It is difficult but very necessary to measure the productivity of container terminals as logistics service provider. It is meaningful to find the appropriate inputs and outputs of the logistics service delivery systems and to measure the relationship between these inputs and outputs. This study proposes a model of evaluating the efficiency of container terminals. The evaluation consists of three phases. First, DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) phase, determines the efficiency score and weights of DMUs(Decision Making Unit). This phase performs through four steps : selection of DMU, selection of DEA model, determination of input and output factors, calculation of efficiency score and weights for each DMU. Secondly, CEM (Cross Evaluation Model) phase, is to calculate the cross-efficiency scores of DMUs. This phase performs through three steps: selection of CEM, determination of cross-efficiency score for each DMU and development of cross-efficiency matrix. Finally, average cross-efficiency analysis phase is to compute the average cross-efficiency score. The proposed model discriminates among DMUs and ranks DMUs, whether they are efficient or inefficient.

Many researchers have proved that information systems auditing is a very effective tool for improving information systems quality. However, information system auditing in Korea still includes many subjective judgements. This study deals with applying a quantitative model to improve information system auditing quality on security domain. First of all, we have looked at previous researches on information systems audit, especially on security audit. Based on this survey, we have come up with solutions to improve the evaluation efficiency on security audit. We have merged the security audit guidelines of NCA and KISA, and developed a quantified evaluation scheme. We have proved the validity of this model by interviews with experts and by case studies.

The operating sound radiated from a laser printer includes tonal noise components caused by the rotating mechanical parts such as gear, shaft, motor, fan, etc. The negative effects of the tonal noise components need to be considered in the process of developing a sound quality index for the quantitative evaluation of the emotional satisfaction in terms of psycho-acoustics. However, in a previous paper, it was confirmed that the Aures tonality did not have enough correlation with the results of jury evaluation. The sound quality index based on loudness, articulation index, fluctuation strength has a little problem in considering the effects of rotating mechanical parts on the sound quality. In this paper, to solve the tonality evaluation problem, the calculation algorithm of Aures tonality was investigated in detail to find the cause of decreasing the correlation. The new tonality evaluation model was proposed by modifying and optimizing the masking effect, loudness ratio, and shape of weighting curve based on the basic algorithm of Aures tonality, and applied to two kinds of operating sound groups in order to verify the usefulness of proposed model. As a result, it is confirmed that the proposed tonality evaluation model has enough correlation and usefulness for expressing the tonalness in the operating sounds of laser printers. In the following paper, this results will be used to model the sound quality index as the input data by using the classification algorithm.

건설프로젝트에서 설계품질은 전반적인 프로젝트 목표를 달성하기 위하여 고려하여야 할 중요한 요소이다. 건설프로젝트의 품질확보를 위해서는 설계단계에서부터 관리기준에 따른 지속적인 품질관리활동이 필요하며 이는 장기적 관점에서 볼 때, PDCA 싸이클에 따라 피드백 되어야 한다. 본 연구는 설계품질을 객관적인 기준에 의하여 정량적으로 평가할 수 있고, 품질정보의 효율적인 피드백이 가능한 설계품질 평가모델을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 설계품질과 설계변경의 연관성에 착안하여 설계의 결과물인 설계도면과 시방서 변경사항을 시공단계에서의 하자와 같은 개념으로 파악하고, 객관적인 설계변경정보를 이용하여 품질을 정량적으로 평가할 수 는 설계품질지수 산정방법을 제안하였다. 또한 설계품질관리 항목에 있어서 국제 품질규격인 ISO 시리즈를 적용함으로써 해외 수주 의존도가 높은 국내의 현실을 반영하였다.

Moral hazard and adverse selection often exist in asymmetric information environment. In this paper, quality investment decision problem is studied under moral hazard. A basic model for quality investment level decision is developed with the supplier as a principal and the buyer as an agent. And then we regard the supplier and the buyer's rational limitations to set up a model when the buyer's quality evaluation and processing activities are hidden. The model is optimized and the results under different backgrounds are discussed and compared. Results show that the buyer's quality evaluation level and processing level are mostly influenced by the supplier's quality assurance payment. Both the supplier and the buyer choose different quality investment levels under moral hazard because of the supplier's payment to the buyer in case of internal failure and external failure.

