  • 전자상거래분야는 시공간을 넘은 소비자의 취향 및 요구에 따라 보다 효율적인 서비스 지원을 위하여 급속히 변화 되고 있다. 이에, 다양한 상품에 따른 콘텐츠의 처리와 관리는 소비자의 측면에서 고려되고, 컴포넌트 기반의 개발은 이를 효과적으로 운영하기 위하여 개발자 및 관리자의 측면에서 고려되었다. 즉, 전자상거래 시스템은 소비자의 다양한 취향에 따른 상품콘텐츠 관리와 이를 효율적이고 능동적으로 대처할 수 있는 컴포넌트 기반의 개발을 필요로 한다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 서버측 컴포넌트 모델인 EJB(Enterprise Java Beans)기반의 물품 구매 시스템을 구현하였다. 이는, 상품 콘텐츠에서 구매에 이르는 각 기능단위를 독립적인 수행모듈인 컴포넌트로 구현하며, 이를 합성함으로서 전체의 구매 시스템을 이루도록 하였다. 이에 따라, 독립 기능 단위인 컴포넌트는 다양하게 변화되는 콘텐츠의 처리에 능동적으로 대처할 수 있다.

Action Research: the Use of Enterprise Resource Planning System in Construction Engineering and Project Management

  • Although information communication technology (ICT) is long regard as very useful tool in today's construction engineering and project management environment, organizations must not only operate based upon its original setting, but also requires on-going observation, additional features and fine-tuning actions before the desirable outcome can be achieved. However, it is a very common phenomenon that organizations purchase the licensed "off-the-shelf-software" package and customize it to suit their own business need. Due to the incapability of such software and inefficient customization, the possible result is making that ICT tool not user-friendly and sometimes the whole system becomes obsolete. The purpose of this paper is to review and report those actions taken (between February 2006 and December 2010) by a construction organization to enhance the performance of its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system launched in December 2002. Such actions include: improving data inputting method; removing the transition bottleneck; introducing crystallization function; revising the organization's "Delegation and Limits of Authority"; publishing the "League Table" amongst users; integrating the 3D Mode into the system and upgrading hardware. Whilst the ultimate goals of such system are well beyond the time limit of this research study, an obvious interim result, achieved by this case studied organization, was winning a landmark project worth US$500 million after the ERP system was functioned properly and effectively. Their experience and success becomes an exemplar which can be borrowed by those companies, from managerial perspectives and as a roadmap, planning to adopt information technology (IT) strategy and use ICT tool in the construction engineering and project management framework. Singapore, where public housing provisions have been a major concern of their citizens as the building stock gets older.

사회적 기업 성공요인 공유 관계와 사회네트워크 영향력 위치 탐색연구 : 투 모드 데이터를 중심으로 (A exploratory study about a influenced position of social network formed by success factors cognition of Social Enterprises with importance : two-mode data)

  • A organization of social enterprises is to achieve various goals such as private interests, the public nature, and social policy. For fulfilling these goals, we have to understand the various success factors. These success factors were shared among peoples. This study explored a position of structure of social network formed by success factors of Social Enterprises with importance. A position within social network defined a number of link connected other nodes. A position is closely associated with to individual's behaviors, opinions and thinking. We used social network analysis with two mode method for explaining feathers of structure of social network formed by success factors shared among peoples. We choose degree centrality for determining a position within social network. Centrality is a key measure in social network analysis. Results is that shared success factors are operation capital(15.15%) totally, and by Buying experience of products of Social Enterprises, Business Compliance(14.39%) and planning(12.88%), and by usage time of smart devices, Business Support(17.05%) and planning(16.10%). and the dominant success factor was not explored.

Restricting Factors and Countermeasures of Development in Business Services Industry of Shandong Province

  • Firstly, this article expounds that business service industry plays an important role in adjusting industrial structure, transforming mode of economic growth, improving people's living standards, enhancing Enterprise's Kernel Competitiveness and promoting the development of service industry. Then it analyzes the development of business services in Shandong from two perspectives. The first perspective, by using methodology for statistical analysis, it will review the development scale, professional level, the number of opening units, quantity of employment, and operating revenue of business services in Shandong. On this basis, the article will summarize its development characteristics, experience and existing shortcomings. The second perspective, by using comparison analysis methodology, to compare the development of Shandong with Jiangsu, Guangdong, Zhejiang and Shanghai's and found the subjective and objective factors that restrict the development of business service industry in Shandong. In the light of restricting factors, countermeasures have been developed based on the experience at home and abroad. These countermeasures will contribute to promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, improving industrial competitiveness and speeding up the economic development rapidly and stably.

