친환경·GAP·HACCP이 농업 생산자조직에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Environment-friendly Certifications on Agricultural Producer Organizations)

  • Purpose - The distribution of agricultural products is changing due to recent shifts in environmental free trade. Specifically, the competitiveness of domestic agricultural products has weakened as a result of the Korea-China Financial Trade Agreement. Agricultural producers are faced with increasing difficulties and organized production centers are growing in importance daily. To overcome this crisis, agricultural producer organizations are vying for environment-friendly agricultural certifications, Good Agriculture Practices (GAP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP). In particular, as consumer demand for higher safety grows, farmers are increasing their certification rates. Therefore, this certification system is expected to help strengthen the competitiveness of agricultural producer organizations. Research design/data/methodology - Organized production centers are classified by certification. A survey was conducted with 91 organizations using factor analysis and logistic regression analysis for the examination. The factor analysis results are as follows. Raw material procurement, education·specialization, marketing, joint business, organizing ability, business management, effectiveness, certification, and larger organizations were classified as the nine types of factors. These factors affect the organized production centers and are used in the logistic regression analysis. The purpose of such research and analysis is to suggest a direction for future production center policies. Results - The basic statistical results are as follows: analysis of the producer organizations of 91 sites, average number of members per site of 1,624, and average sales of 25,961 million won. Additionally, the average income per farmer is 175 million won, and the pooling system rate is 53.5%. The factor analysis results are as follows. Factor 1 consists of contract cultivation, ongoing shipment, selection subdivision, traceability, and major retailer management. Factor 2 consists of manual cultivation, specialty selection, education program, and R&D. Factor 3 consists of advertising, various dealers, various sales strategies, and a unified sales counter. Factor 4 consists of agricultural materials co-purchase, policy support, co-shipment, and incentives. Factor 5 consists of the co-selection and pooling system. Factor 6 consists of co-branding and operating by the organization's article. Factor 7 consists of the buy-sell ratio and rate of operation of the agriculture promotion center. Factor 8 consists of bargaining power in volume and participation rate of farmer certification. Factor 9 consists of increasing new subscribers. The logistic regression analysis results are as follows. Considering the results by type of certification, the environment-friendly agricultural certification type and the GAP certification type have a (+) influence. GAP and HACCP certification types affecting the education·specialization factor have a (+) influence. Considering the results for each type of certification, the environment-friendly agricultural certification types on the effectiveness factor have (-) influence; the HACCP certification types on the organizing ability and effectiveness factor have a (-) influence. Conclusions - Agricultural producer organizations should develop plans as follows: The organizations need to secure education for agricultural production; increase the pooling system ratio for sustainable organizational development; and, finally, expand the number of agricultural producer organizations.

  • With introduction of amended educational curriculum in 2007, optimizing project of educational environment to accomplish its purposes and goals includes expanding educational facilities and supplying eco-friendly school facilities. However, while the focus of optimizing project of educational environment is quality improvement of educational facilities, aging of these facilities built at th times of quantitative expansion and its management become serious problems. Higher concerns on studies and jobs on management of building caused by serious aging of facilities, management cost of building becomes a very crucial issue. Therefore, this study aims to analyze environment improvement budget of school facilities through building and using data warehouse, by investigating and analyzing the current status of environment improvement budget of school facilities and its cost through questionnaire and interview surveys on officers who are in charge of environment improvement budget of school facilities in educational administrations. This study thus analyzed environment improving budget of school facilities by using data warehouse technology collecting related data to the topic and setting levels by region, school class, establishment year, school facility types and others.

라이프스타일 유형에 따른 대학생의 환경의식이 친환경제품의 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (An Effect of the Eco-friendly Consciousness of the Undergraduate by the Lifestyle on the Purchase Intention of the Eco-friendly Products)

  • 본 연구는 대학생들의 라이프스타일 유형을 분류하여 그 유형별로 환경의식에는 어떠한 차이가 있으며, 환경의식은 친환경제품의 구매의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석하는 데 연구의 목적이 있다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 라이프스타일 유형 중 건강지향형은 환경실천과 환경보호의 모두에서 유의한 수준으로 나타나 가설이 채택되었다. 그러나 자기추구형과 적극활동형의 유형은 모두 유의하지 않은 값으로 기각되었다. 둘째, 환경보호가 높은 집단이 친환경제품 구매의도에 있어서 유의한 수준으로 가설이 채택되었다. 따라서 건강지향형의 라이프스타일을 지닌 대학생들이 환경에 대한 의식이 높았으며, 환경보호의식이 높은 집단에서 친환경제품에 대한 구매의도가 높다는 사실을 알 수 있다.

