This study was carried out with the aim of suggesting the directions and criteria for the evaluation of engineering college by the media. In order to accomplish the purpose of the research, we compare and analyze items and criteria of the evaluation of the engineering colleges by domestic and foreign major media companies and investigate and analyze opinions of the engineering community on the evaluation on engineering colleges and universities by media, and then suggest direction of improvements of the evaluation including evaluation items. As the methods of study, literature survey, field investigations, and interviews of experts were utilized. The results of this study are as follows. At first, the direction of evaluations should be focused on educational values of institutions, and then evaluation should consider the characteristics of each universities and engineering colleges. Expansion of participation of engineering communities in evaluation process is also necessary and to secure of reliable and public data is highly important. In addition, the weighting factor of educational performance area were proposed to raise and also the factors should be adjusted to reflect the characteristics of engineering colleges.

Purpose: This study was done to develop a reliable and appropriate evaluation tool for sexual educational materials and to apply it to video materials for recommendation of excellent materials. Method: The items of the content for evaluation were based on the previous studies on the sexual education and evaluation tools. After testing validity and reliability of tool, final evaluation tool for sexual educational materials was developed. The evaluation tool was applied to 84 video materials and the excellent materials were recommended. Result: The final evaluation tool for sexual educational materials which consisted of two parts was developed. One is the evaluation of basic information which includes 8 items: target population, type of materials, producer, year of production, subject, theme, running time, and guide book. The other is the evaluation of content which includes 36 items related to characteristics of material, purpose, efficiency and scope of content. After applying the tool to 84 video materials, 39 excellent sexual education materials were suggested. Conclusion: The systematic development of materials for sexual education appropriate to the specific subjects should be done. Producers should describe the basic information on the outside of materials. For recommending the excellent materials, the periodical standardized evaluation of sexual educational materials should be done, and the database of the excellent materials should be provided for further utilization.

본 연구는 특수교육 기본교육과정 학업성취도 평가 영역에 대한 중요도-실행도 분석에 근거하여 특수교육 현장의 실제적 평가에 대한 요구를 고찰한 것이다. 중요도-실행도 분석을 위한 평가영역 및 요소는 델파이 분석으로 도출한 특수교육 기본교육과정 대상학생의 4개 생활교육 범주, 22개 내용영역과 국가 교육과정의 7개 교과 범주, 27개 내용영역으로 설정하였다. P광역시에 소재하는 126명의 지적장애 특수학교 교사를 대상으로 중요도-실행도 분석을 실시한 결과, 모든 범주에서 중요도와 실행도 간에 통계적 유의차가 나타났다. 또 이를 평균점을 기준으로 실행도를 x축, 중요도를 y축으로 하여 산점도로 분석한 결과 교과교육의 일부영역은 중요도와 실행도 모두 낮은 인식수준을 보였다. 이러한 연구결과는 특수교육 기본교육과정의 학업성취도 평가영역 및 평가체제에 대한 재구조화의 필요성을 제기하며, 더 나아가 국가수준 기본교육과정의 교과목 편제 및 내용영역, 내용요소의 양에 대한 심도 깊은 개정 논의가 필요함을 암시한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the data on the medical personnel education system and license scheme and provide the basic material for an enhanced qualification system. In China, dental education reform has been underway with a view to providing an inclusive basic medical service package to the whole country by 2020. It is also estimated that the number of Korean dental medicine students in China would be fewer. And most of them desire to get a job in China after acquiring the Chinese license, suggesting little prospect of a massive inflow into Korea in the near future. In Japan, students are required to complete a clinical training program for over 1 year after receiving licenses to become an independent practitioner. But they can apply for the Korean preliminary examination without this post-graduation process. For this reason, the quality issue in license effectiveness review has been seriously discussed. It is deemed desirable to limit the Korean accreditation to Japanese graduates from the dental schools certified by the Japanese dental accreditation body.

