중등학교 가정과 실험학습 교구.설비기준의 적정성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Criteria Appropriateness of Experimental Materials & Facilities in Home Economics Education of Secondary School)

  • Because of the specificity of subjects belong to middle school curriculum of Home Economics Education of function training is very important. but it pointed out that the existing standards are out-dated, and because of it , it incongruent to our realities. Therefore, whenever the curriculum o education and the national textbook are reorgrnized periodically, the reform of standards of educational materials & facilities must be followed by it. But in my opinion, in korean middle school, especially in Home Economics Education, educational facilities are not reformed at a proper time. Therefore to enhance the qualities of experimentation/practice of Home Economics Education, in the first place, the preparation for the given conditions of standards of educational materials & facilities are needed. But the educational facilities of Home Economics Education have many problem not only in the qualitative aspect but also in the quantitative aspect. And in addition to it, lost of educational facilities which cannot match contents of national textbook of Home Economics Education are exist. Therefore this thesis aims at examining comprehensively the problem of experimentation /practice of experimental materials & facilities of Home Economics Education connect with contents of Home Economics Education, holding several problems of experimentation/practice of Home Economics Education in middle school, grouping ; the principles and ways concerning the innovation experimental materials & facilities of Home Economics Education by which many teachers and students make sure of more efficient teaching/studying, and obtaining basic data which guarantee the ability of innovation concerning problems of the education of experimentation/practice of Home Economics Education. Method are : 1)grasp our educational realities with my original(question). 2)Integrate/analyse results of 1) 3)check the frequency, percentage with methods of X$^2$-test, T-test, and ‘One-way Analysis of Variances’. 4)suggest my own alternative proposal.

SBAR 기반 시뮬레이션실습이 간호대학생의 보고자신감, 의사소통능력, 간호역량 및 디브리핑 만족도에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of SBAR based Simulation Practice on Reporting Confidence, Communicative Competence, Nursing Competence, and Debriefing Satisfaction in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 SBAR 기반 시뮬레이션실습이 간호대학생의 보고자신감, 의사소통능력, 간호역량 및 디브리핑 만족도에 미치는 효과를 검증하고자 시도되었다. 본 연구는 일지역의 일 대학 간호학과에 재학 중인 3학년 학생을 대상으로 시뮬레이션실습 교과목을 수강한 학생 46명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료는 시뮬레이션실습 전·후 자가 보고식 설문지를 이용하였으며, 2023년 10월 30일부터 12월 22일까지 수집하였으며, 단일군 전·후 실험설계연구이다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN version 26.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계, Shapiro-Wilk test, Paired t-test를 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 보고자심감은 교육 실시 전 평균 5.79±1.47점에서 교육 후 평균 7.13±1.56점이었고, 의사소통능력은 교육 전 평균 3.62±0.44점에서 교육 후 평균 4.34±0.67점이었으며, 간호역량은 교육전 평균 2.64±0.39점에서 교육 후 평균 3.26±0.51점이었고, 디브리핑 만족도는 교육 전 평균 3.57±0.51점에서 교육 후 평균 4.18±0.58점이었다. SBAR 기반 시뮬레이션실습 교육 전·후 보고자심감(t=2.84, p=.006), 의사소통능력(t=-3.28, p=.001), 간호역량(t=-8.16, p<.001), 디브리핑 만족도(t=2.72, p<.001)는 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 간호대학생들에게 SBAR를 활용한 의사소통 교육은 저학년 교육과정부터 체계적으로 이루어지면서, 간호역량 향상을 위해 시뮬레이션 실습교육 뿐만 아니라 다양한 실습 상황에서도 SBAR 의사소통을 활용한 보고 교육 강화 및 확대가 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

병동 간호사를 대상으로 한 섬망간호 훈련 프로그램의 효과 (The Effects of Delirium Care Training Program for Nurses in Hospital Nursing Units)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of delirium care training program on the nurses' knowledge of delirium, self-confidence and performance levels in caring patients with delirium. Methods: The study was used a quasi-experimental design. The participants were 131 nurses in general nursing units in B and J hospitals. Sixty four nurses in B hospital were allocated into the experimental group and 67 nurses from J hospital into the control group. The delirium care training program was composed of lecture and clinical practice. Clinical practice of delirium care was applied everyday for 4 consecutive weeks starting from the admission day of the older adults(${\geq}70$ years old), using 'short CAM' and 'nursing checklist for delirium prevention'. Results: The knowledge of delirium, self-confidence in caring patients, and performance levels of nursing care were significantly increased in the experimental group compared to the control group. Conclusion: The findings of this study provided the evidence for the potential utility of the delirium care training program and underscored the needs of broader application of the training program of delirium care for nurses in general nursing units.