외식기업 문화와 리더십이 경쟁 우위에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Organization Culture and Leadership on Competitive Advantage in Food Service Companies)

  • In order to cope with the severe business environment and possess the competitive advantage in the food service industry, the effect of organization culture and leadership on competitive advantage in food service companies was investigated. The friendly culture was regarded as important in relation between corporate culture and leadership. And the tendency to participate was shown to be highly correlated to leadership. Leadership and competitive advantage were influenced by the tendency to participate, differentiation and competence. The corporate culture and competitive advantage were affected by the friendly culture, differentiation and competence. Especially, the organization culture was more important than leadership. Therefore, it is necessary to execute the tendency to participate, differentiate products, service and management, and attract customers. And the maintenance of competitive power is required to develop a new product, evaluate customer satisfaction, and improve decision making, problem solving and crisis management.

지속가능한 유역관리를 위한 자연지역의 시공간적 특성 분석 -일본 아라가와 유역을 대상으로- (Spatio-Temporal Analysis of Natural Area for Sustainable Watershed Management in the Ara River Basin, Japan)

  • As a frontier of Sustainable Basin Research Initiative, we commenced a scenario-driven planning and evaluation research project which is to identify the strategic policy scenarios. As a part of the project, this study attempts to estimate the ecological impacts of land cover changes using landscape indices at the whole basin level. We analyzed spatio-temporal characteristics of natural area including forest, agricultural land, water area, barren which play an important role in nature-friendly sustainable watershed management. The results of analysis shelved that the size and diversity of natural area have been reduced, while patch number and isolation have been increased in proportion to urbanization in 1974, 1995 and four future scenarios in the Ara River Basin. Also, we estimated that the natural area could be conserved to some degree in the SD or DE scenarios with a concept of environment-friendly development and lifestyle. Various strategic environment policies may be evaluated and designed on the basis of the method, that is, scenario approach and landscape ecological analysis suggested in this study.

녹색물류 환경에서 자판기 공급사슬 운영을 위한 의사결정지원시스템의 개발 (A Decision Support System for the Operations of Vending Machine Supply Chains in a Green Logistics Environment)

  • Regarding the green environment, it is important to boost the spread of environmentally friendly vending machines and to operate the vehicles for their inventory replenishments while minimizing emissions of greenhouse gases. In general, the vending machine management company lacks capability to operate the supply chain effectively in an integrated way under the dynamic, complex, and stochastic environment. This paper presents a decision support system, termed DSSVM, for the operations of the general and smart vending machine supply chains with stock-out-based, one stage item substitution in a green logistics environment. The DSSVM supports the estimation of item demand and substitution probabilities, determination of operation parameters, supply chain analysis, what-if analysis, and $CO_2$ analysis for which various analytical models are employed.

농업경영의 가치사슬 구조에 근거한 지속가능성 연구 (A Sustainability Study Based on Farm Management Value-Chain Structure)

