간월호 유역의 토지이용 및 기후변화에 따른 논밭 필요수량 변화 추정 (Estimation of Crop Water Requirement Changes Due to Future Land Use and Climate Changes in Lake Ganwol Watershed)

  • This study aims to assess the changes in crop water requirement of paddy and upland according to future climate and land use changes scenarios. Changes in the spatiotemporal distribution of temperature and precipitation are factors that lower the stability of agricultural water supply, and predicting the changes in crop water requirement in consideration of climate change can prevent the waste of limited water resources. Meanwhile, due to the recent changes in the agricultural product consumption structure, the area of paddy and upland has been changing, and it is necessary to consider future land use changes in establishing an appropriate water use plan. Climate change scenarios were derived from the four GCMs of the CMIP6, and climate data were extracted under two future scenarios, namely SSP1-2.6 and SSP5-8.5. Future land use changes were predicted using the FLUS (Future Land Use Simulation) model. Crop water requirement in paddy was calculated as the sum of evapotranspiration and infiltration based on the water balance in a paddy field, and crop water requirement in upland was estimated as the evapotranspiration value by applying Penman-Monteith method. It was found that the crop water requirement for both paddy and upland increased as we go to the far future, and the degree of increase and variability by time showed different results for each GCM. The results derived from this study can be used as basic data to develop sustainable water resource management techniques considering future watershed environmental changes.

드림스타트 사업 평가지표의 신뢰도와 변별력 측정 (An Analysis of Reliability and Discrimination Power on Evaluation Criteria of Dream Start Services)

  • 본 논문은 드림스타트 사업평가에 사용된 평가지표가 '평가분야 및 영역별 신뢰도가 있는지'와 '평가지표별 변별력이 있는지'를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 살펴보기 위하여 2018년 드림스타트 사업운영 평가를 받은 126개 시군구의 평가 자료를 바탕으로 실증적인 분석을 하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 평가영역별 신뢰도를 살펴본 결과, 기본구성, 통합사례관리, 서비스 운영의 평가지표에 대한 신뢰도가 .6 이상으로 하위 평가지표들이 상위 평가분야와 같은 개념으로 볼 수 있는 최소기준을 충족하였다. 그러나 자원 개발 및 연계 분야는 신뢰도가 낮게 파악되었다. 평가영역별로 보면, 통합사례관리 분야에서 사례관리 과정에 대한 하위 평가지표의 신뢰도는 높았으나 기본구성 분야에서 사업운영 체계, 전담조직 및 인력을 확인하는 평가지표간의 신뢰도가 낮았고, 사례회의, 서비스 운영을 확인할 수 있는 하위 지표 간의 신뢰도가 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 평가지표별 변별력을 측정한 결과, 28개 지표 중 18개 지표는 변별력이 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 반면 10개 지표는 변별력이 낮은 것으로 나타났다.

타지키스탄 대상 산림 부문 공적개발원조 (ODA) 사업의 추진 전략과 방안 (Strategies and Plans of Official Development Assistance (ODA) for Tajikistan in the Forest Sector)

  • Considering the high needs of recipient countries and the regional biases of Korean Official Development Assistance (ODA) policy, increases in the total amount of ODA and allocation to the forest sector are needed for Central Asia. In Tajikistan, illegal harvesting and grazing cause a gradual decrease in forest area. The Tajikistan government conserves forests by requesting international cooperation and establishing a policy for sustainable management of forest resources and prevention of further damages. To suggest suitable strategies and plans, the current statuses of forests and forestry were investigated, and ODA projects that can illustrate successful Korean experiences of forestation were conceived based on various geographical features and local conditions of Tajikistan in this study. Forest resource creation type projects (fuelwood and Tugai forest restoration) could result in energy independence and enhancement of ecosystem service such as a climate regulation and an increase in biodiversity. Community development type projects (introduction of ecotourism, agroforestry, and planting of fruit trees) can contribute to job creation and encourage participation of local residents, thus improving their incomes. In addition, establishment of a project foundation, including education, training, and a national forest inventory, would help those projects be sustainable in the long-term.

