병원 간호사의 경제학적 지식과 태도에 관한 연구 (Economic Awareness, Economic Knowledge, and Attitude toward Cost-Effectiveness in Nursing of Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose : This study was designed to describe the economic awareness, economic knowledge, and attitude toward cost-effectiveness in nursing of hospital nurses. Method : The sample included 272 nurses conveniently selected from 5 tertiary care hospitals. Data were collected on general characteristics of nurses, the economic awareness level, the knowledge level of economics, and the attitude toward cost-effectiveness. Data were analyzed using SPSS PC version 10.0. Result : 1) The mean of economic awareness level of hospital nurses was 44.87 (SD=3.53) with a possible range of 5${\sim}$50. The mean of the knowledge level of economics was 58.3 (SD=11.9) with a possible range of 0${\sim}$100. 2) The mean of attitude toward cost-effectiveness in nursing was 39.95 (SD=5.01) with a possible range of 5${\sim}$50, which means moderately positive. 3) Analyzing the relationships between economic awareness level and knowledge level of economics, and attitude toward cost-effectiveness, the knowledge level of economics was positively related with the economic awareness level (r=.192, p=.002) and the attitude (r=.133, p=.029). The economic awareness level was positively related with the attitude (r=.470, p=.000). 4) Backward multiple regression revealed that the linear combination of economic awareness, job position, place of employment, and the presence of CQI committee accounted for 26.1% of the variance in the attitudes toward cost-effectiveness nursing care. Conclusion : Findings reveal that RNs lack basic knowledge of economics and its link to nursing practice, yet, they want a voice in economic decision making. In an effort to fill the void of economic knowledge and respond to nurses' call for greater input, in-service programs and curricula for generic programs must be developed.

인공신경망 분석과 결정트리 융합에 의한 금연 프로그램 참여 결정 요인 (The Factors of Participating in a Smoking Cessation Program using Integrated Method of Decision Tree and Neural Network Algorithm)

  • 이 연구는 신뢰성 있는 국가통계 데이터를 이용하여 지난 1년 간 금연 시도 경험 결정 요인 모형을 구축하고 개발된 모형을 근거로 금연 프로그램 참여 표적 집단 예측에 관한 기초 자료를 제공하였다. 분석대상은 2010년 서울시복지패널조사를 완료한 19세 이상 흡연자 1,326명이다. 결과변수는 지난 1년간 금연 시도 경험으로 정의하였고, 설명변수는 연령, 성, 최종학력, 현재 취업 상태, 가구 월 평균 총 소득, 배우자 유무, 음주 여부, 주관적 건강상태, 정기적인 운동 여부, 지난 한 달 간 우울증상 여부, 현재 순환기, 내분비계, 근골격계, 호흡기계, 이비인후 질환, 간질환, 비뇨기계질환 등 질병 여부로 설정하였다. 분석방법은 인공신경망 분석과 결정트리모형을 이용하였다. CART 알고리즘을 이용한 금연 프로그램 참여 모형을 구축한 결과, 유의미한 요인은 질병 여부, 주관적 건강 상태, 가구 월 평균 총소득이었다. 이 결과를 기초로 금연 프로그램의 성공적인 시행을 위해서 표적 대상의 특성을 고려한 프로그램 개발 및 교육이 요구된다.

중소기업 특성화고 인력양성사업과 취업맞춤반의 성과 목표에 대한 타당도 및 만족도 분석 연구 (An Analysis of Validity and Satisfaction for Objectives of Small and Medium Business(SMB) Administration Subsidy the Human Resource Development Program(HRDP) and the Customized Employment Program(CEP) in Specialized High Schools)

