인터넷의 출현은 국제상거래 분야에 영화, 음악, 소프트웨어 및 기타 디지털콘텐츠 제품의 전자적 거래를 발생시켰다. 본 연구는 한 미 FTA 전자상거래 협정문의 주요쟁점을 검토하고 이를 바탕으로 우리나라 디지털콘텐츠산업의 활성화를 위한 과제에 대해 문헌연구를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 다음과 같은 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 우선 통상측면의 과제로는 디지털콘텐츠에 대한 분류 및 관세 문제, 디지털콘텐츠의 비차별대우 문제, 시청각서비스의 배제 문제 등에 대한 해결이 필요하다. 다음으로 산업측면에서는 디지털콘텐츠의 글로벌 경쟁력 강화, 수출지원 시스템의 일원화, 지역 및 장르별 해외시장 진출 전략 수립, 글로벌 전문인력의 양성, 디지털콘텐츠의 지적재산권 보호 등이 필요하다.

본 논문에서는 초등학교 저학년 학생들이 쉽고 효율적으로 건반악기 연주 방법을 학습할 수 있도록 개발한 악기 자율학습기를 설명한다. 개발한 악기 자율학습기는 PC기반의 학습 소프트웨어와 외장 전자건반악기 모듈로 구성된다. 우리는 USB 인터페이스를 적용한 전자건반악기와 PC용 S/W를 연동하여 악기 연주에 필요한 정보를 PC 화면에 제공하는 기능과 타자연습과 유사한 형식의 게임을 통해 학습내용을 재미있게 복습하는 기능을 구현하였다. 개발한 외장 전자건반모듈은 USB 인터페이스를 통하여 PC로부터 선택적으로 악기연주 안내정보를 수신하여 LED 및 7-세그먼트에 표시해줌으로써 초보자들이 쉽게 악보 내 음계와 건반의 상관관계를 숙지할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 사용자가 건반을 잘못 눌렀을 때 이를 감지하여 LED와 PC 화면에 안내정보를 출력하도록 구현하였다. 구현된 악기 자율학습기를 이용한 악보 연주 실험을 통하여 학습효율이 향상됨을 확인하였다.

This paper proposes a novel spectral hole substitution technique for low bit-rate audio coding. The spectral holes frequently occurring in relatively weak energy bands due to zero bit quantization result in severe quality degradation, especially for harmonic signals such as speech vowels. The enhanced aacPlus (EAAC) audio codec artificially adjusts the minimum signal-to-mask ratio (SMR) to reduce the number of spectral holes, but it still produces noisy sound. The proposed method selectively predicts the spectral shapes of hole bands using either intra-band correlation, i.e. harmonically related coefficients nearby or inter-band correlation, i.e. previous frames. For the bands that have low prediction gain, only the energy term is quantized and spectral shapes are replaced by pseudo random values in the decoding stage. To minimize perceptual distortion caused by spectral mismatching, the criterion of the just noticeable level difference (JNLD) and spectral similarity between original and predicted shapes are adopted for quantizing the energy term. Simulation results show that the proposed method implemented into the EAAC baseline coder significantly improves speech quality at low bit-rates while keeping equivalent quality for mixed and music contents.

교육용 로봇은 과학의 기초 원리를 배우고 과학적 창의성을 키우는 것에 효과적인 교육 도구로 소개되면서 방과 후 학습에 적용되어 과학 교육을 위한 교육용 키트의 구성이 바뀌고 있다. 중소기업을 중심으로 과학적 창의성을 키우는 도구로서 다양한 교육용 로봇 기술과 학생들을 위한 다양한 범주의 게임로봇기술이 개발되고 있고, 기존의 mp3 음악이나 e-Learning 콘텐츠의 제공과 같이 로봇용 전문콘텐츠를 다운받아 학습에 활용하는 기술을 개발 중에 있으나 아직 전문 커뮤니티 형성이 미흡한 편이다. 현재는 사용자가 손쉽게 제어가 가능한 인터페이스 모듈용 모터가 개발이 되어있지 않아 1포인트 드래그 연동 스마트터치 제어용 다이나믹 모터 개발이 필요하다.

General CATV is a way of multi-channel sending images, voices and music including stillness image as well as characters to public receivers through electrical cable communication system. In the beginning, master antennas were people can not receive TV signal well. TV programs were received from master antennas to TVs in each house. Ground connection began by experimenting lightning with the use of a kite and it means electric appliances, communication equipments, measuring instruments and so on connecting the Earth in order to flow away overcharged electricity. There are two kinds of earth connection: Power Ground and Signal Ground. Power Ground is for preventing an electric shock and in general there's no current in the connector. However in an accident, there's a quick flow of electricity out to the Earth. Signal Ground is not only for the safety of appliances but also for the safety of equipment operation. This paper is about connection for noise and interference reduce in order to prevent wrong operation and distortion of signal in the electrical appliances which can take place in CATV.

장애자들에게 필요한 재활치료의 횟수와 시간은 실제 이용회수에 못 미치는 상황으로 재활치료의 관심과 콘텐츠에 지속적인 투자와 인프라가 필요한 상황이며, 또한 재활치료의 종류에도 미술, 음악, 놀이치료가 가장 일반적인 장애자 재활방법이다. 제안한 논문에서는 장애자의 동작을 인식하는 과정을 통하여 사운드와 시각적 요소를 포함하고 있는 게임형 재활 콘텐츠를 제공함으로써 다양한 유형의 장애자들이 콘텐츠의 레벨관리가 가능한 디지털 게임 재활프로그램을 설계한다.

본 논문의 주된 목적은 주위 환경의 영향등으로 인하여 신호대잡음비(S/N)가 저하된 상황, 다중신호원들이 근접하여 위치한 상황등의 특수한 상황들에서도 고해상도를 지니는 도래방향각 예측방법의 개념적 S/N의 향상도를 이론적으로 증명하고 기존의 도래방향각 예측방법과 비교하므로서 제안된 방법의 실용화를 위한 이론적 타당성을 입증하는데 있다.

본 논문에서는 대중음악 코드진행 패턴 분석을 통해 최적의 코드진행을 완성시키고 해당 코드진행의 멜로디 정보 일부를 비트행렬로 구성하여 신경망의 입력 벡터로 사용하였다. 실험결과 신경망 학습을 이용한 컴퓨터의 작곡 가능성을 확인하였다. 제안한 방법을 이용하면 임의의 멜로디를 다양하게 재구성 할 수 있는 방법론을 만들어 낼 수 있다.

모델 오차 효과 및 민감도 분석을 사용하여 도래 방향 추정의 새로운 방법을 제시한다. 원하는 신호가 모델 오차 교정 효과를 통해 간섭을 제거한 후 얻어지게 되므로 추정에 있어서 채널 간섭 영향이 크게 줄어들게 된다. 모의실험을 통해 본 연구에서 제안된 방법이 기존의 방법에 비해 분해능과 정확성 추정이 향상되었음을 입증하였다.
