노년기 경제적 스트레스가 노화불안에 미치는 영향: 자발적 봉사활동 동기, 연령의 상호작용효과 검증 (A Study on the Effect of Economic Stress on Aging Anxiety among Elderly: Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Age and Self-oriented Motivation of Volunteering)

  • 본 연구는 노년기 경제적 스트레스가 노화불안에 미치는 영향에서 자발적 봉사활동 동기, 그리고 연령의 상호작용효과를 검증하여 노화불안에 대한 개입 방안을 제공 하고자 함에 있다. 이를 위해 노인종합복지관을 이용하는 노인 211명을 대상으로 자기보고식 설문조사를 실시하였고, 불성실한 응답을 제외한 182명의 노인을 대상으로 빈도분석, 기술통계, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 노년기 경제적 스트레스는 노화불안을 높였지만, 자발적 봉사활동 참여 동기는 노화불안을 낮추는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 경제적 스트레스가 노화불안을 높이는 가운데 봉사활동에 대한 만족도가 높아 자발적으로 참여하는 노인일수록, 그리고 고연령 봉사자일수록 노화불안이 더욱 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 노인 삶의 질 제고를 위한 정책적, 실천적 방안을 제언하였다.

  • 본 연구는 구독경제 서비스에 대한 만족과 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 다양한 변인을 확인하고자 하였다. 기존 연구 고찰을 통해, 개인 특성과 서비스 특성 변인을 함께 고려하고자 하였으며 최종적으로 서비스 이용동기, 플랫폼 특성요인과 제품 및 서비스 특성요인으로 구분하여 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 구독경제 서비스 만족도에 영향을 미치는 이용동기는 기능적, 유희적 경제적 동기로 나타났으며, 플랫폼 특성요인 중 플랫폼 최신성과 서비스 특성요인 중 편의성, 경제성, 인지된 개인화가 영향을 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 지속이용의도에는 기능적, 유희적 동기와 편의성이 긍정적인 영향력을 보였으며, 사회적 동기는 부적 영향력을 보였다. 또한 경제적 동기와 플랫폼 최신성, 경제성, 인지된 개인화는 구독경제 서비스 만족도를 매개하여 지속이용의도에 긍정적 영향력을 보이는 것을 확인하였다.

  • 전 세계적으로 실업과 고용창출이 중요한 이슈로 부각됨에 따라, 고용률을 높이고 경제를 활성화하기 위하여 우리나라를 비롯한 많은 선진국에서는 다양한 창업활성화 정책을 수립 시행하고 있다. 창업활성화에 있어 중요한 요인은 기업가정신이므로, 예비창업자와 기창업자를 대상으로 창업동기, 기업가정신, 창업의지 및 기업성과에 관계를 규명한다면, 기업가정신을 증진시킬 수 있는 대상별 맞춤형 창업정책프로그램을 마련하는데 중요한 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 창업정책수혜를 받고 있는 예비창업자와 기창업자를 대상으로 창업동기요인을 규명하고, 창업동기요인이 기업가정신과 창업의지(예비창업자) 및 기업성과(기창업자)에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 기술통계와 신뢰도분석을 실시하였으며, 타당도 검증을 위해 요인분석을 실시하였고, 상호상관성을 보기위해 상호관계를 분석하였으며, 최종 회귀분석을 통한 검증으로 요인들 간의 영향력을 분석하였다. 예비창업자의 경우, 총 202명을 대상으로 분석하였으며, 그 결과 자기효능감, 인적네트워크, 경제적요인, 정부정책은 기업가정신에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 자기효능감, 창업교육, 경제적요인, 정부정책은 창업의지에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 기창업자는 총 212명을 대상으로 분석하였으며, 자기효능감, 인적네트워크, 경제적요인이 기업가정신에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 자기효능감은 재무적성과와 비재무적성과에, 창업교육은 재무적성과와 기술적성과에 인적네트워크는 비재무적성과에, 경제적요인은 재무적성과와 비재무적성과에, 정부정책은 재무적성과와 기술적성과에 각각 정의영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • The article reveals the essence of cybercrime, approaches to understanding this concept, classification of cybercrime, and other illegal acts in this area. The concept of cybercrime has multi-discourse nature and a certain legal uncertainty. Cybercrimes, their forms and types are analyzed in the economic context. The research vocabulary of the economic industry is defined. The scope and content of concepts denoted by the terms of the sphere covered by cybercrime are studied, and its types and forms are analyzed. The article studies problems, achievements, and prospects of resisting and combating cybercrime during the development of the civil information society and Ukraine's entry into the global information space. The study focuses on the economic motivation of most cybercrimes since some material benefit from the fact of cyber offenses is assumed directly or indirectly.

자연휴양림의 이용특성 및 방문동기에 관한 연구 (Studies on the Use Characteristics and Visit Motivation in Recreation Forests)

  • The main purpose of this study is to obtain information on users' socio-economic characteristics, pattern of main use activities, and visit motivation in recreation forests. From June to September in 1994, respondents were selected 548 adults more than 18 years old from 6 recreation forests which were classified 3 recreation forest types as 2 recreation forest in national forest, 2 in public forest, and 2 in private forest. Analysis of data was conducted through frequency and factor analysis. The most of noticeable characteristics of users were rather 30's age group, high education level, company workers, city residents. The major preference activities in recreation forest were resting, enjoying green shower, and walking. In 24 items of visit motivation, resting, releasing stress, enjoying in a cool forest & valley, and contacting close to nature were high preference, while buying special product, and contacting close to nature were high preference, while buying special product, having enough and to money, observing wildlife, and training body & mind were low preference. The remarkable difference in 3 recreation forest types didn't present. Eight dimensions of motivation were classified through factor analysis.

