차로기반 경로유도방식을 이용한 차량의 소개시간 추정 (Estimation of Vehicles Evacuation Time by using Lane-based Routing Method)

  • 본 연구에서는 구미시 일부지역을 대상으로 소개(疏開, 혹은 대피) 계획(evacuation planning)수립 기초연구를 위해 가능한 한 실제 네트워크 및 교통특성 자료를 기반으로 미시적 교통시뮬레이션을 이용하여 대안별 특성을 분석하였다. 긴급 상황이 발생했을 경우를 가정한 시뮬레이션을 통해 기존 교통신호 체계를 그대로 유지하는 경우에서의 소개시간과 본 연구에서 제안한 차로기반 경로유도(lane-based routing) 방식을 비교한 결과, 긴급 상황이 발생했을 시 기존 신호체계를 그대로 유지하는 경우에 있어 소개명령의 차이는 모든 차량을 소개시키는데 거의 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 그에 비해 본 연구에서 제시한 차로기반 경로유도 방식의 경우 기존 방식에 비해 소개시간과 총 통행시간에서 각각 28~54%와 82~90%의 단축효과가 있음을 확인하였으며, 특히 소개시간을 짧게 해야 하는 급박한 상황이 발생했을 때 소개를 위한 시간단축을 확인하였다.

  • 화재시 효과적인 피난이 중요하다고 하는 것은 인식 되어왔다. 그러나 피난안전을 위한 계획과 관련 규정은 최소한치 요구조건만을 충족하고 있다. 피난계획의 궁극적인 목적은 안전한 장소로 거주자를 신속하게 피난시키는 것이며, 본 연구에서는 고층 공동주택을 대상으로 첫째, 거주밀도 및 거주자 특성을 분석하고, 둘째 고층 공동주택 여러 평면의 피난성능을 분석하였다. 이 연구의 목적은 고층 공동주택 피난특성 파악하고 평면 및 법 규정의 비교분석을 통해 피난안전성능 향상을 위한 개선방안을 제한하는데 있다.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide the school planning factors as emergency shelter after disaster. The school functions as the evacuation space areas could be classified into the evacuation center, education maintenance, and dwelling. Among these functions, the scopes of our study are limited to the functions of evacuation center and education maintenance. To carry out this purpose, we were comparative analyzed the shelter space problems of Korea and Japan's survey in the existing literatures. In results of our study, the evacuation center's functions are difficult to depending on the disaster types, such as the earthquake, tornado, and hurricane. On the other hand, the education maintenance functions are difficult to deepening on the victims occupied times in the school as emergency shelters. Based on these findings, the Korea school planning as the emergency shelters are desired to reflect that the evacuation's functions based on the disaster type of the damage from storms, and the education maintenance's functions based on the victim's occupied times in school for their safety.

노인요양병원에서 고령자의 수평 피난을 고려한 대피공간의 건축계획에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Architectural Planning of the Refuge Areas in Geriatric Hospitals Considering Horizontal Evacuation of the Elderly)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted with the aim of presenting spatial planning directions for evacuation spaces based on an analysis of the performance of horizontal evacuation during the early stages of fire incidents in a geriatric hospital. Methods: Based on a review of previous studies, the research model was designed by establishing occupancy conditions, evacuation, and fire scenarios. The analysis model was developed by considering vulnerable areas in terms of evacuation movement and analyzing the results of evacuation performance. Furthermore, the study analyzed the improvement in evacuation performance by arranging refuge areas. Results: The results of the study are as follows. Firstly, vulnerability spots were identified in terms of evacuation performance by schematizing Required Safe Egress Time, Available Safe Egress Time, and their differences. Secondly, the Required Safe Egress Time in the adjacent public spaces along the escape routes of occupants was found to be higher compared to the Available Safe Egress Time. Thirdly, the results of the correlation analysis between the difference in Available Safe Egress Time and Required Safe Egress Time during the early stages of a fire, as well as their constituent factors, demonstrated that user congestion is a more significant factor in compromising evacuation safety than the physical changes in the fire condition. Fourthly, the analysis of evacuation time was conducted by designating refuge areas where occupants can evacuate within a sufficient timeframe. This led to a decrease in the Required Safe Egress Time. Implications: This study is expected to be used as data on the direction of evacuation space planning to improve the evacuation performance of Geriatric Hospital.

