복토 주택의 외벽면 복토 두께 변화에 따른 열부하 패턴에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Thermal Load Patterns for a Exterior Wall in a House According to a Variation of Earth Sheltering Thickness)

  • The various attempts is made to solve the energy and environment problems. In addition, people interested in their life quality want the more eco-friendly living space. So we suggested that the earth-sheltered house could be one of the eco-friendly and low energy consuming houses to meet the social interest. And we also made data for design of the earth-sheltered house to be applicable to climate of Korea. In this study, a simulation was performed to estimate a boundary temperature according to earth sheltering thickness at the earth-sheltered part(exterior wall) in the case of earth sheltering on the plane ground not using a sloped site. And we analyzed the reduction of a thermal load by using this boundary temperature. We also compared a case of earth sheltering at the vertical wall with a case of earth sheltering at the roof to know the thermal reduction effect of a case of earth sheltering at the vertical wall.

삼백 농업·농촌 테마공원 기본계획 (A Study on the Landscape Plan for the Sambaek Agricultural Theme Park)

  • This study aims to draw up a basic plan to construct an agricultural theme park in a farming city as a way of establishing its regional identity represented by "Three Whites". Sangju, Kyongsangbuk-do which is the subject area of the study has been well-known for "Three Whites (rice, silkworm cocoon and dried persimmon)." The purpose of the study is to take a closer look at the folk life and culture of Sangju and develop tourism resources to promote regional development and competitiveness of the city. This study was conducted in several phases in consideration of the characteristics of plan and design, on the basis of the theoretical review of agricultural tourism. In the first phase, planning conditions were analyzed as per development objectives. In the second phase, strategies and concepts were established for the theme park, based on which development methods were decided by phase and facility. Then, a preliminary review was conducted on functions and facilities to introduce to the theme park. In the third phase, a comprehensive plan was drawn up, which includes basic plans for respective parts. In consideration of the characteristics of the study, construction was not looked at in detail. The total size of land subject to the study is approx. $97,960m^2$, which was divided into four separate zones--Sambaek Cultural Experience Zone, Natural Observation & Experience Zone, Agricultural Life Experience Zone and other facilities zone--in order to connect facilities, functions and experience with the physical characteristics of the city, and separate space planning was conducted for each zone. The outcome of the study carries significance as an example of alternative tourism which considers regional characteristics, develops local resources and makes use of obsolete rural facilities, in what is called the eco-friendly development where nature and eco-system, landscape and culture, and recreation and leisure come together as one.

  • 본 연구는 강원도 산간지역의 자연환경 특성을 반영한 현대 한옥을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 강원도 산간지역 주택의 전통을 바탕으로 이 지역의 기후를 중심으로 한 자연환경 특성에 적응할 수 있는 친환경적인 현대한옥을 제시하였다. 또한 본 연구에서 제시한 강원도 산간형 현대한옥은 우리나라 전통한옥의 외관을 최대한 유지하면서 전통한옥이 지닌 자연환경조절체계를 최대한 지닐 수 있도록 계획하였다. 여러 가지 한계를 지니고 있지만 본 연구는 본 연구는 우리나라에도 지역에 따른 자연환경의 차이가 있음을 인식하고 강원도 산간지역의 자연환경 특성과 지역적 전통에 부합하는 현대 한옥을 개발하고자 하였다는 점에서 의미가 있다고 생각한다. 본 연구의 계획안이 한옥의 보급 및 현대한옥의 개발 방향 설정에 도움을 줄 수 있기를 기대한다.

LCA 기법을 활용한 합류식 하수도 월류수 사업의 잠재적 환경영향 저감효과 분석 (An Analysis of Potential Environmental Impact Reduction for Combined Sewer Overflow Project using a LCA Methodology)

