본 논문의 목표는 염료감응 태양전지의 재료적 특성중 반사율을 측정하여 가장 투명한 dye sensitized solar cell을 제조하기 위한 기초자료를 도출하기 위함이다. 먼저 염료감응 태양전지의 재료중 산화물질인 TiO2,SnO2,ZnO,$Nb_2O_5$ 10~50nm두께로 ITO 기판위에 코팅하여 UV-VIS를 통해 파장별 반사 특성을 분석하였다. 또한, 동일한 시료를 사용하여 FESEM을 통한 표면 Morphology를 확인하였다. 기판제료인 TiO2,dye(염료),TCO,glass,ICO 에 대해서도 동일한 특성분석을 하였다.

With the ever-increasing queries related to temporal (or time-related) information, such as the product launching time, in search engine, most web pages will be augmented with such information in the future. Meanwhile, the gradual emergence of the use of electronic textbooks (or e-Textbooks), which enrich the traditional paper-based textbooks with multimedia contents such as interactive quizzes and multimedia-based simulations, has led us to infer that e-Textbooks will be blended with temporal information to support learning. The use of temporal information helps teachers and students to understand the level of prior knowledge required to study a topic, as well as the sequence of learning activities and related sub-topics, that best attains the educational goals. This paper presents a simple yet efficient tool called TimeMap, which is based on mind mapping, to create an e-Textbook called TimeBook that takes account of time-related curriculum and the ability of students to learn via collaboration.

In ceramic systems using LTCC, many components including embedded passives and TRL's are used for composition of 3-dimensional circuit. So the exact analysis on this components must be performed. As for the TRL's, material properties including electrical conductivity of metal, loss factor and effective dielectric constant of dielectric material and geometrical factors like roughness of surface, vias, dimension of TRL structure have a large effect on the characteristics of transmission lines. Such properties of materials have different values in each system with ideal ones presented in text book. In this research, the effective material properties in each system are examined and the effect of material properties and geometrical factors on the characteristics of TRL's are analyzed and quantified by simulation and measurement.

본 논문에서는 생체측정학(Biometrics)중 홍채 패턴을 이용하여 개인 인증과 확인을 할 수 있는 알고리듬을 개발하고 구현하였다. 사람의 홍채는 태어날 때 한번 정해지면 평생 변화하지 않으며, 개개인 별로 모양이 모두 다른 것으로 알려져 있다. 이런, 홍채 특징을 이용하여, 본 논문에서는 홍채영상 취득 시 조명에 의한 밝기 변화에 불변하고, 회전에 불변한 DFT 계수를 이용하였으며, correlation 계수를 이용하여 유사도를 측정하였다. 또한 개개인을 대표할 수 있는 기준데이터(code book)를 만들어 실험하였다.

전자상거래의 발달로 출판유통시장에서의 인터넷 서점의 비중은 해마다 높아지고 있다. 전자책의 보급에 따라 인터넷 서점에서의 도서검색은 앞으로 더욱 활발해질 것이며, 인터넷 서점의 도서 분류체계의 중요성 또한 지속적으로 높아질 것으로 예상된다. 이 연구는 인터넷 서점 사회과학 도서의 효율적인 검색을 제공하기 위한 목적에서 이루어졌으며, 국내 외 10개 인터넷 서점의 분류체계를 분석하였다. 또한 사회과학 도서 분류체계 설계안을 구성하여 향후 사회과학 도서의 분류체계 설계에 활용될 수 있는 기초자료를 제시하고자 하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual utilization of clinical practice guidelines developed by Hospital Nurses Association. Methods: The subjects were 70 nurses who were in charge of guideline distributions in 70 advanced general hospital and general hospitals with 500 beds or more nationwide. Data were collected between June and August, 2020 by mail (return rate: 88.6%). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, and ANOVA with SPSS/WIN 24.0. Results: Among the clinical practice guidelines developed by Hospital Nurses Association, 72.9~90.1% were placed with book and electronic file in nursing department and 24.3~35.8% were placed with book and electronic file in each nursing unit at hospital. The average number of utilized clinical practice guidelines were 3.96±3.88, and average score of guideline utilization was score 2.85±0.79 which means 'use sometimes'. Conclusion: To improve the distribution and utilization of the clinical practice guidelines, it is necessary to enhance the recognition of values of evidence based nursing practice targeting head of nursing department and to stimulate the distribution and utilization of the clinical practice guidelines using diverse education programs for staff nurses.

