손떨림이 켐코더 화면에 미치는 영향

  • It is needed that the small, cheap and low power dissipated image stabilizing system is used in a small camcorder. It is essential to detect the hand shake of human exactly for the good design of image stabilizing system. In this study, the hand shake is measured by the experiment on 17 peoples in peak-to- peak voltage and frequency. The shake of image by hand by hand is independent of human age or weight, and dependent of calmness of character or concentration of mind.

  • 눈의 여러가지 기능 중 장애를 입게 되어 나타나며 일상생활에 지장을 초래하는 시각상의 장애를 가진자를 시각 장애인이라 한다. 인간은 외부에서 입수되는 정보의 80% 정도가 시각을 통해서 들어오게 되는 데, 시각 장애자는 충분한 정보를 접할 수 없기 때문에 일상 생활에서 많은 불편을 겪는다. 복지 사회를 표방하는 우리나라의 경우, 이들 시각 장애자 들도 정상인들과 다름없이 생활 할 수 있도록 각종 편의 시설과 보조기구를 개발 제공해 주어야 함에도 불구하고 이에 대한 보살핌이 미약한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 시각장애자들을 위해서 공공 시설물 가운데 카드 공중 전화기를 택하여 이들이 사용하기 편리하도록 디자인 하였다.

  • The primary aim of this research is to summarize and discuss the problems that the hand tool manufactiuring industry of Korea is now facing. The study was performed mainly through the interviews with hand tool industry experts. Traditional design concepts are usually oriented towards the functionality of tools but often ignore the human factors such as ease of use, comfort, etc. As a result, for hand tools, mechanical and material aspects have been considerably enhanced but human factors have still much room for improvement.

합성음성 경보의 주관적 위급도에 관한 연구

  • This paper presents an experimental study of the relationship between sound parameters of synthesized voice warning and perceived(psychoacoustic) urgency. Eighteen subjects participated in two experimental sessions to evaluate and quqntify the effects of the voice parameters. Experiments showed that speech rate, fundamental frequency and voice types have clear and consistent effect on perceived urgency. The results of these experiments can be applied to the improvement of existing auditory warning systems and the design of new systems.

  • Forklift achieves transportation of freight and continues loading and unloading work repeatedly long for hours in industry spot. Therefore, drivers feel tired make a mistake for wrong operation of vehicle caused by continuous work. These components are resulted in CTDs, some industrial accident. That is the forklift need to ergonomics access. So, in this paper, requirements of forklift user were abstracted using questionnaire, produced important design factor for pedal and lever using QFD(Quality Function Deployment), and then suggested ergonomic considerations for industrial accident prevention.

  • Anthropometric characteristics and considerations of sex differences anr essential for te correct design of ergonomic work spaces. This paper is concerned with longitudinal study on the physical growth in the Korean youth. Seven hundred thirty-seven subjects were selected from third year students of high schools, and their records on physical examination during the last twelve years were surveyed by longitudinal method. This study investigated the anthropometric characteristics of physical structure and the shape of physical growth for boys and girls. The result showed that there were significant sex differences in the pattern of physical growth.

  • 소비자들이 원하는 제품의 감성을 언어로 표현하여 줄 때, 이를 퍼지추론하여 칼라를 선택해주는 시스템을 개발하였다. 시스템은 감성언어입력, 감성언어퍼지화, 칼라추론, 추론규칙, 출력 등 모두 5개 의 모듈로 구성되어 있다. 시스템은 감성언어를 색상, 채도, 명도로 변환시킨 후 이를 다시 R, G, B 값으로 변환시키게 된다. 이때, 색상, 채도, 명도로의 변환에는 퍼지화규칙이 사용되게 되며, R,G,B 값으로의 변환 에는 칼라추론규칙이 사용되게 된다. 퍼지화규칙을 만들기 위해 S.D.(의미미분)법에 의한 감성언어의 요인 분석을 실시하였으며, 동시에 문헌조사를 통해 얻은 칼라와 관련한 감성정보를 if-then 규칙 형태로 시스템에 구현하였다.

  • 국내에는 다수 원자력발전소가 가동중이며 국내기술진의 참여로 건설되고 있는 원전도 있는데, 그중 영광 3호기가 앞으로 건설될 원자력발전소의 원형으로 주목받고 있다. 원자력발전소에서 주제어반 (MCB: Main Control Board)은 운전원과 계통간의 상호작용이 이루어지는 핵심시설로써, 원자력발전소의 안전성과 효율성에 미치는 영향이 큰 것으로평가되어 인간공학적인 측면이 강조되고있다. 본문은 영광 3호기의 주제어반 시설검사에 참여한 결과를 주제어반 설계에 대한 인간공학적 평가의 예비보고로써 제시하고자 한다.

A Study on Design Method Using CNC in Wooden Products (CNC를 이용한 목제품 디자인 기법에 관한 연구)

  • This study established the scope of the main contents and interpretation of wooden product design using the CNC manufacturing technology as well as the basic concepts of which were defined, accordingly. After coming up with the definition of the CNC wood manufacturing technology from the academic point of view, a design study, using the practical CNC manufacturing technology, was conducted by analyzing and summarizing the contents of each process. In addition, data research and analysis including review on literatures and case studies of existing products were promoted besides design development through application of the design concepts, ergonomics, principle of molding, etc. Ultimately, this study suggested the step-by-step procedure in design drawing, 3D modeling, CAD/CAM data production, CNC manufacturing, and prototype completion together with figures. Through this, the study proposed a standard manufacturing guideline for wood product design using digital manufacturing technology. Base on such efforts, the advantages and points for improvement in product design using CNC manufacturing technology and the future direction of development were forwarded. Meanwhile, a prototype image that was developed through collaborative efforts between the academic circle and field workers was presented to help the case study on the wooden product design technique using CNC.
