The answer to this changes of environment is supply chain management. In this paper, It consolidates the necessity on a LTV(Life Time Value) and analyzes data which is concerned of Customer Value. Under the these environments, defines the LTV(Life Time Value) rule that can improve the customer value. We solved this problems using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) for consistency at relationship matrix, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) is based on Saaty's consistency rate. If consistency rate is under 0.1 point, preference rate's weights are acceptable. This study develop a program for AHP weights and support Satty's consistency rate.

  • Today FTA extends over the world and Korea as a main member of international trade is no exception. In the past Korea, as the developing countries, has made endlessly effort to induce foreign investment from foreign enterprise and/or government to be a truly OECD countries today and made it. Korea's trade economy was reached 1 trillion dollars in 2012. Now we have to find a new way to produce, process, procure goods from foreign investment and also need to protect our profit and/or rights within foreign judicial territory. There are two method to protect foreign enterprise or government. First they rely on general principles in WTO or Bilateral Investment Treaty that the principle of equality, national treatment, and most-favored-nation treatment, you can create a predictable environment to protect foreign enterprise and/or government. Second they need to incorporate contractual clauses in their agreement such as stabilization clause, force majeure, arbitration, governing law or sovereign immunity. Of course there are many things left behind to consider I hope it will be helpful to those who prepare foreign investment contract.

We should actively seek opportunities for corporate designers to find the context of connecting businesses and society on their own, actively seek opportunities to integrate them with corporate design, expand the role of corporate designers through creative ideas, and actively pursue sustainable and wide social career development that encompasses both inside and outside of the company. To this end, we suggested three transitions of thougths to change the perception of fixed and straight-line forms of enterprise organization, enterprise design approach and product development process so far to present useful insights through case studies, how enterprise designers can accommodate social impact through new communication and access.

  • This study examines the ratio of R&D expenses in intangible assets for pharmaceutical companies, and determines whether these expenses affect the firm value among companies listed on the KOSDAQ. The research subjects included annual R&D expenses of 39 pharmaceutical companies listed on the KOSDAQ between 2011 and 2017. The survey was achieved via "Panel Data Model" with "Tobin Q" as an independent variable, and the ratio of R&D expenses in intangible as a dependent variable. Results of the study conclude that the ratio of R&D expenses in intangible assets of KOSDAQ pharmaceutical companies negatively influence the Tobin Q (Enterprise Value). A large proportion of intangible assets indicates increased R & D investment, and the operating profit is likely to be low due to the high debt ratio, thereby negatively impacting the enterprise value. This study further investigates whether the existing researches are based on researches that identify the total value of R & D expenditure. Results determine a significant relationship between enterprise value and R & D expenditure.

  • The dispute on the object of study in the business management have been carried out since 1912 in Germany, and then it is the situation of "business management" academic world there is no the confirmed object. But P. F. Drucker has prescribed the large enterprise as the object of his study of management, because the large enterprise it the decisive, the representative, and constitutive in modern industrial country. And it is usual that we would consider the large manufacturing enterprise as the object of study. But, in fisheries management, because large fisheries enterprises are almost attached too much to the pelagic fisheries, it is judged that they are not "decisive". And it is judged that they are not "representative", because the large fisheries enterprises can not sufficiently symbolize the managerial characteristic of fisheries industry. The coastal and inshore fisheries which constitute th real part of fishing industry have been operating by private enterprises which are small business in scale, so the large fisheries enterprises could not be considered "constitutive " Therefore, the private fisheries enterprises is "decisive" because it is distributed in all most fisheries management, "representative" because it is exceedingly symbolize the managerial characteristic of fishing industry, and constitutive because it constitute the real part of fisheries industry. From the above-mentioned, it could be concluded that the object of study is regarded the private fisheries enterprise as appropriate as long as it is engaging in producing fisheries product as good and conducts the pursuit of principle of profit maximization. Because the object of study can not include all the thing which has to be observed in order to study, the materialization of the object is actually necessary. And then as aforesaid we intend to realize the materialization through taking the private fisheries enterprise as the object in fisheries management theory. And the materialization does mean a necessary process in choosing the object of analysis, but not the entity itself.choosing the object of analysis, but not the entity itself.

  • The aquaculture management considers the maintenance of households lifehood more than profit maximization. As aquaculture industry has developed enterprise farms appeared, and the small and the large scale farms coexist. The features of coexistence could be summarized as followings. First of all, the large scale farms show the higher net profit while the small scale farms show the higher profit per 1ha and the earning rate. Secondly, in the case of over 2ha, the earning rate is stable in spite of the scale expansion. Moreover, in processing method, dried seaweed occupy the biggest proportion in the small scale farms while the raw seaweed occupy the biggest proportion in the large scale farms. Lastly, the scale of farms becomes larger, the participation rate of household labor rises. This thesis analyses the efficiency of Korean seaweed farms in the way of DEA model and suggests the improvements for the efficiency management. The mean technical, pure technical and scale efficiencies were measured to be 0.88, 0.96 and 0.91, respectively. Among the 20 farms included in the analysis, 10 were technically efficient and 12 were scale efficient. In conclusion, it is shown that the aquaculture farms has been becoming the form of coexistence. This appearance results in the effort for reducing the cost in the small scale farms and in profit maximization in the large scale farms. On the other hand, middle scale farms is inefficient compared with the small or large scale farms. Therefore, in order to achieve the efficiency, it is necessary to accomplish economy of scale by extending farm size or to cut expenses by reducing farm area. In other word, the efforts for achieving the efficiency is required in a different direction in spite of the same scale.

  • The social venture start-up phenomenon is found from the perspectives of social enterprise and for-profit enterprise. This study aims to fundamentally explore the start-up phenomenon of social ventures from these two perspectives. Considering the lack of prior research that researched both social and commercial perspectives at the same time, this paper analyzed using grounded theory approach of Strauss & Corbin(1998), an inductive research method that analyzes based on prior research and interview data. In order to collect data for this study, eight corporate representatives currently operating social ventures were interviewed and data and phenomena were analyzed. This progressed to a theoretical saturation where no additional information was derived. The analysis results of this study using the grounded theory approach are as follows. As a result of open coding and axial coding, 147 concepts and 70 subcategories were derived, and 18 categories were derived through the final abstraction process. In the selective coding, 'expansion of social venture entry in the social domain' and 'expansion of social function of for-profit companies' were selected as key categories, and a story line was formed around this. In this study, we saw that it is necessary to conduct academic research and analysis on the competitive factors required for companies that pursue the values of two conflicting relationships, such as social ventures, to survive with competitiveness. In practice, concepts such as collaboration with for-profit companies, value combination, entrepreneurship competency and performance improvement, social value execution competency reinforcement, communication strategy, for-profit enterprise value investment, and entrepreneur management competency were derived. This study explains the social venture phenomenon for social enterprises, commercial enterprises, and entrepreneurs who want to enter the social venture field. It is expected to provide the implications necessary for successful social venture startups.
