Under the environment of various network and multimedia, various theories are studied to make utilize digital story telling authoring. In the era of digital convergence and ubiquitous information, they want to send information with additional emotional information which is preferred constructive sending method. Digital storytelling refers to a unified technology for narrative structure with the picture and act. If engraft with particular research field, It will make interactive or linear story structure. These structures have problems that they are mismanaging on the result and they are not integrated systemization in each society. Because those are designing storytelling without development process and they are focusing on web distribution. This thesis is design using the object-oriented methodology of component-based design methodology, This thesis create digital storytelling and design metadata for contents management. In the requirement phase, subject and predicate part are extracted from the narrative structure of the story and restructure an organization. We explain by giving specific examples "kongjwi and patjwi" story as a case study.

This study was done to analyze and develop the concept of coping in patients receiving hemodialysis. The Hybrid Model of concept development was applied to develop a conceptual structure of coping in patients receiving hemodialysis, which included a field study carried out using an in-dept interview with 18 patients in the hemodialysis room of one general hospital in Seoul. Data-analysis was done in three phases as suggested by the Hybrid Model. Finally, by summarizing the results from each case, the attributes of coping, its dimensions, definition and structure were outlined. According to the results of the study, a conceptual structure of coping which centers around stressors, stress-appraisal, strategy of coping and new definitions of coping in patients receiving hemodialysis was suggested : The coping of patients receiving hemodialysis is a process that deals with physical, emotional, inter-personal, and role stress caused by hemodialysis due to renal failure. It has a series of phases which include a phase that appraises the stressful situation based on past experience of chronic disease management, one's remaining rears, the extent of family support, the extent of economic dependency, inter-personal support. education and uncertainty, and a phase of developing coping strategies that con be affected by social support and self esteem. As a result of coping, patients adapt or not to the life situation of receiving hemodialysis.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of members' perception of unit change management efforts on their emotional-organizational commitment during the military restructuring. The mediating effect of change acceptance of the members in this relationship is also studied. Currently, the military is seeking to restructure its military construct in order to actively cope with the rapidly changing security situation and the decrease in military service resources. If an organization fails to effectively manage its changes when undergoing restructuring, it is difficult to expect the success of organizational change due to its members' resistance to change. Therefore, this study suggested the effect of members' perception of personnel fairness and transformational leadership on their emotional-organizational commitment and the mediating role of the members' change acceptance in the relationship between them as the hypotheses. Survey results show that personnel justice and transformational leadership has a positive impact on the emotional-organizational commitment of the members, and that the change acceptance of the members partially mediates the relationship between them. By presenting the mediating effect of change acceptance with theoretical implications, the theory has been expanded. In practice, the change management activities for the restructuring of the military structure have been identified, and the effort for enhancing the change acceptance of the members is required to success on the organizational restructuring.
The purpose of this study is to define the emotion that expressed in step animation and to quantify the intuitional expression of emotion that related step for using extract, measure, analysis the stimulate element about step. The survey of relation with 27 word of emotional expressions and 36 moving pictures of step sample is used for method of this test. The emotional mental structure is transferred to 2 dimensional planes as applying the results of analysis of integrated data using Quantification Method 3, which the integrated data is composed two axial - confidential axial and stabling axial. Analysis of distribution of 2 dimensional diagram shows that the second of the plane and the third of the plane have much data. However, the first of the plane and the forth of the plane have a little data. Through this kind of analysis of graph, it is difficult to express a different emotion between unstable the timidity mind and stable feel the timidity mind using only step analysis. Six difference types about physical elements affecting to emotion are selected and analyzed such as the paces of step, the rate of step, the movement angle of pelvis, the swing range of arm, angle of backbone and the lean angle of body. The result is that the rate of stop and the lean angle of body are the major element that effects to emotional stimulate of stop. This thesis argues about methods transforming subjective expression to objective and quantitative expression with the state of delicate emotion of character apply to step animation naturally. Those data to apply to multi-contents in future are the main target in this study.