  • This study aimed at finding directions for Korean agriculture to establish a new paradigm of sustainable development. Various problematic issues and concerns in the environment necessitate the transformation of Korea's development paradigm from unconditional growth to "Green Growth" through new policies on green value and review of various advanced researches. In this research, the environment-friendly agriculture's problems, particularly in agribusiness were analyzed. Drawing from Michael Porter's Value Chain Analysis, this research developed a value chain model in agriculture that reflects the environment and the present situations. Future directions in the agriculture sector were also discussed. Korea realized food self-sufficiency through the green revolution in the early 1970s. However, a lot of problems have also occurred, including ground and water pollution and the destruction of ecosystems as a result of the overuse of pesticides and chemical fertilizers. In the late 1970s, the growing interest on environment-friendly agriculture led to the introduction of sustainable methods and techniques. Unfortunately however, these were not innovative enough to foster environment-friendly agriculture. Thereafter, the consumers' distrust on agricultural products has worsened and concerns about health have increased. In view of this, the Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries introduced in December 1993 a system of Quality-Certified Products for organic and pesticide-free agri-foods. Although a fundamental step toward the sustainability of the global environment, this system was not enough to promote environment-friendly agriculture. In 2008, Korea's vision is for "Low Carbon Green Growth" to move forward while also coping with climate change. But primary sectors in a typical value chain do not consider the green value of their operations nor look at production from an environmental perspective. In order to attain sustainable development, there is a need to use less resources and energy than what is presently used in Korean agricultural and value production. The typical value chain should be transformed into a "closed-loop" such that the beginning and the end of the chain are linked together. Such structure allows the flow of materials, products and even wastes among participants in the chain in a sustained cycle. This may result in a zero-waste sustainable production without destroying the ecosystem.

객체지향기법을 이용한 농촌하천환경관리시스템 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development Rural Stream Environment Management System Using Object Oriented Programming (OOP))

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a rural stream environment management system (RUSEMS) using Object Oriented Programming (OOP). In this study, the management goals of RUSEMS were conceptualized and systemized. The objects which required in RUSEMS were developed, then the method and the attribute of the objects were also devised, and the hierarchy of the objects was constructed by OMT method in this study. The results of the system application showed that RUSEMS was enable to manage, to analyze, and to offer the information about the monitoring, analyzing of the rural stream pollution, and managing pollution source of the watershed and the rural stream environment management for the friendly water space.

아동친화적인 지역사회에 대한 부모와 아동관계자의 인식 비교 - A기초자치단체를 중심으로- (A Comparison of Assessment of Child Friendly Cities by Parents and Child Service Providers in Selected Local Government)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 한 지역사회를 중심으로 부모와 아동관계자의 아동권리보장실태에 대한 인식을 살펴보고 아동친화도시를 구성하기 위한 방안을 모색하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 서울시의 한 기초자치단체에서 실시된 조사데이터를 활용하여 놀이, 지역사회 참여, 보건 및 사회서비스, 안전, 교육환경, 주거 부분에서의 인식차이를 확인하였다. 분석 결과, 6개 영역중 교육환경과 주거환경이 상대적으로 잘 보장되고, 지역사회참여는 덜 보장되고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 아동관계자들은 아동친화적 지역사회를 구성하기 위한 물리적 환경에 있어 더 부정적이었고, 부모는 참여권과 같은 제도적/문화적 환경에 더 부정적인 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구는 다음과 같이 제안했다: 첫째, 아동친화도시를 구성하기 위한 기준 중 물리적 환경은 아동관계자의 기준을 참조하고, 제도문화적 환경은 부모의 기준을 참조해야 한다. 둘째, 지역사회 의사결정구조에 아동, 부모, 아동관계자의 참여를 확대해야 한다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 친환경농산물의 구체적인 마케팅연구 일환으로 친환경농산물의 품질인증마크가 주는 메시지 효과에 대해 다루고자 하며 또한 조절초점에 따른 설득지식의 활성화, 즉 조절초점 적합성이론을 친환경농산물의 품질인증마크(유기농산물 vs. 무농약농산물)에 적용시켜 봄으로서 친환경농산물의 품질인증마크에서도 소비자가치의 활성화 효과를 확인 해보았다. 연구결과, 친환경농산물의 품질인증마크(유기농산물 vs. 무농약농산물)는 서로 다른 조절초점을 가지고 있다는 것은 소비자들이 친환경농산물의 품질인증마크(유기농산물 vs. 무농약농산물)에 따라 얻고자하는 목표가 상이하다는 것을 보여준다. 또한 해석수준이론에 다른 적합한 설득커뮤니케이션 방법을 제시함으로서 개인의 성향적 맥락 하의 다양한 소비행동연구에 실무적 시사점을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이라고 본다.
