The more consumers feel the brand as authentic, the better the brand image and the higher the purchase intention, so companies actively seek to build brand authenticity. On the other hand, the quality of products perceived by consumers comprehensively in consideration of various factors such as performance, durability, and materials can affect brand authenticity. The purpose of this study is to present useful implications by building a research model for quality and brand authenticity from a marketing point of view, and empirical analysis. For this, product quality and brand authenticity were theoretically defined, the relationship between them was identified, and ultimately the influence of these concepts on brand image was examined. In detail, a survey was conducted on a total of 286 consumers to find out the quality of the product, authenticity of the brand, and brand image, and the product to be surveyed was S20, the latest mobile phone of S Electronics. As a result of empirical analysis, although quality had a statistically significant positive effect on brand authenticity, the degree was not greater than expected. In addition, quality had a statistically significant positive effect on brand image, and its degree was large, but when quality and brand authenticity were considered together, it was found that the regression coefficient of brand authenticity was larger than that of quality. This means a partial mediating effect of brand authenticity. Therefore, in order to enhance the brand image and purchase intention of SMEs/Venture companies, a strategy that build brand authenticity simultaneously in consideration of the components presented in this study will be more effective than a strategy that focuses only on quality. This study proposes a variety of theoretical and practical implications by empirically examining the relationship between brand authenticity and brand image perceived by consumers through quality from a marketing perspective, based on a research model that was not discussed in previous studies. In particular, this study proposes a plan to build brand authenticity from the perspective of SMEs/Ventures.

This paper inquires the macro-economic factors that may affect the corporate venture capital (CVC) from an industrial organization theory perspective. Unlike existing studies focusing CVC investments related to parent corporates' strategic intention, we identified CVC firm as an independent financial investor affected by macro environment and industrial structure. Specifically, we empirically investigate whether and how industry's boom, exogenous crisis, economic growth, and competition intensity affect the CVC investment for a data set of investment in the U.S. based corporate venture capital industry, 1996-2017. The empirical data analyzed in the study contained a total of 84 U.S. based CVC firms and their 2,306 investments from 1996 until 2017. After conducting a time-series negative binomial analysis, our empirical analyses suggest that the CVC investments are affected negatively by exogenous crisis and competition intensity, and positively by industrial boom and economic growth. we found the significance and direction of our independent variables strongly supported all of our four hypotheses in a highly robust manner. The results of this study are expected to contribute the literatures of corporate venture capital and venture investment by illustrating which macro-economic and industrial structure factors affect CVC investment decision to adapt to dynamic environmental change beside strategic intention of CVC firm's parent corporates.

In recent years, turnover intention among employees in China's banking industry has surged due to internal and external environmental pressures. This surge surpasses those occurring in other sectors. This rising trend in employee turnover has resulted in reducing employee turnover becoming a critical priority for banks in their ongoing development. Traditional leadership styles have proven inadequate for addressing this issue, requiring a shift towards more effective management approaches. This study explores the potential of servant leadership, a management style that prioritizes employees' needs, supports their development, and motivates them to realize their potential, as a means to mitigate rising turnover intentions. The research focuses on employees in the Chinese banking sector so as to examine the impact of the servant leadership management approach on their turnover intentions. Job crafting is investigated as a mediating variable, while stress mindset is assessed as a moderating variable. Data were collected from 401 valid questionnaires across 62 teams, comprising 62 leaders and 339 employees. Hypotheses were tested using SPSS 26.0 and HLM 6.0. The findings reveal that: (1) servant leadership significantly reduces turnover intentions; (2) job crafting mediates the relationship between servant leadership and turnover intentions; and (3) stress mindset positively moderates the influence of job crafting on turnover intentions. This study provides empirical evidence supporting the relationship between servant leadership and turnover intentions. The study's findings offer valuable insights into how to enhance employee management practices. It also discusses the theoretical and practical implications of integrating servant leadership into the banking sector, highlights the study's limitations, and proposes directions for future research.

In this research, we analyzed the foundation infrastructure of college and the entrepreneurial abilities, attitudes and entrepreneurial intention of students. This aim is to provide differentiated entrepreneurial education methodology of colleges different from general universities. First, in order to grasp the entrepreneurial infrastructure of the college, we conducted an interview with the person in charge and evaluated it based on the criteria presented at the Foundation Promotion Agency. Secondly, we conducted a questionnaire survey for students of colleges and analyzed entrepreneurial ability, entrepreneurial attitudes, and entrepreneurial intentions. As a result, the following suggestions were derived. As colleges have a shorter period than general universities, it is impossible to prepare the same infrastructure with 4 year universities, so differentiated infrastructure standards should be presented. It is lower than the competence and attitude of the student's foundation. Therefore, in the course of education, we must seek methods that can increase the degree of establishment through comparative processes such as educational curriculum and founding circle, which are practical and not theoretical contents.