  • 이 연구에서는 중소기업 특성화고 인력양성사업과 취업맞춤반의 성과 목표에 대한 타당도와 만족도를 분석함으로써 중소기업 특성화고 인력양성사업과 취업맞춤반의 효과적인 운영을 위한 시사점을 제시하기 위하여 107개 중소기업 특성화고 인력양성사업 참여 학교(공업 농업 계열)의 담당 교원 총 166명을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중소기업 특성화고 인력양성사업의 담당 교원은 본 사업의 목적을 특성화고의 취업 확대와 중소기업의 인력 제공으로 인식하고 있다. 그리고 본 사업이 학교 성과 향상에 중요하며 실제로도 성과 향상에 긍정적으로 영향을 미친다고 인식하고 있다. 둘째, 중소기업 특성화고 인력양성사업의 담당 교원은 중소기업에 대한 학생의 이해 증진, 중소기업에 대한 교원의 이해 증진, 특성화고에 대한 중소기업의 이해 증진, 학생의 직업관 함양, 취업 과정을 기반으로 한 진로지도 프로그램의 체계화, 산학협력 교육 강화, 학생의 기술수준 향상, 현장견학보다 현장체험 및 실습 위주의 현장학습 실시, 협약기업에 대한 맞춤형 기능인력 양성, 학생의 현장적응력 제고, 중소기업 취업률 제고, 중소기업 취업 기회 확대, 학교와 중소기업 간 취업 연계 기반 마련, 자기 조직(학교)의 외부에 대한 홍보, 산학협력 기회 확대, 산업 업종별 협회 및 단체와 학교 간 협력 체계 구축, 공동 교육 채용을 위한 취업 연계 모델 도입 및 운영, 교원의 현장 전문성 강화가 본 사업의 성과 목표로 타당하다고 인식하고 있다. 그러나 산학협력 교육 강화, 중소기업 취업률 제고를 제외한 나머지 성과 목표의 달성 정도에 대한 만족도는 타당도에 비해 상대적으로 낮다. 셋째, 중소기업 특성화고 인력양성사업의 담당 교원은 학생의 취업 기회 확대, 양질의 취업처 발굴, 산학협력 기회 확대, 현장 중심 교육 실시, 학생의 전공 기초 및 심화 기술 향상, 학생의 직무 수행에 필요한 문해 수리 팀워크 커뮤니케이션 능력 향상, 학생의 업무 태도 향상, 학생의 바람직한 진로 탐색 결정이 취업맞춤반의 성과 목표로 타당하다고 인식하고 있다. 그러나 성과 목표의 달성 정도에 대한 만족도는 타당도에 비해 상대적으로 낮다.

A Simple Method for Solving Type-2 and Type-4 Fuzzy Transportation Problems

  • In conventional transportation problem (TP), all the parameters are always certain. But, many of the real life situations in industry or organization, the parameters (supply, demand and cost) of the TP are not precise which are imprecise in nature in different factors like the market condition, variations in rates of diesel, traffic jams, weather in hilly areas, capacity of men and machine, long power cut, labourer's over time work, unexpected failures in machine, seasonal changes and many more. To counter these problems, depending on the nature of the parameters, the TP is classified into two categories namely type-2 and type-4 fuzzy transportation problems (FTPs) under uncertain environment and formulates the problem and utilizes the trapezoidal fuzzy number (TrFN) to solve the TP. The existing ranking procedure of Liou and Wang (1992) is used to transform the type-2 and type-4 FTPs into a crisp one so that the conventional method may be applied to solve the TP. Moreover, the solution procedure differs from TP to type-2 and type-4 FTPs in allocation step only. Therefore a simple and efficient method denoted by PSK (P. Senthil Kumar) method is proposed to obtain an optimal solution in terms of TrFNs. From this fuzzy solution, the decision maker (DM) can decide the level of acceptance for the transportation cost or profit. Thus, the major applications of fuzzy set theory are widely used in areas such as inventory control, communication network, aggregate planning, employment scheduling, and personnel assignment and so on.

