This study is to help to understand the influence of exchange writing activity in the elementary mathematics on students' mathematical communication skill. Various technical activities had been implemented during the classes and the ideas from those activities had been interpreted into writings in the final stage of the classes. Those writings, then, were distributed to other students or teachers in order to devise a teaching model for exchange writing, which is to be applied to the 3rd grade classes and to identify the influence on the in mathematical communication skill. From this study, we could get such conclusions as follows: First, there was considerable difference between experimental group practicing exchange writing and control group engaging in normal learning activities in the progress of their mathematical communication skill (group discussion), writing skill and expressivity when examining their average communication skill using t-method. Similar trend had been witnessed when self-evaluating their mathematical communication skill. Second, when it comes to the mathematical tendency, experimental group showed a higher tendency in positiveness compared to the control group. Therefore, we might conclude that the exchange writing has a positive influence on the students' mathematical tendency, especially on their curiosity or interest in teaming, willingness to study and their comprehension of its importance.

This paper tried to understand the effects of alcohol-reducing program on drinkings behaviour of workers on works under 5 employees. For these, this paper understood a change of drinkings custom and degree of alcohol-reducing strategy practice by enforcement of alcohol reducing program over 7 times during 3 months Reaults from analyses are as follows 1) A health problems related to drinkings were a chronic fatigue and indigestion, 15.5% was over 5 items among items related to liver disease. 2) The subjector of investigation all was involved over 2 items among items that a drinking custom must be collecred. 3) The change of drinkings custom between before and after on enforcement of alcohol reducing program showed a effective difference. 4) For a degree of the alcohol-reducing strategy practice, "reducing drinkings days" was 82.9%. "bearing drinkings impulse" 70.7%, "exchanging drinkings custom" 56.1%, "avoiding drinkings friends" 51.2%, Yet, "avoiding drinking place" and "preparing leisure activity to exchange drinkings" showed a low practice ratio. 5) For correlation between drinkings drinkings behaviour and degree of alcohol-reducing strategy practice, the more drinkings times before program paticipatance the higher alcohol-reducing strategy practice, alcohol dependency and drinkings times, alcohol-reducing strategy and drinkings times, befere drinking custom had an effective negative corelation, after drinkings custom and alcohol-reducing strategy a strong effective positive corelation. 6) workers writing drinkings paper decreased drinkings times. Implications from results are as follows The alcohol-reducing program is necessary to works under 5 employees, and needs to he operated continously. Especially, in works under 5 emplyees, the alcohol-reducing programt needs to be operated by firm or government.

Reading ability has been widely considered as one of the basic skills that every student should be conversant with because higher level of thinking power can be acquired through reading. Reading education allows students to build correct way of thinking as well as foster critical thinking ability. However, it can be observed that reading education has not been well addressed accordingly in schools mainly because teachers have only limited amount of time and ability to cope with. In this paper, we developed a Web-based peer evaluation system for improving reading and writing ability so that students are allowed to exchange ideas freely on the Web after reading books as well as evaluate other students' writings, which would facilitate reflective thinking through the computer-mediated communication activities. Students become graders of other students' writings so that they are exposed to different opinions and ideas through which deeper thoughts can be obtained. The learner-centered learning activity instead of teacher-centered may benefit students as well as teachers and the system implementing this idea shows that both students' attitudes and preferences were improved as the result of applying the system to a local elementary school.

Researches on integration of design and construction information from earlier era focused on the conceptual data models. Development and prevalent use of commercial database management system led many researchers to design database schemas for enlightening of relationship between non-graphic data items. Although these researches became the foundation fur the proceeding researches. they did not utilize the graphic data providable from CAD system which is already widely used. 4D CAD concept suggests a way of integrating graphic data with schedule data. Although this integration provided a new possibility for integration, there exists a limitation in data dependency on a specific application. This research suggests a new approach on integration for design and construction information, 'Product Model Centered Integration Methodology'. This methodology achieves integration by preliminary research on existing methodology using 4D CAD concept. and by development and application of new integration methodology, 'Product Model Centered Integration Methodology'. 'Design Component' can be converted into digital format by object based CAD system. 'Unified Object-based Graphic Modeling' shows how to model graphic product model using CAD system. Possibility of reusing design information in latter stage depends on the ways of creating CAD model, so modeling guidelines and specifications are suggested. Then prototype system for integration management, and exchange are presented, using 'Product Frameworker', and 'Product Database' which also supports multiple-viewpoints. 'Product Data Model' is designed, and main data workflows are represented using 'Activity Diagram', one of UML diagrams. These can be used for writing programming codes and developing prototype in order to automatically create activity items in actual schedule management system. Through validation processes, 'Product Model Centered Integration Methodology' is suggested as the new approach for integration of design and construction information.