The major purpose of this study is to examine the moderating role of affect intensity, an important individual difference variable, upon affect formation based upon PAD framework from the experience of some dimensions of tavel aency or company. Research findings from the analysis of empirical data are as follow. First of all, four factors of customer's experience of travel agency(Resposiveness; Courtesy; Competency; Differentiation) are related to three affect represented by PAD framework(Pleasure; Arousal; Dominance). Moreover factors of experiences have differential influence upon formation of affective responses. Secondly, customers' Affect Intensity has moderating effects upon the formation of affects by the experience from dimensions of travel agency. The third finding is that the affect induced by travel agency has differential influence upon the formation of attitude toward travel agency and the formation of intention of repurchase of the travel service from that agency.

Nuclear Power Plants (NPP) are widely utilized around the globe from different base forms as it is one of the most dependable renewable resources that technological advancements have offered. However, different perceptions of the usage of NPPs emerged from different generations. The purpose of this study was to investigate the acceptance of nuclear energy as an alternative source of energy among Generation Z in the Philippines by utilizing an extended Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) approach. An online questionnaire which consisted of 31 items was distributed using a purposive sampling approach and 450 respondents of Generation Z voluntarily answered. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) showed that the knowledge regarding NPP had significant effects on risk perception and benefit perception which subsequently led to subjective norms. In addition, perceived behavioral control and subjective norms had significant effects on behavioral intention which led to nuclear acceptance. Interestingly, the respondents perceived the benefit of NPP as slightly higher than the perceived risk. With these, it was clear that the commissioning Nuclear Power Plant must consider as an alternative source of electric energy in the Philippines. Moreover, this study is one of the first studies that investigated the acceptance of NPP among Generation Z. Lastly, the model could be a basis to strengthen the acceptance strategy of opening NPP among Generation Z, particularly in developing countries.

This study analyzed the effects of social support on entrepreneurial opportunity competence for Baby boomer (born in 1955-1963), focusing on mediating effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy. The governmental start-up policy and entrepreneurship education are mostly conducted for the college students and young generation mainly through such programs as the youth start-up school. In addition, studies on the effects of social support and institutional support on the entrepreneurial intention of young generation entrepreneurs are being actively pursued. Meanwhile, the study for baby boomers is on the welfare side mainly. Although they are starting to make their living-based business without prior careful preparation for their livelihood after retirement, while there is little study on the effect of social support for this baby boomer on entrepreneurial opportunity competence needed for opportunistic entrepreneurship. Therefore, in this study, in order to investigate the effect of social support on Baby boomer's entrepreneurial opportunity competence, an empirical analysis of the 387 questionnaires collected by the baby boomers living in Seoul and Gyeonggi provinces were conducted. This purpose of this study is to academically define what "luxury products" mean, and to clarify the cognitive structural relationship between corporate attributes and "luxuriousness" in relation to the determinant of luxuriousness that eventually affects the purchase intention of consumers. This study is also written under the theory that luxuriousness leads to benefits such as functional benefit, experiential benefit, symbolic benefit, and exclusive benefit; which all provide core values to consumers and serve as effect factors that influence the psychological satisfaction of consumers. The commonly discussed measure of the determinant of luxuriousness has often failed to adequately describe the reasons to why the consumers prefer luxury products. This study also aims to suggest a new path in how and what the consumers perceive as luxury products, and to conceptualize what luxuriousness means in the marketing perspectives on the background of a previous theory. The part of corporate attributes are divided in the following sections: corporate ability(CA) and corporate reputation(CR). The part of the determinant of luxuriousness is divided in sections of superiority, scarcity, differentiation, and traditionality. Therefore, this study used the theoretical concept used in such common measures as well as 282 examples to empirically analyze the relationship between corporate attributes and luxuriousness of luxury products, and how such affect the purchase intentions of consumers. The survey used to aid this study targeted luxury product consumers regarding "B" brand of automobiles. Using the analysis through a structural equation model, the study draws a conclusion that in a relationship between corporate attributes and luxuriousness, corporate ability(CA) of corporate attributes affects the facts of differentiation and traditionality in a significant way, and corporate reputation(CR) of corporate attributes affects the factors of superiority and scarcity in a significant way. Additionally, the superiority and scarcity of luxuriousness positive significantly affects purchase intention, and differentiation and traditionality of luxuriousness affects purchase intention in a negative significant way. The structural concept of luxury and luxuriousness suggested in the study will provide the theoretical basis for building a new case study, and the determinants of luxuriousness in the marketing perspective will be a practical help for checking the consumers' psychological reasons for purchase.
