  • 디지털 콘텐츠는 텍스트, 이미지, 비디오, 오디오 통의 디지털 저작물을 포함하는 총체적인 용어로 인터넷 상에서 접근할 수 있는 디지털화된 파일을 의미하는데, 최근 전자상거래의 급속한 발달과 인터넷과 같은 컴퓨터망의 확산으로 디지털 콘텐츠의 활용이 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있다. 디지털 콘텐츠는 저장, 편집, 수정이 용이할 뿐만 아니라 인터넷을 통해 원본의 손상 없이 무제한의 복제와 배포가 가능하다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 그러나, 이와 더불어 디지털 콘텐츠의 불법복제 및 배포와 같은 중요한 문제점들을 내포하고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 Key Exchange 프로토콜과 Triple DES 암호 알고리즘을 이용하여 디지털 콘텐츠 불법 복제 및 배포를 방지하기 위한 디지털 콘텐츠 보호 시스템을 구현하였다.

  • The Exchange-cooperation of the Korean peninsula on the Internet contains the possibility that forms the basic of the South-North relationship to meet the Age of information. the Exchange-cooperation on the Internet will make a contributes to the frame of mutual cooperation in the two nations as solving the inconvenience, which might follow the direct contact between them, and cutting down on expenses. Focusing on the Internet, especially Software and Communication service in the Information and Communication sector. This paper presents the Establishment scheme of Cyber network for obtaining mutual cooperation on the Korean peninsula.

Study on SNS usage motivations affecting user satisfaction - Focused on facebook users - (사용자 만족에 영향을 미치는 SNS 이용 동기에 관한 연구 - 페이스북 사용자를 중심으로 -)

  • The technological advances within the Internet industry have led to a revolution in terms of how people communicate with each other. For example, users are no longer limited to using face to face interactions to connect and communicate with their peers but can use email, instant messaging and more. A recent trend that researchers are observing is the adaption of SNS. SNS such as facebook and myspace has been a dominant global trend and has grown dramatically in the past 5 years. The purpose of this study was to test SNS usage motivations influencing the user satisfaction. The research model was developed based on literature review. SNS usage motivations consist of five factors: expression, relationship formation, social exchange, information seeking, trend. 189 questionnaires were used for the main part of regression analysis. The analysis results revealed that relationship formation, social exchange and information seeking were very significant factors influencing the user satisfaction. Especially, social exchange was the most significant factor. We can prospect that importance of user satisfaction on SNS usage motivations is more and more increasing in the future.

  • The smart grid, which is an integrated type of the power system and the digital network, requires the integration of a CIM(Common Information Model) standard for information modelling at the power control centers and an IEC 61850 standard for automation at the substation level in order to efficiently exchange the information between system elements. This paper describes the method of data transfer from one standard information model to the other standard unified information model by mapping between the objects of IEC 61850 and IEC61970 CIM standards both in the static and dynamic models, and designs the method of data transfer and information exchange between the topology processing application using unified topology class packages.

  • 최근 네트워크 기술 동향에 있어서 이른바 핫 이슈 중 하나인 소프트웨어 정의 네트워킹(SDN, Software-Defined Networking)은 바야흐로 데이터센터, 기업, 캠퍼스 등의 근거리 데이터 네트워크(LAN, Local Area Network) 환경을 넘어서 통신망 사업자(캐리어)와 서비스 제공자를 통해 원거리 데이터 네트워크 (WAN, Wide Area Network)로 진화하고 있다. 본고에서는 종단간 SDN 프로덕션 서비스를 위한 소프트웨어 정의 원거리 네트워크(SD-WAN, Software-Defined WAN)의 개요 및 적용 사례를 소개하고, SD-WAN의 핵심 서비스 기술로 인식되고 있는 네트워크 최적화, 가상화, 자동화, SDX(Software-Defined Exchange) 등의 요소 기술과 연구 동향을 알아본다.

