The moisture content was 33.54% nonglutinous rice flour, and 11.8% liliibulbs powder. The overall quality of sensory examination for bitterness was positively correlated with the hardness of sensory examination and the mechanical examination for adhesiveness. The overall quality of sensory examination for chewiness was positively correlated with the moistness of sensory examination and the mechanical examination for cohesiveness. From the above results, the best mixture ratio of Backhapbyung, with a moisture content of 37.18%, is 8% (24g) of liliibulbs powder, 40g sugar, 40ml water, and 3g salt and 276g nonglutinous rice flour.

  • High sodium intake is one of the risk factors for the development of hypertension. According to 2007 Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, sodium intake of Korean was three times higher than adequate intake (1.5 g/day) recommended by Korean Dietary Reference Intakes. High sodium intake is related to high threshold and preference of salty taste. And zinc status is known to affect taste acuity. The hypothesis of this study is that zinc status is associated with salty taste acuity, preference, sodium intake and blood pressure. The subjects included in this study were 50 men and 41 women aged 20-29 y who did not smoke and not take supplements or medications regularly. Dietary intake data for 3 days were collected by 24-h recall for 1 day and dietary record for 2-days. Salty taste acuity and preference were determined by sensory test. Fasting serum concentration of zinc, height, weight, body composition and blood pressure data were collected. Salt taste preference in high zinc intake group ($\geq$ estimated average requirement, EAR; men-8.1 mg/day, women-7 mg/day) was higher than that in low zinc intake group (< EAR). Salty taste preference was inversely correlated with serum zinc concentration in people with low concentration of serum zinc (${\leqq}\;81\;{\mu}g/dL$)(r = -0.3520, p < 0.05). Diastolic blood pressure was higher in high sodium intake group than in low sodium intake group (p < 0.05), positively correlated with salty taste preference (r = 0.3866, p < 0.05) in subjects with daily zinc intake below the EAR. We conclude that low zinc status may be related to high salty taste preference and high blood pressure in Korean young adults.

  • This study aims both to analyze view resources of on agricultural village and its original view image in order to establish indexation and the direction of development and to present assessment model of agricultural view for expectations in plan change for and improvement of agricultural view and alternative valuation. To do this, I selected four agricultural villages as the case areas for this study and examined view resources and their residents' consciousness through a questionnaire and investigated the image preference degree of agricultural village view and view preference. The results of this study are as follows: 1. The newly-introduced artificial view elements, according to development, are a hindrance element of agricultural view; as such Commercial buildings and transmission towers show the highest frequency and are increasing. The problem is that development is being made without any systematic plan. 2. In the examination of images of agricultural villages, the traditional ones are 2.82 on average, which means the view is modern; the natural ones are 3.3 on average, which indicates natural images; the agricultural ones are 3.67 on average, which emerge as agricultural images. View preference degree is 3.34 on average, which is usually good. 3. It is proved that all of the variables of type of location form and view image increase the degree of view preference; size in causal relation can be identified by parameter estimate; that Type I. image variables of agricultural-ness contribute to the dependent variables, view preference degree. 4. • This examination was conducted as follows; 189 copies were coated in total, and demonstratively analyzed by SPSS WIN 15.0 program. The methods used in data for this analysis are as follows; Sensitivity, Reliability, Frequency, Internal consistency, One way ANOVA(Scheffe's examination) Analysis, T-test, etc. The findings of this study are as follows; firstly, it was revealed that respondents who were regular customers of Italian restaurants regarded convenient transportation, property of space, property of pastoral, visibility, and accessibility as importance. This means that Italian restaurant marketers should consider some of factors of location for business with a good view, good parking lot, location at main street, smooth flow of traffic, luxury, atmosphere of freedom, clean area around restaurants, elegant interior of the building, comfortable, luxurious, and deluxe atmosphere, and so on. Secondly, it was revealed that respondents who were regular customers of buffet restaurant either considered the same factors as the Italian restaurants above or regarded those factors less important. This suggests that restaurants should be located on main streets, on trunk roads, and in large-scale residential districts of apartment complex. Thirdly, it was revealed that respondents who were regular customers of traditional restaurants did not consider the locational factors above. This shows that traditional restaurants should be located in nearby customers' houses or their working places, and that marketers should consider focusing on their restaurants' homelike atmosphere, cleanliness, food flavors, and so on.