상급종합병원 간호사의 개인 혁신행동 영향요인: 개인차원, 직무차원, 조직차원을 중심으로 (Factors Affecting the Individual Innovative Behaviors of Tertiary Hospitals' Nurses: Focusing on the Individual, Job and Organizational Factors)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify the individual, job, and organizational factors affecting the individual innovative behaviors among tertiary care hospitals' nurses. Methods: The participants in this study were 230 nurses who have worked more than one year in tertiary care hospitals. Data were collected using self-administered questionnaires that included individual factors (self efficacy, and empowerment), job factors (knowledge and skills for evidence-based practice, and beliefs for evidence-based practice), organizational factors (perceived organizational support), and individual innovation behavior. The SPSS/WIN 25.0 program was used for data analysis which included descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and hierarchical regression analysis. Results: Individual innovative behavior had significant positive correlations with all of individual, job, and organizational factors. The results of hierarchical regression analysis showed that knowledge and skills for evidence-based practice (β=.28, p<.001), self efficacy (β=.25, p=.002), gender (female, β=.23, p<.001), and beliefs for evidence-based practice (β=.17, p=.016) were significant factors influencing on individual innovative behavior. Conclusion: These findings suggest that knowledge, skills and beliefs for evidence-based practice, and self efficacy were linked to individual innovative behaviors. Therefore, education and human resource management improving self efficacy, knowledge, skills and beliefs for evidence-based practice are needed to increase nurses' individual innovative behaviors in tertiary care hospitals.

레퍼토리 그리드 기법을 통한 학교도서관 서비스 특성 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Analysis of Characteristics of School Library Services Using the Repertory Grid Technique)

  • 본 연구는 레퍼토리 그리드 기법을 적용하여 학교도서관 서비스의 특성을 파악하고, 인적자원(사서교사, 교과교사, 사서)간의 학교도서관 서비스에 대한 인식과 내적 경험의 차이를 고찰하는데 목적이 있다. 학교도서관 서비스의 특성을 분석하기 위해서 요소 강도, 구성개념 극단, 불일치 구성개념, 암묵적 딜레마 등의 지표를 활용하였다. 렙그리드의 요소를 9개로 설정하고, 현장 사서교사 3명과 포커스그룹 인터뷰를 전개하여 14개의 구성개념을 설정하였다. 교육대학원 학생, 30명을 대상으로 웹상에서 접근이 가능한 GRIDCOR 6.0을 통해 레퍼토리 그리드를 완성하도록 하고, 그 중 인구통계학적 특성을 고려하여 최종 6개를 선정, 분석하였다. 요소 강도의 관점에서 보면, 학교도서관 서비스 중에서 자료관리, 도서관협력수업, 독서·정보 상담 서비스가 중요하고 영향력이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 구성개념 강도의 관점에서 볼 때, 자기 역할이 분명한 정도, 실제 수행 정도, 자기조절능력이 높게 나타났다.

Investigate the Roles of Sanctions, Psychological Capital, and Organizational Security Resources Factors in Information Security Policy Violation

  • Previous studies have shown that insiders pose risks to the security of organisations' secret information. Information security policy (ISP) intentional violation can jeopardise organisations. For years, ISP violations persist despite organisations' best attempts to tackle the problem through security, education, training and awareness (SETA) programs and technology solutions. Stopping hacking attempts e.g., phishing relies on personnel's behaviour. Therefore, it is crucial to consider employee behaviour when designing strategies to protect sensitive data. In this case, organisations should also focus on improving employee behaviour on security and creating positive security perceptions. This paper investigates the role of psychological capital (PsyCap), punishment and organisational security resources in influencing employee behaviour and ultimately reducing ISP violations. The model of the proposed study has been modified to investigate the connection between self-efficacy, resilience, optimism, hope, perceived sanction severity, perceived sanction certainty, security response effectiveness, security competence and ISP violation. The sample of the study includes 364 bank employees in Jordan who participated in a survey using a self-administered questionnaire. The findings show that the proposed approach acquired an acceptable fit with the data and 17 of 25 hypotheses were confirmed to be correct. Furthermore, the variables self-efficacy, resilience, security response efficacy, and protection motivation directly influence ISP violations, while perceived sanction severity and optimism indirectly influence ISP violations through protection motivation. Additionally, hope, perceived sanction certainty, and security skills have no effect on ISP infractions that are statistically significant. Finally, self-efficacy, resiliency, optimism, hope, perceived severity of sanctions, perceived certainty of sanctions, perceived effectiveness of security responses, and security competence have a substantial influence on protection motivation.