최근의 IT분야에 있어서, 그 최대의 관심사는 모바일 환경일 것이다. 이는 우리생활의 일부분이 되어 간다고 볼 수 있는데, 교육, 학습, 상거래 , 엔터테이먼트 등의 부분에 있어서 그 응용 정도는 실로 높다고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 필요에 의하여 WEB과 DB연동 그리고 모바일 기술을 이용한 모바일 E-BOOK 서점을 구현하였다. 많은 양의 자료들을 DBMS에서 관리하고 필요한때 언제 어디서나 모바일을 이용한 WEB검색을 통해 사용자에게 서비스를 제공할 수 있게 된다면, 관리면에서나 능률면에서 큰 장점이 있을 것이다. 본 시스템은 데스크탑 환경의 WEB상에서 사용할수 있는 실제 WEB사이트와 PDA를 이용하여 사용가능한 모바일 WEB 환경으로 이중 구성되어 있으며 게시판, 도서검색, 장바구니, 결제확인 시스템, 베스트셀러, 신작도서 등의 기능을 다양하게 사용할 수 있다. 관련된 모든 정보는 데이터베이스로 구축되어 있다. 최신기술인 ASP 및 VS, NET 등의 기술을 사용하였으며 웹서버로는 IIS 5.0을 DB서버로는 같은 MicroSoft 사의 MS-SQL을 사용하였다. 하나의 운영체제 상에서 실시되는 팩키지 시스템인 만큼, 그 안정성과 특이성을 인정할 만 하다 하겠다. 본 논문는 아직까지 상업적으로까지 성공적으로 시도 되지 않았던 모바일 상에서의 전자 상거래를 구현하였다는 점에서 큰 가능성을 제시하였다고 본다.

모바일 분야가 과거 음성통화 중심에서 데이터통신 서비스(SMS, E-Mail, 웹 서핑 등)를 거쳐 스마트폰 기반의 '생활편의' 서비스로 진화 중이다. 최근 전 세계 도서출판 시장 규모 통계에 따르면 전자책의 비중은 늘어나고 있는 반면 종이책의 비중은 줄어들고 있는 것으로 보인다. 종이책의 발전으로 수많은 전자책이 시중에서 판매되고 있으나 종이책에 능동형 통신기능을 제공하는 NFC 기반의 모바일 환경을 융합한다면 전자책이 가지고 있는 단점을 보완하고 보다 다양한 응용분야에서 요구하는 사항을 만족시킬 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 NFC 기반 모바일 교육용 음성동화책 어플리케이션을 설계 및 구현하기 위해 관리 대상의 정보를 장치에 저장하는 것이 아닌 서버에 저장하는 방법을 통해서 개발의 효율성 및 유지 보수성을 고려한 NFC 기반 모바일 교육용 음성동화책 어플리케이션을 구현하였다.

The educational process and result of onboard training should be evaluated according to the 1995 Amendments to the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watch-keeping for seafarers(STCW), 1978. In particular, the revised Convention requires that a trainee's seagoing service must be recorded in each cadet's Training Record Book approved by the maritime administration responsible for the issuance of certificates of competency. Trainees for certification under regulation III/1 of the STCW Convention are required to complete an approved on-board training programme. The purpose of this paper is to understand the compliance of the education for an approved on-board training programme. The questionnaire was distributed among 110 cadets being trained on board the training ship of the maritime college of the Mokpo National Maritime University. In this study, we conducted the questionnaire survey which is related to the on-board training programme such as marine engineering; controlling the operation of the ship and care for persons on board; electrical, electronic and control engineering; etc. The survey revealed that onboard training program was normally satisfactory, however, lack of practical training tools and time have accounted for most of the reasons for dissatisfaction. Therefore, it is our goal to enhance the satisfactory value of onboard training education by analyzing the reason of the dissatisfaction.

디지털시대의 도래로 도서관의 자원요소의 구성 및 각 자원요소의 중요도 비중이 매우 달라졌음에도 불구하고, 여전히 과거의 전통적인 요소만으로 대학도서관의 효율성을 측정하고 있는 것에 한계가 있다고 생각하고, 본 연구에서는 디지털도서관 시대에 적합한 도서관효율성 평가를 위한 자원요소를 재규명하고자 하였다. 설문조사방법이 사용되었으며, 그 결과 투입요소로 예산, 직원, 면적, 단행 본 수, 연속간행물 수, 전자저널 수, 비도서 수, 웹DB 종수, 전자책 수, 컴퓨터 수, 원문DB구축건수 등이 선정되었고, 산출요소로 대출책 수, 이용자 수, 홈페이지 접속건수, 웹 DB 이용건 수 등이 선정되었다. 재발견된 자원요소 중 전자자원 요소가 상당히 발견된 것을 알 수 있었다.
