The effective management of damage in tunnels is crucial for ensuring their safety, longevity, and operational efficiency. In this paper, we propose an educational management model tailored specifically for addressing damage in tunnels, utilizing numerical solution techniques. By leveraging advanced computational methods, we aim to develop a comprehensive understanding of the factors contributing to tunnel damage and to establish proactive measures for mitigation and repair. The proposed model integrates principles of tunnel engineering, structural mechanics, and numerical analysis to facilitate a systematic approach to damage assessment, diagnosis, and management. Through the application of numerical solution techniques, such as finite element analysis, we demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed model in simulating various damage scenarios and predicting their impact on tunnel performance. Additionally, the educational component of the model provides valuable insights and training opportunities for tunnel management personnel, empowering them to make informed decisions and implement effective strategies for ensuring the structural integrity and safety of tunnel infrastructure. Overall, the proposed educational management model represents a significant advancement in tunnel management practices, offering a proactive and knowledge-driven approach to addressing damage and enhancing the resilience of tunnel systems.

The purpose of this study was to develop indicators for quality management of educational institutions, and to achieve this, literature analysis and expert interviews were conducted. Through literature analysis, the components of TQM were derived focusing on factors to improve the quality of education, engineering education accreditation standards, and a representative education accreditation system, were considered. Additionally, seven areas as well as 32 indicators required for education quality management, were derived by comparing the EFQM excellence model and the MBNQA education model, applied for quality management of companies and institutions. By comparing and synthesizing these results, a draft was developed for the quality management index of educational institution. Next, opinions on correction and supplementation of quality management indicators derived from literature analysis, were collected from five education experts. From the comparisons and integration of these results, eight criteria (leadership, strategy, customers, people, facilities and environment, curriculum management, curriculum improvement, and performance management) and 34 indicators, were proposed for quality management indicators for educational institutions. Curriculum management, people, and performance management criteria were considered more significantly in quality management of educational institutions, and several implications are suggested based on the study results.

This paper presents the development of an educational management model for analyzing the dynamic instability of nanocomposite sandwich beams. The model aims to provide a comprehensive framework for understanding the behavior of sandwich micro beams with foam cores, featuring top and bottom layers made of smart and porous functionally graded materials (FGM) nanocomposites. The bottom layer is influenced by an external electric field, and the entire beam is supported by a visco-Pasternak foundation, accounting for spring, shear, and damping constants. Using the Kelvin-Voigt theory to model structural damping and incorporating size effects based on strain gradient theory, the model employs the parabolic shear deformation beam theory (PSDBT) to derive motion equations through Hamilton's principle. The differential quadrature method (DQM) is applied to solve these equations, accurately identifying the improvement in student understanding (ISU) of the beams. The impact of various parameters, including FGM properties, external voltage, geometric constants, and structural damping, on the DIR is thoroughly examined. The educational model is validated by comparing its outcomes with existing studies, highlighting the increase in ISU with the application of negative external voltage to the smart layer. This model serves as a valuable educational tool for engineering students and researchers studying the dynamic stability of advanced nanocomposite structures.

The purpose of this study was to propose the basic models of the housewives' educational program for the healthy families support center. For this purpose the role & function of the healthy families support center and the cases about the housewives' educational program of related institutions were analysed. Based on of this materials this study proposed 2 types of program model : 1. the balance of individual-family-society parts oriented model, and 2. the healthy families CEO oriented model. And the strategies for the more effective management of each model were suggested.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to measure the Airline Educational Service Quality and to find ways to improve the priority factors that need improvement. Methods: The 267 collected data from the survey of K-airline calculate the Potential Customer Service Improvement Index based on the Kano Model, Timko Customer Satisfaction Index and conduct Focus Group Interview. Results: The satisfaction of Airline Educational Service Quality can be improved if instructor operations are intensively managed considering field experience and contents that can be applied in the field. Conclusion: This study would provide useful information about Airline Educational Service Quality and can be applied to map out strategies to improve the satisfaction of the Airline Educational Service.

