William Wordsworth's "The Thorn" revolves around the following questions: Who is Martha? Why does she go to the mountain top and repeat her doleful cry? To these questions, it gives us two different kinds of answers; one derives from the villagers, and the other from the narrator. This essay attempts to examine how the answers exemplify two different critical approaches to the problem of community, using Jacques Lacan's account of sexual difference in his seminar on Encore as a guiding thread of analysis. The important thing to retain here is that sexual difference in Lacan's seminar on Encore does not so much indicate biological determinations as two distinct forms of relating to the other which are intimately bound up with the question of how a community is constructed and maintained. The first form, called "masculine," suggests that it is a radical exception to a community that makes possible the community as a field of totality or sameness; the second form, called "feminine," shows that each of the subjects cannot be regarded as a member of a closed community which is guaranteed by the exceptionality, but as an exception that is radically singular. This in turn leads us to consider the possibility that the masculine form has to do with the villagers' effort to distinguish themselves from Martha and the feminine form with the way in which the narrator confronts and represents her. In the course of his formulation of sexuation graph, Lacan stresses that the masculine side must be supplemented by the feminine side, which allows us to elaborate on why, concerning Martha, the narrator does not just keep the completely different position from the villagers'. This is to say that the villagers' representation of Martha as an exception to the community should be supplemented by the narrator's attempt to tell Martha's story as the villagers do and at the same time to capture something of her enigmatic unrepresentability. Bearing in mind Charles Shepherdson's elaboration of traumatic memory, this essay also tries to clarify how the narrator preserves and even transmits something of Martha's truth that is embodied in her uncontrollable and unassimilable cry.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of transformational leadership on job satisfaction and to examine the effects of transactional leadership on job satisfaction. This study tried to verify the facial feedback hypothesis in causal relations of charisma, intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration, contingent reward, management by exception, job satisfaction. The self-administerd survey was undertaken against 380 respondents who soldier working in Daegu. A total of 375 responses were collected. Excluding missing data, 337 usable data were used for analysis. Results of this study are as follows. First, it is found that charisma factor is positively impact on job satisfaction. Second, it is found that individualized consideration factor is positively impact on job satisfaction. Third, it is found that contingent reward factor is positively impact on job satisfaction. Fourth, it is found that management by exception is positively impact on job satisfaction. The theoretical implication and practical implication for the army and government are discussed. The limitations are also mentioned.

The Purpose of this study was to identify the relationship among leadership style of nurse managers, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention. Method: The subjects were 468 nurses and 19 head nurses who were working at the 3 general hospitals in seoul. The data were collected from July 6 to September 14, 2001 by the structured questionnaires. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression with SAS package were used. Result: 1) The score of the nurse managers' transformational leadership perceived by surbodinates' were higher than that of the nurse managers' transactional leadership. Among 5 subdimensions of the leadership styles perceived by surbodinates', the scores of 'charisma' and 'intellectual stimulation' were highest and 'management by exception' were lowest. 2) 'Charisma', 'intellectual stimulation', 'individual consideration' and 'contingent reward' were positively related to all of variables except 'turnover intention'. 'Management by exception' was negatively related to all of variables and was positively related to 'turnover intention'. 3) 'Job satisfaction' was positively related to 'organizational commitment' and 'Job satisfaction', 'organizational commitment' were negatively related to 'turnover intention'. 4) As a result of stepwise multiple regression analysis, the key determinants of 'turnover intention' were 'organizational commitment' and this explained 44.4% of the total variance of it.

The determinants of 'job satisfaction', 'autonomy', 'leadership effectiveness' were 'charisma' of transformational leadership and the determinants of 'organizational commitment', 'job involvement', 'empowerment' were 'intellectual stimulation' of transformational leadership.

해킹과 같은 사이버 공격의 약 75%가 애플리케이션의 보안 취약점을 악용하기 때문에 안전행정부에서는 코딩 단계에서부터 사이버 공격을 막을 수 있고 보안취약점을 제거할 수 있는 시큐어 코딩 가이드를 제공하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 안행부가 제시한 시큐어 코딩 가이드 7개의 항목들에 대해 AHP기법을 사용하여 우선순위를 찾고 중요도 분석을 하였다. 그 결과 '에러 처리'가 가장 중요한 항목으로 결정되었다. 현재 소프트웨어 감리에 시큐어 코딩에 관한 항목이 없는데, 이 분석 결과는 소프트웨어 개발 과정 중 감리 기준으로 유용하게 사용될 것이다.

This study estimates the cost function through offshore fishery cost data and analyzed the economies of scale of Korea's offshore fishery. For the estimation of the cost function, translog cost function was used, and the analysis implemented the panel analysis of the panel data. Also, annual economies of scale of the offshore fishery and economies of scale of 14 offshore fisheries in 2015 were analyzed using translog cost function coefficient estimation. The analysis result of economies of scale of Korea's offshore fishery showed that with the exception of 2003, economies of scale exist in all periods of time. However, as it almost reaches the minimum efficient scale, it was revealed that further scale expansion will bring inefficiency. Thus, according to the analysis result, Korea's offshore fishery requires a scale reduction policy rather than scale expansion policy, and this seems to coincide with the current government's fishery reconstruction policy and its practice such as the fishing vessel buyback program. The analysis result of economies of scale of each offshore fishery in 2015 showed that economies of scale of each offshore fishery exists with the exception of five trawl fisheries such as large pair-trawl and large otter trawl and large purse seines. This strongly suggests that the five fisheries and Large Purse Seines with non performing economies of scale need urgent scale reduction and should be the first target for the government's fishery reconstruction policy.

