교통시설 투자평가에 대한 경제성 분석과 관련하여 일반적인 예비타당성조사 지침 및 투자평가지침에서 적용하는 차량운행 비용 절감편익 중 유류비 산정 자료는 차량운행시 유류소모량과 주행속도와의 관계만을 고려하여 분석하고 있다. 신호로 인한 정지지체가 발생하지 않는 연속류의 경우 주행속도와 통행시간의 변화로 인한 절감편익에 대한 고려가 가능하나, 실제 신호교차로상에 신호제어로 인해 정지가 발생하는 단속류에 대해서는 정지지체시간감소 및 정지율 개선에 대한 고려가 없어 개선 효과분석의 현실반영이 어렵다. 따라서 기존 연구에 정지지체시간감소에 따른 절감편익을 보완하여 차량운행비산정 모형 관계식을 개발함으로써 신호교차로 특성을 반영한 편익을 분석 할 수 있는 기틀을 만드는 데 본 연구의 목적을 두었다. 공회전시 유류소모량 적용으로 정지지체시간를 고려한 차량운행비용을 재정립하였고, 서산시 가로축 2개에 대한 교통신호체계 최적화사업에 적용하여 기존 모형 적용시와 개발모형 적용시 경제적 편익에 대하여 분석하였다. 도로의 혼잡지역 증가로 교통체계관리의 중요성이 부각되는 가운데 신호연동체계 개선 및 혼잡개선 사업등의 효과분석에 있어 신호교차로 특성을 고려한 경제성 분석의 모형제시를 통해 지체도 개선을 반영한 좀 더 현실적 경제성분석에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

This research is aiming to specify the requirement of the investment such as intial cost, running cost earning rate to make effective investment considering the purpose of remodeling and economical value of store building enough to meet the initial purpose of remodeling. The review of earning for economical evaluation was performed by the on-site auditing on the structure and function of the building and applying the assessment simulation program, which is to find the possible business model to identify the requirement of building owner through case study. After the research, the following results are obtained. First, it is important that many aspects should be carefully analysis and the best method should be selected as characteristics of remodeling can be defer each other in their implementations. Second, though the remodeling of exist building to promote the functions has been applied, no suitable assessment tool has bee developed for deciding the level of remodeling in the view of economical efficiency so far. Third, the economical benefit was evaluated by analysing annual earning rate which is applied by investment items and recovery period for the investment. More specific date base should be established to apply the suggested economic acessments in business enough ti forecast the future circumstances. More researches should be promoted on the area continuously as well as the integrated economic evaluation of remodeling on existing building.

최근 물류분야를 비롯한 여러 산업분야에서 RFID 도입과 관련된 다양한 연구들이 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구는 일관수송용 파렛트의 RFID 부착에 따른 경제적 효과분석 및 RFID 도입비용 추정모형을 개발을 통하여 향후 물류분야 RFID 도입의 활성화 및 효율성 제고를 위한 기반을 마련하였다. 이를 위하여 50개 물류업체의 RFID 도입에 따른 의식도 조사자료를 이용하였으며, 경제적 효과분석결과 B/C 2.766, NPV 26억 원의 효과가 있는 것으로 분석되어 기업물류차원에서 상당한 편익을 가져올 것으로 나타났다. 이는 기존의 정성적인 기대효과 제시에 머무르고 있는 현시점에서 본 연구의 결과가 의미하는 부분이 상당히 크다.

본 논문에서는 슈퍼컴퓨터 공동 활용의 효과에 대한 경제성 분석을 비용편익분석 방법을 통해 수행한다. 슈퍼컴퓨터를 활용함에 있어 국가센터 등에서 중앙 집중형 범용 시스템을 운영 및 서비스하는 체제와 개별 기관들이 자체적으로 구축 운영하는데 소요되는 비용을 추정하여 비교한다. 공동 활용의 경우 기존 슈퍼컴퓨터 도입 및 운영 실적에 근거하여 비용을 쉽게 추정할 수 있다. 그러나 개별 사용에 소요되는 비용은 실제로 운영하고 있지 않은 관계로 슈퍼컴퓨터의 성능 및 기반시설, 인적 요인 등에 의한 변동성을 고려한다면 그 추정이 매우 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 개별 사용 비용을 산출하는 객관적이고 타당한 방법을 제시하고 두 대안의 비용을 비교하여 공용 슈퍼컴퓨터 운영 서비스가 경제적 측면에서 얼마나 효과적인지를 분석한다. 분석결과에 따르면 공용 슈퍼컴퓨터의 활용이 개별 사용에 비해 운영비용 측면에서 연평균 약 103억원, 6년간 총 620억원이 절감된다. 따라서 공용 슈퍼컴퓨터의 활용은 개별 도입에 비해 상당한 규모의 경제적 효과를 가져 올 것으로 판단된다.