The purpose of this study was to develop the educational program model for adolescent substance abusers in relation to preventive and rehabilitative aspects. This educational program model was developed based not only on the social support theory ecological-developmental approach and cognitive-behavioral approach but also on previous studies. This model can be used both for adolescent substance abusers in early stage and in recovery stage. The main contribution of this study is that adolescent abusers will recover effectively through practicing this educational program model.

The government supports the various systems on the premise of life-long education for improving the qualification of its people and supporting the lifelong career system. These systems help the educational activities for every generation from the teens. Each government department supports the learning activities for those who are related. In addition, each government department systemizes the regular education for advancing the performance of civil servant, by obliging a self-directed system to their member as well as by reflecting this educational activities in a promotion. This style of learning is provided not only offline but also online. However, not all necessary educational contents is furnished within the department. It is sometimes necessary to cooperate with the commissioned education and a professional educational institution. This thesis suggests three model systems while comparing one another. This paper suggests three system model. The first model is e-contents open place. The second model is e-contents open place. Finally, the suggest model is mixed form.

Purpose - The labor management department is an important area in charge of the labor-management relations that affects the competitiveness of the company. This study seeks to diagnose labor management education focusing on labor manager competency strengthening curriculum that is currently being conducted domestically and propose an educational model that can contribute to the labor manager competency development by researching improvement measures. Research design, data, and methodology - In this study, the first phase is a Delphi open form survey and 15 expert panels participated. The second phase had 31 expert panels participating and in the final IPA analysis, targeting 111 on-site subjects, it conducted a survey regarding desired level of current educational level and future education requirement. Results - A final 57 subjects regarding 11 items to increase the competency of the labor managers through the first and second Delphi survey was deduced through this study. To add, regarding the current education level and desired level that the current workers are thinking with respect to analysis results of the 57 subjects through the IPA analysis, an educational model could be deduced to increase competency of the labor managers based on the result. Conclusions - Thus far, research regarding labor management has been insufficient as it was defined as a subordinate role to human resources. This study reviews the role and competency of labor managers and presented an educational model to strengthen the capabilities of internal labor managers to re-illuminate the labor manager. However, this study is limited in terms of the diversity of the types of companies participating and the small number of panels. Better data can be produced if such parts are supplemented in the future.

이 논문에서는 교육용 저장소 자원의 체계적인 관리를 위한 분류 모델을 제안한다. 생성되는 자원들에 대한 체계적인 저장 및 관리, 정확한 검색, 그리고 활용성을 극대화하기 위해서는 정확한 분류 체계가 요구된다. 그러나 교육용 저장소 자원을 위한 분류 체계나 분류 모델에 대한 연구는 미비한 수준이다. 이는 교육 자원의 비효율적 관리, 부정확한 검색 및 낮은 활용성 등의 문제점을 초래한다. 상품 정보와 관련된 분야에서는 다양한 분류 체계에 대한 연구가 이루어져 왔다. 그러나 교육 자원 정보와 기존연구 분야의 정보는 서로 다른 특성을 지닌다. 따라서 교육용 저장소 내 자원 관리를 위한 분류 체계 및 분류 모델에 대한 연구가 요구된다. 교육 자원들에 대한 효율적이고 편리한 활용을 위해서는 여러 관점을 반영하는 분류 체계에 따라 자원들을 일관성 있게 유지 관리하여야 한다. 이 논문에서는 교육 자원의 체계적인 관리 및 활용성 향상을 위한 분류 모델을 제안한다. 즉, 교육용 저장소의 자원들에 대한 분류 체계를 다양한 관점에 따라 동적으로 유지할 수 있는 분류 모델을 제안한다. 이러한 목적을 위해 먼저 관련된 과학기술분야 분류 체계들을 바탕으로 구현 자원들에 적합한 분류 체계를 정의한다. 특히 정의된 분류 체계를 동적으로 유지 관리할 수 있는 분류 모델을 정의한다. 제안된 분류 체계 및 분류 모델은 보다 정확하고 체계적인 구현 자원에 대한 관리를 가능하게 하며 또한 활용의 용이성을 향상시킨다.