Water vapor and thermal transmission properties of high emotional garments are important to evaluate wear comfort; in addition, the measuring methods of these properties are also critical for breathable and warm suit fabrics. In this study, the water vapor and thermal properties of composite yarn fabrics made of CoolMax, Tencel, and Bamboo fibers with filaments were measured and compared according to the measuring method. Water Vapor Transmittance (WVT) of the fabric woven by the sheath/core composite yarn in the warp direction was the highest due to the small staple fiber volume in the sheath/core yarn structure and high air voids in the sheath/core yarn fabrics. This property was also the highest in fabrics woven by bamboo staple yarns in the weft direction, and was the lowest on hi-multi filament fabrics. However, water vapor resistance ($R_{ef}$) of these fabrics by KSK ISO 11092 showed the opposite results to the water vapor transmittance method ($CaCl_2$ method); in addition, its correlation coefficient was low. The correlation coefficient between $R_{ef}$ and the drying rate was 0.719; therefore, the measurement mechanism of $R_{ef}$ is analogous to the drying property measurement. The thermal conductivity of the fabrics woven with compact staple yarn showed a high value; however, the hi-multi filament fabric showed low thermal conductivity. Therefore, fiber characteristics affect thermal properties more than yarn structure. The correlation between thermal property and moisture transport was also low. This study showed that: water vapor transmittance was active at the loose yarn structure, dry heat transport was vigorous at the compact yarn structure, and heat transport was affected more by fiber characteristics than yarn structure. In conclusion, sheath/core composite yarns were relevant to the high absorptive cool suit along with siro-fil and CoolMax/Bamboo staple yarns that were relevant to the heat diffusive cool suit.
The goal of this study is leading discussion on emotional design focused on product domain and approaching it through a practical way so that it'll be able to help designers in their real design work when they design products in an emotional way. Discussions on emotions are remaining on abstract levels and only focusing on 5 senses even though the importance of emotions are increased. But much more is needed to apply emotions in the product domain because these are not the proper forms for applications and they only cover limited parts of it. Therefore, in this study we proposed the notion of 'Emotionalized Product' and defined it into a practical level. We extracted 5 useful frameworks of 'Emotionalized Product(EP)' as a results; EP Media, EP Procedure, EP Level, EP Character, and EP Value. Then we clarified EP with these frameworks. After that, we extracted 2 frameworks: Domain Structure, and EP Opportunity, to combine EP with a real product. Finally we proposed the EP Design Process consisted of Inductive and Deductive Process based on previous work. It can be shared by designers as a base of designing system, and it also can be helpful to design products more successfully with an emotional approach.
The purpose of this study is to explore the experience of participants in the adventurous leisure activities and to examine the structural relations of the cognitive experience, the emotional experience and adherence intention. Robust quantitative measures were developed from rich qualitative data. The five dimensions selected from two preliminary tests were being away, technical enhancement, fascination with nature, challenge, and interpersonal trust. The cognitive dimensions have a significant effect on the emotional arousal - pleasure dimension. Our study also shows a positive causal relationship between emotional experience and adherence intention. Implications of this study include 1) a developed questionnaire for measuring the cognitive experience dimension of adventure leisure and establishing a foundation for future research, and 2) an identified psychological model among cognitive, emotion, and intention. We offer opportunities to better understand the psychological factors that motivate participation in adventure leisure.
This study aims to verify the relationship between customer orientation and job stress due to the degree of emotional labor on security agents. Objects of study are from 10 security companies, randomly selected from those registered on the Regional Police Agencies in Daejeon and Chungnam, from November 10th to 20th, 2013; thirty agents from each company, or three-hundred in total, were selected as research subjects by random sampling method. Twenty-five subjects were excluded for poor response contents and/or low reliability. Thus, only 275 subjects were included in actual analysis. The research tool was the questionnaire which was re-composed on the basis of domestic/overseas preliminary studies, while the data was processed through the frequency analysis, the reliability analysis, the confirmatory factor analysis and structure model analysis, using SPSS version 19.0 and AMOS 17.0 statistics package. Through the data analysis following the research methods above, the conclusion was acquired as follows. First, as job stress of security agents decreased, customer orientation increased. Second, the group of security agents with lower level of emotional labor positively affected job stress and customer orientation.
The environment of the food service industry is becoming increasingly complicated and unpredictable as modernization and industrialization become more and more common. Moreover, the development of the food service industry is rapidly changing due to the convergence of the inter-industry services. In this study, based on the high reliance on the human resources of the food service industry, it investigates relations of each component as integrated view through leadership, organizational performance, and organizational culture. In particular, the relationship between emotional/primal leadership and organizational performance(as job satisfaction and organizational commitment) was verified through mediating effects of organizational culture. The results of this study will provide an integrated perspective on the understanding and development of the food service industry structure, which requires the importance of human relations, and will help convergent thinking among various service industries.