High-rise building is taking a place as one of building types from apartment housings to commercial buildings. With taking in account of stability and durability, strength of used materials is increasing gradually in these high-rise buildings. According to this, frequency in use of SD500 re-bar is increasing gradually in high-rise buildings. However the study of SD500 re-bar is insufficient because SD500 re-bar started to be used for domestic buildings lately. Specially because there is no guide or study to refer to, people get into difficulties when to decide the method of re-bar connection in construction using SD500 re-bar. Accordingly in this study, it suggests the method of estimating the economical efficiency on SD500 re-bar connection, and conducts benefit/ cost analysis on lapped splice and coupler splice by applying AHP theory, and then presents its result. After to analyze re-bar diameter of D25, 29, and 32, finally we attained the result that the coupler splice is advantageous in all parts of benefit/ cost more than the lapped splice.

이 연구는 부산시 금정구 금샘도서관(가칭) 건립 타당성 조사 연구의 일부로서, 도서관 건립의 경제적 타당성 분석에 대한 결과를 검토하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 위하여, 이 연구에서는 도서관 건립에 대한 정책적 타당성 분석, 수요조사, 경제적 타당성 분석의 결과를 살펴보았다, 경제성 분석 도구로 비용편익비율, 순현재가치, 내부수익률을 활용하여 경제적 타당성을 분석하였으며, 조건부가치측정법을 활용하여 편익을 추정하였다. 연구의 결과, 금샘도서관 건립의 비용편익비율은 1.28로 나타났으며, 도서관 건립은 경제적 타당성을 확보한 것으로 분석되었다.

This research evaluates the availability of consumers moving to integrated multi channels by a target analysis on the integrated online channel and verifies the possibility of a synergy effect created by the expansion of an integrated online channel. The objectives are to define the scope of benefits desired in fast fashion and online shopping, compare the desired benefits of fast fashion consumers, online shopping consumers and fast fashion, and online shopping consumers, investigate the acceptance intention of the integrated online channel of consumers, and verity its relationship with the desired benefits. As a result, all consumers indicate the desire to pursue social recognition, pleasure, individuality, economic and convenience orientation, and fashion-innovativeness through shopping activities. In addition, there were differences in the mean of social recognition benefit individuality benefit, economical and convenience orientation benefit, and fashion-innovativeness benefit. Lastly, the acceptance intention of the integrated online channel was significant in all groups and the desired benefits that affect the acceptance intention of the integrated online channel were social recognition for fast fashion consumers along with pleasure and individuality for fast fashion and online shopping consumers.

PURPOSES : This study is to analysis for benefit and construction cost in underpass for small vehicles. METHODS : The study was performed using the traffic software VISSIM 5.20 for analysis on a variety of traffic conditions and analysed of benefits of changes through analysis of travel speed and travel time after modeling of existing underpass and small vehicle underpass. RESULTS : Results of this study, the benefits will be reduced by the introduction underpass for small vehicles were analyzed because heavy vehicles use the intersection above the underpass. However, it was required economic analysis considering both the benefits reduction and the construction costs reduction because it has the effect of reducing the construction cost. Showed that the difference in benefit changes depending on the v/c and heavy vehicles ratio and construction cost was difference by types of underpass. As a result of performing economic analysis with total benefits and construction cost, it was analyzed to be economical in underpass over a certain size. CONCLUSIONS : The result of this study are expected to be able to contribute to reviewing for feasibility due to the small vehicles underpass introduction and economic analysis. The study is case study to the underpass in Daegu. Therefore, the future requires the calculation of benefits reflect a wider range of traffic conditions and the economic analysis to construction cost calculation for various types of grad separation facilities.

Before expanding of distribution automation application to distribution network, we must examine whether there are economical effect. Investment expense for distribution automation can be divided into facility investment expense, maintenance expense, communication expense, investment expense etc. Effect of distribution automation can classify by effect that can convert into money and effect that can not convert into money. Representative effect is outage time decrease effect, distribution line loss decrease effect, main transformer upload effect, distribution line upload effect, work environment improvement effect of lineman and so on. This paper studied economical effect and break-even Point for investment expense by using data that acquire in KEPCO's distribution network.
