This legal study is to compare the Electronic Transactions Act in Thailand(hereinafter 'ETA') with mainly other countries electronic transactions acts, such as UNCITRAL MLEC, UECIC, VETA, UCITA and Korea' Electronic Transactions Act The ETA is consisted of 6 chapters which included preamble and definitions. Each chapter's main point as follows. Preamble is related to the name, time of legal effect, scope and definitions. Chapter 1 is not only general principles of electronic transactions, required restriction in addition to specify the limit of application, documentation, evidential weight in reference to the data message, but also the conditions of offer and acceptance through data message, time and place of dispatch and receipt of data message, certification between origination and addressee. According to media-neutrality and the effectiveness security requirement of data message under the information system, legal certification is related to the exchange's declaration of intention, define about origination-addressee of data message. Chapter 2 is composed to provide expressly about the effectiveness security in electronic signature. Those contents are to compare the MLEC, UECIC and Electronic Transactions Act in Korea. Chapter 3 is related to legal definitions that present legal requirement about service relating electronic transaction which contents accept domestic law, the adequate requirement as eligibility, satisfied matter, self-reliance ratio of finance and other detail standard Chapter 4 is deal with the transaction which are public sector and those application requirements. And also this chapter are composed regulations about direct-indirect purpose of Thailand domestic electronic government.

최근 이동통신 서비스가 광범위하게 사용되고 서비스 영역의 용이한 확대로 인하여 무선중계기에 대한 수요가 급격히 증가하고 있다. 그러나 무선중계기에는 중계된 전송 신호의 일부가 궤환되어 다시 수신안테나에 수신되는 궤환 간섭 신호가 발생한다. 궤환 간섭 신호의 제거에 이용하는 LMS (Least Mean Square) 알고리즘은 연산량이 적어 실시간으로 적용할 수 있지만, 필터 계수를 갱신에 일정한 스텝 사이즈(step size)를 사용하여 시변 채널과 같은 상황에서 성능이 저하된다. 이런 문제를 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 궤환 간섭 제거기의 참조 입력 (reference input)과 에러 신호 사이에서 상관도를 구하여, 스텝 사이즈를 조정하는 새로운 가변 스텝 사이즈 LMS 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안된 알고리즘을 WCDMA 무선 중계기에서 궤환 간섭 신호를 제거하는 필터에 적용하여 모의실험을 하였고, 기존의 간섭 제거 알고리즘과 비교하여 성능이 우수함을 확인할 수 있었다.

As the varification of public library services has been come true through the increase of multimedia information accompanied with the development of information tachnology and the advent of various electronic materials the repetitive and labo intensive process has been cut down by the development of network system. Recentrly the electronic library using outside networks electronic library facilities at the time of their new contructions. In this study it is aimed that the outline of the library planning is presented with the case analyses of domestic and foreign libraries especially concerning the kinds and features of the required spaces for electronic libraries their scale basic facilities. The conclusions of this study are : First the spaces requred for electronic library are as mentioned below: catalgue are equipped with terminal information service center reference room electronic reading room computer training center and conference room. Second computer room for management and electronic information center has been made recently in the Library of Seoul City. The space for librarians room is to be 5.48$m^2$ per person on average and for electronic information center of library provided with an exclusive use is to be 5.1$m^2$ per person.

The rapid development of internet information technology has increased interest in e-Trade these days, but it is not activated greatly up to now. In order to promote e-Trade, it is essential to construct cooperative process such as connecting systems among trade related parties. Building e-Trade platform which is based on the infrastructure of the past trade automatic system is key point of promoting e-Trade. To do this, a study on the basic concept and specific components of e-Trade platform is needed absolutely. At this point of view, after this paper has examined domestic and foreign studies on the fundamental technologies about electronic commerce, it drew several key technologies that could be applied to e-Trade considering the current IT trend. Then it evaluates these technologies according to Technology Reference Model(TRM) of the National Computerization Agency. This will help us to show the operation strategy as well as the concept of future e-Trade platform and its composition. On the basis of the theoretical background, this paper classified NCA's technology model into 6 fields, which are application. data, platform, communication, security and management. Considering the key technologies, e-Trade platform has to be mutually connected and accept international standards such as XML. In the aspect of business side, trade relative agencies' business process as well as trading company's process has to be considered. Therefore, e-Trade platform can be classified into 3 parts which are service, infrastructure and connection. Infrastructure part is compared of circulating and managing system of electronic document, interface and service framework. Connecting service (application service) and additional service (application service) consist of service part. Connecting part is a linking mutual parts and can be divided into B2B service and B20 service. The organization operating this e-trade platform must have few responsibilities and requirements. It needs to positively accept existing infrastructure of trade automatic system and improving the system to complete e-trade platform. It also have to continuously develop new services and possess ability to operate the system for providing proper services to demanders. As a result, private sector that can play a role as TTP(Third Trust Party) is adequate for operating the system. In this case, revising law is necessary to support the responsibility and requirement of private sector.

