The purpose of this paper is to establish the policy for the abroad promotion of small-medium and venture businesses. The core strategy is enhancing the total sales trough the low management cost and low advertisement cost. The Partnership Management by the Export Cooperation Organisation is a model which is maximize the outputs and profits at the same time minimize the fixed costs, advertisement costs etc. The effect of synergy from the grand exhibition and partnership management will be a critical momentum to the national business that concrete and diversify the export.

Various research on the surface of the skin and the relationship between epidermis and composition of ion have been performed. Traditionally, bamboo extract was used as an important material for enhancing healthy condition of a skin. Bamboo salt is well known as one of the most famous traditional medical treatments. In this study, we investigated the stability of P/S (Polyol-in-Silicone) emulsions containing a fair amount of bamboo salt in the range of 0.5~5.0 wt%. For improving the stability of emulsions, we varied the quantity of fatty alcohol and wax ester in emulsions and the stability was checked using DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimeter). We also studied the efficacy of treating the P/S emulsions containing bamboo salt. From the experiment, the emulsions show the mitigation of stimuli, enhancing the skin hydration and improving the appearance of the skin.

Chitin, a polymer of N-acetylglucosamine ($\beta$-1,4 linked 2-acetamido-D-glucose), is a cellulose-like biopolymer present richly in the exoskeleton of crustaceans and in cell walls of fungi, insects and yeast. Chitosan is derived from chitin by deacetylation, to different degrees, in the presence of alkali. [l]. Recent studies for chitin and chitosan have been concentrated in bioactivities such as antitumor activity, immuno-enhancing effects, enhancing protective effects against infection with some pathogens in mice, and antimicrobial activeity [2]. Saccharomyces sake를 이용한 알콜발효에서 배지의 첨가물로 egg albumin 및 phoshatidylcholine이 최종 알콜 농도에 미치는 영향과 그의 기작에 대햐여 분석하였다. Phosphatidycholine-egg albumin이 첨가될 때 최종 알콜 농도는 120g / l 정도 얻어졌으며, 첨가물이없는 경우에 비해 대략 30% 정도, 첨가물 linoleic acid-ergosterol에 비하여 20% 정도 증가되었다. 최종 알콜농도가 높을수록 균체의 알콜내성도 비례적으로 증가하였으며, 두 첨가물 사이의 차이는 지방산보다는 albumin과 ergosterol의 영향으로부터 주로 비롯되었다. 열반성 혹은 가수분해된 albumin을 첨가한 결과로 부터 albumin은 균체외부에 보호막을 형성하기보다는 영양분으로 균체내에 흡수되어 균체성질을 변화시켜 알콜내성을 증진시키며, 이로부터 궁극적으로 최종 알콜 농도를 증가시키는 것으로 판단되었다.

In this study, transferrin which is an iron-carrying glycoprotein in plasma was evaluted for its iron binding capacities(TIBC), iron solubilizing abilities, and enhancing effect of biological availbability of iron. Results of TIBC showed that 1 mg of transferrin could blind 1.28$\mu\textrm{g}$ of iron indicating that one molecule of transferrin can bind about 2 molecules of iron. Also, solubility of iorn (7.5$\mu\textrm{g}$ Fe/ml) was significantly incresed to 96.0% with addition of transferrin (5mg/ml) .When FeCl3(80$\mu\textrm{g}$ Fe/ml) was injected to iron-deficient rats by intestinal segment in situ technique, 18.4% of injected iron was absorbed wherease 48.49 and 48.76% of injected iron was absorbed with addition of 10 and 20 mg transferrin/ml , respectively.

Several diacetoxy acetal analogues have been synthesized from santonin and assessed for their ability of inducing or enhancing the differentiation of human HL-60 leukemia cells. The compounds themselves had little effect on HL-60 cell differentiation. However, three analogues, 2a, 3a, and 5b, synergistically enhanced 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin $D_3[1,25-(OH)_2D_3]-induced$ HL-60 cell differentiation when combined with 5 nM of dihydroxyvitamin $D_3[1,25(OH)_2O_3]$, a well-known differentiation inducer. Especially, the compound 5b profoundly enhanced the $1,25-(OH)2O_3]-induced$ HL-60 cell differentiation.

This study focuses on the case of FIRA(Korea Fisheries Resources Agency) and analysis the introduction effect of BSC(Balanced Score card) implementation. So it will set forth the improvement method and the implications for Quasi-governmental organizations which are trying to introduce or are operating the BSC system. This study suggests how to improve the problems of BSC as below : (1) Building of reasonable and balanced evaluation index system (2) Acquiring of comparability and equality through adjustments of group evaluated (3) Enhancing of competence and professionalism of evaluating group (4) Alleviating of difference gap of performance incentives and promoting of non-money incentives (5) Enhancing of positive acceptance and recognition for BSC.

The success of new product is a key factor for getting competitive advantages. Marketing research has been investigating marketing capability, manufacturing technical capability, cross-functional integration, market knowledge competence, and competitive environment as the key success factors of new product advantage. Recently, the role of IT capability in enhancing new product advantage is assumed in the literature. However, the empirical studies on the role of IT capability are lacking. The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of IT capability on new product competitive advantages and the relationship between IT capability and the key success factors for new product advantage. Conducting an empirical field study, the IT capability is shown to have a direct effect on new product competitive advantages, and to be also the key success factor to make up for marketing capability and manufacturing technical capability. This study develops a conceptual model on the role of IT capability in enhancing new product competitive advantages by integrating marketing research and IS research.

As the minimum feature size for making ULSI approaches the wavelength of light source in optical lithography, the aerial image is so hardly distorted because of the optical proximity effect that the accurate mask image reconstruction on wafer surface is almost impossible. We applied the Optical Proximity Correction(OPC) on isolated patterns assuming Attenuated Phase Shift Mask(APSM) as well as binary mask, to correct the widening of isolated patterns. In this study, we found that applying OPC to APSM shows much better improvement not only in enhancing the resolution and fidelity of t도 images but also in enhancing the process margin than applying OPC to the binary mask. Also, we propose the OPC method of APSM for isolated patterns, the size of which is less than the wavelength of the ArF excimer laser. Finally, we predicted the resolution limit of optical lithography through the aerial image simulation.

The layered semiconductors $Bi_2O_2Q$ (Q = S, Se) consists of $Bi_2O_2$ layers sandwiched by Q square nets. On the basis of density functional theory calculations, we examined the thermoelectric properties of $Bi_2O_2S$, $Bi_2O_2Se$ as well as hypothetical structure of $Bi_2O_2$($S_{0.5}Se_{0.5}$) consisting of mixed chalcogen nets. The thermoelectric power factor of $Bi_2O_2S_{0.5}Se_{0.5}$ is much greater than those of $Bi_2O_2S$ and $Bi_2O_2Se$, suggesting that introducing mixed chalcogen net in $Bi_2O_2Q$ is a possible way of enhancing the thermoelectric property of $Bi_2O_2Q$.
