Our society is rapidly changing with the core technology of the 4th industrial revolution, the emergence of a generation with new characteristics, and the untact era following the With Corona policy. Although the transition to untact is accelerating in the field of performing arts, in the case of opera, face-to-face performances are mainly conducted by experts and enthusiasts through on-site performances. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the uncertainty of creating opportunities through the influx of new customers such as the MZ generation and the departure of existing experts and enthusiasts. In this study, in order to examine these existing problems, we conducted literature review and case analysis, compared the opera face-to-face/non-face-to-face performance characteristics, derived an activation plan, and conducted expert interviews to secure the coherence and validity of the plan. In conclusion, we thought that it was difficult to improve the sound and sound quality, impairing the sense of presence and emotion due to many shortcomings when operating non-face-to-face as a music genre with the characteristics of opera. Therefore, we established the direction of activating the opera mainly face-to-face, but making good use of the advantages of non-face-to-face, which is not limited by region and time, and promoting the direction of activating face-to-face and non-face-to-face performances complementary to each other through the concept of cultural enjoyment.

With the rapid advancement of generative artificial intelligence technology, there is growing interest in how to utilize it in practical applications. Additionally, the importance of prompt engineering to generate results that meet user demands is being newly highlighted. Exploring the new possibilities of generative AI can hold significant value. This study aims to utilize ChatGPT 4.0, a leading generative AI, to propose an effective method for evaluating user experience through the analysis of online customer review data. The user experience evaluation method was based on the six-layer elements of user experience: 'functionality', 'reliability', 'usability', 'convenience', 'emotion', and 'significance'. For this study, a literature review was conducted to enhance the understanding of prompt engineering and to grasp the clear concept of the user experience hierarchy. Based on this, prompts were crafted, and experiments for the user experience evaluation method were carried out using the analysis of collected online customer review data. In this study, we reveal that when provided with accurate definitions and descriptions of the classification processes for user experience factors, ChatGPT demonstrated excellent performance in evaluating user experience. However, it was also found that due to time constraints, there were limitations in analyzing large volumes of data. By introducing and proposing a method to utilize ChatGPT 4.0 for user experience evaluation, we expect to contribute to the advancement of the UX field.
Dissatisfied customers may express their dissatisfaction behaviorally. These behavioral responses may impact the firms' profitability. How do we model the impact of self regulatory orientation on emotions and subsequent customer behaviors? Obviously, the positive and negative emotions experienced in these situations will influence the overall degree of satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the service(Zeelenberg and Pieters 1999). Most likely, these specific emotions will also partly determine the subsequent behavior in relation to the service and service provider, such as the likelihood of complaining, the degree to which customers will switch or repurchase, and the extent of word of mouth communication they will engage in(Zeelenberg and Pieters 2004). This study investigates the antecedents, consequences of negative consumption emotion and the moderate effect of attribution processing in an integrated model(self regulatory mode → specific emotions → behavioral responses). We focused on the fact that regret and disappointment have effects on consumer behavior. Especially, There are essentially two approaches in this research: the valence based approach and the specific emotions approach. The authors indicate theoretically and show empirically that it matters to distinguish these approaches in services research. and The present studies examined the influence of two regulatory mode concerns(Locomotion orientation and Assessment orientation) with making comparisons on experiencing post decisional regret and disappointment(Pierro, Kruglanski, and Higgins 2006; Pierro et al. 2008). When contemplating a decision with a negative outcome, it was predicted that high (vs low) locomotion would induce more disappointment than regret, whereas high (vs low) assessment would induce more regret than disappointment. The validity of the measurement scales was also confirmed by evaluations provided by the participating respondents and an independent advisory panel; samples provided recommendations throughout the primary, exploratory phases of the study. The resulting goodness of fit statistics were RMR or RMSEA of 0.05, GFI and AGFI greater than 0.9, and a chi-square with a 175.11. The indicators of the each constructs were very good measures of variables and had high convergent validity as evidenced by the reliability with a more than 0.9. Some items were deleted leaving those that reflected the cognitive dimension of importance rather than the dimension. This research proposed 6 hypotheses on 6 latent variables and tested through structural equation modeling. 6 alternative measurements were compared through statistical significance test of the paths of research model and the overall fitting level of structural equation model and the result was successful. Also, Locomotion orientation more positively influences disappointment when internal attribution is high than low and Assessment orientation more positively influences regret when external attribution is high than low. In sum, The results of our studies suggest that assessment and locomotion concerns, both as chronic individual predispositions and as situationally induced states, influence the amount of people's experienced regret and disappointment. These findings contribute to our understanding of regulatory mode, regret, and disappointment. In previous studies of regulatory mode, relatively little attention has been paid to the post actional evaluative phase of self regulation. The present findings indicate that assessment concerns and locomotion concerns are clearly distinct in this phase, with individuals higher in assessment delving more into possible alternatives to past actions and individuals higher in locomotion engaging less in such reflective thought. What this suggests is that, separate from decreasing the amount of counterfactual thinking per se, individuals with locomotion concerns want to move on, to get on with it. Regret is about the past and not the future. Thus, individuals with locomotion concerns are less likely to experience regret. The results supported our predictions. We discuss the implications of these findings for the nature of regret and disappointment from the perspective of their relation to regulatory mode. Also, self regulatory mode and the specific emotions(disappointment and regret) were assessed and their influence on customers' behavioral responses(inaction, word of mouth) was examined, using a sample of 275 customers. It was found that emotions have a direct impact on behavior over and above the effects of negative emotions and customer behavior. Hence, We argue against incorporating emotions such as regret and disappointment into a specific response measure and in favor of a specific emotions approach on self regulation. Implications for services marketing practice and theory are discussed.

