사물인터넷은 4차 산업 전반에 적용할 수 있도록 다양한 환경 요구사항에 맞는 서비스 개발이 필요하다. 본 논문은 웹 서비스를 대상으로 공급자 중심 서비스 제공 환경에서 사용자 중심 서비스 제공 환경 구축을 위한 IoT Devices 정보 추출 방법을 제시한다. 사물인터넷 환경 기반 IoT Devices 정보를 활용하여 사용자에게 적합한 웹 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 서비스 목록을 제공한다. 기존 서비스 환경은 제공자 서비스 정보를 활용하여 서비스 선정이 이루어지는 방법에 집중되어 사용자 중심의 서비스 검색 방법이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 전통적으로 제공되는 제공자 정보에 IoT Devices에서 추출된 정보를 추가하여 서비스 목록을 사용자에게 제공한다. IoT 정보 수집은 IoT Devices와 사용자간의 정보, Device 간의 이벤트 정보 등 컨텍스트 정보를 식별자를 통해 구분하여 정보를 생성한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 IoT 정보를 통해 사용자에게 필요한 서비스 목록 제시하여 사용자 중심 서비스 환경을 구축한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the status of school lunch program managers' disposal of food waste and food service management in elementary school lunch program. Questionaries were distributed to 243 school lunch program managers of elementary schools in Seoul and Incheon area. The statistical analysis of data was completed using SPSS program. The results were summarized as follows. The average score of school lunch program managers' environmental conservation consciousness was slightly high, which was found to be 4.0. Most food waste was mainly vegetables. The primary recycling methods of leftovers from the school food service operations were to using them as livestock feed(84.7％). The best way of food waste treatment recognized by school lunch program managers' was utilizing it as fodder for animals or fertilizer(54.1％). The average score that school lunch program managers' achieved in terms of food nice management considering environmental conservation was 3.8. The school lunch managers' opinions imposing environmental regulation on the corresponding firm was very strict. Based on the observed results, several recommendations are suggested：practical food management guideline and its related proper information, foodbank program.

최근 우리나라 위성 개발 사업은 과거와 달리 다양한 목적에 따라 수요 중심으로 변화하고 있다. 특히, 단순 지상 영상 관측 위성에서 벗어나 위성 자료를 가공, 고부가가치 정보 생산에 대한 중요성이 제시되고 있다. 이러한 추세에 따라 위성 정보에 대한 수요 확대를 위해 최종 수요 대상인 국민들의 요구 사항을 반영한 맞춤형 개발과 정보 제공이 필요한 시점이다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 환경위성의 국민 맞춤형 서비스를 위해 요구사항 분석을 위해 대학생을 중심으로 설문 조사를 시행하고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 환경위성은 발사, 운영 전임에 따라 인지가 부족한 상황이나, 최근 환경이슈인 미세먼지에 대한 인지가 높아 활용의지는 높은 것으로 파악되었다. 또한, 환경안보에 대한 의지가 높아 독자적인 환경위성 개발의 필요성을 인지하고 있으며, 언론 등을 통한 홍보와 접근이 용이한 매체를 통한 자료 제공을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다.

Background/Aims: The Gachon Regional Occupational Cohort Study (GROCS) is a large-scale longitudinal study of occupational safety and health data (covering Work Environment Monitoring, Workers' Health Surveillance, and Occupational Health Service) conducted by the Gachon University Gil Medical Center (GUGMC) in Incheon, Republic of Korea. We conducted GROCS to identify the health effects of workers' occupational risks, behavior, socioeconomic status, and life style. Methods: The GROCS includes data from Work Environment Monitoring, Workers' Health Surveillance, and Occupational Health Service. The baseline year for all data collection was 2018. Work Environment Monitoring was conducted in 240 companies located in Incheon. General Health Examination and Special Health Examination were performed on 32,725 and 9,504 workers, respectively. Occupational Health Services were provided to 16,883 workers in 171 companies. These data have been collected and operated at an external data management institution and were provided as a retrospective cohort after removing personal identification information. Results: In 2018, the total number of companies was 2,854, among which which 488 special Health Examination, 171 Work Environment Monitoring, and 240 Occupational Health Service. The proportion of companies undergoing Special Health Examination was 17.1%, the proportion of companies undergoing Work Environment Monitoring was 8.4%, and the proportion of Companies undergoing Occupational Health Service was 6.0%. Conclusion: GROCS expects researchers to utilize its useful and reliable resource for occupational health and surveillance with for academic or political purposes to lead to improved workers' health and working environment.

도시생활에서 환경은 매우 중요한 요소이다. 환경요소는 스마트 도시 계획에서 꼭 다루어야 하는 주제이나, 도시 환경의 정보화 및 데이터 공유 부분은 현재 미흡한 상태여서 이를 개선할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 난징시의 스마트화의 일환으로 친환경 정보화 건설 및 서비스 수요에 대한 심층조사를 진행하였고, 난징시의 스마트 도시 계획에 부합하면서, 환경의 품질을 개선하고 환경정보 서비스를 제공하는 지능형 친환경 정보 플랫폼의 디자인 연구와 그 구축에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 또한 정보를 시각화 하는 부분에 대한 연구도 진행을 하였다. 이 결과는 난징 시 스마트 도시 구축에 중요한 모듈이다.