Rapid Cycle Deliberate Practice 전문 소생술 시뮬레이션 교육이 간호사의 수행 능력, 자신감과 만족도에 미치는 효과 (Effect of Rapid Cycle Deliberate Practice Advanced Life Support Simulation Education on Nurse's Performance, Confidence, and Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 간호사를 대상으로 초기 심정지 5분 간 수행능력, 자신감 향상을 위해 전통적 시뮬레이션 교육 방법과 Rapid Cycle Deliberate Practice(RCDP) 시뮬레이션 교육 방법을 받은 전·후 변화를 확인하고 두 그룹 간의 수행 능력, 자신감, 만족도를 비교 하고자 시도되었으며 연구 대상자는 서울 소재 병원의 간호사로 그룹 1은 62명으로 RCDP 시뮬레이션 방법을 그룹 2는 60명으로 전통적 시뮬레이션 교육 방법으로 총 122명의 간호사에게 전문 소생술 교육을 진행 하였다. 2019년 3월 18일부터 29일 까지 자료 수집을 하였으며 자료 분석은 SPSS Version 23.0 프로그램으로 서술적 통계, Fisher's exact test, t-test, Wilcoxon sign rank test, Mann-Whitney U-test를 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 RCDP와 전통적 시뮬레이션 교육의 두 그룹 간에는 수행 능력의 일부 항목(z=-2.02, p=0.044 / z=-2.42, p=0.015 / z=-3.03, p=0.002)은 유의한 차이를 보였으나 수행 자신감(z=0.388, p=0.699)과 만족도(t=.72, p=0.476)에서 두 그룹간의 차이는 없었다. 본 연구는 전통적 시뮬레이션 교육 방법과 RCDP 시뮬레이션 교육 방법 모두 간호사의 전문 소생술 수행 능력 및 자신감을 높이는데 효과적인 교육 방법임을 확인하였다. 따라서 간호사 대상 전문 소생술 교육시 교육 대상 및 내용에 따라 적절한 시뮬레이션 방법을 적용하고 다양한 분야에 RCDP 시뮬레이션 교육 방법을 활용하여 효과성을 확인 해 볼 것을 제언한다.

응급구조학과 대학생들의 윤리적 가치관과 의료정보보호에 대한 인식 및 실천 (Paramedical students' ethical values, awareness, and practice toward medical information protection)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the ethical values of paramedics and their awareness and practice of medical information protection protocols. Methods: A survey was conducted involving 300 university students majoring in a four-year paramedical education program at two universities in Daejeon and Chungnam. Ultimately 220 surverys were subjected to analysis. Results: There was a significant difference in students' perception of medical information protection according to the need for education on medical information protection protocol (p=0.022); however, there were no significant differences in the practice of these protocols. The idealism tendency was positively correlated with the awareness of medical information protection (r=.332, p=.000) and the practice of medical information protection (r=.309, p=.001). A tendency toward relativism was significantly associated with the awareness of medical information protection (r=.138, p=.040) and not significantly related to the practice of medical information protection protocols. The tendency toward idealism tended to have a significant positive effect on the awareness of medical information protection protocols (β=.318, t=4.777, p=.000) and the degree of practice (B=.369, t=3.456, p=.001). Conclusion: Appropriate educational programs for medical information protection are needed. These programs should adhere to the characteristics of the department by linking with the training institution.

시뮬레이션을 활용한 실습교육이 간호학생의 간호수행능력과 문제해결 과정에 미치는 효과 (Effect of Simulation-based Practice on Clinical Performance and Problem Solving Process for Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of a simulation-based practice on clinical performance and problem solving processes for nursing students. Method: The study used a one group pre-post test design. Students experienced a simulation-based practice that included team base learning, skill training, taking a high-fidelity simulation with SimMan 3G, and also being debriefed for 12 weeks (August 2010 to December 2010). The pre-test and post-test were conducted to compare the differences in knowledge, clinical nursing skills, and problem solving processes. Result: After students had received the simulation-based practice, they showed statistically significant higher knowledge (t=14.73, p<.001) and clinical nursing skills (t=15.47, p<.001) than before. However, there was no significant difference in the problem solving process score (t=1.53, p=.127). Conclusion: This study showed that knowledge and clinical nursing skills were significantly improved by the simulation-based practice. Further research would be required to identify how the problem solving process that uses simulation-based practice could be developed further.