When the crucial role of the agent in communicating with the customer is acknowledged well enough to relieve the agent's stress, it will lead to the decrease of the agent's emotional labor and the improvement of the business organization's performance simultaneously. However, the research on the relationship between information system and the emotional labor has been scarcely conducted even though the importance of the emotional labor is actively researched and discussed these days. Therefore, much effort has been put in this study to fine out how the quality of airline call center information system affects expectations-conformation and how expectations-conformation and self-efficacy affect performance of Emotional Labors. Analysis of the results to target a call center agent 436 people, When you provide them with quality information systems, it increased satisfaction and pride in their job. This mechanisms subsequently reduces the strength of the emotion labor, which ultimately improves the service performance. The implications of this study can be summarized as following: First, this research presented practical guidelines to the organization's decision-makers related to the airline call center operations in order to introduce and expand successful call center information system. Second, this research suggested the possible method to inspect and diagnose the system by way of applying the measurement model mentioned in this research into the airline information system and analyzing it. Third, the performance-measuring model developed in order to measure the performance of the airline call center information system can also be used when we carry out the performance-measuring task in the similar information system as the basis of diagnosing the situation and presenting the driving directions.
This paper examine how acceptance of AI robots can be achieved according to occupational groups when the discourse on human labor and occupation changes due to the new industrial revolution is spreading steadily. Previous research on the acceptance of new technologies and products has predicted use behavior through subjective beliefs and values that do not change well over the short term. Therefore, this study compares the beliefs, values, and use intention of AI robots according to occupation. As a result, the subjective belief factor for AI robots was classified into belief in rationality(reason) and belief in benevolence(emotion). The value factors were divided into acceptance value(role performance, communication, social comparison) and avoidance value(risk, complexity). There was a significant difference in the effect of these on the use intention of AI robot by occupation and employment types. This result suggests that there are gaps in the occupation group at the rate of technology acceptance, as opposed to the existing prediction that AI robots will be rapidly expanded by professionals.
Corporations look for their competitiveness in many different areas, and one of them is customer call center, which provides professional, special service to the customers. The importance and the value of realization of customer satisfaction at each call center have become significant as it plays a leading role and is responsible for customer recreation and follow-up services. This study held in-depth interviews with 3 groups of professional call representatives (categorized by experience) from popular property and life insurance companies in Korea who operate in and outbound calls. Three variables, emotional quotient, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and IT utilization skill, were selected and it was observed how these variables affect the job performance of in and outbound call center representatives. The importance of the relationship between the variables and the key factors in the future direction of improvement of the call center representative organization was analyzed. Emotional quotient refers to the ability to recognize and use the emotion of oneself and others. It was considered it would be effective in enhancing the counseling ability of call center representatives, This study identifies the effect of emotional quotient on job performance and organizational citizenship behavior, which is defined as actions outside of normative roles in the organization. Also, the study aims to prove the effect of emotional quotient on the rapidly developing IT utilization ability in relation to job performance. As a result, it was found that service career (3 months, 3 years, 10 years) had a significant effect on the key factors that affect the organization-emotional quotient, IT utilization skill, and OCB. Especially for OCB, it was considered relatively less important to the new employees, while it greatly affected the job performance, rate of settlement, and sustainment of the working life for those with longer experience. Also, the result of the interview for each variable differed by the service career. Emotional quotient, IT utilization skill, and OCB were close connection for the representatives with longer experience than for those with shorter experience. And the level of intimacy of their relationship with job performance was in proportion to the years of service. Thus, to secure stability for the call center representatives and enhance their job performance continually, the importance of emotional quotient and IT utilization skill shall be reflected in the operation process actively. In particular, in order to lead a organization with outstanding culture, a management system shall apply OCB from the recruitment process.