  • 최근 들어 기업의 사회적 책임(CSR)에 관한 기업과 학자들의 관심이 갈수록 증대하고 있다. 기업의 사회적 책임의 속성 중 일반적으로 기업의 역할론을 집중적으로 조명하고 있다. 더욱이 국제표준화기구(ISO)가 기업의 실제적 규범으로ISO900, ISO1400을 지정한 후, 2010년 11월 ISO가 ISO26000을 기업의 사회적 책임의 새로운 가이드라인으로 선언하면서 그 중요성이 훨씬 증대되었다. 경제전환시대에 이르러, 중국에서도 기업의 사회적 책임에 관한 중요성이 날로 증가하고 있다. 2011년 중국사회과학원의 '중국기업의 사회책임에 관한 보고'에 의하면, 중국기업의 사회책임수준은 초기단계로서, 아직까지 낮은 수준에 머무르고 있다. 특히 베이징은 중국의 수도로서 정치, 문화, 국제, 중국내 교류 중심지로서, 중국에서 가장 큰 소매시장이 형성되었고, 세계 10대 소비도시로 소매기업이 꾸준히 발전하고 있다. 그러나 아직까지 베이징 소매기업에 대한 기업의 사회적 책임에 관한 관리모형에 대한 연구가 부족한 현실이다. 본 논문은 중국 및 베이징의 소매기업의 사회적책임에 관한 관리현황을 파악하였다. 그리고 정부주도하의 베이징의 소매기업의 사회적 책임 관리모형을 4개 측면에서 수립하였다. 또한 기업이 계속적인 경쟁력을 유지하기 위해 소매기업의 사회적 책임을 수행할 수 있도록 5가지 시행방안을 제안하였다.

  • Previous studies on women who immigrated through marriage were focused on the frictional issues within the couples and their families as well as language tutoring. However, for the long-term integration of these women into society and the acquisition of status, it is most important to increase their economic value. Indeed many such women are facing economic difficulties, and have a strong desire to participate in economic activities. This study focuses on the economic self-sufficiency of these women through employment and entrepreneurship. We analyze their education level and employment experience and attempt to find the most effective policies to support them. We take particular interest in their entrepreneurial motivation and propose policies and frameworks for supporting their successful enterprise creation.

  • In this study, the main goal is conduct an empirical research for MNC's(multinational companies) contingency factors and entry modes. Through examining elements of success and limitations of foreign companies in the domestic market, a resulting purpose can be suggested such as developing attractive foreign investment policy. The results in this study are as below. The results from Logistic Regression Analysis there were indications for preference factors for WOS (Wholly Owned Subsidiary). The factors were 'Strategic Motivation', 'Intelligent Property', and 'Market Latent Purchasing Power'. For JV (Joint Venture) there were preferred factors such as 'Degree of Using Product Factors', 'Differential Products Development Ability', and 'Systematic Incentives'. However, this thesis is limited to identifying clear causal relationship between the 'Performance' of foreign investment enterprise which entered WOS or JV and various factors which were suggested in the contingency factors (independent variables).

Software Engineering Meets Network Engineering: Conceptual Model for Events Monitoring and Logging

  • Abstraction applied in computer networking hides network details behind a well-defined representation by building a model that captures an essential aspect of the network system. Two current methods of representation are available, one based on graph theory, where a network node is reduced to a point in a graph, and the other the use of non-methodological iconic depictions such as human heads, walls, towers or computer racks. In this paper, we adopt an abstract representation methodology, the thinging machine (TM), proposed in software engineering to model computer networks. TM defines a single coherent network architecture and topology that is constituted from only five generic actions with two types of arrows. Without loss of generality, this paper applies TM to model the area of network monitoring in packet-mode transmission. Complex network documents are difficult to maintain and are not guaranteed to mirror actual situations. Network monitoring is constant monitoring for and alerting of malfunctions, failures, stoppages or suspicious activities in a network system. Current monitoring systems are built on ad hoc descriptions that lack systemization. The TM model of monitoring presents a theoretical foundation integrated with events and behavior descriptions. To investigate TM modeling's feasibility, we apply it to an existing computer network in a Kuwaiti enterprise to create an integrated network system that includes hardware, software and communication facilities. The final specifications point to TM modeling's viability in the computer networking field.

외식기업의 해외 시장 진입 방식 결정요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Determinants of Entry Mode in the Overseas Market for Food Service Enterprises)

  • 세계의 많은 기업들이 세계 시장을 목표로 다국적 경영 활동을 전개함에 따라 외식기업도 해외 시장 진출에 박차를 가하고 있다. 그러나 많은 외식기업들이 시장 조사 및 진입 전략, 마케팅, 현지화 등 경영 전략을 장악하지 못하므로 인해 실패를 거듭하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 해외 진출할 때 고려되는 여려 가지 요인을 종합하여 국내 외식기업의 해외 진출을 설명할 수 있는 모형을 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 제조업을 중심으로 검증되어 왔던 해외 시장 진입 방식 선택에 관한 이론적 모형이 외식기업의 해외 진출을 설명할 수 있는 일반적 모형이 될 수 있는가를 검증하고, 외식기업의 해외 시장 진입 방식에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구의 대상은 직접 투자로 해외 시장에 진출하였으며, 2008년 7월 현재 한국에 본사가 있고 해외 시장에 진출한지 2년 이상된 외식기업으로 한정하였다. 실증 분석을 위한 설문지는 자기기입식 설문 조사를 이용하였다. 실증 분석은 SPSS win 15.0을 활용하여 기술 통계분석, 타당성분석, 신뢰성분석, 카이 제곱분석, 분산분석, 상관분석, 이분형 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국내 외식기업의 해외 시장에서의 진입방식 결정 모형의 설명력은 85.0%로 나타났다. 외식기업 특성 요인은 기업 규모가 작을수록, 제품 차별화 정도가 높을수록, 최고경영자의 의지가 높을수록 해외 시장에 단독 진입 방식을 선택할 가능성이 높은 것으로 파악되었다. 셋째, 현지 시장 환경 요인의 경우 수요 불확실 정도가 낮을수록, 무역 장벽이 낮을수록, 사회 문화적 거리가 가까울수록 해외 시장에 단독 진입 방식 선택할 가능성이 높은 것으로 파악되었다.
