Starting with analyzing the development of cyber-education in China, this article discusses experiences and lessons acquired through making reflections on the following aspects: technology vs. pedagogy, the degree education vs. non-degree education, resource exclusivism vs. resource inclusivism, mono-service system vs. multi-service system, and educational quality vs. economic profit. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the future development of cyber-education in China.

Building on previous literature of human resource management and development, this paper investigates the effect of various characteristics of informal education a firm offers on employees' individual creativity. we identify quantity, quality, and variety as three critical components of informal educational and training circumstances. Data from a multi-informant survey conducted to 442 employees in Korean postal service show that a firm's informal educational training has significant effects on its employee creativity. The results indicate that enough high quality of program, various training method have a positive relationship with his/her individual creativity although time and opportunity don't have an critical impact on employee creativity. This study highlights the importance of a firm's informal education in terms of motivation and skills, and helps to explain individual discrepancies in creativity.

Kindergarten children are engaged in the age of physical immaturity as well as the rapid growth. The indoor air contaminants that are proved to affect even the full grown adults are obvious to have no little influence to immature small children in a growth period. In May 2004, for the multi purpose facilities and newly constructed apartments, the Ministry of Environment announced "Indoor Air Quality Control Law for the Multi Purpose Facility," which made the interests to be focused in the urgent understanding of current condition and preparation of measures about the indoor air pollution. In Dec 2005, the law was revised to obligatorily notify the amount of Formaldehyde and Volatile Organic Compounds in the case of newly constructed apartments with more than 100 houses. However, since the kindergarten takes none of the classifications, even the current condition is not grasped although it is directly connected to the health of growing children. Therefore, the study aims to analyze indoor air pollution of one selected kindergarten in Incheon city.

To solve modern social problems, it is important that improve the democratic citizenship quality of people. This quality includes the rational and democratic problem-solving capacity, decision-making capacity, democratic skills and attitudes such as human dignity, dialogue, compromise. To use an educational network simulation game that has the merits of game, simulatio and network will help children to improve the democratic citizenship educaiton. This study explorers the structure, flow, system, database, interface and teaching-learning tool for this educational network simulation game.

The strategic aims of six sigma in the aspect of business is directly related with the result of the business by the creation of profit. Lecture Evaluation system is an only way, so far, to evaluate the quality of lectures in our university and yet has several problems. This system does not have any effects on professors; however, it is rather used to threaten assistant professors and/or part-time/full-time lecturers. As a result, students are still dissatisfied with the unchanging lectures of professors. Generally speaking, We should consider new ideas to introduce a head teacher system or improve the lecture evaluation system to open doors wider for teachers, professors do their best to expand students' understanding by practicing the Lecture Evaluation System. In fact, it is hard to keep the objectiveness that the professors estimate the quality of professors. That is why this check list should be restricted only as a guideline among the system. After all, it is expected to bring better educational circumstances when the system functions properly to provide professors to research more.

This study intended to put information regarding space composition and functional relationship together and analyze them, and finally offers some suggestions. For the field survey, built questionnaire and drawings analysis were used in this study. Architectural programming offers basic information for design : putting field survey factors together and analysing them. It interacts with each part of design as well. In the initial stage of architectural design, the quality of information is very decisive in the quality of design. In this sense, analysing basic information such as floor space compositive system is required to rationalizing space and functional programing in the elementary school design.

게임의 순기능을 이용해 교육, 훈련, 치료 등의 목적으로 개발된 기능성 게임은 이용자들의 게임 선택을 위해 게임의 품질과 관련된 정확한 정보가 제공되는 것이 중요하다. 기능성게임의 품질을 평가하기 위한 기술적, 비기술적 영역 가운데 비기술적 영역은 기능성게임의 종류를 반영한 요소들로 구성된다. 본 연구는 교육용 기능성 게임의 비기술적 품질 평가 영역을 추출하고 이를 검증하였다. 본 연구를 위해 사용된 방법론은 다른 종류의 기능성 게임의 품질평가 요소 추출을 위한 가이드 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다. 향 후 본 연구의 결과를 이용하여 교육용 기능성 게임의 품질 평가 메트릭을 개발할 예정이다.
