The purpose of the study shall be to achieve an understanding of learning and emotional support services for adolescents being raised by their grandparents. In-depth interview and qualitative methodology were used to find changes in the service experiences of 10 adolescents being raised by their grandparents by analyzing their experiences at a health family support center. 1 agency in the Chungnam area was selected as a model for its program for adolescents being raised by their grandparents. Ultimately, 78 items as sub-concepts, 44 items as sub-categories, and 4 items as subjects were identified. Specifically, these included school achievement, peer group relationship, family relationship and significant others. In conclusion, they were found to experience slower physical and emotional development and tend to withdraw in social situations. They were also found to have experienced difficulties in communicating with other people and with school achievement. However, it was shown that these adolescents have made positive changes after participating in a program involving a family coach who supports and provides services for them. Also, they were found to have experienced psychologically changes, and improved in their school achievement and personal relationships. Consequently, we will require more effort to provide emotional support, adult role models, counseling intervention, and social support for them.
This study introduces the Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS) and explores the characteristics of CLASS for observing classroom. The CLASS is a standardized observation instrument that was largely developed for use in the USA. The CLASS attempts to provide a conceptual framework for categorizing classroom interactions and consists of three broad domains of quality (emotional supports, classroom organization, instructional supports). We simulated this method to the elementary school classes. The professional-teacher makes the best use of student's initiation behaviors, and the novice teacher focused on the leading the contents of subject. The novice teacher tyr to make more positive climate and to present more frequent feedback to students than professional teacher's classroom. The professional teacher would like to reveal the student's opinions, questions and subtle emotional state. The CLASS can be used to collect data on a wide range of specific aspects of the teaching and learning process at any given time.
This study intends to explore structural characteristics of social networks for female immigrants married to Korean men, and to analyze the relationship between the characteristics and types of social supports provided by their social networks and the differences between support-giving and support-receiving networks. Ego-centered network analysis is used for collecting network data on fifty-three migrant wives selected by a snowball sampling method. Results show that social support receiving and giving networks of female immigrants have similarities rather than differences, which implied that they play roles not only as support receivers, but also as support givers in their social networks. Also the study suggests that there are correlations between networks' characteristics, such as density and effective size of ego network, and types of supports. The result indicates that the less cohesive and less redundant ties female immigrants had, the more diverse and more informational and emotional supports they obtained from their social networks. Due to the sampling method and size, this study has a limitation to generalize the results for the whole population of female immigrants in Korea. However, it provides a basic understanding of female immigrants' social networks.

For this study, Data were collected from 348 adults in 20s to 30s who live in Seoul, Gyeong-Gi Provinces. The SPSS 21.0 program was used to analyze the statistical data. The data was analyzed by structural equation modeling test mediating effects with AMOS and Mplus.. The results of the analysis were as follows: First adult ADHD tendency was positively correlated with difficulties in emotional regulation and smart phone addiction, while perceived social support was negatively correlated with those variables. Second difficulties in emotional regulation was partially mediated adult ADHD tendency and perceive social support. Third difficulties in emotional regulation and perceived social support had a dual mediating effect on adult ADHD tendency and smartphone addiction. These results reiterate the difficulties in emotional regulation is a determinant for the influence of adult ADHD on smartphone addiction, and suggest that smartphone addiction as an avoidant alternative activity could be reduced by overcoming the difficulties in emotional regulation and promoting the perceived social supports. In this study, the author develops and tests a model that incorporates the mediating effects of two frontline employee psychological variables (emotional exhaustion and intrinsic motivation) based on job demand and resource model. As a form of environmental resource, person-organization fit was proposed as a leading factor of frontline employee boundary spanning behavior through emotional exhaustion and intrinsic motivation. All measures were adapted from or developed based on prior research. Data for the study were collected from a cross-sectional sample of retail bank employees in South Korea. Questionnaires were distributed to 500 frontline employees across several banks. Of these, 322 usable questionnaires were returned. To analyze the data, a structural equation model procedure using LISREL 8.5 was employed. Results show that an employee's perceived fit with his/her organization enhances intrinsic motivation and reduces emotional exhaustion. These mechanisms, in turn, increase the employee's boundary spanning behavior. These results support the notion that person-organization fit should be one of the factors affecting motivation, affect and attachment, and extends such an understanding to a purely service-based environment among customer contact employees. Results also confirms that P-O fit can be viewed as environmental resources, and the JD-R model provides a theoretical base in further studying the antecedent role of P-O fit on frontline employees's boundary spanning behavior through intrinsic motivation and emotional exhaustion. These results suggest that organizations have to do their best to manage P-O fit, be it through employee screening or training and workshops to try and align organization and employee values and objectives. If managers of organizations are positively evaluated by the employees, it will be easier for them to, give things of value to employees, such as sense of direction, values, and recognition, and receive other things in return such as esteem and responsiveness. Consequently, organizational leaders are not only able to manage employee experiences, but also their fit with the organization. Even if a manager cannot control employee P-O fit, this research suggests, that a focus on reducing emotional exhaustion rather than increasing intrinsic motivation seems optimal. This research also supports the idea that motivation has a direct association with a frontline employee's boundary spanning behavior. Even in situations where emotional exhaustion cannot be reduced, organizations may still influence frontline behaviors through motivation.

Socioeconomic variables are introduced as independent variables. Emotional, physical, and financial support exchanges are used as dependent variables. Descriptive statistics and multiple analysis of variance are used for the statistical analysis. Findings of this study are as follows: First, the support exchanges between the grown-up children living with parents and elderly parents are significantly varied by the socioeconomic factors. Second, the support exchanges between the children not living with their parents and the elderly parents are significantly varied by the socioeconomic factors.