정보보안 정책 목표 공유 및 가치의 영향: 요구-능력 적합성 및 개인-조직 적합성의 역할 (The Influence of Shared Goal and Value of Information Security Policy: The Role of Demand-ability Fit and Person-organization Fit)

  • 조직의 정보 자원에 대한 체계적인 관리의 필요성이 제기되면서, 조직들은 정보보안 투자를 높이고 있다. 정보 노출 사고는 단 한 건의 실수로 발생할 수 있으므로, 내부자까지 정보보안 준수가 요구된다. 본 연구는 내부의 보안 목표 수준을 높이는 것을 목적으로, 보안정책 목표 공유와 개인의 가치 인식, 그리고 적합성이 내부자의 준수 의도에 미치는 영향을 제시하였다. 조직 행동 및 보안 분야의 선행연구를 기반으로 연구 가설을 제시하였으며, 366건의 표본을 활용하여 가설 검정을 하였다. 결과적으로, 정보보안 정책 목표 공유가 조직원의 정책에 대한 가치 인식을 높여 준수 의도로 연계되는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 개인-조직 적합성과 요구-능력 적합성이 준수 의도 관련 선행 요인들과 조절 효과를 가졌다. 연구 결과는 조직 환경과 조직원 가치, 그리고 적합성 관점에서 보안 목표 달성을 위한 조건을 제시하여, 조직의 보안 수준을 유지하는 방안을 제시한다.

도시림 복원 및 관리 기술의 개발에 관한 연구 - 원식생 복원과 생물다양성 증진을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Development of Techniques for Urban Forest Restoration and Management - Focus on the Restoration of Origin Vegetation and Improvement of Biodiversity -)

  • This study aims at restoring urban forest destructed and eliminated by industrialization, urbanization, and city development and presenting a direction to manage remaining urban forest ecologically. To this end, an experiment zone where Populus tomentiglandulosa T. Lee were selective cutted and a control zone where Populus tomentiglandulosa T. Lee were kept intact were created in Chongdam Park located in Kangnam-ku, Seoul. Then, the structural changes of herbaceous plant species, the growth of targeted woody plants, and the increase of the number of insect and bird species were examined. The conclusions reached in this study are as follows. First, for the sake of ecological restoration and management of urban forest, it is good to selective cutting. Although timing, frequency, and methods may vary depending on the features and types of urban forest, the study revealed that selective cutting contributes to the restoration speed of origin vegetation and the enhancement of biodiversity including plants and insects. Second, as for the correlations of selective cutting and the appearance of plant species, the growth of origin vegetation, and insect distribution, the study showed that the impact of meteorological environment such as brightness is much greater than that of soil environment. Third, in order to manage urban forest, tramping pressure needs to be controlled efficiently. The efficient control of tramping pressure would contribute in the appearance of herbaceous plants. It would also be beneficial in promoting biodiversity of birds by removing the impact of people using routes. Fourth, in order to enhance the overall biodiversity of urban forest, diverse environment needs to be provided. In particular, it is necessary to supply water that is insufficient in urban forest. Providing habitats such as forest wetland performs an important function to amphibians and birds that require water as well as the appearance of aquatic plants and insects. Therefore, ways to introduce water efficiently should be initiated.

