leptin, insulin, insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1), and cortisol values were measured. Pearson correlation coefficients revealed plasma ghrelin and insulin concentration in apprentice jockeys r=.55 after the $3^{rd}$ exercise. There were relationships between significant relationships (p<.05) between plasma ghrelin and leption concentration in jockeys r=.73, and between plasma ghrelin and cortisol concentration in apprentice jockeys r=.64 before exercise. There was no difference in the ghrelin, leptin, insulin and IGF-1 concentration responses to the consecutive exercise. The IGF-1 and cortisol level showed significant (p<.05)difference between groups. In conclusion, these results suggest that negative energy balance induced by of repeated racehorse simulator exercise elicits a metabolic response with positive relationship in plasma ghrelin and insulin in apprentice jockeys after the $3^{rd}$ exercise.

Box-Wilson experimental design method, known as central composite design, is the design of any information-gathering exercises where variation is present. This method was devised to gather as much data as possible in spite of the low design cost. This method was employed to model the effect of mixing factors on several performances of 60 MPa high strength self compacting concrete and to numerically calculate the optimal mix proportion. The nonlinear relations between factors and responses of HSSCC were approximated in the form of second order polynomial equation. In order to characterize five performances like compressive strength, passing ability, segregation resistance, manufacturing cost and density depending on five factors like water-binder ratio, cement content, fine aggregate percentage, fly ash content and superplasticizer content, the experiments were made at the total 52 experimental points composed of 32 factorial points, 10 axial points and 10 center points. The study results showed that Box-Wilson experimental design was really effective in designing the experiments and analyzing the relation between factor and response.

Objective: Pilates is a low/mid-intensity exercise that can be easily performed by elderly individuals as it is an individual body-oriented exercise. It is also a cardio workout that can be performed anywhere to develop strength and flexibility. Therefore, we investigated the effects of 8 week Pilates program on the balancing ability of elderly individuals. Method: The research participants were selected from elderly residents in B city. Ten individuals voluntarily signed an agreement to undergo free measurements as well as to participate in the workout program. (Height: $157.1{\pm}11.9cm$, Weight: $61.7{\pm}8.0kg$). The Pilates exercise was performed 60 minutes a day, three times a week for a total of eight weeks. The measurement variables used to test balance were the vestibular test, 5 m habitual and maximum walk test and 3 m tandem walk test. A series of paired t-test were conducted using IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 to analyze all the research data collected in order to determine the balance ability of the participants before and after the Pilates program. Additionally, the statistically significant level for all analysis was set to ${\alpha}=.05$. Results: In the vestibular test, some meaningful changes were observed in the length envelope area (ENV) while standing on one foot, but there were no significant differences in the ENV, rectangle(REC), root mean square, and total length. Results also revealed that statistically significant differences existed in the 5 m habitual and maximum walk test, as well as the 3 m tandem walk test. Conclusion: To summarize the findings, the 8 week Pilates program employed in this study significantly improved the dynamic balance of the elderly participants. Thus, elderly individuals that frequent perform Pilates are expected to enjoy positive benefits such as increased balance and fewer falling accidents.
This study was carried out to discover the effects of eating habits and health-related life style on blood pressure, $\gamma$-Glutamic acid Peptide Transferase($\gamma$-GPT), blood glucose and High Density Lipoprotein-Cholesterol(HDL-C). 185 subjects(85 male, 100 female) were selected, who were living in the Cheonju area aged 40#s to 60#s. The mean systollic blood pressure(SBP), diastollic blood pressure (DBP), $\gamma$-GPT, fasting blood sugar(FBS) and HDL-C for all the subjects were 118mmHg, 77mmHg, 281U/l, 90mg/dl and 45mg/dl, respectively. The SBP and DBP for subuects over 60 years old were 126mmHg and 81mmHg and were significantly higher than subjects in their 40#s and 50#s(p<0.001, p<0.005). The HDL-C of the group that rarely ate breakfast was 57mg/dl and that was significantly higher than the 44mg/dl scored by those who ate breakfast everyday(p<0.05). The SBP for subjects having a snack 2-3 times/week was 125mmHg and that was significantly higher than the 114mmHg of those having a snack everyday(p<0.05). The $\gamma$-GPT for subjects consuming alcohol everyday was 44IU/L and that was significantly higher than 18IU/I of the non-drinking group(p<0.001). The $\gamma$-GPT of light smokers was 53IU/I and that was significantly higher than the 22IU/I for non-smoking participants(p<0.001). The DBP, SBP, $\gamma$-GPT, FBS and HDL-C related to exercise not significantly different. The SBP(p<0.001) and DBP(p-0.01) between age group was positively correlated. The $\gamma$-GPT between drinking frequency(p<0.001), drinking quantity(p<0.05), and smoking(p<0.05) was also positively correlated. The FBS between exercises had a negative correlation(p<0.05), and the HDL-C between breakfast had a negative correlation(p<0.05). These results indicate that decreasing drinking and smoking, when combined with appropriate exercise, will decrease the $\gamma$-GPT and fasting blood sugar level, and help preventing adult diseases.