한국의 구직급여 수급률 결정요인 분석 (Unemployment Insurance Take-up Rates in Korea)

  • 고용노동부 "고용보험DB" 의 상실자 종합통계와 실업급여 지급통계를 이용하여 구직급여 수급자격자의 수급과 재취업에 따른 수급자격 상실을 경합적 위험(competing risks)모형으로 분석하였다. 아울러 구직급여 수급률과 경기지수 간의 교차상관관계 분석을 하였다. 분석결과 구직급여 수급률이 실업률과 정(+)의 상관관계를 보이고, 6개월가량 실업률과 경기동행지수를 선행한다. 아울러 수급률이 연령, 학력, 급여지급기간, 소득대체율과 정(+)의 상관관계를 보이고 있다.

Assessing the Unemployment Problem Using A Grey MCDM Model under COVID-19 Impacts: A Case Analysis from Vietnam

  • The COVID 19 pandemic has led to a new global recession and is still causing a lot of issues because of the delays in the employment of people. This scenario has severe consequences for many countries' labor markets in the world. This problem's complexity and importance requires an integrated method of subjective and objective evaluation rather than intuitive decisions. This research aims to investigate sustainable indexes for assessing the unemployment problem by using a Multi-Criteria Decision-Making Model (MCDM). Grey theory and Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (GDEMATEL) are deployed to transform the experts' opinions into quantitative data. The analysis based on 20 crucial criteria is employed to determine the weights of sustainability of unemployment problems. The results revealed that the top ten of determinants are Economic growth, Industrialization, Foreign direct investment, Real GDP per capita, Education level, Trade Openness, Capacity Utilization Rate, Urbanization, Employability skills, Education system expansion, which have the most significant effects on the unemployment rate under COVID 19 impacts. Furthermore, GDEMATEL could effectively assess the sustainable indicators for unemployment problems in "deep and wide" aspects. The study proposes the Grey MCDM model, contributes to the literature, provides future research directions, and helps policymakers and researchers achieve the best solutions to the unemployment problems under "economic shocks."

AAC를 통해 알아본 발달장애인의 지역사회 자립생활 의사 (Intention to Live Independently in the Community of People with Developmental Disabilities as Identified by AAC)

  • 본 연구는 보완대체의사소통(AAC)를 통해 지역사회 자립생활 지원에 기초자료가 될 발달장애인 당사자의 욕구와 의사를 밝히는데 목적이 있으며 나아가 발달장애인에 포용적인 지역사회를 구현하는데 기여하고자 했다. 이를 위해 2020년 8월 7일부터 9월 11일까지, 훈련된 조사원이, AAC 설문지를 활용하여 발달장애인 전문기관에서 추천받은 당사자 74명을 대상으로 1:1 면접조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0으로 빈도분석, 교차분석, T검정 분석했다. 그 결과 발달장애인의 지역사회 자립생활에는 주거와 취업 등 지역사회 차원의 여건 조성, 적성과 기호를 고려한 일자리 등이 중요하며 시민으로서의 권리행사 등 사회참여에 대한 기대와 욕구가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 기존 대리인을 통한 연구결과와 다른 것으로, 향후 발달장애인 지원정책이 의사결정 지원에 의한 당사자의 욕구에 기초하고 '지역사회의 일원으로 지역사회 안에서 살아가는 일상적 삶'을 지향해야 함을 보여준다.

대리인-선주간의 최적보상계약에 관한 연구 (Optimal Payment Contracts in Agent-Owner Relationship)