Bluetooth low energy (BLE) beacon is an actively push-to-broadcast electronic signal and can be used for object identification. This paper uses such beacon-based identification and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies for the elder health management service system to simplify the user interfaces and steps for preventive elder care. In the proposed system, an elder's family member, caregiver, or medical worker can conveniently and quickly record daily health management information. Besides, through the statistics and analysis of the data on the back end of the system, it is helpful for the elderly to refer to the data of daily care management and future management trends. Similarly, it is also an essential reference data for system maintenance and the new preventive health care services development.

디지탈도서관은 전세계적인 도서관 및 상업적 정보에 대한 접근과 이들 정보의 전달을 제공해 주는 전자 네트워크를 통해 도서관의 자료 및 정보 서비스 그리고 다른 정보원에 대한 원격 접근의 개념으로 앞으로 다가올 미래의 도서관의 모습이 될 것이다. 본 연구는 디지탈 도서관의 출현으로 인해 전통적인 참고서비스에 대한 역할 변화가 있을 것으로 보고 이에 대한 대안으로서 전자참고서비스를 논하고자 한 것이다.

본 연구에서는 대학도서관 정보봉사시스템의 성과를 측정하기 위하여 선행연구 문헌조사를 통하여 도서관 이용, 문헌자료 대출, 참고봉사 및 이용자교육, 전자서비스 등 4개 영역에 16개 성과측정을 위한 지표를 개발하고 이를 바탕으로 대규모, 중규모, 소규모 대학도서관을 각각 2개 기관씩 모두 6개 기관을 조사하였다. 조사된 결과를 바탕으로 지표의 의미와 활용 방안 및 정보봉사시스템의 성과 향상을 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

The development of technology has led to ubiquitous health care service, which enables many patients to receive medical services anytime and anywhere. For the ubiquitous health care environment, real-time measurement of biomedical signals is very important, and the medical instruments must be small and portable or wearable. So, such devices have been developed to measure biomedical signals. In this study, we develop the biomedical monitoring device which is sensing the PPG signal, one of the useful signal in the field of ubiquitous healthcare. We design a watch-like biomedical signal monitoring system without a finger probe to prevent the user's inconvenience. This system obtains the PPG from the radial artery using a sensor in the wrist band. But, new device developed in this paper is easy to get the motion artifacts. So, we proposed new algorithm removing the motion artifacts from the PPG signal. The method detects motion artifacts by changing the degree of brightness of the light source. If the brightness of the light source is reduced, the PPG pulses will disappear. When the PPG pulses have disappeared completely, the remaining signal is not the signal that results from the changing blood flow. We believe that this signal is the motion artifact and call it the noise reference signal. The motion artifacts are removed by subtracting the noise reference signal from the input signal. We apply this algorithm to the system, so we can stabilize the biomedical monitoring system we designed.

2020년 「공공기록물에 관한 법률 시행령」 개정에 따라 행정정보 데이터세트 기록관리 방안이 법제화되며, 국가기록원은 행정정보 데이터세트 기록관리 업무를 지원하기 위해 행정정보 데이터세트 종합관리시스템을 구축할 계획을 밝혔다. 하지만 데이터세트와 관리 기준표의 특성을 고려한 구체적인 서비스 방안은 부재한 작금이다. 이에 본 논문은 국내·외 공공데이터 포털 및 기록관 웹사이트 14곳을 대상으로 데이터세트 서비스 현황을 비교 분석하고 시사점을 도출하여 행정정보 데이터세트 종합관리시스템에 적용 가능한 서비스 방안 6가지를 제안했다. 본 연구의 결과가 행정정보 데이터세트 활용 및 서비스 활성화로 이어지기를 기대한다.

전자상거래 사용자의 폭발적인 증가는 전자상거래 시스템의 급격한 로드 증가와 네트워크 트래픽을 증가시키고 있다. 또한 전자상거래 시스템에서 동영상을 포함한 자료가 점차 늘어나고 있고 이에 따라 인터넷 서비스 제공업자들은 시스템의 관리와 회선의 유지를 위해 막대한 비용을 지불하고 있다. 이러한 시스템의 로드와 네트워크의 트래픽 증가는 웹 고객의 서비스 요청에 대한 응답 속도의 지연을 가져오게 되며 이는 고객만족도를 감소시켜 e-비지니스 기업의 경쟁력을 떨어뜨리는 중대한 요인으로 작용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 마이크로소프트사의 최신 버전인 닷넷을 기반으로 한 전자상거래 시스템에서, 응답 지연 속도를 개선한 전자상거래 시스템을 설계하고 실험을 통해 성능을 분석하였다. 실험 결과 제안한 시스템은 웹 고객의 다양한 요구에 대해 개선된 응답 속도와 빠른 적응성을 가질 수 있으며, 특히 전자상거래 시스템에 대해 동시에 발생하는 다수의 다중 사용자의 요구로 인해 발생되는 응답 속도의 지연을 막을 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
