In order for the military to review the introduction of virtual reality technology into various education and training systems and fully utilize it, it is important to reflect the characteristics of the technology and education system and to accurately identify and selectively apply the characteristics of commercialization. In this study, the evaluation criteria were selected through the Analitic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method for factors to be considered when commercializing a virtual reality-based education and training system, and the priorities of the projects were determined. Based on previous studies, an initial AHP model was constructed and the relative importance of six factors, including reality, was analyzed as the level 1 evaluation criteria. Next, for Level 2, each evaluation criterion was evaluated to confirm the importance of each of the 11 tasks in the six evaluation criteria, and priorities were selected for each task. As a result of the analysis, level 1 showed that reality and ripple had higher importance than other factors. As a result of evaluating the final relative importance, the priority was shown in the order of ① flight training, ② disaster training, ③ shooting Training, and ④ driving a vehicle. Based on the relative priorities determined in Levels 1 and 2 of the model presented in this study, the importance of each project necessary for final decision-making of the research priorities for the defense virtual reality project was presented. It is expected that this study can be used as a reference material for prioritizing the commercialization of education and training systems in the defense sector.

Computer-Assisted Pronunciation Training system is considered to be a useful tool for pronunciation learning for students who received elementary level English pronunciation education, especially for students who have difficulty in correcting their pronunciation in front of others or who are not able to receive face-to-face training. The conventional Computer-Assisted Pronunciation Training system shows the word to the user, the user pronounces the word, and then the system provides phoneme or audio feedback according to the pronunciation of the user. In this paper, we propose a Computer-Assisted Pronunciation Training system that can practice on the varying pronunciation according to positions of adjacent phonemes. To achieve this, the proposed system is implemented by recommending a series of words by focusing on adjacent phonemes for simplicity and clarity. Experimental results showed that word recommendation considering adjacent phonemes leads to improvement of pronunciation accuracy.

Innovation is considered as an implemented innovation in education - in the content, methods, techniques and forms of educational activity and personality education (methods, technologies), in the content and forms of organizing the management of the educational system, as well as in the organizational structure of educational institutions, in the means of training and education and in approaches to social services in education, distance and multimedia learning, which significantly increases the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the educational process. The classification of currently known pedagogical technologies that are most often used in practice is shown. The basis of the innovative activity of a modern teacher is the formation of an innovative program-methodical complex in the discipline. Along with programmatic and content provision of disciplines, the use of informational tools and their didactic properties comes first. It combines technical capabilities - computer and video technology with live communication between the lecturer and the audience. In pedagogical innovation, the principles reflecting specific laws and regularities of the implementation of innovative processes are singled out. All principles are elements of a complex system of organization and management of innovative activities in the field of education and training. They closely interact with each other, which enhances the effect of each of them due to the synergistic effect. To improve innovative activities in the training of students, today computer technologies are widely used in pedagogy as a science, as well as directly in the practice of the pedagogical process. They have gained the most popularity in such activities as distance learning, online learning, assistance in the education management system, development of programs and virtual textbooks in various subjects, searching for information on the network for the educational process, computer testing of students' knowledge, creation of electronic libraries, formation of a unified scientific electronic environment, publication of virtual magazines and newspapers on pedagogical topics, teleconferences, expansion of international cooperation in the field of Internet education. The article considers computer technologies as the main building material for the entire society. In the modern world, there is a need to prepare a person for life in a multimedia environment. This process should be started as early as possible, because the child's contact with the media is present almost from the moment of his birth.

The current maritime industry is expected to have a significant impact on the role of maritime-related technologies and systems, especially seafarers, in the rapidly changing Fourth Industrial Revolution. The Maritime Autonomous Surface Ship (MASS) aims to reduce the number of safety accidents and improve seafarers' working environment. With regard to MASS, the International Maritime Organization has been trying to minimize unexpected impact in the maritime education and training sector by establishing international conventions such as the Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers. However, domestic designated educational institutions have not yet established an education and training scheme to develop seafarers who will be on board for MASS. Therefore, this paper reviews the technology of MASS, analyzes the changes in education and training in order to upgrade the qualifications, and suggests the competencies of smart seafarers equipped with the integrated management ability required for Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Cybersecurity, and the Digital System Revolution through education and training. In addition, this study provides basic information for the education and training of seafarers who are optimized for the rapidly changing technological environment.

Virtual Training generates virtual situation or environment with specific goals in order to instruct trainees as if they are in the real-world. Recently, the demand of experiencing certain incident, which we are not able to experience in real life, has been increased along with the fast developing Virtual Reality (VR) technology. Particularly, Virtual Training(VT) enables us to learn various fields those require high risk and high cost. The system of VT provides interaction and allows us absorb these learning materials better which augments learning effect. Based on the demand of Virtual Training system, this research analyzes current education paradigm National Competency Standards (NCS) in Korea and suggests possible education that utilizes Virtual Training system. At the end of the day, our future goal is to apply suggested Virtual Training contents to universities that reflect NCS curriculum like polytechnic university.

This study aims to explore alternative strategies for the archival professional training system in response to changing records management environments. It found implications in the training and qualification system for overseas archival professionals and compared and analyzed the qualification system for Korean archival professionals. In addition, by analyzing the archival graduate schools' general status and the instructors' research performance, the study confirmed that many instructors have low academic interest in archival studies and the gap between schools was significant. Based on this, interviews with professors and experts were conducted to gather opinions on improving the archival professional training system. In conclusion, the study presents prerequisite tasks of organizing an archival community governance system and securing self-regulatory power. Moreover, it proposes innovative measures for the archival professional training system with three major tasks: creating graduate education guidelines, establishing a continuing and deepening education system, and transforming educational institutions.
The purpose of this study is to suggest change probability of vocational education and training and support of teaching-learning methods. Multi-crew Pilot License (MPL) is an international pilot certification adopted by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) in 2006 under the recognition of the need for efficient and systematic pilot training including the education of pilots with advanced aviation technology and ability to respond to flight environment, resolution of the human factor problems of pilots, and provision of stable training tools for transport aircraft pilots for potential risk of pilot shortage in the future. South Korea also has prepared a legal basis for operating an MPL system in the Aviation Act in 2009, but there has been no domestic MPL qualifier. The biggest reason for this seems to be the insufficient domestic MPL training system. Therefore, it is necessary to benchmark the international standards of the ICAO, and to promote the development of the Korean MPL training system through revision and supplementation of laws and regulations in consideration of Korean circumstances.
