환경변화에 따른 전기이륜차의 에너지소비효율에 관한 연구 (Study of Energy Consumption Efficiency of Electric Two-wheeled Vehicle by Change of Environment Variation)

  • Environment has become a main issue nowadays. People began to show big interest in "futuristic means of transportation", which is an efficient method in $CO_2$ emissions reduction and decreasing use of oil. Due to the noise and emissions of two-wheel vehicle of internal combustion engine, electric two-wheeled vehicles have been supplied in downtown. The electric two-wheeled vehicles use battery as power source. The performance of lithium-ion battery changes as the ambient temperature changes. In this paper, analysis of performance variance of electric two-wheeled vehicles influenced by the temperature using the chassis dynamometer and the environmental chamber was carried out.

  • Domestic ice making companies make effort to obtain products and neglect to introduce low cost product improvements with energy savings. The work presented here is an implementation of ice making method to improve both energy efficiency and productivity. In this present investigation, several ice making cycles are proposed for higher efficiency in the system. COP(Coefficient of Performance), ice making time and electric energy consumption are evaluated and compared with the conventional system. Results shows that COP is improved with more efficient use of time for ice making and electric consumption. Therefore, this can offer an opportunity for more efficient use of energy and higher productivity in ice making.

  • In the DC traction system, a large load current of electric railcar leads to a voltage drop when a vehicle starts, and the regenerative power generated by brake system increases the catenary voltage. To minimize the voltage fluctuation during the train operation and make use of the regenerative power, several types of energy storage systems are being studied. The energy storage system that is being recently introduced consists of the supercapacitors for energy storage and the bi-direction DC/DC converter for charge/discharge control. The efficiency of the energy storage system depends on the train operation pattern. In this paper, the operation efficiency of the energy storage system was quantitatively analyzed via simulation study taking consideration of the train operation patterns. The simulation was conducted changing the headway of trains with the energy storage system that uses the bi-direction DC/DC converter and supercapacitor. The simulation results showed that the operation efficiency of the energy storage system increases as the headway increase.

  • This study investigates and analyzed electrical energy curtailment effect by each business department and by energy use efficiency elevation equipment because do an energy use plan that is enforced in each variety business that is developed in domestic by model. When plan the recent electrical energy use with this, I wish to contribute in energy use general planning establishment improvement that is aiming energy efficiency improvement newly by groping improvement plan moment deduce problem. Specially, search present condition and problem by electrical energy curtailment equipment application that probes mass and analyzed, and is applied in present our country according to analysis contents to the latest energy use plan that was enforced on energy use rationality narration but allowed purpose.

  • There are operated the six thousand train in the interior of a country. 95% of them are possible usage of resuscitation. Especially, Among them VVVF-Inverter vehicle has a merit of the highest recycle rate. but we don't use a apt recycled energy. Although the existing recycle energy used inverter method supply with electric power, it is decided in accordance with the state of sources. So efficiency of recycled electric power is of poor quality and catenary-voltage-fluctuation be generate because of recycled electric power. and it is able to affect system of safety train service. We'll research the method of supply according to wire condition after storing recycle energy made during train's stopping relation to Advanced EMU Research. Those methods are divided SMES, Fly-Wheel and Supercapacitor, and Considering the both economical efficiency and system application, we'll develop recycle energy storage system suitable our country condition.

  • In the respect of energy saving and reusing, it is necessary to reduce greenhouse gases emission and to enhance the operation efficiency in electric railway system. Recently, as the power electronics technologies are advanced, some countries have focused on the regenerative inverter to use regeneration energy on each line. When the electric tractions are stopped or slowed down, it is useful to supply the surplus energy to the power source by regenerative system, which increases its energy efficiency. Also, the generated energy can be supply to other tractions or equipments inside traction. Thus, it may help reduce construction cost of additional power plants. The purpose of this study is to describe the development status of the regenerative inverter system which suppress extra DC-line voltage and regenerate the energy instead of using a resister.

  • 본 연구에서는 국내 이미 수립되어진 에너지사용계획서를 표본으로 삼아 각 분과별 및 전기 에너지 이용효율 향상 설비별로 전기에너지 절감효과를 조사 분석하였다. 에너지사용계획서 작성 시 본 연구를 바탕으로 문제점을 분석하고 개선 방안을 제시함으로써 새로이 효율 개선을 목표로 하고 있는 전기에너지 사용계획 수립에 도움이 되고자 한다. 특별히, 전기에너지 절감 기기 적용의 최근 현황과 문제점을 분석하고, 합리적인 에너지 사용과 목적에 부합한 분석 결과가 우리나라의 최근 에너지사용 계획서에 기여하고자 한다.

  • In the DC electric railway system, the effective use of regenerative break energy is an important issue. Since regenerative break energy causes voltage rise or drop in the system, it should be also solved effectively. To solve the problems, applying electric double layer capacitor (EDLC) or voltage source converter (VSC) to the DC electric railway system has been studying. In this paper, the coordination of EDLC and VSC is proposed to solve the problem effectively with its coordinated control algorithm. The proposed method is tested to show its feasibility using Matlab/Simulink.

A QEE-Oriented Fair Power Allocation for Two-tier Heterogeneous Networks

  • In future wireless network, user experience and energy efficiency will play more and more important roles in the communication systems compared to their roles at present. Quality of experience (QoE) and Energy Efficiency (EE) become the widely used metrics. In this paper, we study a combinatorial problem of QoE and EE and investigate a fair power allocation in heterogeneous networks. We first design a new metric, QoE-aware EE (QEE) to reflect the relationship of QoE and energy. Then, the concept of Utopia QEE is introduced, which is defined as the achievable maximum QEE in ideal conditions, for each user. Finally, we transform the power allocation process to an optimization of ratio of QEE and Utopia QEE and use invasive weed optimization (IWO) algorithm to solve the optimization problem. Numerical simulation results indicate that the proposed algorithm can get converged and efficiently improve the system energy efficiency and the QoE for each user.
