건강가정 주부 CEO의 리더십 개발 프로그램 (A Study on the Development of Leadership for the Housewives as Healthy Families CEO)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop an educational program of leadership for housewives as the CEO of household management. For this purpose, the related concepts of leadership as CEO were analyzed and cases on the educational program for housewives were reviewed. The program developed through this study consists of four subjects: 1. The housewives' identity 2. Household management and the CEO 3. The strategies for the development of leadership and 4. The connection between the individual household, the community, and society. It can be expected that the program will contribute to the activation of various programs in the Healthy Families Center and the strong positioning of research in "family resource management" as a practical science.

가정생활개선 교육프로그램 개발 (The Study for Developing Educational Program for Home Life Promotion)

  • This study was to develop and to execute the educational program for Home Life Promotion in relation to the living of variety. The education program was developed based on system approach of home economics. The program consisted of 6 sessions ; intensional home management, flexible sex role, communication, parents-children relationship, home resource management, living plan. After a primary education, 109 of adults was educated on secondary step by the program. This program can be used not only for adults in lifelong education but also in home economics course. The main contribution of this study is that family members can increase life welfare through practicing this educational program.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide the information for problem solving and development, and to suggest future directions for educational work of HFSC. For this purpose, the annual reports of 40 centers were analyzed and a staff survey was carried out. On the basis of these reports and the survey, the benefits of the educational programs were examined and alternatives for better educational work are suggested.

  • 현재 교육시설은 학교시설관리기준에 의거한 엄격한 적용과 예방교육을 함에도 불구하고 학교 안전사고는 책임의식이 매우 낮은 미성년학생들에 의한 우발적 사고와 화재 및 시설물에 관한 안전 불감증으로 인해 인적 물적 피해가 발생하고 있다. 교육시설 안전을 위해서는 신속한 업무 처리와 현장에서 손쉽게 교육시설물에 관한 전자도면 및 관련문서들을 스마트 디바이스를 통하여 다양한 방법으로 확인 할 수 있도록 하는 기술이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 안전사고 발생시 전자도면, 문서관리, 다양한 교육시설물 문서 등을 다양한 스마트 디바이를 통한 교육시설물 자원관리 시스템(EFRMS)으로 교육시설의 점검과 통제를 할 수 있도록 문서변환 기능과 해상도 고효율화, 사물인터넷(IoT) 기술를 활용하여 교육업무시스템(NEIS)과 연계한 시스템 설계를 제안하였다.

남녀직장인의 인적자원개발이 직무만족과 임금수준에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Human Resource Development on Employed Workers' Job Satisfaction and Wage)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of human resource development on the job satisfaction and wage among employed workers. A sample of 3,578 employed workers was selected from Korea Labor Panel Data. For data analysis, t-test and multiple regression were used. The major findings were as follows: First, the employed workers who had experiences of human resource development had more certificates of job-related qualification, more employed in government-invested organization or foreign company regularly than the counterpart. Second, the employed workers' wage was affected by gender, age, educational attainment, as well as whether they had experiences of human resource development. Third, the factors that influence employed workers' job satisfaction were gender, age, educational attainment, job regularity, having certificate of job-related qualification or not, and having experiences of human resource development or not. From the findings, it can be concluded that the employed workers' wage and job satisfaction were improved by the human resource development.

  • The aims of this article were to examine the basic law, contents and concept of educational program for healthy family and provide the jobs and competency of healthy family supporter for educational work. The research objects were 53 healthy family supporters for educational work inclusive of full-time and part-time position. They was analyzed through the survey. The process of research consisted of two parts. One was to suggest their jobs and requirements, the other were to offer their core competency and area for improvement. First, the jobs of healthy family supporters for educational work were the planning and valuation of program. The requirements for the performance of their duties are having a bachelor's degree or a master's degree, career for 1-3years, and a certificate of qualification of healthy family supporters, social worker and family counselor. Second, their competencies were the understanding of education for family life, management for healthy family support center, planning and valuation of educational program, a theory of counsel, community networking, ability of documentation, sociality, communication skill, the ability of solving the problem, the adaptation of various environments, receptiveness, positiveness and so on.

  • The purpose of this study was to propose the basic models of the housewives' educational program for the healthy families support center. For this purpose the role & function of the healthy families support center and the cases about the housewives' educational program of related institutions were analysed. Based on of this materials this study proposed 2 types of program model : 1. the balance of individual-family-society parts oriented model, and 2. the healthy families CEO oriented model. And the strategies for the more effective management of each model were suggested.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the influencing factors on the economic and educational supports selection of small self-employed business. A sample of 321 was selected from self-employed workers living in Daegu. For data analysis, logistic regression was used. The major findings were as follows: 1 The determinants of the economic supports selection in self-employed business were father's working experiences in self-employed business, taking employees or not in business, having housing ownership or not, and as well as the amount of starting capital. 2. The determinants of the educational supports selection in self-employed business were self-employer's working experience as self-employed before or not, and empowerment with self-employed work.

  • Starting with analyzing the development of cyber-education in China, this article discusses experiences and lessons acquired through making reflections on the following aspects: technology vs. pedagogy, the degree education vs. non-degree education, resource exclusivism vs. resource inclusivism, mono-service system vs. multi-service system, and educational quality vs. economic profit. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the future development of cyber-education in China.

  • 교육인적자원부에서는 지식기반사회에서 요구하는 자율적이고 창의적인 인재를 육성하고, 제7차 교육과정을 구현하는데 있어서 학교도서관이 필수적이라는 인식 하에 "학교도서관 디지털자료실" 시범 구축사업을 추진하고 있다. 학교도서관 디지털자료실을 효과적으로 설치하고 교육적 효과를 극대화하기 위해서는 시범 운영중인 디지털자료실의 운영 실태와 교육적 효과를 분석함으로써 향후 개선 및 발전 방안을 모색할 필요가 있다 이에 본 연구는 2001년도에 설치된 96개의 학교도서관 디지털자료실을 대상으로 운영 실태와 교육적 효과를 분석함으로써 초.중등학교의 도서관정보화 사업을 효율적으로 추진할 수 있는 토대를 마련하고자 한다. 마련하고자 한다.
