According to the World Health Organization, for medical schools to fulfill their obligation of social accountability, it is necessary for medical education, research, and service areas to ref lect the healthcare system's relevance, quality, cost-effectiveness, and equity. This study utilized Boelen and Heck's (1995) social accountability grid model to analyze the degree to which the Accreditation Standards of Korean Institute of Medical Education and Evaluation 2019 (ASK2019) standards apply the World Federation for Medical Education's (WFME) standards. The social accountability characteristics of the former were compared to those of the WFME, the Liaison Committee on Medical Education, and the Australian Medical Council. Experts with experience and certification in medical education and evaluation classified the ASK2019 standards according to the grid model, evaluated social accountability perspectives, and categorized them according to the process, content, and outcome. Of the 92 standards, 61 (66.30%) were selected as social accountability standards; these encompassed all areas. There was a particular focus on outcome-related areas, such as "mission and outcomes," "student assessment," "educational evaluation," and "continuous improvement." Education and quality were the most common (33, 54.11%), followed by 18 standards related to education and relevance. However, the standards on cost effectiveness and equity corresponding to education, research, and service were significantly insufficient. As a result of classification using a logic model, many criteria were incorporated into the process, producing results similar to those of international accreditation institutions. Therefore, to fulfill medical schools' social accountability, it is necessary to develop cost effectiveness and equity standards with reference to grid models and expand them beyond education to include research and service areas. Developing content and outcome standards is also required.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the effect of chatbot service quality, chatbot trust, and chatbot satisfaction on chatbot reuse intention and store reuse intention. Research design, data, and methodology: We reviewed the literature on domestic and international chatbots, established hypotheses, and analyzed them. We empirically analyzed the process model in which chatbot service quality (interaction quality, information quality) has a positive effect on chatbot trust and chatbot satisfaction, and that chatbot trust and satisfaction positively affect chatbot reuse intention and store reuse intention. A survey was conducted on 212 people who had used shopping mall chatbots and financial service chatbots after demonstrating the shopping mall chatbot video. Structural equation modeling was conducted by using AMOS 24.0 to test the proposed relationships. Results: As a result of the empirical analysis, the effects of interaction quality on chatbot trust and information quality on chatbot satisfaction were not supported, but the rest of the hypotheses were statistically significant. It was found that the information quality of chatbot service had a positive effect on chatbot trust, but did not significantly affect chatbot satisfaction. In addition, the interaction quality of the chatbot positively affects the satisfaction of the chatbot, but it does not significantly affect the trust of the chatbot. Chatbot trust was found to have a positive effect on chatbot satisfaction. Chatbot trust and chatbot satisfaction were found to have a positive influence on the intention to reuse the chatbot. And, chatbot trust and chatbot satisfaction were found to have a positive influence on store reuse intention. Conclusions: The findings of this study offer significant theoretical and managerial contributions in the context of chatbot. Chatbots should enhance customer contact quality management from the perspective of total customer experience management rather than partial function. When providing a chatbot service, it is more desirable to give priority to providing accurate information to increase trust, and at the same time to improve customer satisfaction by increasing the quality of interaction. And in order to increase the competitive advantage of companies, the purpose of introducing chatbots should be clarified and approached strategically.

As the recent demand for human resources in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), the development of professional STEM teacher is called worldwide. It is becoming a critical need in teacher education in order to educate student teachers, and prepare pre-service and beginning teachers for high quality of teaching competency. To promote the competency for $21^{st}$ century STEM teachers, the epistemology of technological pedagogical content knowledge (TPACK) is currently considered as the essential qualities of knowledge for highly qualified teachers. The aim of this study is explore the effect of case-based learning approach on TPACK competency of pre-service STEM teachers. In order to develop the pre-service teachers' competency regarding effective integration of technologies into teaching specific content areas, a series of innovative case study teaching in science and mathematics was presented to 43 participants of pre-service physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics, and computer teachers during a course of information and communication technology (ICT) in Education at Khon Kaen University, Thailand. After finishing a case presentation, the pre-service teachers were encouraged into a forum of critical open discussion by considering the potential impact of the case and the TPACK framework. They were investigated instructional design competency of using ICT tools into student learning process and their personal beliefs about ICT in educational process both before and after. The participant's reactions and learning was evaluated by using a self-reported questionnaire and an implementation log of content-specific learning process design, respectively. Results showed a change of their beliefs and the transformation of their TPACK competency in STEM teaching. In an effort to better serve the needs of high quality STEM teachers, the results of this study illustrated that the competency of TPACK could be particularly considered as a core attributes for future STEM teachers.