재난안전 관점의 노인요양시설 사례연구를 통한 현황 및 개선방안 - 충북 청주시 사례를 중심으로 - (Current Status and Planning Improvement through Case Studies of Nursing Homes in the View of Disaster Safety - Focused on the Cases of Cheongju City, Chungbuk -)

  • As there are the elderly who have difficulty in evacuating themselves, it is necessary to develop architectural and institutional planning for nursing homes that can minimize disaster damage. The purpose of this study was to suggest the improvement plan by grasping the current status of nursing homes on planning aspects such as floor plan type, spatial layout, and evacuation route through 14 case studies in Cheongju city in terms of disaster safety. The results of this study were as follows; the most common plan type was the grouped-corridor type difficulty in securing evacuation routes. The circulation corridor type is need to be considered because it is possible not only to secure evacuation and nursing routes, but also to create a hanging around corridor for the elderly with dementia. Second, if there is a risk of flooding due to the location, the living room should be placed on the 2nd floor or more. In particular, a kitchen should be placed not adjacent to the entrance and the vertical evacuation route. Third, the horizontal evacuation route should be arranged differently depending on the floor plan type. For vertical evacuation routes, it is necessary to install outdoor stairs or ramps considering the evacuation characteristics of the elderly. In addition, the institutional aspects should be considered to ensure the safety of disasters.

인간행동 시뮬레이션을 통한 노인주거 피난안전성 검증에 관한 연구 - 도심형 노인주거의 복도 유형별 평면계획 분석 중심으로 - (A Study on the Effects of Silver Housing on Evacuation Safety using Human Behavior Simulation - Focused on Floor Planning of Corridor Types in Urban Silver Housing -)

  • Recently as the rapid increasing of the elderly, silver housing has grown up. Though much fire evacuation and safety law, fire accident is most dangerous problem in our society. So this study is the purpose to analyze evacuation safety in urban silver housing of floor planning by corridor types using human behavior simulation. The methodology of this study is 'Literature Review' and 'Simulation'. This study has been carried out on silver housing's definition, types, fire safety theory and relation law. To proof evacuation safety, this study measured escaping time, longest distance, and bottleneck counting using human behavior simulation. This study use game engine simulation program to analyze 6 corridor types experimental model. As the result of simulation, this study compare between ASET and simulation result. The result come down to 3 part. First, double loaded corridor type is the most dangerous on urban silver housing. Second, Safe shelter's location and number cause increasing of escaping time. Lastly escaping time is influenced by behavior of agent, bottle neck strike frequency.

Simulation Analysis of Safety Evacuation in University Experiment Building

  • According to the actual situation of a university, the emergency evacuation simulation is modeled based on the physical sign, evacuation speed and personnel ratio using the pathfinder software.The experimental construction export utilization rate is compared with the preliminary simulation scenario. The simulation results show that the utilization rate of evacuation stairs and evacuation exits is significantly improved.The optimized solution can provide the most effective evacuation passage, and the research results can provide the basis for the rational planning and management of evacuation passage in university experiment building.

  • This study developed an algorithm to predict the most efficient evacuation protocol in an elementary school that has an irregular type of architectural planning. The assumption of this study takes a stand point that today's elementary schools are designed in unusual and irregular floor type and, therefore, past architect's knowledge regarding efficient evacuation will no longer effective to save lives. In this regard, this study applied an algorithm that is especially designed to find appropriate locations in general in the field of industrial engineering, which has been proven for many decades. Furthermore, this study not only adapted an engineering model but also conversed to examine spatial relationship and added the concept of group evacuation, which will delay the whole evacuation process, in the tested algorithm to make it more architectural. Consequently, this study compared its outcome with an existing elementary school and questioned its effectiveness in evacuation process based on the algorithm.

학교시설의 피난동선 최적화에 대한 건축계획적 연구 (An Architectural Study on Optimum Evacuation Route of School Facilities)

  • 본 연구는 현재의 학교시설의 건축계획적 분석을 통하여 향후 학교시설의 계획단계에서 실용적으로 활용 가능한 피난 및 대피 동선의 최적화를 목적으로 한다. 건축물의 계획단계에서, 건축물의 기능과 목적에 따라 구분된 평면 및 단면상의 조닝(Zoning)을 하고, 이에 따라 동선이 결정된다. 화재 또는 지진의 발생을 비롯한 재난의 발생 상황에서 효율적인 피난동선의 유무는 학교시설에서 생활하는 모든 이들의 생사와 연결되는 중요한 사항임은 물론이다. 인간의 행동특성을 분석하고 이해한 후, 최적화된 동선계획을 통하여 효과적으로 피난이 가능할 수 있도록 건축계획 및 설계의 발전 시에 활용할 수 있도록 하고자 한다.