  • This article discussed the characteristics of several Pareto-optimal incentive contracts between owner and labor, more specifically, four situations: reporting output jointly observable by labor ana owner; reporting both output and effort; incorporating other endogenous elements (like capital) that affect the production process and Pareto-optimal fee schedules; and ascertaining the effects of private pre-decision information private- decision information, and per-contact informational asymmetries. Also presented were several extensions of the basic contractual model, and the different components of agency costs associated with labor-owner contractual relations. In a single-period model, the agency problem exists because the uncertainty prevents the owner from using the cash flow to determine unambiguously the labor's action. Holmstrom(1979) suggests that "when the same situation repeats itself over time, the effects of uncertainty tend to be reduced and dystunctional behavior is more accurately revealed, thus alleviating the problem of moral hazard. " Under these conditions, if the labor selects the first-best level of effect in each period, the cash flow will be independent and identically distributed over time. As the number of periods increases, the variance of the labows average output, if he selects the first-best level of effort in each period, gets smaller. Note that for this diversification effect to occur, it is necessary that the owner evaluate the labor's effort over the entire history of his employment, rather than evaluate each period's performance separately. Radner(1980) and Rubinstein and Yaari(1980) consider the extreme case in which there are an infinite number of observations. They show that the owner can eventually detect and systematic shirking on the part of the labor by comparing the labor's average output with what would be expected if the labor had been selecting the first-best level of effort in each period. In a dynamic model with incentive problems we have demonstrated that the labor's second-period compensation will depend on his first-period performance. This allows the owner to diversify away some of the uncertainty surrounding the labor's actions. In addition, this allows the owner to smooth the labor's income over time by spreading the risk of the first-period outcome over both periods. At least some unexplored avenves in this area invite future accounting research: situations where owner has different incompatible objectives and negotiates a contract with labor; circumstances in which owner deals with multiple objectives and negotiates contracts with several labors simultaneously; the value of costly accounting information systems and communication in establishing, Pareto-optimal incentive contracts, and the value and effects of inside information, Thorough theoretical or empirical research on each of these topics not only would increase our knowledge about the role and significance of accounting information but could also provide explanations of the inherent differences among various organizations and in their economic behavior. behavior.

임상간호사의 윤리적 이슈 경험과 윤리교육 요구 (Experiences of Ethical Issues and Needs for Ethics Education in Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was done to identify the experiences of ethical issues and needs for ethics education in clinical nurses. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was used and data were collected in 2013. Participants were 428 clinical nurses working in the general units of seven medical hospitals. The Ethical Issues in Clinical Practice Tool was used. Data analysis was performed using SPSS/WIN 19.0. Results: 'Providing care with a possible risk to your health' was the most frequent and disturbing ethical problems for nurses. The highest helpful ethical topic was 'the patients' right, autonomy and informed consent'. The ethical issue experience was significantly different according to education level, work units, and type of employment. The necessity of ethics education was statistically different according to age, religion, level of education, duration of working as RN, position, shift type, and continuing education about nursing ethics. Conclusion: The results of this study show that nursing educators need to provide practical ethics education based on frequent ethical issues and helpful education topics. These findings can be used in developing effective education strategies for clinical nurses and nursing organizations to improve nurses' ethical decision-making abilities.

스마트온실 경영체의 경영 효율성 및 영향요인 분석 - 전라권 딸기 재배 경영체를 중심으로- (The Analysis of the Management Efficiency and Impact Factors of Smart Greenhouse Business Entities - Focusing on the Business Entities of Strawberry Cultivation in Jeolla-do -)

  • Purpose: This study intends to provide decision-making information to improve efficiency by analyzing the management efficiency of smart greenhouse business entities and identifying factors that affect the efficiency based on input and output. Methods: The subjects of analysis were business entities for cultivating strawberries in smart greenhouses in Jeolla region (northern and southern Jeolla provinces), and the analysis focused on the management performance of the 2019-2020 crop period (year). Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) was applied as an analysis method for efficiency analysis, Quantile Regression(QR) analysis was applied as a factor affecting the efficiency. Results: The reason for the efficiency gap between business entities was that there were many business entities that did not minimize the input cost at the current level of output, and the area where the variance among business entities was large was the fixed cost per 10a. In the results of the affecting factor analysis, it was found that the seed-seedlings cost, fertilizer cost, other material cost, and employment and labor cost had a negative (-) effect on the efficiency, and that the repair and maintenance cost had a positive (+) effect. Conclusion: Therefore, to achieve the efficiency of scale, it is necessary to reduce the input scale to an appropriate level. In the case of business entities with low efficiency by quartile, the seed-seedlings, fertilizer, and other material costs reduce expenditures, and repair maintenance costs can improve efficiency by increasing expenditures.
