  • The goal of this study is to understand how financial inclusion (FI) as influenced by Internet subscribers in India, affects India's Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). This study makes use of secondary data that was collected from 16 Indian states and one Union Territory between the fiscal years of 2018 and 2020. The goal of this study has been investigated using panel data regression analysis (PDR). And the study's findings indicate that wages received through MNREGA accounts and post office operating accounts under the supervision of Internet subscribers have a significant negative impact on India's SDGs, demonstrating how financial inclusion is harming the country's efforts to achieve sustainable development. This study suggests that it is important to pay attention to rural areas' access to the digital environment and their degree of digital literacy. These findings imply that improving the MGNREGA program and employees' pay might help the government alleviate poverty in India. Financial inclusion also depends heavily on financial literacy. The government should improve its digital infrastructure in rural and urban areas so that people there may better understand and utilize it given that it promotes financial inclusion, digitalization, economic advancement, rural development, and poverty reduction.

  • In an environment that places a priority on morality, authentic leadership is becoming increasingly important. Chinese enterprises are putting a lot of effort into improving their employees' psychological safety and positive psychological capital (PsyCap). This study examines the influence of authentic leadership on positive PsyCap and psychological safety, as well as the influence of positive PsyCap on psychological safety in China. It also examines whether positive PsyCap plays a mediating role. Authentic leadership has a positive effect on both positive PsyCap and psychological safety. Positive PsyCap also has a positive effect on psychological safety. Moreover, positive PsyCap had a mediation effect on the relationship between authentic leadership and psychological safety. This result means that an authentic leadership style can stimulate employees' psychological capital, make the staff more confident and promote optimistic attitudes, hopeful minds, and plenty of other positive psychological states. At the same time, it promotes the psychological safety of employees in Chinese art enterprises. The significance of this study is that it investigates the effects and processes of authentic leadership on psychological safety and positive PsyCap in Chinese art enterprises. The implications of this research bridge a theoretical gap in the field, and provide feasible suggestions and guidance for development in the discipline. Enterprises should attach importance to the selection, cultivation, and appointment of authentic leaders. They must also pay attention to trends in employee psychological safety and positive PsyCap.

  • Improving the time and cost efficiency of production systems is one of the important means of building competitive advantage and staying profitable in the ever increasing competitive business environment. Among others, CONWIP (constant work-in-process) and DBR (drum-buffer-rope) methods are widely used in improving production process efficiency. In this study, we have developed simulation models for a real button factory production system. We have tried to improve the efficiency of the production process by implementing these two approaches to our model. According to our results, both CONWIP and DBR production approaches were found to have equivalently better results in reducing the waiting time of the bottleneck process. By applying either of the two production systems, efficiency of the real production process can be significantly improved as the simulated model results demonstrate.

  • Improving the quality of teaching staff in universities is an important goal of most universities. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the factors affecting the quality improvement of lecturers at universities. There are many factors affecting the improvement of this quality of human resources. This article uses the survey method to assess the factors affecting the improvement of the quality of lecturers in education and training institutions of the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam. Currently, the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam has 4 educational institutions. The research team has assessed the impact factors at these 4 facilities. The research team conducted a survey for faculty members of the Ministry of Transport. The result was 446 votes. The authors have performed factor evaluation by multivariate regression model. The influencing factors include Professional competence, the virtue of teaching staff, scientific research capacity, participating in building a democratic educational environment, Professional support policy, Instructor's income, and Information technology support. Research results show that most of the factors have a positive impact on improving the quality of lecturers. Based on the survey results, the authors also make policy suggestions to further improve the quality of teaching staff of the schools in the coming time.

  • In this paper, I develop a simple dynamic resource allocation algorithm that reduces the call blocking rate by improving the resource utilization of the WCDMA (Wideband Code Division Multiple Access) systems under multimedia service environment. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm significantly reduces the blocking rate of high speed multimedia calls. The algorithm developed in this paper is currently working in the commercial WCDMA IMT-2000 system.