Composition is a creative activity of a composer in order to express his or her emotion into melody based on their experience. However, it is very hard to implement an automatic composition program whose composition process is the same as the composer. On the basis that the creative activity is possible from the imitation we propose a method to implement an automatic composition system using the learning capability of ANN(Artificial Neural Networks). First, we devise a method to convert a melody into time series that ANN can train and then another method to learn the repeated melody with melody bar for correct training of ANN. After training of the time series to ANN, we feed a new time series into the ANN, then the ANN produces a full new time series which is converted a new melody. But post processing is necessary because the produced melody does not fit to the tempo and harmony of music theory. In this paper, we applied a tempo post processing using tempo post processing program, but the harmony post processing is done by human because it is difficult to implement. We will realize the harmony post processing program as a further work.

Last March, the world Go competition between AlphaGo, AI Go program developed by Google Deep Mind and professional Go player Lee Sedol has shown us that the 4th industrial revolution using AI has come close. Especially, there ar many system combined with AI hae been developing including program for researching legal information, system for expecting jurisdiction, and processing big data, there is saying that even AI legal person is ready for its appearance. As legal field is mostly based on text-based document, such characteristic makes it easier to adopt artificial intelligence technology. When a legal person receives a case, the first thing to do is searching for legal information and judical precedent, which is the one of the strength of AI. It is very difficult for a human being to utilize a flow of legal knowledge and figures by analyzing them but for AI, this is nothing but a simple job. The ability of AI searching for regulation, precedent, and literature related to legal issue is way over our expectation. AI is evaluated to be able to review 1 billion pages of legal document per second and many people agree that lot of legal job will be replaced by AI. Along with development of AI service, legal service is becoming more advanced and if it devotes to ethical solving of legal issues, which is the final goal, not only the legal field but also it will help to gain nation's trust. If nations start to trust the legal service, it would never be completely replaced by AI. What is more, if it keeps offering advanced, ethical, and quick legal service, value of law devoting to the society will increase and finally, will make contribution to the nation. In this time where we have to compete with AI, we should try hard to increase value of traditional legal service provided by human. In the future, priority of good legal person will be his/her ability to use AI. The only field left to human will be understanding and recovering emotion of human caused by legal problem, which cannot be done by AI's controlling function. Then, what would be the attitude of legal people in this period? It would be to learn the new technology and applying in the field rather than going against it, this will be the way to survive in this new AI period.
The purpose of this study is to exploring the direction of woman engineering education by the analysis of learner's recognition. In order to investigate the direction of woman engineering education, the literature reviews were explored in the context of the human resource developmentand in the viewpoint of instructional technology. The survey results such as the learner's experience recognition of engineering education were analyzed and they were discussed by experts in the field of education, instructional technology, and engineering. From the analysis result of 399 students(man:206, woman:193) in P university, there were significant differences with man and woman to the factors of (a) understanding, (b) satisfaction, (c) motivation, (d) learning ability, (e) parents' expectation, (f) pleasure in the study, and (g) expectation grade. This study was suggesting the recommendations of woman engineering education in the viewpoints of cognition, emotion, motivation, environment and instructional strategy. The research results will show the cues of human resource development for women in the field of engineering education.
This study aims at analyzing the extent of seafarers' perception on their stress and ways to cope with the stress and providing fundamental data for establishing on the stress management of seafarers. In this paper 428 seafarers, who were in the fire-fighting and survival technique training course in Korea Institute of Maritime and fisheries Technology, were sampled and asked to fill out two kinds of questionnaire. One is a questionnaire on seafarers' stress perception and the other is that on the measure of their coping with stress. The collected data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t-test and ANOVA by SPSS 10.1 package. The results of this study are as follow. 1) There were significant differences of stress perception in navigation area, marital status, amount of smoking, frequency of drinking, exercise, sleep pattern, sleeping hours, leisure time, and job satisfaction 2) There were significant differences of method coping with stress in current position, navigation area, age, ship career, level of education, marital status, yearly income, frequency of drinking, amount of drinking, exercise, sleep pattern, and job satisfaction 3) The relation between stress perception and ways of coping with stress showed that the group with higher stress perception tended to use emotion-focused coping style and desirable thinking.
