FRC/ceromer system provides the clinician with a durable, flexible, and esthetic alternative to conventional porcelain fused to metal crowns. FRC is the matrix which is silica-coated and embedded in a resin matrix. The ceromer material which is a second generation indirect composite resin contains silanized, microhybrid inorganic fillers embedded in a light-curing organic matrix. FRC/ceromer restoration has a several advantages: better shock absorption, less wear of occluding teeth, translucency, color stability, bonding ability to dental hard tissues, and resiliency. It has versatility of use including inlay, onlay, single crown, and esthetic veneers. With adhesive technique, it can be used for single tooth replacement in forms of inlay adhesion bridge. In single tooth missing case, conventional PFM bridge has been used for esthetic restoration. However, this restoration has several disadvantages such as high cost, potential framework distortion during fabrication, and difficulty in repairing fractures. Inlay adhesion bridge with FRC/ceromer would be a good alternative treatment plan. This article describes a cases restored with Targis/Vectris inlay adhesion bridge. Tooth preparation guide, fabrication procedure, and cementation procedure of this system will be dealt. The strength/weakness of this restoration will be mentioned, also. If it has been used appropriately in carefully selected case, it can satisfy not only dentist's demand of sparing dental hard tissue but also patient's desire of seeking a esthetic restorations with a natural appearance.

Aesthetics means differ from cultures and times and also differ from each person's own thinking. But as a restorative dentist who works for esthetic areas, we need to have certain principles and rationale. Some functions in CAD/CAM looks very useful to match harmonious shape to adjacent teeth and also very effective and efficient when compare to the traditional laboratory technics. Also we will discuss about link abutment (Titanium-Zirconia abutment) which we need for dental implant placed anterior area where the soft tissue is thin.

Metal - ceramic restorations have been the standard of fixed oral rehabilitation for over 30 years, and while many advances have been made in materials and research, the esthetic challenges of the light reflective metal substructure will always put clinician in an esthetic dilemma, for only a very talented ceramist / dentist team can create esthetics that rival nature on a repeatable basis. All ceramic restorations have also been a choice in our restorative armamentarium, but in the past, the materials have also had their own limitation, number on being question-able strength to withstand occlusal forces generated during mastication. IPS Empress 2 offers dentistry a metal free alternative to traditional restorative techniques. This clinical report describes the treatment of patients with esthetic problem of anterior dentition using Empress 2 system.

Esthetic aspect is one of the most important factors in clinical dentistry. Esthetics of dental restorative materials consist of translucency, surface texture, and most importantly 'colour'. Main characteristics of optical properties and its clinical representation and general outlook as to the current information on colour and its representation has been considered in this study. Characteristics of esthetic materials are concerned with the field of science and dental professionals should take into consideration the importance, characteristics, and applications to actual clinical settings of esthetic restorative materials. Relevant information regarding natural teeth and esthetic restorative materials and training will lead to the heightened ability of dental professionals.

There is now an increased demand for harmony between the peri-implant gingiva and adjacent dentition. In the event of a pending loss of a single tooth in the aesthetic zone with healthy periodontium, expectation for optimal gingival and prosthodontic aesthetics are often very high. Unfortunately, bone resorption is common following the removal of an anterior tooth, compromising the gingival tissue levels for the eventual implant restoration. Also, improper implant placement and inadequate osseous-gingival support potentially deleterious aesthetic result. The creation of an esthetic implant restoration with gingival architecture that harmonizes with the adjacent dentitionis formidable challenge. The predictability of the peri-implant esthetic outcome may ultimately be determined by the patient's own presenting anatomy rather than the clinician's ability to manage state-of-the-art procedures. To more accurately predict the peri-implant esthetic outcome before removing a failing tooth, a considering of diagnostic keys is essential. This presentation addresses the useful diagnostic keys that affect the predictability of peri-implant gingival aesthetics and the overcoming of the risk factors in anterior single-tooth replacement; it also describes a surgical and prosthodontic technique in achieving a long term successful esthetic outcome. Proper diagnosis and understanding of the biological and periodontal variables of failing dentition and their response to surgical and prosthodontic procedures are the essence of predictability. Using a smart protocol that alters the periodontium toward less risk and more favorable assessment of the diagnostic keys before implant placement will provide the most predictable esthetic outcome. Simple diagnostic keys suggested this presentation are useful method to evaluate the overcoming of the risk factors in anterior single implant restoration.

But it is also very important to exam the decision factors of franchisees success because the franchisors result of franchisee system will come out with franchisee performance totally. In dental esthetics, soft tissue plays an important part, probably very large portion of it. A clear understanding of the periodontal tissues and its management around teeth and implants help us to develop concepts for a modern dental treatment that addresses the needs of demanding patients in regard of esthetics and durability. When we talk about esthetic, we can say that one of the most important element is a harmonization with gingiva (soft tissue) called 'Pink Esthetic' As for the pink esthetics, gingival line(contour) takes most of the influence on esthetic result; it consists of labial gingival level, interproximal papilla height, and a line that connects them. In the gingival recession, labial gingival level and gingival contour move to the apical portion, and the root area is exposed. It leads to the unesthetic result. Root coverage technique is classically used to treat gingival recession (marginal tissue recession) of natural teeth. It is an essential technique on periodontal plastic surgery part. It is also a very useful technique to recover soft tissue problems in implant dentistry. So, root coverage technique must be mastered for a good implant esthetic result. The general overview of root coverage procedures will be discussed with step by step explanation to get more esthetic result.

The All-Bond system is a unique development in the field of adhesive dentistry. It is a universal bonding system that will bond composite to all dental-related surfaces: dentin, enamel, metal alloy (precious and nonprecious), amalgam, porcelain, and composite. It is also the only system that allows use of both the conservative and all-etch techniques. The main purpose of this paper is to explain the features of the All-Bond system. Its chemistry and a working hypothesis are shown as well.

To harmonize with the remaining natural teeth a dentist and technician make an effort to do. Dental ceramic perfectly reproduce the functionality and esthetic is so moved that will deliver to the patient. However It is not easy to overcome the problem. Actually, it can't have the same spectrum curve between different object. The spectrum curve and reflectance is a unique feature of an object like fingerprints. So it is not that the identification of spectral curves that we usually focuses color. We need to understand the process of matamerism makes something like a combination of color perception. In other word that will tell in our field with ceramic teeth of the patient wish to match the color matching process to simulate the cone in our retinas with the same combination.

In contemporary fashion metal have used which is as the material with a sufficient potentiality of expression which is displayed by an unique characteristic involved only in metal. In this paper metal expressed in contemporary fashion is researched. The first thing the formative characteristic of metal is researched under the consideration of type technique and color of metal used in contemporary fashion. Metals such as gold silver bronze aluminum thin lead and iron are usually used in fashion and those metals are used in various types such a thread fabric board leaf a and cable. Those types of metal as above are applied to the clothing by the techniques of weaving embroidering metal leaf printing or moulding which gives the formative characteristic to the clothing. In color metal has an effect on the colors of surroundings by its smooth and unique luster and its effect of reflection and produces the visual formative characteristic through the effects of contrast. The esthetic will of metal expressed in modern fashion is researched in this study under the facts studied as above. first metal expresses the future oriented esthetic Second metal has the characteristic of attracting the attention Third metal is used as valid techniques to express the artistic formation for clothing escaping from the idea that the clothing is only for wearing. Finally metal is used as an anti-cultural tool of fighting against the existing order or spirit.