  • Each college of dentistry in Korea is examining and reorganizing its own curriculum to prepare students for the practical examination of the National Dental Licensing Examination. Conducting an assessment of students' competency of communication skills with standardized patients is the first attempt for the examination. Yonsei University College of Dentistry carried out the evaluation of communication attitude, communication written exam, and communication skills practice with standardized patients for Third year predoctoral students. The purpose of this study is a) to find out the relationship between the variables measured in communication skills education and b) to make a new basis for the application of communication education and evaluation in dentistry. Based on the results of the study, the following suggestions for the operation of a dental communication curriculum can be drawn: First, the communication classes and the practice with standardized patients should be based on the wide support of the school. In addition, the patient-dentist interaction (PDI) should be practiced in the same way as practically possible by predoctoral students. Moreover, a space is required to allow predoctoral students to practice PDI. Second, the communication score given by the standardized patients was the most influential on the total score of PDI. This indicates that the communication practice with the standardized patients for the practical examination of the National Dental Licensing Examination is a meaningful process in the course of its communication education.

시설보안요원의 응급처치교육이수와 직무수행 관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relation between the Number of First Aid Training and the Performance of Facilities Security Personnel)

  • 본 연구는 시설보안요원의 응급처치교육이수와 보안업무의 직무수행 관계를 분석하고자 보안 업무 관련 실무자를 대상으로 설문지 조사를 실시하였다. 연구자의 설문 내용은 3개의 변수인 '응급처치교육의 필요성, 보안실무업무에 적용, 직무만족도 향상'으로 구성하였다. 본 연구에서 질문지의 신뢰도분석을 위해 내적 타당도를 측정하는 Chronbach's Alpha 계수를 산출하였다. 또한 측정변수의 타당성 검증을 하기 위해서 베리맥스 회전 방법으로 탐색적 요인 분석을 실시하였다. 측정 결과 변수들의 평균 분산 추출 AVE 및 개념 신뢰도 CR 값이 모두 허용 기준치 0.5 이상으로 나타났으며, 집중타당도 면에서 양호한 검사로 판정되었다. 가설검증결과 표준화계수가 '응급처치교육의 필요성 ⇒ 보안실무업무에 적용'은 1.106으로, '보안실무업무에 적용 ⇒ 직무만족도 향상'은 1.063으로 산출되어 가설1 가설2의 관계가 유의미한 양(+)의 관계로 나타나 확인 되었다. 따라서 보안관련 업무 종사자들의 직무만족도를 높이기 위해서는 응급처치교육의 필요성을 높여주고 응급처치 교육을 이수 받기 위한 지원이 필요해 보인다.

선박 기관사의 고전압 직무교육 내용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Contents of the High Voltage Training for Engineering Officers on Ships)

  • In recent years most of large-sized merchant ships have been equipped with a high-voltage system. The ships demanding a lot of electric power adopt the high voltage such as 3.3kV, 6.6kV, 11kV. Gradually as the high voltage system is increased in the ships, engineering officers are more opportunities to operate the high voltage system. So the high voltage training for engineering officers was established in the STCW 1978 as amended by the Manila Amendments in 2010. According to this convention when the engineering officers want to board the high voltage ships on and after January 1 in 2017, they must take the high voltage training. This paper, firstly, analyzes the content of high voltage training in STCW convention and IMO model course. In addition, it reviews the parts need to be considered in the content of the high voltage training. Finally this paper proposes the contents of training model divided into theory and practice.

청음연습을 위한 시스템에 관한 고찰 (A Consideration on the System for Ear Training)

  • 청음이란 어떤 음악을 듣고서 그 음의 높이를 음계적 혹은 화성적으로 측정할 수 있는 능력을 말한다. 본 연구에서는 현대 일상생활의 필수품인 컴퓨터를 이용하여 음악교육에서 가장 중요한 청음연습을 위한 시스템에 대한 고찰을 하고자 한다. 제안하는 시스템은 한글화를 통해 초보자나 아동들이 쉽게 청음 연습을 할 수 있도록 하였고 음악을 전공하는 이들에게도 유익하도록 다양한 기능이 가능하게 하였다. 또한 실질적인 기능의 충실함과 더불어 여러 학습자 등록 기능을 추가하여 다른 사용자와 비교 할 수 있으며 성적을 수치화, 그래프화하여 확인 가능하므로 학습 성취도를 높이도록 하였다. 효과적인 청음연습을 위한 시스템에 대한 본 논문의 제안은 향후 체계적인 청음훈련을 위한 시스템개발에 관한 관심을 높이는데 기여하리라 사료된다.