이 논문은 한국의 병역의무에 대하여 남성무용수들이 갖고 있는 경향성을 살펴보고 이들이 병역특례에 대해 어떠한 인식과 경험을 하는지를 심층적으로 구명하고자 하였다. 이 연구의 연구방법은 질적연구방법을 토대로 진행하였다. 자료수집은 병역특례 남성 무용수 3인과 병역 비특례 남성 무용수 3인의 총 6명을 대상으로 비참여관찰, 심층면담, 문헌자료 수집 등을 활용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 귀납적 범주화를 통해 질적분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국 남성무용수들은 한국남성으로서 부여된 병역의무에 대하여 당연한 것으로 받아들이는 공통적 인식이 나타났다. 그러나 실제 병역의무이행에 대해서는 다소 부정적인 시각이 있음을 확인하였다. 둘째 병역 특례자들은 다른 동료 무용수보다 높은 우월감을 느꼈으며 주위의 높은 관심으로 인해 지나친 사회적 감시를 경험하고 있었다. 또한 병역 비특례자들은 군복무를 통해 단절(경력, 경제)을 경험하며 무용에서 이탈하거나 병역특례제도에 대한 의구심을 갖는 경향성이 나타났다.

기업 의사 결정 지원을 위하여 거래 데이터를 다양한 관점에서 분석하고 활용하려는 노력과 관심들이 증가하고 있다. 이러한 노력들은 고객 관리나 마케팅에만 국한되는 것이 아니라 부정행위에 대한 감시와 탐지를 목적으로도 다양한 분석 방안들이 연구되고 있다. 부정행위는 기술의 발전을 악용하여 다양한 형태로 진화하고 있으며, 이에 따라 목적에 맞는 부정탐지 방안 연구와 적용을 통하여 탐지 효용의 극대화를 위한 노력의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 이러한 연구 동향의 일환으로 본 연구에서는 대용량 거래 데이터가 저장 관리되고 있는 국내 최대 농수산물 유통 시장의 2008년부터 2010년까지 상장예외품목의 거래 가격을 분석하여 부정 탐지 규칙을 도출하였으며, 전문가 검증을 통하여 도출 된 규칙의 신뢰성을 확보하였다. 본 연구의 주요 부정거래 분석 방안으로는 정상적인 데이터들은 발생 확률이 높은 반면에 특이한 데이터들의 발생 확률은 낮다고 가정하는 통계적 접근을 통한 이상치 식별 방안을 활용하였다. 이에 따라 부정거래 분석 별로 정의 된 Z-Score 값보다 클 경우 부정거래 탐지 대상이 된다. 다만 상장예외품목 거래의 경우 취급 가능한 중도매인의 수가 제한되어 있으며, 일반적인 상장품목의 거래보다 거래량이 적기 때문에 소수의 이상치가 품목의 평균에 미치는 영향이 크다. 그 예로 다른 소수의 중도매인들이 해당 품목을 정상적인 가격에 거래하였더라도, 특정한 중도매인 한 명이 지나치게 비정상적인 가격에 거래할 경우 모든 거래들이 부정거래로 탐지 될 가능성도 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 기존의 Z-Score의 개념을 활용하여 수정된 Z-Score(Self-Eliminated Z-Score)를 사용하였다. 또한 부정 유형별 탐지 규칙 관리와 활용을 위한 시스템 프로토타입(prototype) 개발을 수행하였다. 이를 통하여 실제 부정거래 탐지 업무에 적용할 수 있는 효과적인 방안을 제시하였고, 농수산 유통시장의 공정성 및 투명성 확보를 위한 관리 감독의 기능 강화가 가능할 것이다.

The objective of this study is to apply performance-based seismic design to high-rise apartment buildings in Korean considering collapse prevention level. The possible issues during its application were studied and the suggestions were made based on the findings from the performance-based seismic design of a building with typical residential multi-unit layout. The lateral-force-resisting system of the building is ordinary shear walls system with a code exception of height limit. In order to allow the exception, the serviceability and the stability of the ordinary shear wall structure need to be evaluated to confirm that it has the equivalent performance as the one designed under the Korean Building Code 2009. The structure was evaluated whether it satisfied its performance objectives to withstand Service Level and Maximum Considered Earthquake.

본 연구는 대학생들을 대상으로 교수의 리더십 유형이 전공만족과 학습몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2017년 9월부터 11월까지 계열 전공학생 543명의 자료를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 자료처리는 IBM SPSS Statistics 25 프로그램을 사용하였고, 조사대상자 특성을 파악하기 위한 빈도분석, 조사도구의 타당도 및 신뢰도 검정을 위한 요인분석, 요인 간의 차이 및 영향력을 알아보기 위해서 t-검정, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 전공만족에 대해서 성별과 학년별로 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으나 전공별로는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학습몰입은 전공별, 성별, 학년별로 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 리더십 유형이 전공만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인은 비전과 사명감, 개별적 고려, 상황적 보상은 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 예외적 관리에서는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 리더십 유형이 학습몰입에 미치는 영향에서 비전과 사명감, 상황적 보상은 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 개별적 고려, 예외적 관리는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다.
