대화 시스템에서 사용자 발화에 대한 감정 분석은 적절한 시스템 응답과 서비스를 제공하는데 있어 매우 중요한 정보이다. 본 연구에서는 단순한 긍, 부정이 아닌 분노, 슬픔, 공포, 기쁨 등 Plutchick의 8 분류 체계에 해당하는 상세한 감정을 분석 하는 데 있어, 임베딩 모델을 사용하여 기존의 어휘 자질을 효과적으로 사용할 수 있는 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 또한 대화 속에서 발생한 감정의 지속성을 반영하기 위하여 문장 임베딩 벡터와 문맥 임베딩 벡터를 자질로서 이용하는 방법에 대해 제안한다. 실험 결과 제안하는 임베딩 자질은 특히 내용어에 대해 기존의 어휘 자질을 대체할 수 있으며, 데이터 부족 문제를 다소 해소하여 성능 향상에 도움이 되는 것으로 나타났다.

본 논문에서는 최근 많은 관심을 받고 있는 Opinion Mining으로서 사용자들의 자연어 형태의 영화평 문장을 분석하여 자동으로 평점을 예측하는 시스템을 제안한다. 제안 시스템은 영화평 분석에 적합한 어휘 자질, 감정 자질, 가치 자질 및 기타 자질들을 추출하고, 10점 척도의 영화평의 평점을 10개의 범주로 가정하여, 커널모델인 다중 범주 Support Vector Machine (SVM) 모델을 이용하여 높은 성능으로 영화평의 평점을 범주 분류한다.

This study starts with the premise that many problematic situations in modern society can seriously damage personal feelings and that this phenomenon can create anxiety in individuals and society. In order to address such anxiety in individuals and society, we would like to propose measures to heal emotions. Accordingly, 270 research trends related to emotions studied from 2005 to 2020 will be analyzed to establish the direction of future research on emotion healing. As a result of analyzing the trends of healing papers, active healing studies have been conducted since 2010, but reading and writing healing through specific academic societies has been the main focus. Theoretical research accounted for a large portion, and emotional research was steadily conducted. Although healing methods are expanding to various topics, they have not been commercialized as specific methods. As a result, we hope that concrete research to heal individual emotions will be expanded and measures to implement a stable future society will be proposed.

This study is to explore the function of white hair motif in Gosijo. And to use the results in literature therapy programs. The white hair motif in the Gosijo of the study ignites the sadness. And every time we read this work repeatedly, the sadness is amplified. This amplification of sadness plays a role in healing the human body. This white hair motif of Gosijo covers the death motif and become energy to support life. In the future, if we study the literary physiological functions of Gosijo in the future, it seems that literature will give us a more healing life.

Stress affects the type of adaptation required for each case and the type of social support is also different. In order for social support to have a buffer effect on stress, we want to understand how to measure social support and support according to specific stress situations. Therefore, this study examines coping behaviors of community service workers exposed to these job stresses and examines the effect of support system (family support, peer support, superior support) on coping behavior. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of stress, coping resources and coping behaviors of community service workers. In this study, self - report method was used to investigate the questionnaire using structured questionnaires. In this study, the statistical program was used for data analysis and hierarchical regression analysis.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the emotions of students toward using digital textbooks, and to examine the factors affecting the emotions. This study examined the relationship between individual characteristics and computer usage, students' emotions, and the perceived learning effects. For this study, 2,950 1st grade middle school students participated in a survey which measured individual characteristics, computer usage behavior, emotions toward using digital textbooks, and perceived learning effects of digital textbooks. The results showed that positive emotions toward using digital textbooks were higher than negative emotions. The students' positive emotions were most affected by intrinsic motivation, self-regulated learning, and student's use of computers for learning and entertainment. Similarly, perceived learning effects were positively correlated to intrinsic motivation and self-regulated learning, but the students' positive emotions towards using digital textbooks was the strongest predictor. Digital textbook efficacy was the most influential factor that affected the students' negative emotions, while computer addiction was associated with negative emotions.

This study studied the seasons in the novel Snowy Read and the archetypal characteristics in natural phenomena. Summer and winter are the main seasons of Snowy Road. The cycle of the day is the time of dawn and early morning, evening, or night. It is summer now, and memory day is winter. In Snowy Road, 'I' is in sharp conflict with my mom during the summer season. This conflict is resolved and resurfaced with the feeling of 'love' as the story of the day is told in the mother's memory. It was a long time of conflict and trials for winter in the memory of me and my mother. As a result of examining the circular symbols in the Snowy Road, each symbol represents the 'I' and 'the mother's feelings'. 'I' and 'Mom's Emotions' collide, but they confirm each other's sincerity and rebuild their feelings of conflict with 'love'. In Snowy Road, the mother and son's 'love' shows that the mother's son is deeply in love, but the son's mother's love is also very deep.

감정 분석은 긍부정의 극성을 판단하는 감성 분석과 달리 텍스트로부터 구체적인 감정 유형을 분류해내는 과제이다. 본 논문에서는 소설 텍스트에 감정 분석을 수행하는 것을 새로운 과제로 설정하고, 이에 활용할 수 있는 감정 용언 사전을 소개한다. 이 사전에는 맥락과 상관없이 동일한 감정을 전달하는 직접 감정 표현과 맥락에 따라 다른 감정으로 해석될 수 있는 간접 감정 표현이 구분되어 있다. 우리는 이로써 한국어 자연어처리 연구자들이 소설의 풍부한 감정 표현 텍스트로부터 정확한 감정을 분류해낼 수 있도록 그 단초를 마련한다.

감정 분석은 텍스트 데이터에서 인간이 느끼는 감정을 다양한 감정 유형으로 분류하는 것이다. 그러나 많은 연구에서 감정 분석은 긍정과 부정, 또는 중립의 극성을 분류하는 감성 분석의 개념과 혼용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 텍스트에서 느껴지는 감정들을 다양한 감정 유형으로 분류한 감정 말뭉치를 구축하였는데, 감정 말뭉치를 구축하기 위해 심리학 모델을 기반으로 분류한 감정 어휘 사전을 사용하였다. 9가지 감정 유형으로 분류된 한국어 감정 어휘 사전을 바탕으로 한국어 영화 리뷰 말뭉치에 9가지 감정 유형의 감정을 태깅하여 감정 분석 말뭉치를 구축하고, KcBert에 학습시켰다. 긍정과 부정으로 분류된 데이터로 사전 학습된 KcBert에 9개의 유형으로 분류된 데이터를 학습시켜 기존 모델과 성능 비교를 한 결과, KcBert는 다중 분류 모델에서도 우수한 성능을 보였다.

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the effect of ego resilience and problem-solving ability on career identity. Methods: An online survey targeting dental technology students was conducted, and the responses of 206 students were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics ver. 21.0 (IBM). Descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, one-way ANOVA (Duncan post-hoc analysis), and multiple regression analysis were performed. Results: The ego resilience-emotion control ability increased with career identity (β=0.129, p=0.007). The problem-solving and analysis ability, increased with the career identity-cognitive factor (β=0.535, p<0.001). In addition, career identity was observed to be high in male respondents (p=0.003) who were aged >23 years (p=0.002), in their 4th grade (p=0.023), had a grade of ≥4.0 (p=0.018), and hoped to get a job as a dental technician after graduation (p=0.001). Conclusion: Programs to establish the career identity of dental technology students are recommended to include contents that can improve cognitive abilities such as emotional regulation ability and problem-solving ability among those with ego resilience.