  • In this study, LCA(Life Cycle Assessment) on 'Saemangum CSO Project' was carried out to evaluate environmental impact which occurred during the construction and operation periods and the potential environmental impact reduction was analyzed by comparing production and reduction level of pollution loads. LCA was conducted out according to the procedure of ISO14040 which suggested Goal and Scope Definition, Life Cycle Inventory Analysis, Life Cycle Impact Assessment and Interpretation. In the Goal and Scope Definition, the functional unit was 1 m3 of CSO, the system boundary was construction and operation phases, and the operation period was 20 years. For the data collection and inventory analysis, input energies and materials from civil, architecture, mechanical and electric fields are collected from design sheet but the landscape architecture field is excepted. LCIA(Life Cycle Impact Assessment) was performed following the procedure of Eco-Labelling Type III under 6 categories which were resource depletion, eutrophication, global warming, ozone-layer destruction, and photochemical oxide formation. In the result of LCA, 83.4% of environmental impact occurred in the construction phase and 16.6% in the operation phase. Especially 78% of environmental impact occurred in civil works. The Global warming category showed the highest contribution level in the environmental impact categories. For the analysis on potential environmental impact reduction, the reduction and increased of environmental impact which occurred on construction and operation phases were compared. In the case of considering only the operation phase, the result of the comparison showed that 78% of environmental impact is reduced. On the other hand, when considering both the construction and operation phases, 50% of environmental impact is increase. Therefore, this study showed that eco-friendly material and construction method should be used for reduction of environmental impact during life cycle, and it is strongly necessary to develop technology and skills to reduce environmental impact such as renewable energies.

극저온 액화가스 누출에 의한 선체 구조용 강재의 샤르피 충격성능에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Charpy Impact Performance of Structural Steel Considering the Leakage of Cryogenic Liquefied Gas)

  • Environmental regulations are being strengthened worldwide to solve global warming. For this reason, interest in eco-friendly gas fuels such as LNG and hydrogen is continuously increasing. However, when adopting eco-friendly gas fuel, liquefying at a cryogenic temperature is essential to ensure economic feasibility in storage and transportation. Although austenitic stainless steel is typically applied to store cryogenic liquefied gas, structural steel can experience sudden heat shrinkage in the case of leakage in the loading and unloading process of LNG. In severe cases, the phase of the steel may change, so care is required. This study conducted Charpy impact tests on steel material in nine different temperature ranges, from room to cryogenic temperatures, to analyze the effects of cryogenic liquefied gas leaks. As a result of the study, it was not easy to find variations in ductile to brittle transition temperature (DBTT) due to the leakage of cryogenic liquefied gas. Still, the overall impact toughness tended to decrease, and these results were verified through fracture surface analysis. In summary, brittle fracture of the steel plate may occur when a secondary load is applied to steel for hull structural use exposed to a cryogenic environment of -40 ℃ or lower. Therefore, it needs to be considered in the ship design and operating conditions.

순천대학교 문화공원 설계 (A Study on the Landscape Design for Sunchon National University Cultural Park)

  • 대학 캠퍼스계획은 과거 대학의 기능과 건축물의 미관 만을 강조하였으나, 녹화, 에코를 중시하는 과정을 거쳐 이제는 지역주민의 문화와 커뮤니티 공간으로 전환되었다. 본 연구는 국립 순천대학교 문화공원 조성사업 현상설계 당선작으로 선정된 계획안의 설계전략과 내용을 분석한 것이다. 국립 순천대학교 문화공간 조경 설계의 주요 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학 시설의 개방 차원을 넘어서 지역과의 적극적인 연계 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 물리적 환경의 연계만이 아니라 학교와 지역의 역사, 문화를 시민과 함께 공유할 수 있는 계층별 프로그램을 공유하는 거점공간으로 조성하였다. 둘째, 건축물과 옥외시설물에 통합된 이미지를 부여하기 위하여 형태 및 색채계획을 수립하였다. 디자인 모티브는 대학을 대표하는 상징성이 충분한 '세권의 책'을 선정하여 3권의 책이 만들어내는 6개의 선과 이들이 만들어 내는 육각형, 원의 형태를 설계에 적용하였다 색채의 경우 조화성, 심미성과 함께 가시성을 높일 수 있도록 건축물에 대해서는 소재색인 적갈색을 적용하고 시설물의 경우 주조색은 검정색과 파랑색, 강조색은 흰색와 노랑색을 적용하여 순천 도시 이미지를 선도하고자 하였다. 셋째, 일반적으로 대학 캠퍼스가 가지는 폐쇄성을 극복하고 지역과 소통할 수 있도록 누구나가 자연스럽게 방문하고 체험이 가능한 베리어프리(barrier free) 설계를 지향하였다.