모바일 게임에서 내적동기가 플레이어의 경험에 미치는 영향 분석 (Analysis of the Influence of Intrinsic Motivation on Player Experience in Mobile Games)

  • With the prosperity of Internet, the game industry is occuping an important position in the national economic system. The study on the game industry which has been drawing eyes from researchers is of great significance. Many scholars have done researches on game motivations, but the elements of intrinsic motivation are still in the exploratory stage. This study determines the dimensions of the influencing factors of players 'intrinsic game motivation and their game experience by adopting the method of literature research. A theoretical model is established to explore the influence of intrinsic game motivation on players' game experience. Questionnaires from players of "The Honor of Kings" are collected through the Internet. SPSS 21.0 is utilized to test the model and hypotheses, and finally the results of the data are analysed. It verifies that intrinsic motivation mainly consists of four components: achievement, social interaction, immersion and escapism. By exploring the influence of the four elements on players' experience, it is concluded that the players' immersion and social interaction have a greater positive impact on their game experience. It is indicated that a better game design highlights the storyline of the game and the interaction system is of importance to enable players to gain a better game experience.

  • Purpose: This study aims to determine the online shop service performance of fresh food products distribution, consumer motivation, and their relationship during the COVID-19 pandemic. Research design, data, and methodology: A survey was conducted online using Google Forms on 100 consumers of TaniHub application users. Data in the form of scale were analyzed descriptively to explain the service performance and consumer motivation. The service performance consists of technical services and marketing services. Technical service indicators consist of payment, delivery, and products. Meanwhile, the marketing service indicator consists of promotions and prices. The consumer motivation is characterized by reference, actualization, and lifestyle. The relationship between the two was analyzed using Spearman's rank correlation. Results: The most consumers are millennial generation who were active in social media. They are employees with Bachelor's and Master's qualifications and included in the middle economic groups. TaniHub online shop had good technical and fair marketing performance. The motivation of online shop consumers of fresh food products through the TaniHub application was high. Conclusions: The findings discovered a significant relationship between online shop service performance and consumer motivation. It indicates the need for improvement in marketing services, especially promotions, to improve the performance of this e-agribusiness company.

  • Background: The economy is being lifted by the new concept of robotics, but we cannot be sure of all the possible benefits. At this early stage, it therefore becomes important to find out the possible benefits/limitations associated with robotics, so that the positives can be capitalized, established, and developed further for the employment and motivation of employees in the health care sector, for overall economic development. The negatives should also be further studied and mitigated. Methods: This study is an exploratory research, based on secondary data, such as books on topics related to robotics, websites, public websites of concerned departments for data and statistics, journals, newspapers and magazines, websites of health care providers, and different printed materials (brochures, etc). Results: The impact of robotics has both positive and negative impacts on the employment and motivation of employees in the retail sector. So far, there has been no substantial research done into robotics, especially in the health care sector. Conclusion: Replacing employees with robots is an inevitable choice for organizations in the service sector, more so in the health care sector because of the challenging and sometimes unhealthy working environments, but, at the same time, the researchers propose that it should be done in a manner that helps in improving the employment and motivation of employees in this sector.

A Study on the Impact of Local Entrepreneurship Education on the Entrepreneurial Motivation, Entrepreneurial Competencies, and Entrepreneurial Spirit of Education Participants

  • 본 연구는 부산지역 청년 창업교육의 활성화와 예비 청년 로컬창업자의 맞춤형 창업역량개발을 위해 부산지역 대학생과 예비창업자들을 대상으로 한 현장 실무중심 로컬창업교육이 교육참여자들의 창업동기와 창업역량, 기업가정신에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 하는 실증연구이다. 본 연구에서는 창업동기의 구성요인을 경제적동기와 자아실현동기로 구분하였으며 창업역량은 로컬창업에 필요한 실무역량, 로컬 브랜드개발역량, 재무분석역량으로 구분하였다. 실증분석을 위해 2023년 3월~10월까지 창업교육 참여한 139명으로부터 설문을 받아 실증분석을 진행하였다. 연구결과 로컬창업교육은 교육참여자들의 창업동기, 창업역량, 기업가정신에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으며, 기업가정신 또한 창업동기와 창업역량에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 통해 지역 예비창업자들을 위한 지역 특성에 맞는 창업교육이 필요하다는 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

Factors Affecting Employee's Performance: An Empirical Study in Vietnam

  • In the context of economic growth, the banking system has greatly contributed to a substantial rise in living conditions, connecting savings and investment, and economic growth. Since economic reform in 1986, Vietnam's banking system has increasingly expanded in quality and quantity of banks including state-owned, private-owned, and foreign banks. The aim of this study is to evaluate the main factors affecting employee's performance in the banking system in the case of an emerging economy of Vietnam. Using the pilot study by investigating three experts in a few banks in order to correct the questionnaires, and a mega sample data of 170 observations conducted from bank's staffs, and managers in Hanoi capital of Vietnam, empirical results demonstrate that the independent variables included in the model can explain 67% of the change of the dependent variable of employee's performance, and the rest (31%) can be explained by other reasons. Further, motivation (MO), and working ability (WA) have a positive and insignificant impact on employee's performance, reflecting that motivation, and working ability have insignificantly affected employee's performance. In contrast, four factors, namely, welfare, working environment, cooperation, and education have a positive and significant impact on employee's performance in the case of Hanoi, Vietnam.