수식을 포함한 전자문헌의 구조적 처리를 위한 XML 문서편집시스템 (XML Document Editing System for Structural Processing of the Digital Document to Including Mathematical Formula)

  • 현재 기관이나 조직 내에 수많은 양의 데이터가 축적되어 존재하고 있으나 대부분의 데이터는 각 기관이나 조직에 따라 정형화된 형태로 남아있는 실정이다. 정형화된 정보는 정보의 교환 및 공유에 어려움이 있다. 이러한 단점을 극복하고자 지식정보자원관리라는 새로운 개념이 도입되었으며, 축적된 데이터들을 공유 및 관리하기 위한 지식정보자원의 디지털화가 실행되고 있다. 특히 과학기술 또는 교육학술 분야에서는 지식정보자원의 교환 및 공유에 필요한 데이터를 구조적으로 처리하고자 XML을 도입하려는 움직임이 일고 있으며, 이들 분야의 전자문서 안에 사용되어지는 수많은 수학식의 표현이 이미지나 텍스트 등의 비구조적인 데이터로 처리됨에 따라 검색과 인덱싱 또는 재사용성 등의 제한사항이 발생하게 된다. 이를 극복하고자 MathML을 이용한 수학식의 처리에 관심이 집중되고, MathML을 구조적인 문서상에 쉽고 효율적으로 처리할 수 있는 솔루션이 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 지식정보자원을 목적으로 하는 전자문서의 구조적인 처리를 용이하게 하고, MathML에 대한 전문적인 지식이 없어도 구조적인 문서상에 쉽게 MathML을 생성 및 표현할 수 있는 XML 문서 편집 시스템을 구현하였다.

병동선임간호장교의 간호관리역량 격차분석과 원인조사 (An Analysis of Nursing Managerial Competencies;Military Hospital Head Nurses)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the gap between need-level and demonstration-level in nursing managerial competencies. In addition, the study proposes solutions to narrow this gap. The results of this study are as follows : 1) The mean score for need-level of each item was 4.0, and for demonstration-level, 3.5. This indicates that military hospital head nurses demonstrate a higher level of managerial competencies than the moderate level on all items. But items which were related to resource/ cost/ information managament, staff development management and professionalism management got relatively low ratings in the need-level. 2) The mean score for need-level of each category was 4.14, and for demonstration-level, 3.53. Categories on the individual dimension got a higher rating than categories on the group or organization dimension in both need-level and demonstration level. 3) The gap between need-level and demonstration-level appeared in all items(p<.05) and categories(p<.001). Although the gap was relatively low, it indicates that it is essential to plan a developmemt program for all nursing management competencies for military hospital head nurses. 4) There were significant differences in the gap between need-level and demonstration-level according to specific characteristics of the subjects. The gap did not appear in many categories on the individual dimension where the number of nursing staff was more than 10, a major grade, ICU head nurse or for head nurses having a long career. 5) Need-level and demonstration-level showed a difference according to specific characteristics of the subjects, because need-level and demonstration-level were higher where the number of nursing staff was more than 10, a major grade, and for ICU or Medical ward head nurses. The categories which showed need-level difference and demonstration-level differences according to specific characteristics of the subjects existed almostly completely in the group and organization dimension. Gap-level differences according to the number of hospital bed existed in only two categories. 6) The general causes of the gap were indicated to be 'Knowledge/ skill/ experience deficit', 'Limitation of rules and systems/ Inappropriate organizational environment' for most items, categories, and dimensions. The results of this study indicate that extensive competency developing strategies must be developed, because a gap was found in all items and categories. Specially, there is a need to concentrate attention on competencies in the group and organizational dimension which had a wider gap level. And it is important to take an individual approach according to the cause for each gap. In order to produce effective competency developing strategies, top managers must have sinsights into the importance of nursing staff development and nursing officer's efforts to develop themselves must be achieved. Further multi-dimensional(education, personnel-policy, nursing/ organizational environment) solutions to the gap must be developed and utilized.