생태계서비스의 개념을 적용한 공간계획을 수립하기 위해서는 생태계서비스 우수지역 파악하고, 이를 관리하는 것이 필요하다. 생태계서비스가 주변보다 높은 지역을 의미하는 생태계서비스 우수지역 평가와 지도화는 생태계서비스를 효과적으로 관리하는데 필요한 정보를 제공한다. 지역 환경분야 이해당사자들의 인식을 반영한 우수지역 평가는 지역에서 관리가 필요한 우선지역을 파악하는데 용이하다. 본 연구는 안산시를 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하여 조절서비스별 가중치를 산정하고, 이를 반영하여 조절서비스 우수지역을 파악하였다. 환경분야 이해당사자 분석결과, 조절서비스의 중요도는 수질조절, 대기조절, 침식조절, 기후조절의 순서로 나타났다. 생태계서비스 우수지역은 주로 안산 북동부에 위치한 산림지역에서 나타났다. 이해당사자 가중치를 반영한 경우에도 우수지역의 공간분포는 유사하게 나타났다. 환경분야 이해당사자 인식을 반영한 생태계서비스 우수지역 평가는 지역에서 생태계서비스 관리정책 수립 시 의사결정지원도구로서 활용될 수 있다.

정보기술과 인터넷의 발전은 정보의 대량생산과 함께 정보검색의 대중화를 가져왔으며, 검색포털사이트의 성장은 정보이용자들에게 정보를 획득할 수 있는 유일한 정보원으로서의 도서관에 대한 인식의 변화를 가져 왔다. 이용자들은 검색포털사이트를 보다 편리하고 다양한 정보를 획득할 수 있는 효과적인 정보원으로 각인하고 선호하게 되었다. 이러한 사회환경의 변화 속에서 도서관과 사서는 이용자의 정보요구에 보다 적극적이고 현실성 있는 정보서비스를 제공함으로써 그 사회적 역할과 위상을 정립하고 진일보할 수 있는 도전과 기회로 삼아야 할 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 도서관, 특히 공공도서관의 적극적인 정보서비스 방안으로서 정보검색대행서비스를 제안하고, 이러한 서비스의 가능성과 기대효과를 정보이용자에 대한 직접 설문을 통하여 조사하였다. 특히 대부분의 이용자들이 친숙하고 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 전화와 PDA등을 활용한 정보서비스에 대한 가능성 및 방법론에 대하여 제안하고자 한다.

Now, in Korea, the performances of the building service equipment relay on the individual superintendent's share for the assessment of performance, fault detection, deterioration diagnosis of the building service equipment. As the result, very different quality of the performance or the durability of equipment is being obtained with his skill and effort and it is also not easy to assess that quality. This finally lead to the waste of labor force and the operating cost due to the high-cost, low-efficiency system. How to construct the N-BMS was considered to save energy, resource and to conserve performance of building service equipment. The FEMIS, facility, energy/environmental management & information system, for building service offer management process integrated with BAS, FMS and EMS and so on.

As indoor pollutants such as carbon dioxide and dust mainly affect the respiratory and circulatory systems, there is an increasing need for real-time indoor / outdoor environmental monitoring. In this paper, we have developed a real - time environmental monitoring system using the cloud-based 3G integrated environmental sensor module for environmental monitoring. A highly reliable environmental information monitoring system requires various IT technologies such as infrastructure (server, commercial software, etc.), service application software, security, and authentication. A real-time environment monitoring system based on cloud service that can provide reliable service satisfying these configuration requirements is proposed and implemented. It is expected that this system can be applied to various technologies such as indoor automatic window opening/closing system based on the Internet.

이 연구는 기록관에서 장애인과 비장애인 모두 동등한 수준으로 기록정보서비스를 제공받을 수 있는 환경이 조성되어 있는지를 평가하기 위한 평가지표와 척도를 개발하고자 한다. 장애물 없는 생활환경 인증기준을 기본 틀로 삼되 인증 기준에서 구체적으로 명시하고 있지 않는 기록관의 서비스환경에 관한 항목을 도출하기 위해 기록정보서비스에 대한 개념 분석과 기록관 이용자들의 서비스 동선을 파악한 후 이를 공간별로 항목화하였다. 장애물 없는 생활환경 인증기준, 정보서비스개념과 유형, 서비스 동선과 공간영역 그리고 공공기록물관리법, 국가기록원의 공공기록물서비스 표준들을 모두 융합하여 종합적인 기록정보서비스 환경 평가 지표와 척도를 제시하였다. 이 연구는 궁극적으로 기록관 서비스 환경 평가도구 개발을 통해 기록정보서비스 환경을 객관적으로 평가하고, 이를 통해 서비스제공의 근본 문제점들을 파악한 후, 이를 개선할 수 있는 대안을 제시하고자 한다.