On the basis of that, set up the random response model of the expert evaluation system and the quality control principle of expert base. Under this principle, develop the statistical quality control theory of expert base, further; provide the quality improvement technology for expert base.

This research was aimed to present a model of clothing products evaluation nd to classify the effect of extrinsic cues on clothing products evaluation. In order to accomplish following subjects were established. First it is to find the effect of extrinsic cues -price brand store - on perceived quality perceived risk perceived value and purchase intention of clothing products. Second it is to formulate a model of clothing products evaluation and find the relation among the variables such as extrinsic cues perceived quality perceived risk perceived value and purchase intention. This research was mainly divided into theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part previous theories and studies on clothing products cues clothing products evaluation perceived quality perceived risk and perceived value were examined to establish a research model and to present a theoretical frame for clothing products evaluation. In the empirical research a questionnaire was developed and statistical data were collected from during July 1997. The subjects were 862 women in the age of 20-35 living in Seoul and kyungki region. SAS and LISREL were used to analyze the collected data. frequency percentage factor analysis ANOVA duncan test correlation analysis regression analysis and LISREL were applied. The results of this research are as follows: First perceived quality consists of performance quality external quality and utility quality in a form of multi dimensional structural. Perceived risk is structured by social/resultant risk financial/fashionable risk and performance/management risk. Second this research proved that extrinsic cues are influenced by each individual variable and extrinsic cues interact with each other through the variable. The perceived quality is influenced most by price Among the perceived risk social/resultant risk by brand financial/fashionable risk by price and performance/management risk by store. respectively. Perceived value is inflenced by price and brand. Third in evaluating process consumer use extrinsic cues to first formulate perceived quality and perceived risk of clothing products and then formulate perceived value ot decide on purchase intention.

The objective of this study was to criticize the model house of apartment and suggest a evaluation model which could be used as an effective tool. The evaluation model had been developed based on the theoretical framework suggested by previous results of research related on housing design, which comprised the following four components : 1) the paradigm of future home and life-style, 2) marketing effects of housing developer, 3) goals and principles of housing design and 4) results of user-preferences study, an evaluation model was suggested as a preliminary form which would be modified in detail after series of tests in the field. The evaluation model will be used to provide standardized criteria for the quality of model houses, and eventually help to improve the quality of apartment housing design by balanced information from theorist, user and developer.

방위산업은 최근 방산수출과 연계하여 국가의 주력사업으로 대두되고 있다. 이를 위해 군수업체의 품질수준 조사는 방위산업 육성정책을 수립하는데 필수적이다. 군수품 생산업체 품질수준 조사는 군수품 생산 업체의 내부 품질관리 및 품질경영 시스템에 대한 조사 및 분석을 통해, 향후 군수품의 전반적인 품질 수준 제고를 위한 품질 정책 수립에 기여하기 위해 매 년 수행하고 있다. 과거에 사용 하였던 품질수준 측정 지표가 현재의 실태를 반영하는데 한계가 있었다. 따라서 품질 수준의 진단 모형과 측정 지표를 개선할 필요성이 제기 되었다. 본 논문은 타 기관 및 기업의 품질 수준 측정 지표의 사례를 조사하고, 기존에 국방 분야에서 실시되고 있는 다양한 평가지표 등을 분석하였다. 또한 과정 지표와 성과 지표의 연계성을 강화하여 군수품 생산업체의 품질수준을 객관적이고 직관적으로 표시될 수 있도록 개선하였다. 본 논문을 통해 제시된 측정 지표 및 모형은 향후 군수품 품질수준 조사에 활용될 것이다. 또한 군수품 품질수준 조사결과는 정부의 국방품질관리 정책을 보다 효과적으로 수립하는데 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

This study developed a new model for evaluating activities related to PL(Product Liability), with which our domestic enterprises can more easily assess the actual status of the management of PL than as they could do before. In addition, this model was designed to make the evaluation can be done focusing on the Product safety management cycle, unlike the other PL evaluation models. This model consists of 3 evaluation domains such as evaluations of planning, implementation, and assessment and taking action regarding product safety management. In order to verify that this evaluation model meets its objectives, the researcher directly conducted evaluations of activities related to PL in 3 companies specializing in electric home appliances through visiting them.
