일반용 전기설비 안전점검의 전기화재 예방효과에 대한 정량적 분석 (Quantitative Analysis on the Electrical Fire Preventive Effect of Safety Inspection for Electrical Facilities for General Use)

  • This paper presents a quantitative analysis method to quantitatively indicate a electrical fire preventive effect of safety inspection for electrical facilities for general use. Logic model was developed based on whether enforcement of safety inspection for electrical facilities, and then the developed analysis model was converted to hydraulic model by using mathematical logic. The electrical fire preventive effect of safety inspection for electrical facilities was quantitatively calculated by applying electrical safety inspection results and fire statistics for five years to the developed hydraulic model. The results show that electrical fire preventive effects of 5,542 cases on annual average for five years.

전기안전기술 로드맵 설계 연구 (A Study on the Roadmap Design for Electrical Safety Technology)

  • A roadmap for Electrical Safety Technology has been designed based on the study that has been contributed by the specialists, professors and researchers in electral safety field. The roadmap is divided into five major fields including, for instance, the electrical fire accidents roadmap. The other four roadmaps are for electrical shock accidents, electrical facilities accidents, electrical safety policies and electrical safety culture-education, respectively. Each roadmap has a purpose, a scope, and a technical characteristic. Following the roadmaps can result in significant reduction of electrical fire accidents, electrical shock accident victims and so forth. The result can also be utilized in guiding the planning and development of the future electrical safety technology.

  • This paper describes the safety assessment algorithm applied for the underground electrical utilities submerged due to flooding. In implementing the algorithm, several factors pertaining to utility safety were introduced into the process flow, and safety weight was given to each factor. It is considered that this algorithm can ensure the safety of electrical utilities installed underground when they are submerged.

  • This study proposes to suggest a direction hereafter which is the most suitable operating system of electrical safety management agency for electrical facilities to enhance electrical safety considering our domestic conditions. It was designed to prevent electrical disasters which are increasing due to environmental changes in the electrical industry, and the diversification and complication of the electrical facilities. And the strategy of this research is based on conditions of safety management agency for the electrical facilities, with the analysis on conditions of electrical disasters, and with a questionnaire investigation for owner of electrical facilities, safety management agency. Results of this research are expected to be used to prevent electric fires and shocks effectively by reinforcing the electrical safety management agency of electrical facilities having danger of large-scaled accidents. It is expected to enhance the nation's competing power against foreign countries by reducing the human and physical loss, resulted from the development of reasonable operating system for electrical safety management agency.

  • 본 논문에서는 최근 신축된 건축물의 수전실에 설치된 접지단자함 내부의 보호도체와 접지선의 접속실태, 접지방식 및 접지저항 측정용 보조전극의 매설 실태 등을 분석하였다. 또한, 측정용 보조전극의 매설 실태를 토대로 접지전극을 선정하여 보조전극의 위치 변화에 따른 접지저항의 오차를 측정 및 분석하였다.

  • Electrical safety technique is a disaster prevention technology to protect the life and property of the people and it has high correlation with all electricity industry. According to the latest statistics, loss of human life and property damage due to electrical fire have increased from 2011. Therefore, technological development for guarantee safety of electrical facilities for customer will become more important. In this paper, we drew priority and weigh for the electrical safety technology using analytic hierarchy process and present progress direction of each technology through Risk-Return assessment. We expect development of the research and development policies of government about electrical safety technology in a higher state and think that policymakers and experts will be more interested in these fields based on this paper.

  • 태양광 발전설비의 경우 입지선정이 다른 신재생에너지원에 비해 비교적 자유롭기 때문에 일반적으로 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 신재생에너지원이다. 그러나 전기 전문가 외에 일반인들도 많이 사용하기 때문에 설비 사고발생시 감전사고와 같은 재해유발가능성이 높다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 태양광 발전설비의 전기적 안전사항을 위해 어떤 규정들이 있는지 비교하여 태양광 발전설비를 안전하게 운영할 수 있는 방안에 대해 알아보고자 한다.

  • 연료전지의 경우 신재생에너지원 중 기후 조건에 영향을 받지 않고 안정적으로 전력공급이 가능하다. 또한, 타 신재생에너지원에 비하여 입지선정이 비교적 자유롭고 작은 공간에 설치가 가능한 장점이 있다. 또한, 단독발전 효율이 47%의 고효율이기 때문에 운영시 경제적인 이점이 있다. 연료전지의 경우 이러한 장점이 있으나 수소를 사용한다는 점에서 위험하다는 인식과 설치비용이 비싸다는 점에서 보급화 진행이 늦춰지고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 시점에서 본 논문에서는 연료전지의 전기적 안전사항에 대하여 검토하고자 한다.

  • It is necessary to study a conductive characteristics of electrical facilities covered with particulate for the analysis of electrical accidents in vulnerable area where are included market place, a sawmill and so on. Therefore, there are studied on risk assessment and contact angle measure(CAM) according to surface deterioration of PVC and phenolic resin Through the contact angle measure of samples, there are ascertain whether hydrophobicity or not. These data would used to be judged by the causes of electrical accidents.