A Client/Sever Authenticated Key Exchange Protocol using Shared Password (공유 패스워드를 이용한 클라이언트/서버 인증 키 교환 프로토콜)

  • In this paper, we propose a new authenticated key exchange protocol in which client and sever can mutually authenticate and establish a session key over an insecure channel using only a human memorable password. The proposed protocol is based on Diffie-Hellman scheme and has many of desirable security attributes: It resists off-line dictionary attacks mounted by either Passive or active adversaries over network, allowing low-entropy Passwords to be used safely. It also offers perfect forward secrecy, which protects past sessions when passwords are compromised. In particular, the advantage of our scheme is that it is secure against an impersonation attack, even if a server's password file is exposed to an adversary. The proposed scheme here shows that it has better performance when compared to the previous notable password-based key exchange methods.

  • This paper is a review of studies that focus on the prediction of a won/dollar exchange rate before and after the covid 19 pandemic. The Korea economy has an unprecedent situation starting from 2021 up till 2022 where the won/dollar exchange rate has exceeded 1,400 KRW, a first time since the global financial crisis in 2008. The US Federal Reserve has raised the interest rate up to 2.5% (2022.7) called a 'Big Step' and the Korea central bank has also raised the interested rate up to 2.5% (2022.8) accordingly. In the unpredictable economic situation, the prediction of the won/dollar exchange rate has become more important than ever. The authors separated the period from 2015.Jan to 2022.Aug into three periods and built a best fitted ARIMA/ARDL prediction model using the period 1. Finally using the best the fitted prediction model, we predicted the won/dollar exchange rate for each period. The conclusions of the study were that during Period 3, when the usual relationship between exchange rates and economic factors appears, the ARDL model reflecting the variable relationship is a better predictive model, and in Period 2 of the transitional period, which deviates from the typical pattern of exchange rate and economic factors, the SARIMA model, which reflects only historical exchange rate trends, was validated as a model with a better predictive performance.

  • The exchange of model design date among heterogeneous CAD systems is a difficult task because each system has different data structures suitable for its own functions. STEP has been able to represent product information as a common computer-interpretable form that is required to remain complete and consistent when the product informant is needed to be exchanged among different computer system. However, STEP has difficult architecture in is representing point, line, curve and vectors of element, more over it can't represent geometry data of feature based models. In this study, a structure of XML document that represents geometry data of feature based models as neutral format has been developed. To use the developed XML document, a Converter has also been developed to exchange modules so that it can exchange feature based data models among heterogeneous CAD systems. Aa for evaluation of the developed XML document and Converter, Solidworks and SolidEdge are selected.

  • The shuffle-exchange graph is known as a structure to perform the parallel algorithms like Discrete Fourier Transform(DFT), matrix multiplication and sorting. In this paper, the layout for the shuffle-exchange graph is described and this layout places emphasis on the placement of nodes that has the capability to have as small area as possible, have as a small number of crossings as possible, and have as short wires as possible. The algorithm corrdsponding these conditions is proposed and each evaluation factor and the placement of the N-node shuffle-exchange graph is performed with FORTRAN and BASIC program, and these results are calcualted.

Mid & Long-term Library Plan for Exchange and Cooperation between South and North Korean Libraries (남북한 도서관의 중장기 교류협력 방안 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to present directions and programs for exchange and cooperation between libraries of South and North Korea. Specifically, it is to present the direction of exchange and cooperation programs in the library area and to present library exchange and cooperation programs that can be promoted in the [tight period], [reconciliation and cooperation period], and [South and North confederation period] through research methods of literature review, Focus Group Interviews (FGI), and expert advice. In this study, exchange and cooperation programs were divided into three projects that should be prepared by South Korean libraries, by direct exchange and cooperation between South and North Korean libraries, and by conducting with third countries or international organizations. Along with the conducting program periods, 8 major programs and 33 unit tasks were also proposed. Conclusions and suggestions suggested the need for sector-by-sector, step-by-step exchange and cooperation, establishment of systems to promote effective exchange and cooperation, establishing the formation of consensus within libraries, finding field-oriented agendas, and developing education programs of North Korea libraries for librarians.