본 연구는 교과역량 함양을 위한 가정과교육이 나아갈 방향을 모색해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 역량기반 가정과 수업의 현장 적용 방안을 탐색하고, 수업 사례를 개발하였다. 이 연구의 주요한 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교과역량 함양을 위해서는 교육과정-수업-평가의 일체화를 통해 학생을 교육과정, 수업, 평가의 중심에 두어 삶의 주체로 성장시킬 수 있도록 해야 한다. 둘째, 교과역량 함양을 위해 교육과정-수업-평가 일체화를 중심으로 의생활 수업 사례를 개발하였다. 본 연구는 실제 가정과 수업에서 교과역량의 함양을 위한 교육과정-평가-수업의 일체화를 활성화 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Purpose: This study examined the knowledge and education needs of nurses in charge of adequacy evaluation in small and medium-sized hospitals. Methods: Study participants included 198 nurses in charge of adequacy evaluation in small and medium-sized hospitals. Data were collected from November 19 to 28, 2020 through an online survey. The data were analyzed by independent t-test and one way ANOVA analysis using the SPSS. Results: The knowledge score for the adequacy evaluation of small and medium-sized hospitals was 11.61±4.10 (total of 20 points), and the educational demand was 3.87±0.88 points on a 5-point scale. Regarding the necessity of education for adequacy evaluation of small and medium-sized hospitals, 80.3% of the participants claimed education as being necessary. "Online video lectures" were the most preferred (22.7%) education method, and "2 times" was the most frequent education (47.0%); "1 hour" was the usual duration of class (48.5%). Conclusion: It is necessary to develop and apply an educational program reflecting the measure of educational needs to improve the knowledge level of nurses in charge of adequacy evaluation in small and medium-sized hospitals.

In this paper, we study the effects of the Mathematical attitude and Disposition to the myself evaluation using the peer-evaluation feedback in in-group team teaching. For this purpose we construct a experimental class and then analyse the students' change in those aspects after applying peer-evaluation feedback made some significant changes on the students attitude in mathematics and Disposition. First, the results for this purpose on regarding the enhancement of mathematical attitude are effective. Second, the results on regarding the improvement of Disposition are effective.

The purpose of this study is to identify the important factors of education service quality and to develop the evaluation instrument in learning facilities for care workers. This study was processed as four steps. First, the important factors were confirmed through literature reviews and the expert board discussions. Second, the evaluation instrument was developed and validity & reliability of the instrument were checked by factor analysis and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$. Lastly, the instrument was rechecked by the expert board in language usages and importance of the items. The results indicated that the important quality factors were divided with infrastructure and service process. Especially, the process contained providing appropriate education information & counseling, providing appropriate contract & paying fees, keeping specified service principles and so on. The study instrument was developed with 28 items. This instrument will be helpful to improve the education service quality. Besides, the staffs must continuously try to improve and manage their education services using the results of this kind of evaluation instrument.

It is recent that STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) education emerged as a great concern of the U.S. policy makers in terms of securing national and regional competitiveness. However, few attempts to embrace STEM education as a source for sustainable regional growth have been made mainly due to methodological challenges. This paper investigates the role of STEM education in achieving sustainable economic growth. For the purpose of the paper, a U.S. federal workforce development program named Workforce Innovation in Regional Economic Development (WIRED) in Southeastern Virginia that was implemented between 2007 and 2010 is selected and evaluated qualitatively. By identifying three themes as a result of three-stage coding methods, the evaluation results call for particular attention of local policy makers and key stakeholders to STEM education as a source of sustainable long-term economic growth in regions.

전통적인 교육 방식에서 사이버교육 방식으로 길육의 패러다임이 바뀌고 있다. 그러므로, 교육 관련 국제 표준의 표준화 작업 현황과 교육 과정의 워크플로우를 분석함으로써 사이버교육에서 필요한 시스템 구성 요소들과 그들의 기능을 도출하였고, 일반 교사나 비전문가라도 인터넷 환경에서 사이버교육 시스템을 쉽게 구축할 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다. 이중 본 논문에서는 코스 학습 기록에 대한 진도관리 및 진도관리 결과에 대한 확인 및 통계 기능에 대하여 기술하고자 한다.