시흥시 주요 저수지의 환경친화적 공간 계획 (Environmental Friendly Space Planning for Reservoirs in Siheung City)

  • This report designs a landscape plan of six reservoirs in Sihung city which has possibilities both in development and in destruction. The report suggests how to create a leisure space in harmony with the surroundings in Sihung city. Building a leisure town will create the local residents' demand in recreational activities and improve the amenities. Therefore this study analyzes eco-friendliness of the land, conditions of fauna and flora, the quality of water and the usage figures of the six reservoirs so as to develop those six reservoirs more eco-friendly. Based on environmentalism, the leisure spot development plan attribute the ultimate importance to local residents' pleasant leisure time and recreations. With this master plan, the report suggests expanding the city's green space, since the city has under 50% out of the optimal percentage of green space per person. In addition, the report intends to plan each six reservoirs developed separately but organically connected at the same time that those six can put together and become a Sihung Green Way which makes the city's leisure space a belt. Apportioning the six reservoirs development levels in order to balance the development, accumulating and arranging buildings and facilities in available spaces according to the governing law, and creating resting area, promenade and parking lot to make an eco-city. Also the report suggests conserving environment and regulating contamination such as ban on fishing to move forward sustainable development. Since the adventives predominate the site, introducing indigenous plants should be necessary soon.

화단형 침투시설의 단위설계침투량 산정 및 효과분석 (Estimation of Appropriate Infiltration Rate and the Effects of the Flowerbed Type Infiltration System)

  • 본 연구에서는 우수 유출량을 일정수준 이하로 제어할 수 있는 화단형 침투시설을 개발하여 이의 적정 설계침투량을 산정하고 적용효과를 분석하였다. 침투시설의 설계침투량을 산정하고 성능을 분석하는 것은 지구단위계획과 같은 공간계획에 구체적으로 빗물침투시설을 계획할 경우에 적용 후 효과를 예측하는데 있어 반드시 검토되어야 할 사항이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 한국건설기술연구원 실험동 옆 주차장을 대상으로 본 시설의 단위설계침투량에 변화를 주어 물수지 분석 프로그램을 이용, 유출량 감소효과를 분석하였다. 침투시설의 설계침투량을 $0.1{\sim}3m^3/m^2.day$로 각각 변화를 주어 유출율 변화를 분석한 결과, $1.0m^3/m^2.day$에서 유출량 80%를 침투시키는 것으로 분석되었으며, 이때의 단위설계침투량이 0.0416($m^3/m^2.hr$)이었다. 또한 개발한 시스템을 현장침투실험한 결과, 단위설계침투량이 약 $0.045m^3/m^2.hr$으로 나타났다. 이 값은 시뮬레이션한 단위설계침투량과 유사한 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 경제적인 규모와 환경적 효과를 최대한 고려한 침투량 산정이 가능하였으며, 또한 도시에서의 녹색인프라로서 빗물침투시설을 공간계획에 적용할 때 고려할 수 있는 근거를 마련했다는 데 의의를 갖는다.

  • released by IEA, 2010, indicated that Korea's GDP, of 8 countries surveyed-Korea, Frans, Germany, Italy, Japan, the UK, the USA, and Australia-was the lowest, but the electric consumption per head was third, following America and Australia. Thus, our government has been striving to reduce energy usage and especially to lessen the energy used in buildings, proposing a variety of road maps such as 'building energy efficiency rating' and 'energy saving design standards of buildings'. Accordingly, this study investigated the effect of the items of machine part among EPI items on the energy saving rate. I measured energy usage by ECO2 program, for simulation program, that is used for the building energy efficiency rating. Result showed that items concerning control of pumps and fans had much more saving rate than the ones concerning efficiency of heater and cooler that had bigger scores assigned among EPI items. Therefore, I think that grades assigned to items in energy performance index need to be corrected.

  • 중공슬래브 시스템은 슬래브 두께가 증가해도 자중은 크게 증가하지 않고, 일반슬래브에 비해서 휨성능이 크게 저하되지 않는 장점이 있다. 이러한 경제적인 건물 설계 및 친환경 구조물 구현을 가능하게 하는 시스템에도 불구하고 중공슬래브의 활용도는 현재로서는 낮다고 할 수 있다. 특히 국내의 건축분야에 있어서는 매우 낮은 편이다. 이러한 현 상황의 가장 큰 이유는 중공슬래브의 적용을 위한 구조 해석 및 설계방법이 일반화되어 있지 않다는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 실질적인 압축영역을 고려하기 위해 가정한 중공 단면형상에서 중립축 위치에 따른 압축응력블럭의 체적으로 휨강도 산정식을 제시하였다. 기존 중공부 상부만을 압축영역으로 고려한 휨강도 산정방법은 가장 보수적인 방법으로 판단되며 2개의 대체단면을 설정하여 휨내력을 산정하는 것이 더 실질적인 방법으로 판단된다.