To investigate the effects of cardiac rehabilitation (CR) on cardiopulmonary exercise capacity in both elderly and younger patients with myocardial infarction (MI). Of the MI patients who received hospital-based CR between February 2012 and December 2015, we retrospectively reviewed the medical records of patients who continued a follow-up through the outpatient clinic. A total of 46 patients (18 elderly patients (${\geq}60years$) and 28 younger patient (< 60)) were included in this study. The subjects visited the clinic to perform aerobic exercises with ECG monitoring based on their initial exercise tolerance test outcome. The exercise capacity was measured by symptom-limited exercise tests before and after hospital-based CR. Before CR, the elderly group had a significantly lower exercise capacity in peak VO2, METs, anaerobic threshold, exercise time, respiratory exchange ratio (RER) than the younger group. After CR, elderly groups showed a significantly improved exercise capacity in exercise time, HRmax, HRrest, peak VO2, METs, anaerobic threshold, and RER. Both elderly and younger groups showed similar improvement of cardiopulmonary exercise capacity after hospital-based CR. There is a very low cardiac rehabilitation participation and referral rates with MI patients in Korea. It is considered necessary to further expand the participation of cardiac rehabilitation in elderly MI patients.

The effects of aerobic exercises and/or supplementation of kimchi on changes of the body composition and plasma lipids of obese middle school girls were studied. Thirty eight girls, 28 obese girls and 10 normal weighed girls, were paricipated. Among obese girls, 8 were assigned to exercise group (FG) 12 were grouped as kimchi group (KG) , and 8 were asked to practice excercise and to take kimchi simultaneously(excercise kimchi group, EKG). Ten girls whose weight is normal asked to remain o their own diet during 6 weeks of experiment (control group, CG)/ EG practiced jogging and rope-jumping for 60 minutes four times a week and KG took 3 g of freeze-dried kimchi packed in a 500 mg capsule daily which is equivalent to 30 g of fresh kimchi, EKC, EG and KG showed beneficial effects on changes of the body composition and plasma lipids compared to those of CG, EG showed greater effect than KG in reducing body fat resulted decrease in BMI, fat mas,. abdominal fat, and triglyceride concentration and increase in HDL-cholesterol. KG seemed to have greater effect on lowering plasma cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol than EG/ But the greatest effects in terms of reduction in weight, BMI fat mass, abdominal fat, total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, triglyceride, and increase in HDL-cholesterol were observed from EKG. These results indicate that kimchi supplemenation while practicing excercise might improve the obese state by reducing body fat content as well as reducing plasma lipids.
The objectives of this study are to identify flood disasters resulted from heavy rainstorm including earth and stone-debris avalanches and also to develope the scientific data to be needed for establishing the landslide-related disaster prevention countermeasures. For this study, 5 Gun (district) regions including Booyeo, Seochun, Gongju, Boryung, and Chungyang in Chungchongnam-do of the central part of Korea, in which severe landslide damages have been triggered during 3 days from July 21 to July 23, 1987, were investigated. Mostly, landslides having death of human lives triggered from 6 a.m, to 8 a,m. on July 22, and the principal factor was proved to be the continuous heavy rain ; the continuous rainfall of internal region for 3 days measured about 300-673 mm. The structural measures for slope failure prevention countermeasures at the hollow part of upper hillslope should be required. Natural drainage network on slopes should not be disturbed in case of land use alteration, such as a chestnut planting work on hillslopes behind the houses particularly. There are so many problems in recognition of landslide disaster prevention countermeasures including evacuation exercises. More actual education of countermeasures for control of flood and landslide should be put to practice through "civil defense education" and "inhabitants' meeting." In this context, existing Erosion Control Stations of 13 regions established in each Province should not be reduced. The designation criterion and surveying processes of "Landslide Prone Site" published by Forest Administration should also be improved scientifically.