This study is about the factors affecting organizational effectiveness and to suggest implications for encouraging organizational effectiveness. The conditional process model was analyzed with transformational leadership as an independent variable, educational service quality as a mediator, organizational effectiveness as a dependent variable, and trust as a moderator. The data collected from the financial institutions were analyzed using SPSS v22.0 and PROCESS macro v3.4. As a result, transformational leadership has a (+) effect on educational service quality, and educational service quality has a (+) effect on organizational effectiveness. Except for the relationship between charisma and innovative behavior, transformational leadership affect organizational effectiveness. Excluding the relationship between charisma and innovative behavior, educational service quality mediate between transformational leadership and organizational effectiveness. Trust only moderates between educational service quality and innovative behavior. Trust moderated the mediating effect of educational service quality between transformational leadership and innovative behavior. The results suggest the importance of education service quality management in a non-face-to-face working environment and the importance of individual consideration in innovative actions.

The efficiency of internet lectures has been proved in many areas, and its significance and role theory has been consistently mentioned in the fields of furniture design education that demand a large amount of educational contents and practice in visual education. However, it reveals weaknesses without satisfying the demand owing to various realistic issues. In this study, the significance and developmental process of internet lecture as well as its effect after the development in terms of the education on furniture design were analyzed by counting some development cases of internet educational program in relation with AutoCAD educational course, a computer design program for furniture design. Also through such analysis, it intended to promote the development of design education by assessing the merits and problems, assignments to be supplemented, and utilization of the educational course development.

This study was carried out to improve the curriculum in the department of environmental science technology in junior college, and the results were as follows 1. The educational aim of the department of environmental science technology in junior college has been rearranged. 2. The curriculum has been developed in accordance with the educational aim of this department. 3. The adoption of majoring courses is desirable. 4. The respective educational aims and the respective syllabus of the courses have been set up in accordance with the curriculum. 5. Studies on environmental planning and environmental economics which are necessary in future society, are disirable. 6. The enlargement of the educational oppurtunity in field-works by means of the efficient administration of cooperation committee of industry-college and of the educational effect by means of the utilization of the technology and man-power in the fields of the industry is really desirable.

The purpose of this study were to investigate the allocation of time for housework and leisure and the causal relations between management satisfaction and all variables affecting it. for this purposes the data were collected through the questionnaire whose respondnet were 448 housewives. The major results of this study were as follows; 1`) The housework time was affected by the number of family member the age of wife and income. And leisure time was affected by the work status and age of wife educational level and income. The satisfaction level of management were affected by the wife's work status and educational level and income. 2) The relation between housework time and time management strategies was negative And the relations between satisfaction level of management and time planning time management strategies were positive. 3) Among all variables affcting the satisfaction level of management the educational level income time planning time management strategies and leisure time had direct effect And the work status had indirect effect.

In this paper, we want to know the effect of elementary students' creativity thru the play-centered computer science educational program. We extracted educational content from computer science. The students addressed to the problems thru the play and found their own solution. Research result show significant difference in creative attitude of sub-area of creativity. We found that students were actively involved with pleasure in play, the rules of play was actively keep.

The Purpose of study is to provide with the basic research to aid to make policy programs for consumer education, which let reduce the Consumer Problems of nondurable goods and lead to do the aggressive Consumer Complaining behavior if they suffer the Consumer Problems. Questionare Survey method was used and the sample was taken from 315 housewives living in Seoul. Research was operated by Frequency, percentage, and Multiple Regression Analysis. The major results are as follows: 1) Variables Effect on Consumer problems: If they have high educational level, they have high educational level, they have high educational level, they experienced much more consumer problems, and less experienced them in case their husband's job is businessman, Expert. 2) Variables Effect on Consumer Complaining Behavior: They have much ore consumer conplaining behavior when they experienced the Seller's Attitude problems, have more problems of after service for month live in Apartment and Consumer Skills level is high.

This study analyzed the factors affecting the educational effect of safety innovation education for management of public institutions. A survey was conducted on 294 CEOs and executive directors of public institutions (divided into construction sites, workplaces, and research facilities) subject to the safety management rating system to understand the impact of educational participants' characteristics and behavioral intentions after safety innovation education. As a result of statistical analysis, it was found that the executive director had a higher behavioral intention than the CEO, and the education quality, education instructor, and educational environment all had a significant positive (+) effect on the behavioral intention. This study can be used as basic data for further research related to safety innovation education for management of public institutions

In this study, we investigated the repeated vist of the e-village shopping mall as an online agricultural business platform. We applied Pine and Gilmore (1998) theory for the e-village website information systems. We hypothesized that 4 dimensions such as entertainment experience, educational experience, esthetic experience, and escapist experience toward satisfaction and, moreover, we investigated the moderating trust effect of satisfaction and repeated visit website. We set those independent variables (entertainment experience, educational experience, esthetic experience, and escapist experience) and dependent variable as experience satisfaction. The results indicated that the 4 experiences factors had a positive effect on the experiential satisfaction, and the trust moderating effect has a negative effection between the experiential satisfaction and the repeated visit. The experiential satisfaction had a positive effect on the repeated visit of e-village websites.

The purpose of this study ws6 to find out women's informationized conditions and their life changes. The subjects of this research were 482 women living in large and small-medium sized cities. The data analysis used average, pearson's correlation, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression by SAS/PC. The major findings were as follows: 1. Women's level of informationized conditions is under median in computer using and information technology. The effect of informatization is over median about improving the ability, recognizing from family and neighbor, achieving the occupation. The change of individual and family is under median except educational stimulus, life vitality and educational effect on the family. 2. The effect of informatization was influenced by ability of using computer, necessity and purpose of informatization. The change of individual was influenced by ability of using computer, purpose and effect of informatization and also the change of family was influenced by handicapped reason in information education and the effect of informatization.