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of low back pain relieving program on back muscle strength, intensity of pain, low back disability level in elementary school teachers who have low back pain. subjects were elementary school women teachers who worked at eight elementary school located in Seoul. Intended subjects size were seventy consist of thirty-four experimental group(three schools) and thirty-six control group(five schools), but actual subjects size was forty-four. Among the forty-four patients subjects, twenty-three were experimental group receiving health education about right postures, etiologies of low back pain, diagnosis of low back pain and exercise program composed of muscle strengthening exercise, stretching exercises and twenty-one were control group. During the 8 weeks program, the subjects were received two times education and six times group exercise practices in 1st week and three times per week group exercise practices, two times education in other 7 weeks. This study as carried out from April 1, 1999 to June 30, 1999. Back muscle strength was measured by back muscle strength measuring machine and the intensity of pain were measured by the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS), and level of disability was measured by Oswestry low back pain disability scale. Study measurements were taken before and after 8 week exercise program. Data were analyzed using paired t-test, and ANCOVA. The results were summarized as follows. 1. After low back relieving program, back muscle strength was increased significantly(p=0.000) and there was significant difference in back muscle strength change between experimental group and control group(p=0.002). 2. After low back pain relieving program, pain on anterior bending, pain on posterior bending were decreased significantly than measurements before the program(p=0.000 p=0.000) and there was significant difference in pain on anterior bending and posterior bending change between experimental group and control group(p=0.000, p=0.000). 3. After low back pain relieving program, Oswestry disability scale scores were decreased significantly(p=0.000, p=0.000) but there was no significant difference in Oswestry disability score change between experimental group and control group.

Objective To compare the pain-reducing effect of forest bathing alone versus forest bathing in combination with stretching and strengthening exercises in patients with chronic posterior neck pain. Methods Sixty-four subjects with posterior neck pain that had lasted more than 3 months were enrolled. They were randomly divided into a forest bathing alone (FBA) group and a forest bathing with exercise (FBE) group; each group included 32 subjects. All subjects from both groups walked every morning in the forest for about 2 hours for 5 days. In the afternoon, the FBE group did a stretching and strengthening exercise for about 4 hours; the FBA group had free time in the woods. Visual analog scale (VAS) on one day, VAS over the previous week, neck disability index (NDI), EuroQol 5D-3L VAS (EQ VAS) and index (EQ index), McGill pain questionnaire (MPQ), the number of trigger points in the posterior neck region (TRPs), and the range of motion of the cervical spine were evaluated on the first and last day of the program and compared between the two groups. Results The number of TRPs were significantly reduced in the FBE group compared with the FBA group (p=0.013). However, the other scales showed no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion When patients with chronic posterior neck pain underwent a short-term forest bathing (less than 7 days) program, FBE was more effective in the reduction of the number of TRPs than FBA. However, all other pain measurement scales we evaluated showed no statistically significant difference between the two protocols.
